대학 입학생의 수가 급격히 감소하면서 각 대학 당국에서는 많은 입학생 유치와 학교 운영의 문제를 개선하기 위하여 다양한 방안을 모색하고 있다. 특히 대학의 입시 및 입학현황 자료는 대학당국의 입학 및 홍보정책을 결정하고, 나아가 학교생활복지를 향상하는데 있어서 중요성이 매우 높은 자료이다. 따라서 다양한 입시 및 입학 관련 현황 자료와 대학 결정 요인을 고려한 효율적인 분석이 이루어질 수 있는 입학관리시스템의 도입이 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 기본지리정보 데이터를 바탕으로 대학입시 지원자, 합격자 및 등록자의 자료에 대하여 분석할 수 있는 대학입학관리시스템을 개발하였으며, 해당 시스템을 이용하여 지역별 지원자, 지역별 합격자, 지역별 등록자, 지원자 대비 합격률 및 최근 3년간 지원자 변화율을 분석할 수 있었다. 또한 대학의 입학홍보정책 및 학교운영에 요구되는 합리적이고 적합한 자료를 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

As a number of new college students is dramatically decreasing, each college is trying to find various solutions for gathering many students and operating a school. In specialty, information such as entrance examination and matriculation status data is very important for a college to decide a direction of admission and public relations policy, and increase welfare of the school. Therefore, it is seriously needed for a school to introduce a matriculation management system that can do the effective analysis through various entrance examination and matriculation status data and decision factors of school. In this study, I developed a matriculation management system which can analyze information of applicants, successful candidates and registrants based on national framework data, and was able to analyze applicants, successful candidates, registrants by regional groups and the ratio of successful applicants against applicants and the change rate of applicants in the last 3 years. It is expected that the developed system can provide appropriate and rational information for public relations policy and operation to a college.

The information of university entrance examination is important information to examinees as well as each universities. And this information can be used various fields. By using this information, examinees can choose the university which is most suitable regions through oneself's grade, and universities can decide the entrance policy and public relations of university. Furthermore, this information can be used important data to promote student's welfare. Therefore the introduction of College Matriculation System which can share between examinees and universities is keenly required. This study has developed the College Matriculation System which is Web2.0- based by using Naver Map API. By using this system, the information about candidates, and successful candidates and registrants for admission can be analysed, also the ratio of successful candidates in comparison with candidates and the change ratio of candidates during these three years can be analyzed. Besides, it can be supported the entrance public relations policy of universities by managing the public relations history, and it can be provided the information of university by grade to examinees on matriculation information based. Therefore, it was possible that manage and practical use of various data through connected with map based on web 2.0 which is opened. And it is considered possible to express more various information based on map constructing GIS system of user center that is not GIS system of existent offerer center.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the operating case of admission officer system of colleges and universities in USA, and to deduce its implications to Korean colleges and universities. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, following methodologies were adopted: review on the related literatures, statistical data, and previous studies concerning admission officers of colleges and universities in USA, and in-depth interview with them. Historical and cultural background of university admission system of USA was analyzed. Case study on USA colleges and universities was divided with four parts such as determining factors of admission and admission methods, organization for admission affairs and its number of persons, work of admission officer and admission process, and cost of admission and salary. Implications to Korean colleges and universities were presented with three points such as overall implication, implication on materials for admission process, and implication on managing system of admission. Based on the analysis, discussion and implications, the conclusion and further suggestion of this study are as follows: First, actual authority of admission should be grant to admission officer. Second, not only non-curricular factors but also scholastic factors should be emphasized in role of admission officer. Third, education and training about work of admission officer and unification of criteria for admission should be held. Fourth, admission officers with various occupation background are needed. Fifth, work of admission officers should be extended to various work concerning university entrance. Sixth, cross-checking on marks of over two admission officers is needed. Seventh, in order to stabilize admission process, status of admission officer should be stabilized. Eighth, part-time admission officers are need to employ in season of admission. Ninth, authority of weighting high schools should be grant to admission officers in long term perspective.

현재, 대학 전산처리 시스템은 COBOL 언어에 의한 처리방식에 의존하므로 전형방법의 다변화와 일련의 교육개혁 조치의 일환인 학사행정 전산화에 대하여 효율적이지 못한 업무처리가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 입학관리 운용에 대한 업무 처리 시간의 단축, 처리의 정확성 및 수행의 편리성을 제공하는 애플리케이션의 프로토타입을 개발하여 기존의 비능률적인 관리 및 처리를 개선하고자 한다. 전체적인 처리 기법은 서버의 오라클에 입력된 데이터에 대해 입학관리과의 정의된 양식에 따라 위도우즈 환경하에서 각종 통계자료를 출력할 수 있도록 하였다. 이 시스템이 산출하여 제시하는 통계 자료는 입학현황, 지원현황, 성별현황, 수능점수별현황, 고교별현황, 수능최초(최종)평균점 현황등 6가지 종류이다.

