  • Recently, research are being conducted to provide an automated environment utilizing various sensors in a place where management is use. However, in an existing automation system environment because the measured sensor data is processed in a batch in the server, than the currently action task there arises a problem that a conflict occurs between task when a task that should operate preferentially occurs. In this paper, we propose a system that provides automation using Sensor Data Identification Algorithm to solve these problems. The algorithm distinguishes between real-time and non-real-time tasks and automatically control tasks what happens after priority is applied. Through this, it is expected that it can reduce manager intervention and reduce unnecessary work operation and power consumption and construct an efficient automation environment.

  • Most cars today use electronic control to control the state of the engine to achieve optimum performance. This study developed a device for maintaining fault diagnosis and optimal vehicle status by displaying the engine information of a car on the screen in real time using can communication. This system displays information generated from the engine to the driver in real time such as engine intake and exhaust temperature, current battery voltage, tire pressure, RPM, DPF collection amount, torque, and horsepower through the OBD2 socket. You can check immediately. It can help you to drive safely by measuring tire pressure and displaying it on the screen, and it provides a mode to set the shift timing to suit your taste. In particular, in the case of diesel engine cars, the problems caused by smoke can adversely affect the performance and environmental pollution. Therefore, the system was developed to display the DPF collection amount on the system screen to prevent environmental pollution and to manage the vehicle efficiently.

  • This paper introduces a relation extraction system that can be used in identifying and classifying semantic relations between biomedical entities in scientific texts using machine learning methods such as Support Vector Machines (SVM). The suggested system includes many useful functions capable of extracting various linguistic features from sentences having a pair of biomedical entities and applying them into training relation extraction models for maximizing their performance. Three globally representative collections in biomedical domains were used in the experiments which demonstrate its superiority in various biomedical domains. As a result, it is most likely that the intensive experimental study conducted in this paper will provide meaningful foundations for research on bio-text analysis based on machine learning.

Research on Light Application System for the Dynamic Moving Effect of The Design on Porcelain (도자기 표면의 문양을 역동적으로 움직이는 효과를 갖는 광응용 시스템연구)

  • This is concerned with the technology to display the design on Porcelain and adjust malfunction for moving effect and light intensity by curator. More precisely, the technology makes it possible that the porcelain is connected to Light module which is the device for controlling light emission and rotating rolling plate, etc that are connected to LED light module, optical fiber and controller that is for scenario from the given storytelling. In addition, with a WiFi portable device (Smart-phone, other mobile device). equipped with a scenario programs, information for operation, failure and malfunction can be obtained and analyzed in real-time, and menu color and alarm is alerted when the displaying design is in abnormal status, which makes the early reactions to the status. Furthermore, the collected data can be sent through WiFi network to the device and PC managed by the curator specialized in managing the design on the Porcelain, thus the technology could help the curator who have less knowledge about moving pattern on the Porcelain. There is always a possibility of malfunction due to various condition that are caused by wring-harness when modules are wired-connected. In this research, in order to overcome this problem, we propose a system configuration that can do monitoring and diagnosis with a device for collecting data from LED control module, Light emission sensor and a personal WiFi device. Also, we performed connection between optical Fiber and LED and interlock for the system defined by the definition for information and storytelling scenario.

  • Mordern industrial society pursues unmanned system and automation of manufacturing process. Abreast with this tendensy, production of goods which requires advanced accuracy is increasing as well. According to this, the work sensing time of dressing by monitoring and diagnosing the condition of grinding, which is th representative way in accurate manufacturing, is an important work to prevent serious damages which affect grinding process or products by wearing grinding wheel. Computer vision system was composed, so that grinding wheel surface was acquired by CCD camera and the change of cutting edge ratio was measured. Then we used automatic thresholding technique from histogram as a way of dividing grinding cutting edge from grinding surface. As a result, we are trying to approach unmanned system and automation by deciding more accurate time of dressing and by visualizing behavior of grinding wheel by making use of computer vision.

