In the network economy, the informatization of Small and Medium enterprises(SME) plays an important role in determining productivity while being competitive in the businesses. Informatization of SME has become important along with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution. Based on the IT Business Value Model, this study analyzes the key factors of information service of SME with the structure model. In addition, multi-level model was conducted by dividing the layers according to the size of the SME. The analysis confirmed that complementary organizational resources are a key factor in determining the informatization of SME. In addition, the effect of informatization of SME on the scale of SME varies depending on the type of entry into the industrial complex.

This work aimed to analyze current status of by-products generation and industrial symbiosis network in Pohang steel industrial complex, South Korea. Pohang is the largest generating city of both total and the non-recycled industrial waste in Gyeongsangbuk-do, and most of the waste is generated from Pohang steel industrial park. Symbiosis map in Pohang steel industrial park shows that most of the current material symbiosis in the industrial park is for waste refractories and slag.

Managers in Business Incubator(BI) perform an important role to success of BI, but researches about what area of capability need to improve are limited. This study investigates the perceived gap between current capability and required capability of BI managers from BI managers' and CEOs' perspectives with a survey method. From the BI managers' perspective, improvement of most capabilities, such as financing support, R&D support and understanding of patents, and understanding of business of firms in BI, is needed. From CEOs' perspective, improvement of capability in financing and marketing support is needed.

세계적인 어획량 감소와 부패하기 쉽고 보관이 어렵다는 수산물의 특성에 따라 수산물의 적절한 가공과 이에 따른 수산물의 포장은 수산물의 상품성과 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 방법으로 최근 새롭게 부각되어 지고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 부산의 수산가공선진화 단지는 수산가공업의 경쟁력 제고 및 활성화를 목적으로 정책적으로 추진되고 있다. 수산가공선진화 단지는 식품 위생 안전시설(HACCP)을 통한 수산식품의 신뢰성 확보, 원재료 및 제품의 공급 체계 확보를 통한 비용절감 및 물류 효율화 등 수산가공업체의 운영 환경구축과 함께 가공수산물의 포장디자인 관련 연구 지원시설인 포장디자인센터도 단지 내에 구축될 예정이다. 본 연구에서는 수산가공선진화 단지 내 구축될 포장디자인센터의 역할과 거시적 운영목표를 설정하고 효율적인 운영방향을 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 포장디자인센터는 공공의 자산으로서 수산가공선진화단지의 입주기업 뿐 아니라 지역의 수산물 가공산업 전반에 대한 발전을 이끌어야 하며, 디자인산업과의 융합으로 새로운 디자인 수요를 창출하고 특성화하여 지역디자인산업의 진흥을 목적으로 운영되어야 한다. 이러한 목적의 달성을 위해 산업화, 지식화, 융합화, 차별화의 4가지의 비젼을 운영 컨셉으로 도출하였고 이를 바탕으로 포장디자인센터의 효율적인 운영을 위한 전략적 추진사업으로 6가지 사업을 제시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 디자인산업과 가공수산물산업의 융 복합이 성공적으로 운영되어 국 내외 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보하고 산업간 융합을 통한 새로운 활력 창출의 성공적인 모델이 될 수 있기를 기대한다. 본 원고는 한국브랜드디자인학회 통권 제28호에 실린 논문에서 발췌했다

Manufacturing processes in industrial complexes produce NOx, SOx, VOCs, which cause particulate matter (PM). Therefore, this study analyzed the characteristics of each industrial complex by using scattered public data, matched the existing particulate matter(PM) reduction technology, and proposed an optimized reduction plan. The application of matching technologies and facilities by industrial complexes based on data is able to mitigate NOx, SOx, and VOCs which cause particulate matter in the process in advance. This way can be an effective alternative in order to reduce PM in the manufacturing processes as well as industrial complexes.

