재도전 소상공인의 역량모델링에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹과 같은 외부 환경의 영향뿐만 아니라 경쟁 환경 및 시장변화에 적절하게 대응하지 못하는 등 역량부족의 문제로 사업 실패률이 높아진 소상공인들의 성공적인 재기를 돕고자 이들에게 요구되는 역량을 모델링하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1977년부터 2022년까지 발행된 관련 문헌을 분석하였고 7인의 재도전 소상공인을 대상으로 행동사건인터뷰(BEI)를 진행하였으며, 역량개발 및 HRD 전문가를 섭외하여 세 차례에 걸처 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하는 과정을 통해 역량초안을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 12명의 관련분야(창업, 소상공인, 심리/역량) 전문가를 섭외하여 3회에 걸친 델파이기법(Delphi Analysis)을 통해 재도전 소상공인의 성공적인 재기에 도움이 되는 역량을 2개의 역량군(소상공인, 실패회복), 8개의 세부역량(사업기회포착, 사업기획, 사업차별화, 운영관리, 판로개척, 제품과 서비스 연구개발, 긍정적 자기조절, 실패경험 극복 및 대처), 22개의 역량요소, 72개의 지식·기술·태도(KSA)가 표시된 행동지표로 도출하였다. 이와 같이 진행된 본 연구는 국내 최초로 재도전 소상공인에게 요구되는 역량을 구체화했다는데 학술적 의미가 있다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 재도전 소상공인 대상 역량기반 교육프로그램을 개발하거나 지원 프로그램에 적합한 대상자 선별하는 등에서 활용될 수 있으며 소상공인 스스로 사업 성공을 위해 역량을 진단하며 자기개발을 촉진하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Factors Influencing the Respiratory Infection Preventive Behavior among College Students (대학생의 호흡기감염 예방행위에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this descriptive research study was to investigate health beliefs and self-efficacy in respiratory infection management as factors that affect the respiratory infection prevention behavior of college students. The subjects were 178 students attending a university in K city of Gyeongsangbuk-do. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire from September 1st to October 16th of 2020. The results of this study are as follows; Health belief was significantly different from participant's gender (t=-2.86, p=.005), major classification (F=2.95, p=.034), and taking any medications (t=2.18, p=.030). Self-efficacy in respiratory infection management was significantly different from university students' gender (t=-3.56, p=<.001) and major classification (F=4.59, p=.004). Health belief (r=.276, p<.001) and self-efficacy in respiratory infection management (r=.660, p<.001) had a positive correlation with respiratory infection preventive behavior. Multiple regression analysis results show that self-efficacy in respiratory infection management (β=.66, p<.001) significantly affected respiratory infection preventive behavior. The model had an explanatory power of 43%. The findings demonstrate that the major factor influencing the respiratory infection preventive behavior of university students is self-efficacy in respiratory infection management. Therefore, in order to promote behavior to prevent respiratory infection in college students, a program that can strengthen self-efficacy in respiratory infection management should be developed.

The Impact of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intentions and Entrepreneurial Behavior of Continuing Education Enrolled Students in University: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy (창업교육이 성인학습자의 창업의지와 창업행동에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • As getting in 4th Industrial Revolution Times, Continuing Education Enrolled Students(CEES) trying to find loophole for jepordized current life and need job transfer have surged their interest significantly on starting new business to bring up their post career after retirement through self-improvement. Government and university have actively initiated diverse policies of promoting startup for CEES in kicking off entrepreneurship courses and programs. However, relevant main policy, 'The 2nd University Startup Education Five-Year Plan (draft)' have too chiefly focused on theoretical start-up education rather than practical courses, causing the problem of inappropriate support for implementing real startup and business (Ministry of Education, 2018). This study is brought to empirically investigate the effect of self-efficacy as perspective of the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention and behavior to come up with problem of poor entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship education to CEES. As to empirical research, this paper deliver on-line survey to CEES from September to October 2022, collect 207 effective feedbacks, In order to verify the reliability of the scale, the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient (Cronbach's α) was calculated, analyzed, and measured. For hypothesis test, this paper utilize the multiple regression analysis statistical analysis method and use the SPSS 22.0 statistical processing program. Empirical results show, first, it was found that self-efficacy had a significant effect on start-up education. Second, start-up education had a significant effect on the intention to start a business of adult learners. Third, start-up education had a significant effect on the start-up behavior of adult learners. Fourth, self-efficacy had a significant effect on the intention of adult learners to start a business. Fifth, self-efficacy had a significant effect on the start-up behavior of adult learners. Sixth, self-efficacy had a mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and adult learners' intention to start a business. Seventh, self-efficacy had a complete mediating effect in the relationship between start-up education and adult learners' start-up behavior. This paper is brought three significant implications. First, main consideration developing entrepreneurship education tools for CEES need to falls on defining potential needs of CEES as segmenting as to coming up with diversity of CEES's characteristics such as gender, age, experience, education, and occupation. Second, as to design specific entrepreneurship education program, both practical training program of utilizing CEES's career field experience benchmarking best practice startup and venture cases from domestic and global, and professional startup program of CEES initiating directly startup from ideation to develop business plan with pitching and discussing. Third, entrepreneurship education for CEES should be designed to incubate self-efficacy to enhance entrepreneurial intention of implementing entrepreneurial behavior as a real, eventually leading solid support system of self-improvement for CEES' Retirement life planning.

