  • To achieve high-yield, high-quality and safely sustainable development of agricultural and establish the standardization of agricultural production, processing, circulation management system, scientific methods must be used. But in plastic greenhouse, the traditional manual measurement way is still used in cultivation and measurement of relative humidity. In order to improve the efficiency of farm work, to make agricultural production more modernization, this paper combining with the sensor and display device to build a environment which can automatically adjust the humidity.

Variation of Image Quality and Dose by Applying Multi-Leaf Collimator for Digital Mammography (디지털 유방촬영장치에서 다엽 조리개 적용으로 인한 화질과 선량의 변화)

  • Collimator has important functions with control primary X-ray that decrease radiation exposure dose for patients and reduce scatter ray and make better quality of image. But there are no regulations for X-ray mammography device of collimator, so widely used device adopt rectangularly controlled collimator. Though digital X-ray mammography device expand supply recently, rectangularly controlled collimator of film/screen mode still used. After searching for real condition of beam field with digital mammography, we made a multi-leaf collimator which is able to adjust the beam field in accordance with size and shape of breast, and we measuring up the transitions of image quality, average glandular dose(AGD) and, Dose area product(DAP). There are no significant differences between rectangularly controlled collimator and multi-leaf collimator, and DAP value decreased by 50.72%. As conclusion, there needs to expand the use of multi-leaf collimator for optimum adoption of beam field in digital mammography, and also need to develop an automatic regulation of beam field for reduce of exposure dose to patients.

  • 밭고랑 옆의 해가림시설 지주목에 파이프라인을 설치하고 방제장치를 탑재한 주행장치가 자동으로 파이프를 추적하면서 농약을 살포 할 수 있는 방제기를 개발하여 인삼재배포장에서 성능시험을 실시하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면다음과 같다. 가. 인삼재배용 방제기의 주행장치는 동력원으로 축전지를 사용하는 DC모터에 의한 4륜 구동형으로 제작하였고, 방제장치는 수직 붐노즐 방식으로 쌍선형 노즐을 좌우에 3개씩 부착하고 살포각도를 조절할 수 있도록 제작하였으며, 인력으로 골간 이동시키는 방식이다 나. 성능시험결과 주행속도는 0.3m/s이고, 장애물이나 요철부의 통과 가능높이는 4cm였고, 작업성능은 38분/10a로 나타났다. 다. 방제성능은 피복면적비를 측정한 결과 인삼 잎 앞면은 100%, 뒷면은 40%이상으로 분무입자의 부착률이 양호한 것으로 나타났다.

  • To identify the dynamic characteristics of the Auto-leveling system applied to the Tractor-Trailer type Transporter for mounting a large scale precision equipment, Dynamics Modeling & Simulation were performed using general Dynamics Analysis Program - RecurDyn(V9R2). The axial load data, transverse load data and pad trace data of leveling actuators were obtained from M&S. And they were analyzed and compared with each other by parameters, i.e. friction coefficients on the ground, landing ram speed of actuators, and direction & quantity of ground slope. It was observed that ground contact friction coefficients affected to transverse load and pad trace; the landing ram speed of actuators to both amplitude of axial & transverse load, and this phenomena was able to explain from the frequency analysis of the axial load data; the direction of ground slope to driving sequence of landing ram of actuators. But the dynamic behaviors on the two-directional slope were very different from them on the one-directional slope and more complex.

  • Due to material-specific vulnerabilities, the surfaces of the liquid crystal glasses used in mobile phones can crack easily, with even the smallest cracks undergoing propagation. To protect the glass surfaces, films are attached to the surfaces during the mobile phone production process. However, after machining the liquid crystal, removal of the film on the liquid crystal surface using chemical and mechanical methods is required. In this research, a peeling apparatus was developed for removing the films attached to liquid crystal surfaces during the production process. Mechanical attachment and design automation through experimentation and finite element modelling were performed to confirm the validity of the design.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented mobile object automatic system based on senor networks for telematics. For developing this system, we gather the various sensing data through wireless communication method using zigbee sensor networks and analyze them in monitoring equipment. And we enable the driver to recognize the car state information on the whole by interfacing analyzed data to telematics unit. And, we implemented automatic controller that can control temperature and humidity in car automatically by actuating air conditioner based on the data that was monitored throughout temperature sensor, humidity sensor and brightness sensor based on sensor networks.

Flower Bud Differentiation and Growth Characteristics of Strawberry through Automatic Control of Temperature and Day Length (온도와 일장의 자동조절에 의한 딸기의 화아분화와 생육특성)

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the automatic control of night temperature and day length on the flower bud initiation growth responses and yield of strawberries. Flower bud initiation was observed only 14 days after treatment in plants forced with automatic system but not in plants forced with traditional methods, and flower bud development was further progressed by an automatic system. In genernal, the crown diameter of runner plants derived from strawberries grown with the automatic system was smaller than those from the plants grown under hand-operated system and this tendency was clear in plants placed at middle and low position during forcing. The rate of transpiration was higher in plants treated with hand operated method but the content of chlorophyll was lower than those treated with the automatic system. Results indicated that automatic system has an advantage in stimulation of flower bud initiation and improving the quility of runner plants.

  • 본 논문에서는 단상 thyristor 정류기 구조의 대전력 150KVA급의 mash seam 용접기에 용접 센터링등 여러 가지 용접 효율 향상을 위한 부가 장치를 포함한 용접장치 개발을 통한 용접품질 분석결과를 보이고 있다. 일반적으로 제철소에 사용되는 수10KVA급의 용접기들은 그동안 전량 수입에 의존하던 것을 공동연구를 통해서 국산화에 성공하였다. 본 시스템은 기존의 타사제품의 기능을 포함하여 용접 센터링 장치, 용접 전후단 의 크램핑기능, 선후행 코일의 선단부를 절단하는 shear ing 기능, 용접 휠높이 자동조절기능을 포함하였으며, 자체 설계된 대전력용 변압기, 대전력 절환용 thyristor 제어들을 포함한 용접기로써 기존의 타사제품에 비하여 기능적, 성능적으로 향상된 형태로써 용접 성능 검사에서도 양호한 결과 얻었다. 본 논문에서는 mash seam 용접기의 기본적인 기능설명과 개된 용접기를 기능별로 설명하고, 실용접 결과를 소개하여 향후 계획을 제시한다

  • In this thesis, I developed a ball press pushing up equipment to solve the defect that occurs when the ball is inserted to the auto transmission. The ball press pushing up equipment is composed of heating device, thermostat which controls the heating device and the automated insertion device which helps to enhance mass production. This development contributes to quality improvement of domestic automobile production auto transmission part, and also contribute to cost reduction and sales increase for corporations.