항만배후단지는 항만과 인접한 배후공간으로 항만의 기능이 더욱 활성화될 수 있도록 지원한다. 하지만, 국내 항만배후단지는 단순한 항만물류지원기능에 국한되어 있으며 인프라 시설, 정책 및 지원, 투자 미흡 등으로 인하여 항만배후단지 활성화에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 국내 항만배후단지 업체별 내부자료를 바탕으로 DEA 분석 및 생산성 분석을 진행하여 국내 항만배후단지의 종합적인 정책방향을 도출하고자 하였다. DEA 분석결과 창고업의 경우 광양항 서측, 인천항 북항 항만배후단지가 효율적인 것으로 나타났으며, 제조업의 경우 인천항 북항, 울산항 1공구 항만배후단지가 효율적으로 나타났다. 또한, 외국인 투자규모별 생산성의 경우 광양항 서측, 평택당진항 1단계 항만배후단지가 높게 나타났으며, 시설 투자규모별 생산성은 광양항 서측, 인천항 북항 항만배후단지가 높은 생산성을 보였다. 마지막으로, 노동생산성은 인천항 북항, 부산항 웅동 항만배후단지가 가장 높은 생산성을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 항만배후단지 입주기업 선정 시 취급품목이 효율성에 중요한 영향을 주며, 외국인 투자규모, 시설 투자규모, 종업원 수가 항만배후단지의 생산성 향상으로 직결되고 있지 않다는 것을 나타낸다.

Yangsan ICD (Inland Container Depot) has played an important role for Busan Port and Korea's port & logistics industries, increasing international logistics competitiveness and containers' transportation competitiveness in Busan region dealing with 1330 thousand TEU in 2005, since its opening in March 2000. However, it is necessary to seek new measures to revitalize Yangsan ICD, since its cargo volume decreased rapidly owing to the opening of Busan New Port and hinterland in 2006. This study constructed an evaluation model using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and conducted a survey targeting local businesses and persons concerned in Yangsan ICD to seek measures for revitalization. The results suggest that Yangsan ICD needs to switch functions to logistics centers (terminal facilities, logistics warehouse) for revitalization considering its advantage of facility location. Moreover, by extending the utilization period and securing building-to-land ratio, existing and new businesses' stable activity should be guaranteed. Furthermore, utilizing facilities such as the railway station in ICD, an active railway revitalization policy may increase cargo volume. Yangsan ICD should perform its role as an inland logistics depot through the revitalization of railway freight transportation in the national logistics system focusing on road freight transportation.

In order to derive site selection planning factors in reforming aging industrial complex into urban high-tech industrial complex, this study selected key planning factors based on the problems of creating the urban high-tech industrial complex, innovation system theory, and external effect theory. And combined with Delphi research, the final planning factors were selected. As a result of the study, total 19 final factors were derived from 4 areas which includes efficiency planning factor utilizing the advantages of old industrial complex regeneration to maximize the efficiency of the project, corporate demand factor via increasing pre-sale rate and strengthening competitiveness, human resource planning factor by maintaining work force of the tenant to utilize and promote accumulated knowledge, and cooperative relationship building factor by enhancing connectivity with neighboring areas. These planning factors will help revitalizing the local economy through the resolution of regional conflicts caused by low distribution rates and development imbalances, which have emerged as problems in the creation of urban high-tech industrial complexes.

In industrial society, the conversation topic of this period is mainly business start up, and revitalization of business start-up, through creation of new jobs, is playing an important role in employment maximization and revitalization of economy in general; one of those inducements is a start-up business incubation system, in whose center exists a start-up business incubator center. Hereupon, this study is intending to contribute to setting up the efficient operation direction and polity line, and provide a clue to a discussion by empirically analyzing the influence of quality level and degree of assistance of a start-up business incubator on satisfaction. For this purpose, this study developed a questionnaire on the basis of the preceding researches and conducted its research targeting a total of 500 valid samples. As a result of doing research, it was found that the quality level and assistance degree of services provided to a move-in company or a preparator of business start-up has a significant influence on satisfaction with the center & support service, and a manager's capabilities and related technology characteristics had a significant influence on satisfaction.
