Empathy With Music From a Selfobject Perspective (음악공감경험 분석: 자기대상(selfobject) 개념을 중심으로)

  • Using Kohut's selfobject perspective as a foundation, this qualitative study explored the empathy with music and analyzed the empirical meanings in relation to 'Mirroring selfobject need', 'Idealized selfobject need', and 'Twinship selfobject need'. The participants included 13 music therapy graduate students who took part in individual interviews about their musical experiences. The interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed via content analysis. As a result, seven categories with 16 meaningful concepts emerged under three dimensions: Gratification of selfobject need for mirroring, gratification of selfobject need for idealization, and gratification of selfobject need for twinship. Participants described experiencing unconditional understanding and acceptance from music, feeling stronger and safer in music, and being identified with and connected to music. These findings suggest that participants continuously gratify their selfobject needs by expanding the self and empathizing themselves through music. This study in significant in that it is the first qualitative study to analyze participants' musical experiences from Kohut's selfobject perspective.

라이프스타일과 자기표현욕구가 비건화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 최근 기초화장품 트렌드로 클린 화장품, 비건 화장품 등이 브랜드별로 새롭게 출시되고 시장내 성장하고 있다. 한동안 화장품의 성분에 대한 관심과 영향이 커지면서 기능성화장품, 코스메슈티컬화장품, 더마화장품들이 신뢰를 얻고 인기가 있던 가운데, 효능 외의 요소를 소구하는 브랜드와 제품에 대한 관심이 커지고 있는 중이다. 본 연구는 이러한 변화에 있어 소비자의 라이프스타일과 소비가치의 상관관계가 영향이 있을 것으로 보고 이를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 ESG가 강조되는 사회 분위기 속에 클린 화장품 또는 비건 화장품의 소비가 일종의 자기표현의 욕구를 충족시켜주는 역할로써의 관계가 있는지도 알아보고자 한다. 따라서 기초 화장품을 사용하는 소비자들을 대상으로 라이프스타일과 자기표현욕구가 비건화장품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 및 소비가치를 매개변수로 하여 라이프스타일과 자기표현욕구와 구매의도 간의 영향을 살펴하고자 한다. 독립변수는 라이프스타일의 하위변수인 외모관리 지향형, 질적건강추구형으로 구분하였고, 자기표현욕구를 사용하였다. 설문조사는 대학생, 직장인, 주부등 20대부터 40대까지 연령층을 대상으로 진행하여 실증분석에 사용할 예정이다. SPSS v22.0을 사용하여 3단계 매개모형을 기반으로 회기분석할 예정이다.

The Effects of ERG Factors on Organizational Attachment: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Self-Efficacy (ERG요인이 조직애착에 미치는 영향: 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study is to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between elements of the ERG and organizational attachment. To verify this, a survey was conducted on employees working at companies in Korea and the research found that all three elements of ERG have a significant effect on self-efficacy, and self-efficacy also have a significant effect on organizational attachment. Thus, it was found that self-efficacy played a mediating role in the relationship between the three elements of ERG and organizational attachment. Based on these findings, we present practical implications while also presenting future research directions.

  • A total of 84 questionnaires were analyzed for students with experience in entrepreneurship education in Cheonan-Asan, Chungnam province. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the experience of founding education, the personal characteristics of university students, on intention to start a business. As a result, first, there was a correlation between the intention of incubation of college students and the intention of incubation. Significantly at the level. Second, education satisfaction, which is a subordinate factor of entrepreneurship education, did not have a significant effect on achievement desire and self-efficacy, which are subdomains of entrepreneurship intention. Third, creativity was found to have a significant effect on both the desire for achievement and self-efficacy of intention, and creativity showed explanatory power of .603 and 35.1% for R2. The value of .493 and R2 of creativity and self-efficacy are 25.5%.

The Effects of Self-Concealment, Satisfying Basic Psychological Needs on the Commitment of Romantic Relationship in Early Adulthood (초기 성인기의 자기은폐, 기본심리욕구 충족이 이성관계 헌신에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of self-concealment and satisfication among the basic psychological needs on the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships in early adulthood. The study examined the mediating effects of basic psychological needs, autonomy, competence, and relatedness, in the relationship between self-concealment and the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. For this purpose, a self-report survey was conducted on 197 adults aged 20 to 29 who are currently in opposite-sex romantic relationships, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS MACRO v3.5. The main results of this study are as follows. First, gender, age, and duration of dating period among the subject's demo-social variables significantly impacted the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. Second, satisfying relatedness among the basic psychological needs had the largest influence on the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships, and self-concealment negatively affected the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships. Third, relatedness from the basic psychological needs had a significant mediating effect between self-concealment and the commitment to romantic relationships. It can be seen that it is crucial to lower self-concealment and to satisfy relatedness among the basic psychological needs in order to promote commitment to romantic relationships in early adulthood. This study is meaningful in that it tried to reveal the influence of individual psychological factors on the commitment to the romantic relationship, and it is significant that it proposed a basis for intervention to promote the commitment to opposite-sex romantic relationships in early adulthood.

