기존 디지털 방송은 제한된 데이터 전송율로 인하여 시청자가 요구하는 다양한 데이터 서비스, 고해상도를 가지는 비디오 서비스와 같은 리치 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는 것이 현실적으로 어렵다. 그러나, 최근 들어 유무선 인터넷의 속도가 향상되고 소셜 서비스 등 다양한 인터넷 서비스 모델이 등장함에 따라서 통신망을 활용한 하이브리드 멀티미디어 방송 서비스가 제시되어, 방송 서비스가 가지는 특성을 유지하면서 다양한 시청자의 요구를 만족시키는 것이 가능해 졌다. 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 방송 서비스의 일종인 동적 계획 기반 하이브리드 방송 서비스 모델과 이를 가능하게 하는 송신 시스템 구성을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 새롭게 추가된 스케줄링 서버를 포함하고 있으며, 이 스케줄링 서버에 의해서 방송 콘텐츠의 비디오 해상도, 제공 시간, 전송 경로 등을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Remediation of groundwater using zero valent iron filings has received considerable attention in recent years. However, zero valent iron is gradually transformed to iron(III) oxides at permeable reactive barriers, so the reduction of iron(III) oxides can enhance the longevity of the reactive barriers. In this study, microbial reduction of Fe(III) was performed in anaerobic condition. A medium contained nutrients similar to soil solution. The medium was autoclaved and deoxygenated by purging with 99.99% $N_2$ and pH was buffered to 6, while the temperature was regulated as 2$0^{\circ}C$. Activity of iron reducing bacteria were not affected by chlorinated organics but affected by iron(III) oxide. Although perchloroethylene(PCE) was not degraded with only ferric oxide, PCE was reduced to around 50% with ferric oxide and microorganism. It shows that reduced iron can dechlorinate PCE.

Applications of probiotics to shrimp ponds were carried out to determine their effects on water quality. Fermented solutions consisting of Bacillus spp. and Nitrosomonas spp. were applied to a 4 ha shrimp (Fenneropenaeus chinensis) pond from July to September, 2000. In the pond treated with probiotics, daily variations of DO and pH, and concentrations of DIN and DIP were lower than those in the ponds without probiotic treatment. Concentration of phytoplankton was less variable and the number of species was more variable in the probiotic-treated pond than those in the control pond. Variation of bacterial numbers and the number of Vibrio spp. were lower in the treated pond than those in the control pond. It is confirmed that the probiotics can be used to improve water quality of the shrimp ponds.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effect of oriental medicine on 2 patients with secondary amenorrhea. Methods: The patients who had secondary amenorrhea were treated by oriental medical treatments such as herbal medication(Gami-joukyung-tang, Gwibi-tanggagam-bang), acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. Results: After oriental medical treatments, the patients could have their periods again and their menstrual condition was improved. Conclusion: This case report shows that the oriental medical therapy is effective for treating secondary amenorrhea.

HIT Solar Cell은 단결정 실리콘 웨이퍼가 초박막 amorphos 실리콘 층으로 싸여있는 구조이다. HIT Solar Cell에서 amorphos 실리콘의 두께와 도핑 농도는 태양전지의 효율을 결정하는 매우 중요한 요인이다. 본 논문에서는 높은 효율을 갖는 태양전지 설계를 위해 AFORS HET 프로그램을 이용하여 TCO_a-Si:H(p)_a-Si:H(i)_c-Si(n)_Al 구조를 설계했다. 후에 a-Si:H(p)의 두께와 a-Si:H(i) 의 두께를 가변하며 효율을 측정하였고, p-i-n 구조에서 n+ 층을 추가함에 따라 변하는 효율을 측정하였다. 최적화 한 결과 $V_{oc}$ = 693mV, $J_{sc}$ = 3891mA/$cm^{-2}$, FF = 8363%, $E_{ff}$ = 22.55% 의 고효율을 얻었다.

3DTV 서비스는 방송 매체를 통해 3차원 입체영상을 전달함으로써 시청자에게 실감형 콘텐츠를 제공하는 기술이다. 기존 2D 방송에서 3D 방송으로의 패러다임 변화에 따라 3DTV 서비스는 차세대 방송을 위한 주요기술로 주목받고 있으며, 선진국을 중심으로 본격적인 3DTV 서비스 활성화를 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 국내외 주요 표준화 기관을 중심으로 3DTV 서비스 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 국내에서 추진 중인 3DTV 실험방송 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

This paper describes that send some signal from encoder attached to crankshaft of marine-engine to measuring instrument using power line modem(PLM) and display cylinder pressure, rpm and etc. on LCD. Conventional method that sends signal along the long signal line has some inconvenience from too long signal line length caused by huge volume of ship's engine. Power line modem can have short signal line from outlets to measuring instrument. Because it use exist power line for send signals, so it have low installation cost and could have good merits in job sites. Through this experiment, pressure in cylinder, engine rpm and etc. signals through PLM are well recognized at measuring instrument.

In this paper we describe a driving, control and monitor of ship's emergency lighting system using power line modem.(PLM). Through this paper, experiment confirms that ON-OFF control of multiple SELP, real time transmission and monitor of parameters as to voltage, current, and power values are performed appropriately by PLM communication.

본 논문에서는 기준 영상은 방송 스트림으로 전송하고, 부가 영상은 스트리밍 콘텐츠 형태로 수신측에 전달하여 3DTV 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 하이브리드 3DTV 시스템을 제안한다. 부가 영상을 파일 기반으로 수신측에 전달할 경우 전체 파일을 다운로드해야만 3DTV 서비스 이용이 가능하다는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 MPEG DASH 규격을 이용하여 부가 영상을 전송하였다. 또한 서로 다른 전송망을 기반으로 전달되는 기준 영상과 부가 영상을 프레임 단위로 동기화하기 위한 정보를 실시간 방송 스트림에 포함하여 기준 영상 전송 시 함께 전송하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 스트리밍 콘텐츠 기반 하이브리드 3DTV 송신 및 수신 시스템을 구현한 결과 사용자가 서비스에 접근 시점부터 부가 영상 데이터를 수신하고 이를 기준 영상과 동기화하여 3DTV 서비스의 제공이 가능함을 확인하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effectiveness of oriental medicine on Recurrent Vulvo Vaginal Candidiasis(RVVC). Methods: The patients who were suffered from RVVC were treated by oriental medical treatment such as herbal medication, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. Results: After Oriental medical treatments, the symptoms of RVVC was disappeared and quality of life was improved. Conclusions: This case report shows that the oriental medical therapy is effective for treating RVVC
