  • Forecasting of short-term employment fluctuations provides a useful tool for policy makers in risk managing the labor market. Following the process of producing the composite leading indicator for macro economy, the paper develops the employment leading indicator(ELI) for the purpose of short-term forecasting non-farm payroll employment in private sectors. ELI focuses on early detecting the point of time and the speed in phase change of employment level.

  • 300억원 이상의 국가 및 공공기관 발주공사에 대해 최저가낙찰제를 대신하여 종합심사낙찰제 전면 실시 등의 내용을 담은 국가계약법 시행령이 개정되어 2016년 1월 1일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 종합심사낙찰제는 가격 뿐만 아니라 공사수행능력, 사회적책임을 종합 평가하여 낙찰자를 선정하는 제도로 기존의 최저가낙찰제에서 발생한 덤핑낙찰 및 이로 인한 잦은 계약변경, 부실시공, 저가하도급, 임금체불, 산업재해 증가 등의 문제점을 해소하기 위해 도입된 제도이다. 종합심사낙찰제 도입에 따라 공사 품질이 제고됨으로써 생애주기(lifecycle, 유지보수비용 등을 포함) 측면에서의 재정효율성 제고를 비롯하여 불공정 하도급 관행 개선 등 건설산업의 생태계 개선과 함께 시공결과에 책임짐으로써 기술경쟁 촉진 등 건설산업의 경쟁력 강화 효과도 기대된다. 또한 국가계약예규도 개정되어 주계약자관리방식에 의한 공동계약(주계약자 공동도급)이 최저가낙찰제에서 종합심사낙찰제로 전환됐다.

  • 국내 해운회사의 외국인 선원 증가로 의사소통의 어려움, 작업 생산성 감소, 긴급상황 발생 시 대처곤란, 문화적 충돌이 선상폭력으로 이어지는 등 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 또한, 조기하선으로 인한 젊은 층의 관리자급 해기사 부족 및 고령화 가속, 해운선사들의 저임금 외국인선원 선호로 우리나라 해기전승(해기지식의 전달) 단절 초래, IMO 권고에 따른 승선기간의 단축(규격화)으로 육상 타 직종에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 급여, 재승선의 불확실성 및 해기사의 계약직화로 인한 해상직 기피 등으로 인해 해운경쟁력 약화가 두드러지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 우리나라 해운경쟁력 향상을 위한 해결책의 하나로 한국의 우수한 선원 교육 훈련 시스템을 접목한 북한선원 양성체계 구축방안을 고찰하고자 한다.

A Study on the relation of Urban Low-Paid housewives Value Consciousness and Activities of Home Management. (도시 저임금 취업주부의 가정관리에 대한 가치의식과 가정관리 행동에 관한 연구)

  • The Purpose of this study is to investigate both the value consciousness of home management and home management activities which urban low-paid housewives have and to find out the value consciousness of home management has an influence upon the home management activities. The results obtained area as follows; 1) Most of urban low-paid housewives are place in a traditional position of home management as a housekeeper or as a family leader. 2)But partially they gave more or less modern standpoints in consuming, planning and family relationship. 3) The value consciousness of home management of urban low-paid housewives is variable according to housewives' age (P<.05), education (P<.001), numbers of children(P<0.5) and wording experiences before marriage (P<0.1). The younger respondonts showed rather modernistic value consciousness of home management. The respondonts who have high educational level showed the same result. It is also strong points form them to habe few children and to have working experiences before marriage. 4) while the home management activities of urban low-paid housewives are positive as for connecting with human relationship, consuming and evaluating they are negative as for connecting with planning, creativity and housekeeping. 5)On the whole, the home management activities are variable by housewives' age (P<.05). The younger showed more effective home management abilities. 6) the home management activities of urban low-paid housewives are influenced by the value consciousness of home management. The more modernistic value consciousness of home management is connected directed directly with excellent home management activities.

