This study aims to investigate whether differences in self-directed learning ability according to the personality types of learners occur in after-school programs and the difference in self-directed learning ability according to extroversion and introversion personality types was analyzed for 12 elementary school students in Jeollanam-do who voluntarily participate in after-school programs. As a result of this test, there was no difference in self-directed learning ability in accordance extraversion and introversion. It is judged that when elementary school students are freed from the sense of duty of passive learning participation, introverted students can also pioneer and develop learning methods suitable for them. Based on this, the limitations and implications of the study and next research direction was presented.

This study is a descriptive investigative study to correlate of learning flow, self-directedness, self-regulated learning ability and learning achievement of nursing students who in non-face-to-face learning environment. The subjects of the study were 179 nursing college students based in B, G city, who collected data from September to October 2021. The data analysis used the SPSS 24.0 program and performed descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. As a result of the study, the average learning flow was 38.54±7.87 points, self-directedness was 134.83±19.81 points, self-regulated learning ability was 42.93±5.98 points and learning achievement was 15.03±2.56 points. The relationships among learning flow, self-directedness, self-regulated learning ability, and learning achievement showed significant positive correlations. Therefore, strategies to increase the learning achievement of nursing college students in a non-face-to-face environment, and environmental improvement and institutional support to increase learning flow are needed.

In this paper, we analyze the course 'computer' on middle and high schools. and propose new organization of the course to enhance the ability of self-directed learning. We also develop a learning system for new organization, based on self-directed teaching and learning principles. The developed learning system makes students choose the topics according to their interest and advance learning by the schedule they set by themselves. To promote students' participation, the teacher also gives students various learning tasks. Through e-board and Q&A, we also accelerate mutual communication among teachers and students, to do teaching-learning activities vigorously.

In many papers, item difficulty does apply to the E-Learning system for advance learning effect. But there have to need item revision difficulty for more correct item difficulty. Also, there have to support self-directed learning process which learner can make plan and operate learning progress. In this research, I developed self-directed E-Learning system using item revision difficulty. For efficiency of system development, il is implemented and composited by component based development. In the applied result, it was able to support more correct item revision difficulty to learner. And I displayed efficiency of operation the component based self-directed learning system.

In accordance with the educational paradigm that values self-directed creative education, school libraries and public libraries emphasize self-directed learning support through curriculum-linked programs as their main tasks. For self-directed learning, it is essential to provide learner-centered educational knowledge information, and there should be abundant textbook-linked references that can deepen and expand the curriculum reflected in textbooks. This study established KDC-linked information related to unit and cross-curricular learning topics through the analysis of elementary school textbooks and curriculum-linked books, restructured KDC system based on major subjects in the elementary school curriculum, and established a curriculum-linked subject information. Libraries can strengthen support for self-directed creative learning for elementary school students in an online environment by linking library content targeted for each user with elementary school education content focusing on learning topics in the curriculum.

본 논문은 웹 상에서 자기 주도적 문제풀이 학습을 통하여 학습자가 자기 주도적으로 학습할 수학교과의 학습목표 및 내용, 관련된 학습자료를 탐색하고, 교수자나 다근 학습자와 서로 상호작용을 하여 문제를 해결하기 위한 원격강의 프로그램을 개발하고자 일반적인 멀티미디어 체계적 교수설계 모형을 기초로 웹 기반 코스웨어 설계모형을 제시하고 학습자 중심의 실시간 수학문제 풀이 원격학습 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는 웹 기반의 수학 코스웨어 및 텍스트 모드로 제작 설계되었으며 자기 주도적인 수학 문제 풀이 단계학습을 목적으로 한다.

In the society of lifelong learning, a school library has to play an important educational role in improving self-directed learning ability that school education is seeking. 이러닝은 자기주도적 학습을 할 수 있는 좋은 환경을 만들어 준다. 이러닝(e-learning)이 활발히 이루어 지면서 자기주도적 학습을 도와 줄 수 있는 학습 관리시스템(Learning Management System)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 오픈 소스 LMS인 Moodle은 홈페이지 서버를 운영하고 있는 초등학교 현장에서 설치 및 관리가 용이하며 무료로 운영이 가능하다. 그러나 Moodle이 초등교육 현장에는 아직까지 확산 되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 자기주도적 학습을 관리하기 위한 방안으로 Moodle를 제시하고 활용하는 방안을 제안해 보고자 한다.

In this paper, I design a web based system for self directed leaning. I search a teaching and teaming model for self directed teaming on web. I design a pertinent mood of system to carry out a teaching and teaming model. Also, I propose a Dan which a model d system use pertinently. If a web based system for self directed teaming is used on vacation, after school or actual learning, I expect that we take the effect of instruction.

본 연구는 초등학생들에게 능동성과 책임감을 바탕으로 하여 자기주도적으로 과제를 해결할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있는 웹 학습실을 설계하고 개발한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 학생들이 자기주도적으로 학습을 해 나갈 수 있도록 학년별, 단원별, 차시별로 구성된 사회과 학습실이라는 웹 환경을 마련하였다. 두 번째로 학생들이 스스로 학습 과제를 선정하고, 다양한 도서와 멀티 자료, 기타 관련 웹 사이트 등 과제 해결에 필요로 하는 자료와 정보를 검색하여 자신이 설정한 과제를 해결해 나가는 일련의 과정을 실시할 수 있는 과제 학습실이라는 웹 환경을 마련하였다. 이러한 사회과 웹 학습실 운영을 통하여 얻어지는 효과는 초등학생들의 컴퓨터 활용 능력을 향상시키고, 학습에 대한 흥미도와 참여도를 높이며, 게시판이나 대화방을 통해 과제를 선정하고, 역할분담, 자료 수집, 분류해 나가는 과정에서 학습활동에 대한 책임의식과 학습에 대한 자기주도성 신장에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
