We propose an extension of the Lee and Jho (2015) mean reverting the two factor mortality model by incorporating a period-specific cohort effect. We found that the consideration of cohort effect improves the mortality fit of Korea male data above age 65. Parameters are estimated by the weighted least squares method and Metropolis algorithm. We also emphasize that the cohort effect is necessary to choose the base survival index to calculate longevity bond issue price. A key contribution of the article is the proposal and development of a method to calculate the longevity bond price to hedge the longevity risk exposed to Korea National Pension Services.

부유식 파랑에너지 변환시스템(Oscillating Water Column)에 대한 해석은 입력파와 챔버, 챔버내 공기의 상호작용으로 인하여 어려움이 많다. 이 논문은 이와 같은 요소를 고려하면서도 쉽고 간편한 해석법을 제시한다. 파랑에너지에 의한 자가발전은 파랑에너지를 기계적 운동으로 변환하고 이를 전기에너지로 변환함으로써 가능하다. 본 논문은 파랑에너지에서 기계적 에너지로 변환하는 과정에 집중하여 그 부분의 성능을 해석한다. 단일 진동수 규칙파가 입력되었을 때에 파에 의하여 챔버의 상하운동이 선형적으로 발생하는 것으로 보며, 이 상하운동에 챔버내의 압력 영향을 고려하였다. 상하운동과 챔버내로 투과한 파, 그리고 챔버내 압력에 의해 발생되는 파에 의해 챔버내의 상대운동을 정하고, 그 상대 운동에 의한 공기의 압축 팽창과 온도상승을 근사적 열역학적 방정식으로 해석하였고 오리피스를 통한 유량을 결정하였다. 얻어진 식은 간단하면서도 관련요소의 영향을 전반적으로 표현한다. 결과에 따르면 고정식의 에너지 변환식은 부유식의 특별한 경우로서 파악되었다. 또한 고정식의 시스템을 그대로 부유식으로 바꿨을 때 그 변환효율은 적어지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 해석법은 계산이 간편하므로 설계단계에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Through sensor nodes it can obtain behavior, condition, location of objects. Generally speaking, sensor nodes are very limited because they have a battery power supply. Therefore, for collecting sensor data, efficient energy management is necessary in order to prolong the entire network survival. In this paper, we propose a method that increases energy efficiency to be self-configuring by distributed sensor nodes per cluster. The proposed method is based on the ANTCLUST. After measuring the similarity between two objects it is method that determine own cluster. It applies a colonial closure model of ant. The result of an experiment, it showed that the number of alive nodes increased 27% than existing clustering methods.

K-WEAP은 수자원 지속적 확보기술개발사업의 일환으로 개발된 프로그램으로 용수이용에 대한 정책 시나리오 설정과 용수관리가 용이하게 설계되어 사용자와 정책결정자가 이해할 수 있는 일반적인 과정과 합리적인 결과를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 경상북도 성주군에 위치한 성주댐 유역을 대상으로 각 수요처의 용수수급요인을 데이터베이스로 구축하고 증발산량, 유효우량, 토양수분 등 실제 현장의 여러 여건을 고려한 농업용수 산정 값과 용수수요 및 공급에 영향을 주는 경제, 인구 등의 시나리오 구성 구동인자를 K-WEAP에 적용하여 2002년${\sim}$2011년까지 총 10개년 대상유역의 수요-공급량의 변화를 모의 분석하였다. 그 결과 성주댐 유역의 모든 수요처는 약 98.45%의 용수충족률이 나타났으며, 이 결과가 밭용수의 공급원을 지하수가 아닌 성주댐으로하여 K-WEAP에 적용하였음을 감안할 때 각 대상 수요처에서 만족된 용수충족률이 100% 가능한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 K-WEAP에 적용한 기준시나리오에 새로운 수요처의 추가와 하천유지용수의 증가 등 수요관리에 변화를 주어 10개년 대상유역의 물수지 변화를 모의.분석하였으며, 그 결과 각 대상 수요처들은 수원공인 성주댐으로부터 충분한 용수공급이 가능한 것으로 분석되었다.

Poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS)는 내열성 및 내화학성이 뛰어난 고분자 소재로, 대표적인 엔지니어링 플라스틱 중 하나이다. PPS는 벤젠 링에 황원자가 파라 치환 형태로 교대로 존재하는 결정성 고분자이며, 다른 대부분의 고성능 섬유고분자가 용융되지 않는 것과는 달리 용융되는 열가소성 소재이다. PPS는 높은 내약품성과 열에 대한 장기적인 안정성을 나타내고, 방염제 첨가 없이도 방염화가 가능하며, 전기 절연성이 뛰어나고, 형태안정성도 우수하다. 또한 $200^{\circ}C$ 이하에서는 어떤 용매에도 용해되지 않으며, $200^{\circ}C$ 이상에서도 몇 가지 방향족 화합물에만 제한된 범위 내에서 용해되는 우수한 내약품성을 나타낸다. PPS의 내열성을 더욱 우수하게 하기 위해 고분자 사슬을 가교할 수 있다. 가교에는 열처리 또는 감마선, 전자선, 자외선 조사를 이용할 수 있는데 열에 의한 가교는 균일한 열전달과 고온이 필요하며 감마선 및 전자선 조사는 설비의 고비용과 방사선 노출 위험으로 인해 비친환경적이다. 반면에 자외선 조사법은 다루기 쉽고 비용이 적게 들고 친환경적인 장점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 PPS film의 열안정성을 향상시키기 위해 자외선 조사를 이용하여 PPS film의 광가교를 수행하였다.

This paper provides an empirical evidence that the entry of a technology supplier depends on the markets for technology. In particular, using the chemical industry dataset, we test the hypothesis that the number of specialized engineering firms (SEFs) depends on the number of licensors in the market. Moreover, the number of plant investment, which is a market demand shifter is positively related with the entry of the SEFs, while the effect of the GDP pre capita does not have a significant effect on the entry of the SEFs.

목적 : 체계적 문헌고찰을 통하여 지루피부염에 한약복용의 효과와 연구의 질을 평가하기 위함. 방법 : OASIS, NDSL, EMBASE, Pubmed, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, CNKI, WANFANG, CiNii, J-STAGE를 이용하여 검색하였다. 검색은 2018년 6월 21일에 시행되었으며 P는 지루성 피부염, I는 한약 복용으로 진행하였다. 두 명의 연구자가 독립적으로 연구를 평가하고 선정하였으며, 의견이 다를 경우 제 3자가 개입하여 다수결로 결정하였다. 결과 : 중복 검색을 제외하고 총 952개의 연구가 검색되었으며 제목과 초록을 검토한 결과 897개의 연구가 제외되었다. 나머지 55개 연구의 전문을 검토한 결과 4개의 RCT연구가 최종 선정되었다. 선정된 연구는 발행연도, 대상, 중재법, 평가방법, 효과, 부작용, RoB를 통해 평가하였다. 한약 복용을 한 치료군에서 대조군에 비해 유의하게 호전을 보였으며 중대한 부작용은 없었다. 결론 : 지루성 피부염에 있어 한약 복용은 효과적이며 안전성이 있는 하나의 치료법이다. 향후 다양하고 체계적인 RCT의 시행이 요구된다.

This paper presents a similarity search method based on mixed norm for enhancing self-example-based single image super-resolution. In order to incorporate the local statistical characteristics of the patches into the super-resolution image reconstruction, we propose a method to determine the order of the norm according to the patch inclination and use it as a similarity search between patches. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed similarity search method has the capability to improve the performance of existing search method.

We have developed the method for the conjugation of biotinylated DNA to streptavidin-coated QDs. QD-DNA conjugates and a high-sensitive fluorescence imaging technique are adopted to visualize gene transport across the membrane of the live cell in real time. Endocytotic cellular uptake of oligonucleotide and electrically-mediated plasmid DNA transfer into the live cell are monitored by a quantitative microscopic imaging system. Long-term kinetic study enables us to reveal the unknown mechanisms and rate-limiting steps of extracellular and intracellular transport of biomolecules. We designed experimental protocols to conjugate the oligonucleotide or the plasmid DNA to commercially available streptavidin-coated QDs. Gel electrophoresis is used to verify the effect of incubation time and the molar ratio of QDs and DNA on the conjugation efficiency. It is possible to fractionate the QD-DNA conjugates according to the DNA concentration and obtain the purified conjugates by a gel extraction technique.

Small and medium-sized manufacturing companies have introduced production information systems such as pop and MES to improve their productivity. However, there has been little research on this field This study provides answers for 3 following critical questions for successful implementation of production information systems based on the literature review and case studies. First, do investments on this system bring the positive performance? Second, what are the critical success factors that should be managed? Third, how long does it take to obtain its performance? This paper suggests some implications for the practitioners.
