The purpose of this study was to develop items of an essay response assessment that could align with the instructions and assessments in the high school home economics curriculum. The contents of the study were as follows. First, to establish an assessment plan, 14 achievement standards were analyzed in the assessment area, and the elements of the questions were developed including the content elements of a total of 29 questions. Second, to develop the assessment tools, preliminary questions suited to the structure of essay questions were developed, and the method of presenting data and scoring criteria to be utilized in the questions was selected. Third, to prepare the answers and the scoring criteria tables, the answers to the sample questions for each score were prepared in form of a scoring criteria table, and the objectives of the assessment, the scoring items, and the scores for each item were reviewed. Fourth, the developed questions and answers were revised and supplemented by teachers of the professional learning community through preliminary and mutual review on the components of the questions, the embodiment of the assessment objectives, the implementation of the assessment intent, and the grading. This study can be used as a foundational study for the development of essay-type questions and scoring criteria in essay assessment in the field of education. Furthermore, the results of this study could help teachers enhance their learners' ability to apply knowledge in the future.

On the standards or elements of teaching evaluation, the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) has carried out several research as follows : 1) establishment of observation elements for selecting examples of good mathematics instruction between 2001 and 2002, 2) development of the standards on teaching evaluation between 2004 and 2006, and 3) investigation on the elements of Pedagogical Content Knowledge including understanding of learners between 2007 and 2008. The purposes of development of mathematics teaching evaluation standards through those studies were to improve not only mathematics teachers' professionalism but also their own teaching methods or strategies. In this study, the standards were revised and modified by analyzing the results of those three studies (namely, evaluation standards) focused on the teacher knowledge of learners' understanding. For this purpose, the meaning of learners' understanding was also investigated in-depth. Finally, the concrete elements on teaching evaluation focused on the teacher knowledge of learners' understanding in math class were new developed, based on the literature reviews on learners' understanding. Then, those evaluation elements were developed according to the five domains of learners' understanding such as evaluation domains such as students' intellectual and achievement level, students' misconception in math, students' motivation on learning, students' attitude on mathematics learning, and students' learning strategies.

The purposes of development of evaluation standards for mathematics teaching through those studies were to improve not only mathematics teachers' professionalism but also their own teaching methods or strategies. In this study, the standards were revised and modified by analyzing the results of those studies focused on the knowledge of subject matter knowledge, knowledge of learners' understanding, teaching and learning methods and assessments, and teaching contexts. For this purpose, according to those evaluation domains of each teacher knowledge, elements on teaching evaluation focused on the teacher's knowledge were established using the instructional evaluation framework, which is developed in this study, including the four areas of knowledge obtaining, instructional planning, instructional implementation, and instructional reflection. In this study, 1st and 2nd pilot studies was accomplished for revising evaluation standards and as a result, the procedure for implementing mathematics teaching using evaluation standards was changed to evaluate teachers own teaching using the standards focused on instructional reflection and according to the degree of satisfaction on reflecting their own teaching, standards on knowledge obtaining, instructional planning, instructional implementation would be utilized. Teacher survey is accomplished two times, by the subject of seven teachers. According ot the result of the first teacher questionnaire which was consisted of the essay type of questions on the degree of understanding the content of standards, the evaluation standards were revised. According ot the result of the second teacher questionnaire which was consisted of the essay type of questions on the application of standards, the evaluation standards were revised finally and the way of how to use the standards efficiently was suggested.

IT 산업이 급속히 발전하면서 정보보호와 관련된 문제가 중요한 고려 사항으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제 해결의 일환으로 정보보호제품에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 또한 이들 정보보호제품의 안전 $.$신뢰성이 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 정보보호제품에 대한 보안성 평가가 이미 시행되고 있지만, 보안성 평가에는 비교적 많은 시간이 소요되므로 개발자가 평가 과정을 거쳐 적시에 제품을 시장에 출시하는 데에는 어려움이 따른다. 본 고에서는 정보보호 제품 개발 프로세스를 공통평가기준에서 요구하는 수준으로 개선하도록 함으로써, 제품 평가 준비 및 평가에 소요되는 비용과 시간을 경감시키고 평가의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 보고자 한다.

환경부는 '화학물질의 등록 및 평가 등에 관한 법률(화평법)'과 '화학물질관리법(화관법)' 시행규칙을 공포하고 지난 달부터 시행했다. 환경부에 따르면 두 법안은 화학물질의 체계적인 관리로 사전에 안전사고를 예방하고 국민건강과 환경을 보호하기 위해 제정됐다. 화학물질의 생산 유통 등 모든 과정의 안전관리를 강화하는 것이 골자다. 우선 화평법 시행에 따라 모든 신규 화학물질과 연간 1톤 이상 제조 수입되는 기존 화학물질에 대한 등록이 의무화되고 등록 신청 기준도 강화된다. 다만 제조 수입량이 연간 1톤 미만일 경우 등록 신청 제출 자료를 정식 등록 9개보다 적은 4개로 간소화하고 등록기간도 30일에서 3~7일로 줄였다. 또 유해물질 함유제품으로 인한 피해를 예방하기 위해 생활화학 제품 15종을 우려제품으로 지정해 안전 표시기준을 준수하도록 했다. 관리대상 품목은 세정제 합성세제 표백제 섬유유연제 코팅제 접착제 방향제 탈취제 방청제(금속부식 방지제) 김서림방지제 물체염탈색체 문신용염료 소독제 방충제 방부제 등이다. 화관법에서는 유해 화학물질 취급 때 공통 적용되는 46개 준수사항을 규정하고 물질별로 구체적인 취급기준을 고시하도록 했다. 취급시설의 설치 관리기준도 시설 종류별로 구체화했다. 새로 도입되는 장외 영향평가는 취급시설 설치자가 화학사고 발생 시 사업장 주변지역 사람이나 환경에 미치는 영향을 사전에 평가해 시설을 안전하게 설계 설치하도록 규정했다. 과징금과 행정처분 기준도 구체화했다. 행정처분은 2년 내 위반 횟수에 따라 경고 개선명령 영업정지 허가취소로 차등화하고 사고가 일어나면 사상자와 사업장 밖 피해액을 기준에 따라 산정해야 한다. 본 고에서는 두 법률의 주요 내용과 함께 주요 문의 사항을 살펴봄으로써 이해를 도우고자 했다.