  • `10. 1. 13일 한파지속에 따른 16년 만에 동계피크가 발생 하였으며, '11. 1. 17일 73,137MW로 2년 년속 동계피크 경신으로 우리나라도 이젠 동계피크 발생국가에 해당된다고 볼 수 있다. 이는 경기회복에 따른 산업용전력의 증가가 동계피크 발생을 견인하였지만 타 에너지원에 비해 전기요금이 저렴하기 때문에 난방연료원이 가스나 가름에서 전기로 지속적으로 전환된 것이 가장 큰 원인이라고 보여 진다. 효과적인 전력수요관리를 위해서는 계약종별별로 부하량과 난방부하량을 측정해서 분석하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다 하겠다. 그렇지만 실시간으로 계약종별로 부하량 자료를 얻을 수 있는 것은 현재 고압고객의 AMR계량시스템자료가 있으나 이는 고압전체의 85% 대 수준의 자료를 읽어올 뿐 전제 부하를 대변할 수 없으므로 발전단 부하를 계약종별로 적절하게 안분하는 것이 필요하다고 볼 수 있다. 8760시간대별 부하분석을 위해서는 발전단 부하와 배전단부하를 근간으로 고압고객의 원격자동검침(AMR) 자료를 활용하여 최대피크기여도를 분석하여 부하분석을 수행하였다.

  • 통계상 국민 2명중 1명이 차를 소유하고 있는 오늘 날, 뉴스를 통해서 차량사고에 의한 인명사고 소식을 심심치 않게 접할 수 있다. 그 중 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 사고는 승 하차시의 접촉 사고로, 최근 들어 증가하는 추세이다. 그래서 이러한 자동차 접촉사고에서의 자동차 탑승자의 안전을 지키기 위한 대책이 시급하다고 생각하였고, 이에 본 논문에서는 뒤의 다가오는 물체에 대한 속도측정을 통한 자동 차문 잠김을 대안으로 제시하며, 이를 통해서, 자동차 탑승자들의 안전을 보장하는 것에 보다 더 한걸음 나아가고자 한다.

  • Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle(HFCV) is system that uses electrical energy of fuel cell stack to main power source, which is different system with other vehicles that use high-voltage, large-current. Isolation performance of this system which is connected with electrical fire and electrical shock is important point. Isolation resistance of electric installation is divided according to working voltage, it follows criterion more than $100{\Omega}$/VDC (or $500{\Omega}$/VAC) about system operation voltage in a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. Although measurement of isolation resistance in a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle is two methods, it uses mainly measurement by megger. However, the present isolation resistance measurement system that is optimized to use in electrical facilities is unsuitable for isolation performance estimation of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle because of limit of maximum short current and difference of measurement resolution. Therefore, this research developed the isolation resistance measurement system so that may be suitable in isolation performance estimation of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, verified isolation performance about known resistance by performance verification of laboratory level about developed system, and executed performance verification through comparing results of developed system by performance verification of vehicle level with ones of existing megger. Developed system is judged to aid estimation and upgrade of isolation performance in a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle hereafter.

  • Generally, brushless DC motor(BLDCM) driving system uses hall sensors or encoders as the mechanical position or speed sensors. It is necessary to achieve the information's of rotor position for driving trapezoidal type brushless DC motor without any position sensor. This paper proposes a sensorless driving system with absolute rotor position detecting circuit which acquires both commutating phase and commutating time by analyzing motor phase voltages. Proposed system is applied to a 10k[W] rating motor which actually used in Hybrid Electric Vehicles. The experimental results will show the validity of the proposed system and the practical use of proposed sensorless drive.

  • Model based design method reduces product development period and increases system software safety. In this paper, a BLDC motor controller based on model based design method is designed with Simulink and implemented with auto generated code which is written in C language. To retain the safety of software, this model is implemented according to MISRA AC SLSF guide. The validity of the implemented controller is verified with a real position control experiment, and execution times of each control loops are measured to compare the system performance of the conventional design and the model based design.
