In order to derive site selection planning factors in reforming aging industrial complex into urban high-tech industrial complex, this study selected key planning factors based on the problems of creating the urban high-tech industrial complex, innovation system theory, and external effect theory. And combined with Delphi research, the final planning factors were selected. As a result of the study, total 19 final factors were derived from 4 areas which includes efficiency planning factor utilizing the advantages of old industrial complex regeneration to maximize the efficiency of the project, corporate demand factor via increasing pre-sale rate and strengthening competitiveness, human resource planning factor by maintaining work force of the tenant to utilize and promote accumulated knowledge, and cooperative relationship building factor by enhancing connectivity with neighboring areas. These planning factors will help revitalizing the local economy through the resolution of regional conflicts caused by low distribution rates and development imbalances, which have emerged as problems in the creation of urban high-tech industrial complexes.

For increasing productivity of domestic IT industry, government and local agencies have some plans to establish industrial clusters to provide local firms with testbed, R&D center, and cooperative research project. The most difficult problem in this process is to decide the location of them by resonable methodology. In this paper, the subject is to find what the factors to be considered in locating facilities and industrial clusters invested by government are and how to decide efficiently. First, we look over some cases of other countries, and then find assessment items for locating. Finally we analyze these items and assessment model by the analytic Hierachy Process(AHP) and make conclusion, As a conclusion, we find the result that there are some differences between the object of govenmental policy and needs of industry. 'The base infrastructure for telecommunications environment' is more important to be considered by the firms than 'The local benefit of the public'

이 연구는 농협 하나로마트를 표본점포로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 유통관련 선행연구가 소비자조사를 통한 점포선택이론 중심으로 접근하였다면, 본 연구는 소매공급 측면에서 접근했다는 점과 소매입지모델 뿐만 아니라 소매경영이론 측면에서 내적요인까지 아울러 접근함으로써 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 대한 영향관계를 종합적으로 접근하여 규명하고자 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구의 접근은 슈퍼마켓 경영에서 환경요인인 외적요인과 역량요인인 내적요인에서 점포성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 다양한 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들에 대한 검증을 통해 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석의 신뢰도와 설명력을 높이기 위하여 변수별, 요인별 접근을 시도하였으며, 대상점포의 설명력을 높이기 위하여 동업계 편균대비 비교분석과 도시와 농촌간의 입지유형별 특성과 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현실적 측면에서 채용가능한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구가 대형 슈퍼마켓이 향후 유망업태로 주목받고 있는 상황에서 농협 하나로마트를 표본으로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였으나, 향후 슈퍼마켓의 점포출점, 전략수립, 점포운영 등에서 실질적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있도록 연구가 보강되어야 할 것이며, 나아가 타 업태 및 업종에 일반화될 수 있도록 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 국내 선행연구와 외식사업 창업 성공사례 들을 통해 외식업 창업성공 요인들을 도출하고, 각 요인들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 원주지역의 일반음식점(한식업)을 중심으로 소상공인시장진흥공단의 상권정보시스템에서 분류한 주요상권중 4곳을 선정하여 실증적 연구를 수행할 계획이다. 외식업창업 성공요인은 창업자의 특성요인과 점포의 입지 및 특성이 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 지 확인하고, 상권정보시스템의 입지정보가 통계적으로 유의한 지 확인한다. 또한, 세부 성공요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향은 고객특성 등 상황에 따라 차이가 있는 지도 확인해 본다. 본 연구는 외식업 창업을 준비하는 예비창업자들에게 성공을 위한 지침을 제공하고 창업 전에 반드시 준비해야할 요소를 점검하여 실패를 줄이는데 기여하고, 소상공인시장진흥공단이 제공하는 상권정보시스템을 적극 활용하기를 기대한다.

우리나라는 역사적인 765kV송전망이 준공되어 동양최초로 상업운전에 성공함으로써 대전력 송전시대를 열었으며, 우리의 전력기술을 해외에 수출하기에 이르렀다. 전력사업은 경제발전의 원동력으로 국민의 애정과 지원속에 날로 성장해 왔으며 앞으로도 계속 성장 발전되어야 할 것이다. 그러나, 현재의 민원양상은 입지선정단계로부터 민원이 발생할 뿐만 아니라 설비형태에 상관없이 무조건적인 건설반대로 갈수록 전력설비 건설환경은 더욱 어려워지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 송변전설비의 설치에 따라 영향을 미치는 제반요인에 대한 영향을 사전에 조사 분석 비교 및 평가를 시행함으로써 객관적이고 합리적인 입지를 선정하기 위한 사전전력영향평가시스템에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

