Analysis of Stage-Discharge Relationships in the Irrigation Canal with Auto-Measuring System (자동계측이 이루어지는 관개용수로에서의 수위-유량관계 분석)

  • Stage-discharge relationship is applied to convert water level into discharge at the auto-measuring station in many irrigation canals. The stage-discharge curve is very important for reliable application for the agricultural water management system. We made results of discharge measurement at 18 stations in the irrigation canal nearby the Idong reservoir from 2010 to 2011. Stage-discharge relationships for each 18 stations were drawn considering of different hydraulic and geometrical characteristics at each stations. R-squared over 0.91 at each stations show high reliability for application of these relationships.

  • 배전자동화용 제어함 축전지 불량상태에서 외부전원 상실시 고장검출(FI) 및 원격조작 등의 자동화 운전이 불가능하여 광역정전 발생우려가 있으므로 이를 개선하기 위하여 축전지상태를 배전자동화 주장치에서 배전자동화 단말장치를 이용하여 온라인 상에서 종합적으로 계측 판단할 수 있는 축전지감시 모듈을 개발하였다.

  • The deep excavation work in Korean downtown is almost excuted near by existing structures and utility lines because of the diminution of available yard for construction. So, it was required more and more that the accurate control of displacement on the earth retaining system for minimizing the popular complaint and the damage from constructional accident. Automatic monitoring system is adopted in fracture zone for real time monitoring. In addition, Face mapping is carried out on the face of fracture zone according to excavation sequence. As the result of automatic monitoring system and face mapping, we was able to take the necessary reinforcement and changing excavation method within suitable time. This paper is informed about a stability case on the deep rock excavation site with fracture zone in urban area by automatic monitoring system.

  • In this paper, the theoretical method of measuring the tunnel convergence and underground displacement, the objective indices of assessing safety for tunnel construction, using the fiber optic sensor is studied by developing the program to automatically measure them. The model test of Con'c beam is conducted to evaluate reliability of the fiber optic sensor. Furthermore, using the RS232 communication protocol as well as Visual C# and Visual C++, the programming tools, the program was developed to detect automatically the measured value of the fiber optic sensor, calculate the tunnel convergence and underground displacement, predict the deformed shape of the tunnel, and evaluate loosening zone due to the tunnel excavation.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 반복적인 검침업무 및 분석을 자동화하여 보다 효율적으로 전력사용량 및 부하사용량을 파악하고, 이를 자동으로 분석할 수 있도록 한 웹기반 전력관리 시스템을 소개한다. 당사에서 개발한 웹기반 전력관리 시스템은 디지털 장치와 컴퓨터 S/W를 통해 각 피더별 데이터를 실시간으로 수집, 가공하여 데이터베이스에 저장하고 보고서 등을 자동으로 작성하며, 피더별 부하 비교/분석 둥을 통하여 전력 사용량 및 부하사용량에 대한 분석을 용이하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 웹 브라우져를 통해 인터넷이 연결된 곳이면 어디에서나 실시간 계측값, 이력트렌드 둥의 필요한 정보를 제공받을 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고, (주)효성, 창원공장에 적용된 사례를 통하여 웹기반 전력 판리 시스템을 설치하였을 때 얻을 수 있는 효과를 분석하였다.

  • The tool wear that is developed by long-term machining in mold manufacturing with machining center makes a severe influence to the accuracy and the surface roughness. In this reason, tool-wear supervising system which has guaranteed high accuracy and high speed is needed to improve the measurement quality. Touching probe and touch sensor are widely used to measure the tool profile at on-machine measurement. In this paper, using the newly developed electric touch point measuring system, the Automatic Tool Compensation System is developed to correct the error of tool diameter resulted from the wear, and the operating method of this system is also provided.

  • 도로 과적 차량은 일반 승용차보다 도로를 많이 훼손하여 도로, 교량의 사용 수명을 단축시키고, 유지보수 비용을 상승시키는 원인으로 분석되고 있다. 또한 과적 화물차량은 정상차량에 비해 도로 주행 흐름을 상대적으로 떨어뜨려, 도로 용량을 저하시키며, 소음과 진동의 발생, 배기가스 배출 등 여러 가지 문제를 발생시키는 원인이다. 특히, 도심지에서의 화물차 운행은 선진적인 단속체계가 더욱 필요하다. 현재의 단속시스템은 단속인력과 계측장비를 설치한 고정식의 과적 검문소를 운영하거나 이동식의 단속 검문을 병행하는 방식이다. 그러나 도심지의 경우, 교통정체, 고정식 검문소의 부지 확보 등 현실적으로 단속업무를 실시하기 어려운 환경이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 운영하는 고정식의 단속시스템을 자동 단속시스템으로 전환시키기 위한 기술적 구성 방안에 대해서 검토하였다.

  • In this paper, the design factors of stacker crane for the automatic warehouse are verified by dynamic simulation process. Simulation model is designed as the form of rigid elements and discrete flexible beam connections. The various result for structural design of stacker crane is produced by dynamic simulation and experiment. For the simulation of structural dynamics, ADAMS which is a software for kinematic & dynamic simulation, is used. In order to verify the analysis method, simulation and experiment result are compared.