Influencing Factors for Post-traumatic Growth in Patients with Breast Cancer (유방암 환자의 외상 후 성장 영향 요인)

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the factors that influence post-traumatic growth in patients with breast cancer. The study subjects were 100 outpatients with breast cancer who visited the outpatient clinic of a university hospital. The instruments used for this study were Korean Post-traumatic Inventory (K-PTGI), Modified Medical Outcomes Study Social Support Survey (mMOS-SS), Self-Efficacy Scale for Self-Management of Breast Cancer (SESSM-B) and Cancer Coping Questionnaire (CCQ). The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson-correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0. The mean score of post-traumatic growth was $3.4{\pm}0.9$ out of 5. Post traumatic growth had statistically significant correlation with social support, breast cancer self-management self-efficacy, and coping behavior. In stepwise multiple regression analysis, post-traumatic growth was significantly influenced by therapeutic compliance related self-efficacy and positive reframing coping behavior and it was account for 29% of the total variance. These results suggest that these influencing factors should be considered in developing the nursing intervention to improve the post-traumatic growth in patient with breast cancer.

A Field Experiments Study for Coaching Effects Verification: Relation between Coaching and Self-esteem, Career Decision Making Self-efficacy, and Career Preparation Behavior (코칭 효과 검증을 위한 현장실험연구: 코칭과 자아존중감, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between coaching and self-esteem, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior through field experiments. To accomplish the purpose of the study, as the purposeful sampling was selected 50 male university students in Chungnam, South Korea. This experimental design, 25 university students were assigned to an experimental group, and another 25 university students were assigned to a control group. The experimental group had four sessions of coaching program. The control group did not have any coaching sessions. After four coaching sessions, questionnaires were administrated again. To conduct ANCOVA, pre-measurement scores for each dependent variable were included as covariates and post-measurement scores were included as dependent variables. The result proved the effect of coaching on self-esteem, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior. As the results of analysis, for control group, there was no difference between before and after measurement for each dependent variable. However, there was statistically significant difference between before and after measurement for each dependent variable in experimental group. This result confirmed that coaching caused increase in the level of self-esteem, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior. The result like this has a significance to be able to be used as a basic data that used efficiently in the field of career guidance and HRD for university student.

A Study on Organizational Justice Affecting Social Workers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Focusing on the Mediating role of Trust in Supervisor (조직공정성이 사회복지사의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 상사신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The OCB(organizational citizenship behavior), spontaneous extra-role behavior of social workers, plays very important role in the provision of qualitative service for the clients and the organizational performance of social welfare agencies. Starting from the importance of OCB for the effective organizational management, this study focuses on the effects of antecedents such as organizational justice(procedural and distributional) and trust in supervisor on the OCB. This study collected data from 360 social workers and 59 their supervisors working in the community welfare centers, paired the self-reported data and the supervisor-rated data, and analyzed the data through the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The findings of the study show that organizational justice(procedural and distributional) has no direct effect on the OCB, but indirect effect on the OCB through the mediator of trust in supervisor, and that procedural justice has more effect than distributional justice. This study suggests that the management of spontaneous behavior of social workers is not a separated fragmentary phenomenon but should be understood and managed comprehensively in the continuation of the perception of organizational members for the organizational management, the resulting affectivity toward their supervisor, and their behavior in the organizational life.

Well-Being Levels and Well-Being Behavior, and Its Related Factors Among Women in Daegu City (대구지역 거주 여성들의 웰빙 수준 및 웰빙 행동에 관련된 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of well-being behavior of women living in Daegu and analyze their well-being levels according to their socio-demographic variables, thereby determining the effects of each variable on well-being behavior. A survey of 320 women was conducted and T-test, ANOVA was conducted for the well-being levels and well-being behavior based on socio-demographic variables. Multiple regression analysis was analyze the factors affecting well-being behavior. The major findings of this study were as follows. A higher level of education led to a higher level of well-being. Moreover, educational or counseling workers, those with higher monthly incomes, those with higher expenses spent on self-management, those who considered their physical condition good, and those who drank once or twice a week showed higher levels of well-being. According to the analysis of the variables influencing well-being behavior, those with an older age, a higher level of education, and higher expenses for self-management and non-smokers revealed higher degrees of involvement in well-being behavior. We need to maintain women's identity by establishing values of and beliefs in well-being and inspiring them with healthy consciousness of well-being so that we can encourage them to participate in sound well-being behavior.