The Effect of Social Anonymity on Community Quality : Mediated by Self Expression, Self Control, and Community Ties (사회적 익명성이 커뮤니티 품질에 미치는 영향 : 표현욕구, 자기통제, 유대감의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social anonymity on community quality and find out mediating factors that affect the relationship between social anonymity and community quality in online community sites. This study focuses on the factors such as self expression, self control, and community ties to investigate their mediating roles on the relationship between social anonymity and community quality. Also, discussion quality and information quality are used to measure online community quality. The results of this study show that social anonymity is directly related to discussion quality but not related to information quality. As for the mediating effects, self expression, self control and community ties are all shown to have strong mediating effects on the social anonymity and community quality relationship.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among service quality, self-efficacy, achievement need, and satisfaction in internet shopping mall entrepreneurial education. In this research, service quality consists of four factors including curriculum(lecturer expertise, distinction, and diversity of curricula), type(theory-oriented and practice-oriented), and administration(operation, facility and networking). First, this study investigated how service quality affected both self-efficacy and achievement need, second analyzed how both self-efficacy and achievement need influenced the satisfaction in internet shopping mall entrepreneurial education. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 129 individuals that Cafe 24 in progress in the shopping mall entrepreneurial education. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, a structural equation analysis has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that service quality affects both self-efficacy and achievement need. According to the analysis, first, expertise, distinction and operation affect self-efficacy, second both expertise and operation affect achievement need. In addition, the results show that self-efficacy and achievement need influenced the satisfaction of entrepreneurial education. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.

Effects of the Need for Rehabilitation Services on the Daily Life Satisfaction of Returned-to-Work and Reemployed Injured Workers : Mediating Effects Self-Efficacy (원직장복귀 및 재취업 산재근로자의 재활서비스 욕구가 일상생활만족도에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • This study aims at creating a daily life satisfaction improvement plan by using motivation for seeking need for rehabilitation services and self-efficacy in individuals who returned-to-work and reemployed injured workers. The subjects of this study were 2,642 returnees and 3,742 reemployed individuals who participated in the first to fifth year survey of the first cohort of the Panel Survey of Workers' Compensation Insurance. The analysis checked the mediating effect through the multiple regression analysis and bootstrapping. The result indicated the need for rehabilitation services had negative impact on self-efficacy and daily life satisfaction whereas self-efficacy had a positive effect on daily life satisfaction and played a mediating role between the need for rehabilitation services and daily life satisfaction. Based on these results, a need for the advancement of social psychological rehabilitation program and establishing an integrative rehabilitation process were identified.

  • This study analyzed the relationship between the social support and life satisfaction of the new-middle aged job seekers, and the mediating effect of re-employment desire. Firstly, the relationship between social support and life satisfaction were significant, therefore it confirmed social support should be expanded to improve new-middle aged life satisfaction. Secondly, the desire for social status, self-realization and leisure utilization were significantly influenced in the relationship between the desire for re-employment and life satisfaction. Thirdly, the re-employment desire had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between social support and life satisfaction. These results suggest that it is important to establish a social network for emotional support continuously after retirement, in addition to career planning for re-employment in the process of preparing for retirement, in order to increase the level of life satisfaction of the new-middle age.

The Effects of Self-efficacy for Exercise, Psychological Need Satisfaction in Exercise on the Wellness among Adults (성인의 운동 자기효능감, 심리적 욕구만족이 웰니스에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was aimed to verify the influencing factors on wellness by examining the relationships between self-efficacy for exercise, psychological need satisfaction in exercise, and wellness. The subjects of this study were self - report questionnaires collected from 88 male and female adults aged between 19 and 60 years during April 6 ~ June 8, 2017. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS/WIN 22.0 program using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As results of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting on the wellness of adults were a relatedness of psychological need satisfaction in exercise(${\beta}=.316$, p=.012) and self-efficacy for exercise(${\beta}=.279$, p=.008). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to implement and develop a tailored wellness program that improves the psychological need satisfaction in exercise and exercise self-efficacy for adults.