Park-and- Rides are intermodal transfer facilities providing a staging location for travellers to transfer between transportation modes. They are an alternative to alleviate transportation problems such as traffic congestion and air pollution in metropolitan areas. Siting Park-and-Ride facilities belongs to a kind of multi-criteria spatial decision making problems being associated with a combination of various location factors. The purpose of this paper is to provide a method and procedure to evaluate the location suitability of Park-and-Ride facilities using GIS(Geographic Information Systems). Using GIS-based suitability analysis, land value, landuse, road accessibility, public transportation accessibility, possibility to intercept automobile trips, distance to activity center and competition with existing facilities were evaluated as location factors. The suitabilities of individual factors were combined to produce a composite map with a specific weight scheme. Then a given number of sites with high suitability score were selected as potential facility locations and their demand were evaluated based on a commutershed with parabolic shape. The suggested method and procedure will provide useful information in determining Park-and-Ride sites and designing their structure.

In this study, an expert survey was conducted using the Delphi technique to select items and indicators for evaluation before installing educational facilities in the marine fisheries safety field, in which the educational infrastructure gap between regions is wide. Seven indicators were selected as geographic, social, and administrative factors. In order to objectively evaluate each indicator, evaluation indicators that could be evaluated using public data such as the "Comprehensive National Balanced Development Information System" and "National Statistical Portal" were developed. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was applied to select the weight for each indicator, resulting in 10 most important influencing factors on the selection of the location of educational facilities of the Marine Fisheries Safety Education Facilities: the distribution of marine officers, access to high-speed railways, the number of small ships less than 5 tons, access to highways interchange, the distribution of fishing boats, the close relationship of related industries, the planned new port, the distribution of commercial ports, the number of marine leisure riders, and the availability of long-term land leases in local government councils. The location evaluation index of marine and fishery safety education facilities developed in this study can be used to evaluate each region using national public data, and has the advantage of enabling objective evaluation. Therefore, it is judged that this evaluation index can be used to verify the feasibility of installing marine fisheries safety education facilities as well as other marine-related facilities.

The purpose of this study is to extract the main locational factors to affect the location of Convenience Stores (CVS) in Songpa Gu, Seoul by using Geographic Information Systems. The procedure of research has three steps. First, the spatial distribution of CVS in Korea is analyzed by the places and time. Second, the main locational factors to affect the location of CVS in Songpa Gu are extracted. Finally, the potential locational zones where are selected by extracted locational factors are compared with the actual distribution of CVS in Songpa Gu. The main locational factors to affect the location of CVS include factors of the numbers geocoding method in GIS, it can be idenified that the 58 stores are located in the potential locational zone. However, this study has limitation to extract potential locational zones in detail. There are still difficulties to collect appropriate data for land use buildings as well as data for consumer behavior and regional characteristics itself.

The purpose of this paper is to provide the basic data to select the most proper site, which is essential for the economic activation of North Korea by means of the GIS tool. In this purpose, firstly, Nampo area is sampled as model case, classifying the factors into the natural environmental one and socio- cultural one. Secondly, to analyze the land use status and topographic status which is essential for natural environment factor. Besides USLE(Universal Soil Loss Equation), which is one of the disaster effect assessments, is being applied to suggest the selection method for minimizing the environment change by way of assuming the land effluence amount. The started could advance to prove the ideal model in selecting the most suitable site while minimizing the environmental change by means of the composite tool of GIS and USLE.

본 논문에서는 서울시를 대상으로 2020년 기준 자치구별 공공체육시설의 개수를 분석하고, 도출된 서비스 지역 적정 개소 수를 기준으로 추가 설치가 필요한 자치구 내 입지를 예측하였다. 기존 공공 체육시설 수와 선행연구의 입지 지표를 활용해 회귀분석을 바탕으로 유의한 입지요인을 도출하고, 이를 변수로 한 k-means 군집화를 통해 자치구별 입지 후보군이 될만한 행정구역상 동을 구분하였다. 이후 선정된 행정구역 내 기준 인구 당 공공체육시설 비율이 같아지도록 공공체육시설 설치 개수를 결정한 다음 각 구역의 중심점으로부터 가까운 동 순으로 공공체육시설의 추가 설치가 필요한 동을 선정하였다.