  • It is difficult to expect the service improvements such as increased number of sailing and making new ship due to financial difficulty this is caused by deterioration of island dwellers. In addition, the safety of ship operation is also a problem with the supply of good sailors difficult problem of low wages and lack of safety working environment. T It is necessary to ensure the introduction of public operating system in coastal passenger shipping business to secure the public and safety. There are many practical constraints but if we obtain public sea ways, it will be possible to improve the operating system through the implementation from a subsidized line and taking off business licenses of an insolvent enterprise by enhancing safety control.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of music therapy (Jang-Gu) on depression, stress, pain and body discomfort in women with osteoarthritis. Methods: The study is designed using one group pretest-posttest experimental design. 31 arthritis patients, the subjects of the group participated in the music therapy program. The program was provided for 12 weeks (two times per week). The questionnaires were used to measure the outcome variables before and after the program. Data were analyzed with the SPSS 17.0 using descriptive statistics, paired t-test. Results: Depression, Stress, Pain did not decrease. But body discomfort decreased (p=0.001). Conclusion: Therefore this program was effective in body discomfort and can be a community based self-help management program for arthritis patient.

  • The number of construction accident deaths in Korea is increasing and most causes of construction accidents are human factors. Voluntary participation of construction workers in safety activities is likely to improve these human factors and increase the prevention effect of construction accidents. Therefore, there is a need to study the motivation of workers to meet the voluntary participation of construction workers. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to compare the importance of construction field engineers and construction managers about the safety motivation factors of construction workers. This study analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey about safety motivation factors and conducted a T-test for these factors. The results of this study can be used as managing method to effective on-site safety management by minimizing the difference between the two groups according to motivation factors of construction workers.

  • The aim of this study is to examine various life conditions of actors of Joseon periods in unofficial historical stories. Yadam Literature(Korean unofficial historical stories) had been collected Sadaebu(the past Korean nobility and Confucian intelligentsia) among the people that stories had been handed down orally. and they had been wrote them. So Yadam Literature was heterozygous between the folk culture and the ruling class. And it was mixed and adapted legends and folktales, adding literary imagination. had a decisive role to cultivating novel that owed much to prosaic inspiration during A. D. 18~19. Besides, set a high value on excellent novel itself. Yadam Literature had a verisimilitude because it described a contemporary reality as it was founded on freely prosaic inspiration. In those days, so called Suchok and Seunggwangdae had performed Uhee(a comic theatrical performance) in Joseon periods. Suchok was the lowest class of people and Seunggwangdae was performing Buddhist monk in that time. Uhee had performed three kinds of comedies. One satirized and insinuated kings. Other satirized corrupt officials, too. Another had mimic everything. It is famous at that time as a king knew repertoire. Confucian scholars very were fond of Uhee in those ages. Because they favored a criticism of Uhee's satire. They thought that it gave people good lesson or instruction. Heri Bergson said that comic and Humor included lesson. At that time, those thought were universal in the world whether east or west. At any rate, I classify six kinds of types Uhee in Yadam Literature. First, satirizing and accusing corrupt officials. Second, an actor who use a satire in order to appeal secure a government position of his lord to a king. Third, shamans and actors who use a satire in order to appeal sufferings themselves to a king. Forth, actors and performing Buddhist monks that skillfully mimic anything. Fifth, describing actor's extremely miserable life. Sixth, wit and humor of actors. The contents of Uhee were various. Korean traditional actors adeptly dealt with aspects comic of wit, satire, humor, etc. Sometimes they used changeable transition them. By doing that, a great number of people enjoyed fully the sense of freedom. Korean traditional actors were the lowest class of people. They had lived extremely miserable life. But they had been exist as actions, interactions, and relationship in society those days. they were not only open to people, but also might foster community to peoples.

  • The purpose of this study is to show the optimal leadership model based on general manager management that is related to hotel employees, which may then be applied to ideal hotel management in Korea. The variables analyzed in this study are employee-management relations from the lowest ranking employee to the highest level of management, with communication and job understanding held common among the subjects. This study looks in detail at four main concepts. Firstly, the employees are encouraged to put forth their best efforts through the standardization of the requirements and regulations of the job and ensuring product suitability. Secondly, the cultivation of new hotel culture empowers the employees. The third point taken into account is the encouragement of employees to take pride in the work they do, which is done through a kind of reward system and salary. The final point considered is the empowerment of employees, which results in employee commitment to the job.