본 시스템은 4 차 산업 혁명이 발발한 이점을 살려 가상현실(Augmented Reality)을 활용, 극대화된 시각적인 요소들을 추가하여 사용자들의 흥미를 유발한다. 또한 더욱 정확한 평가 기준을 세우기 위해 사용자의 흉부 압박 빠르기와 깊이를 측정할 수 있는 각종 센서를 활용하였다. 관리자는 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 바탕으로 사용자들을 평가한다. 기존의 평가는 평가자의 눈대중, 직감으로만 평가가 이루어지기에 신빙성 및 신뢰를 하기 어렵다. 따라서 사용자들은 현실감 있고 정량화된 데이터를 바탕으로 정확한 평가 및 피드백을 받을 수 있는 교육, 평가가 절실히 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가상현실을 활용한 심폐소생술(CPR) 및 자동 제세동기(AED) 교육 평가 시스템을 제안한다.

인천시는 최근 해양재난 및 선박사고 해결을 위해 연안 중소형 안전운행 시스템 실증사업을 기획·추진하고 있으며 실증사업을 통해 선박충돌경고 등 4가지 서비스를 제공할 예정이다. 사업 관련 정책 결정 및 사업예산 근거 확보 등 사업의 지속가능성을 위해서는 서비스 효과평가를 통해 사업이 사전에 설정한 목표를 충분히 달성했는지 여부를 평가하고 필요시 추가적인 보완조치 등을 수행하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 효과평가 정의, 과정, 체계 및 모형 등 효과평가 관련 이론적 접근을 수행하였다. 또한 관련 선행연구와 효과평가 사례분석 등을 통해 효과평가 모델(안)을 제시하였다. 향후 연구 관계자 및 서비스 체험자 등의 의견과 서비스로 인해 생성되는 Data 분석 등을 통해 효과평가 기준을 개발하고 사업에 적용할 예정이며 이를 통해 해양사고 예방 등 사업 목표 달성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

CEFR(Common European Framework of Reference for Language)는 유럽 전역의 교육기관에서 언어구사 능력을 평가하는 평가 기준이다. 본 논문은 학습자가 문장 작문한 것을 CEFR 에 기반하여 평가하는 모델을 기술하는 것을 목표로 한다. CEFR 기반 문장 작문 평가는 크게 전처리 단계, 작문 단계, 평가 단계로 구성된다. CEFR 기반 문장 작문 평가 모델의 평가는 CEFR 수준별로 분류한 문장들이 전문가의 수동 분류와 일치하는 지의 정확도와 학습자가 작문한 결과의 자동 평가로 측정되었다. 실험은 독일어를 대상으로 하였으며 독일어 전공 41 명의 대학생에게 CEFR 6 등급별로 5 문장씩 총 30 문장의 2 세트를 만들어 실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 CEFR 등급별 자동 분류는 전문가의 수동 분류와 61.67%로 일치하는 정확도를 보였다.

In order to perform a successful outsourcing, we needs the SLA through improving the quality of IT services. In particular SLA metrics and evaluation criteria is an important factor as to substitute the IT viability of the company to promote IT Outsourcing. SLA metrics consist of technical, managerial, user perspective items, and has been managed to aim to provide reliable and continuous quality improvement of IT services. This study focuses on the HW availability metrics of SLA indicators of IT outsourcing. We propose the Infra availability criteria for the HW configuration level to meet the SLA contract and evaluation. We offer the Infra configuration standards of SLA contract, and propose criteria to determine the suitability of the target levels in IT operations audit environment. The proposed model was verified the necessity and effectiveness of the Infra configuration standards and operation audit check items through the surveys of experts and users.

The purpose of this study was to find differences in evaluation criteria and to find differences in preferred images based on benefits segmented groups of jeans products consumers. Male and female Korean university students participated in the study. Quota sampling method was used to collect the data based on gender and a residential area of the respondents. Data from 492 questionnaires were used in the analysis. Factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and post-hoc test were conducted. As a result, respondents who seek multi-benefits considered aesthetic criteria(e.g., color, style, design, fit) and quality performance criteria(e.g., durability, ease of care, contractibility, flexibility) more importantly when evaluating and purchasing jeans products. Respondents who seek brand name considered extrinsic criteria(e.g., brand reputation, status symbol, country of origin, fashionability) more importantly than respondents who seek economic efciency. Respondents who seek multi-benefits such as attractiveness, fashion, individuality, and utility tend to prefer all the images: individual image, active image, sexual image, sophisticated image, and simple image when wearing jeans products. Respondents who seek fashion are likely to prefer individual image, and respondents who seek brand name more prefer both individual image and polished image. Mean while, respondents who seek economical efficiency less prefer sexual image and polished image.