현 정부의 대입제도는 미래사회가 요구하는 21세기형 우수인재를 발굴 육성을 위하여 공교육 정상화에 그 목표를 두고 있다. 아울러 입학사정관제를 활성화하여 사교육에 의존하는 사회풍조를 개선함과 더불어 과열경쟁으로 인한 사교육비를 경감하고자 노력하고 있다. 또한 창의적 체험학습활동을 통하여 자기 주도적 학습능력을 신장하고 글로벌 인재 양성에 주력하고 있으며, 이를 관리하기위하여 창의적 체험활동 종합지원시스템을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중등교육과정의 현황을 창의적 체험학습을 중심으로 분석하고 향후 과제에 대한 해법을 제시하는 것이다.

본 논문에서는 5개 이동통신 사업자 식별을 위한 사용자 에이전트와 개인휴대전화를 이용한 유 무선인터넷 통합서버에 의해 각 이동통신사업자를 경유한 유선 포털사이트 또는 특정 사이트(URL 접속)에 직접 접속하여 WAP 또는 ME를 동시에 지원할 수 있는 NT 또는 LINUX 통합서버를 구축한다. 이로서 휴대전화를 이용한 입학관리시스템, 휴대전화를 이용한 만성질환자의 원격 진료시스템, 휴대전화를 이용한 방송 순위집계 시스템과 사용자 참여방법, 시청률 및 여론조사, 무선성경 검색 등의 다양한 컨텐츠의 개발이 용이하고, LINUX/UNIX, NT 서버구축이 단순함으로서 이동전화의 장점인 휴대성으로 시간과 공간의 제약을 벗어나 다양한 무선 인터넷 검색이 가능해 질 것이다.

수십만명의 대입응시자와 대학입학을 준비하는 수백만명의 초중고등학교 학생들에게 공정한 경쟁의 규칙과 측정방법을 마련하여 적응하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 현행 대학입학 수학능력 시험에서 각 영역별 표준점수는 응시계열인 인문계열, 자연계열, 예체능계열로 나누어 각 계열의 평균과 표준편차를 사용하여 계산한다. 따라서 동일한 점수도 어느 응시계열에 속하는가에 따라 표준점수가 달라지게 되며, 상이한 표준점수를 사용하여 대등한 경쟁을 하는 경우가 있어 불공정성이 제기된다. 비록 변환표준점수로 조정하여 계열간 불공정이 어느 정도 조정되지만, 자신의 점수에 비하여 집단의 평균점수가 낮을수록 변환표준점수가 증가하게 되므로 계열선택의 영향이 없다고 보기 어렵다. 이러한 결과로 유리한 계열로 대거 이동하는 현상이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 대학입학에 필수적인 대학입학 수학능력시험에서 계열간 실력차이를 보정하여 공정한 경쟁을 가능하게 하는 표준점수 계산방법을 제시하였다. 또한 모든 과목이 선택과목이 되는 2005학년도부터 시행될 수학능력시험에서 과목간 표준점수를 보정하는 방법을 제시하였다 본 연구는 결론을 도출하는데 있어 응시자들간 표준점수의 차이는 응시과목에 따라 달라지지 않는다는 과목의 동질성을 가정하였다. 응시과목의 동질성 가정하에서 집단간의 표준점수를 보정하는 방식은 동일한 시험문제로 각 집단이 시험을 보는 경우 집단간의 차이만큼을 표준점수에 합하여 보정하고, 각 집단이 고유하게 응시하는 시험과목은 공통과목의 차이만큼을 각 집단에 보정하여 주는 것이다. 과목간에 표준점수를 보정하는 방식은 해당과목에 응시한 응시자들이 다른 과목에서 획득한 표준점수의 평균치로보정하는 것이다.하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여 감염의 위험성을 증가시키지 않으면서 영구적인 신경학적 합병증을 일으

Efforts to improve the quality of university education, that is, advanced plans for innovative university education, are needed in the face of changes in educational demand due to rapid changes in new industries and society and the competition for survival due to a rapidly decreasing school-age population with the full-fledged start of the era of the 4th industrial revolution is being demanded. In particular, it is necessary to apply a system for student counseling and guidance management through college life adjustment diagnosis from students entering college to graduation. Accordingly, each university is promoting a project to upgrade a course-linked integrated platform based on core technologies of the 4th industrial revolution era, such as big data and artificial intelligence (AI). Therefore, in this study, based on the field of information security major, we intend to present a plan to advance the student management system for innovative university education.

Data mining techniques enable us to generate useful information for decision support from the data sources which are generated and accumulated in the process of routine organizational management activities. College administration system is a typical example that produces a warehouse of student records as each and every student enters a college and undertakes the curricular and extracurricular activities. So far, these data have been utilized to a very limited student service purposes, such as issuance of transcripts, graduation evaluation, GPA calculation, etc. In this paper, we utilize Holland career search test results, TOEIC score, course work list, and GPA score as the input for data mining and generation the student advisory information. Factor analysis, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), artificial neural net, and CART(Classification And Regression Tree) techniques are deployed in the data mining process. Since these data mining techniques are very powerful in processing and discovering useful knowledge and information from large scale student databases, we can expect a highly sophisticated student advisory knowledge and services which may not be obtained with the human student advice experts.