The Impacts of Restaurant's Hygiene Environment on Customers' Behaviors (외식업체의 물리적 환경이 고객의 행동에 미치는 영향 -위생관리변수의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study investigates the effects of restaurants' physical environments on customers' words of moth and return intention. Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire from restaurants during summer of 2020 and received 627 useful responses. The data was analyzed using the hierarchical multiple regression. The results showed that restaurants' physical environments was statistically significant influencing factors on customers' positive word-of-mouth and return intention. Hygiene environmental variables did not moderated the relationship between restaurants' physical environments and customers' word-of-mouth whereas hygiene environmental variables did moderated the relationship between restaurants' physical environments and customers' return intention. The results of this study suggested that restaurant business owners need to maintain clean environment and to continuously educate employees to protect customers from COVID-19 spread.

A Study on the Stages of Exercise Behaviors in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (류마티스 관절염 환자의 운동행동 변화단계에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined factors affecting the stages of exercise behavior among patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The analysis was based on data collected from 238 patients who enrolled at the medical center of D university. The participants showed 5 stages of exercise behavior: pre-contemplation 23.9%, contemplation 23.0%, preparation 33.2%, action 5.0%, and maintenance 29.0%. There were statistically significant differences in perceived barriers of exercise, exercise self-efficacy, and perceived health status according to the stage of exercise behavior of the subjects. It was found that among the barriers to exercise, physical and cognitive psychological factors significantly influenced the stages of exercise behavior. Also, exercise self-efficacy significantly affected the stages of exercise behavior. Thus, for rheumatoid arthritis patients to practice and maintain proper exercise behavior, the nursing staff should continue to assess and reduce the barriers to exercise. Exercise programs should enhance self-efficacy to achieve long-term exercise behavior.

주가시계열에 대한 확률미분방정식(確率微分方程式)의 모수(母數) 추정(推定)과 자본시장의 운동법칙(運動法則)

  • 이 논문에서는 주가가 확률과정, 즉 확률미분방정식에 의하여 생성되는가를 검정하고 주가의 운동법칙을 규명한다. 일별종합주가지수가 양수의 완전시계열상관을 갖고 있으며, 더욱이 3년 정도의 시차까지 의미있는 시계열상관을 갖고 있음이 발견되었다. 수익률과 가격변화의 시계열상관도 존재하고 시계열은 정상성(定常性)을 갖고 있다. 마팅게일에 의하여 주가가 생성되고있지 않음이 밝혀졌다. 한국증권거래소에서 계산하고 있는 일별 종합주가지수를 포함한 41개 산업별 지수를 사용하여 자본시장의 운동법칙을 규명하기 위하여 가장 많이 이용하고 있는 세개의 확률미분방정식을 검정하였다. 각 주가지수들이 온스타인 울렌벡 브라운 운동과정과 평균회귀과정을 따르지 않고 있다는 것이 발견되었다. 그러나 주가가 편류를 갖는 일반 기하 브라운 운동과정에 의하여 생성되고 있음이 검정을 통하여 확인되었다. 평균회귀과정에 의하여 주가가 생성되지 않는다는 발견은 의외라 할 수 있다. 주가가 온스타인 울렌벡 과정을 따르지 않는다는 것은 주가가 제 1계 정상적 자기회귀과정이 아니라는 것을 의미한다. 일별종합주가지수는 제 4계 자기회귀과정에 의하여 생성된다. 가격변화와 수익률의 생성함수는 제 4계 자기회귀과정이다. 종합주가지수의 제 1계 시계열상관계수는 1이다. 상당히 큰 시차를 갖을 때까지 시계열상관이 대략적으로 1을 유지하고 있다. 따라서 지수가 마팅게일을 따르고 있지 않다. 이 점은 가격변화와 수익률에 있어서도 유사하다. 가격변화, 수익률, 대수수익률의 제 1계 시계열상관이 0.1로 유의적이다. 따라서 수익도 마팅게일 과정을 따르고 있지 않다. 증권가격은 세 번에 걸쳐 구조의 번화가 발생하였다. 구조의 변화가 발생할 때마다 평균가격이 상승하였다. 이와 같은 현상은 장기적 기대가격이 미지일 가능성이 배제되지 않는다. 단기적 기대 주가가 알려진 반면 장기적 기대 주가가 미지라면 평균회귀과정은 장기적 기대주가로 회귀하고 있는 과정이므로 장기기대 주가의 미지성이 평균회귀 과정의 기각을 유도하게 된다. 우리나라의 투자자들은 무위험자산과 위험을 동시에 고려하여 투자활동을 전개하고 있음이 발견되었다. 선형의 효용함수를 갖는 위험중립적 태도의 투자자가 아니다. 위험기피형 효용함수 아래에서 투자활동을 수행하고 있는 합리적 투자자들이라 할 수 있다. 뿐 만 아니라 자신의 평생에 걸친 소비를 소비가 이루어지는 각 기마다 가급적 일정하게 하는 소비행동을 목표로 삼고 소비와 투자에 대한 의사결정을 내리고 있음이 실증분석을 통하여 밝혀졌다. 투자자들은 무위험 자산과 위험성 자산을 동시에 고려하여 포트폴리오를 구성하는 투자활동을 행동에 옮기고 있다.
