환경이 나이어린 학문 정도로 생각하는 것은 환경분야의 눈부신 발전과 연구를 모르는 데서 비롯된 오해이다. 산업화에 따른 산업재앙의 위기에. 처한 환경 선진국들은 이미 막대한 재정지원을 통해서 이미 오래전부터 최신 기법들을 이용한 실험들을 성공리에 마치고 있고 또 실제 생활에 활용하고 있다. 특히 환경오염에 대한 처리방법에 있어서 미국을 비롯한 선진국들은 유전공학을 이용한 최신기법들을 연구개발하고 있으며 이것은 매우 놀랍고 고무적인 일이다. 그런 의미에서, 이 글은 환경오염의 생물학적 처리복구기술에 있어서 DNA probe(DNA 탐침자)의 역할과 이 연구를 통한 미래환경발전의 전망에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

대한산업안전협회 울산지회에서 근무하고 있는 정부영 기술부장은 1991년 입사 이후 지금까지 한 번도 초심을 잃은 적이 없다. 나이는 숫자에 불과하다는 듯, 지금까지도 관내 사업장의 무재해라는 목표를 가지고 누구보다 열성적으로 업무에 임한다. '부장'이라는 직책에 있다 보니, 대내외적으로 챙겨야 할 일이 매우 많다. 현장에서는 안전을 지도해주는 안전전문가로, 직장에서는 부서 직원들의 단합된 힘을 이끌어나가는 직장상사로, 가정에서는 가족을 돌봐야 하는 가장으로서의 역할까지 그의 몫이다. 이러한 '1인 3역'의 어려움을 남들보다 한 발 더 뛰는 부지런함으로 극복했다. 그는 최근에 두 가지 큰 선물을 받았다. 2013년 대한산업안전협회의 모범직원으로 선정됐으며, 바쁜 생활 속에서도 틈틈이 시간 내어 공부한 결과 기술사(기계안전)라는 안전분야 최고의 기술자격을 취득했다. 긍정적인 사고와 함께 항상 노력하는 그의 모습이 이번에 두 가지 큰 결실로 이어졌다. 안전을 천직이라 여기며, 하루하루 바쁘게 움직이는 정부영 부장을 만나봤다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze social phenomena and perceptions by collecting and analyzing data on public opinion, views and trends related to special case of military service in the sports community through Big KINDS operated by the Korea Press Promotion Foundation. To this end, the related keywords were derived and visualized by implementing a LDA(latent dirichlet allocation) technique to derive problems found in social phenomena based on big data analysis. The topics derived include "re-lighting special case on military service," " military service corruption controversy," "special case of military service for athletes," "alternative military service system for artists " and "parliamentary inspection of the administration" This could be used as a basic data for identifying accurate information on social controversies related to special case of military service in the sports community and drawing up practical measures that are considered in line with the principle of just and equal burden.

The main purposes of this study are to describe the elderly dementia, and to explore characteristics of the elderly dementia among the aged 65 and over in Daegu area. In this study, 1,120 subjects which were 0.6 percent of the population were selected and face-to-face interviews were conducted. The face-to-face interviews were conducted from July 1, 2004 to August 31, 2004. KMMSE was introduced to measure the status of the interviewees' dementia. The findings of this study are as follows: 8.9 percent of respondents turns out to be dementia patients. Among the dementia patients, 52.5 percent are mild dementia patients, 35.0 percent are mid-level symptoms and 12.5 percent are severe symptoms of dementia patients. Cross-tabulation analyses and logistic regression analysis were introduced to explore the demographic, living, and behavioral differentials of the elderly's dementia. According to the logistic regression analysis, it turns out that white educational attainment, participating in the leisure activities for both physical exercise and mental activities, having meals regularly, adequate amount of meals, and high economic status decrease the odds ratio of elder dementia among the elderly who are 65 and above in Daegu area and are statistically significant. On the other hand, age increases the odds ratio of the elder dementia of the elder among Koreans above 65 in Daegu area. Finally, policy implications and some suggestions for the improvement of the elder dementia are introduced and discussed.

과학영재 교육의 목적과 효과를 달성하기 위해서는 과학영재들의 특성, 과학영재의 판별이나 교육 프로그램의 개발, 과학영재들의 과학, 과학자, 과학관련 직업에 대한 인식 등 여러 요소들에 초점을 맞추어 연구해야 하며 이를 바탕으로 교육해야 한다. 과학영재교육의 중요한 점 중 하나는 우리가 교육하는 과학영재들이 성장해서 그들의 영재성을 발휘하도록 하는 것에 있다. 이는 국가적으로도 매우 중요한 일이다. 과학기술의 발달과 국가의 발전은 뛰어난 영재들이 기여를 하였으며 그 업적을 통해 국제경쟁 사회를 선도해 나갈 수 있기 때문이다. 과학영재 교육의 성공 기준 중 하나로 노벨상 수상을 기대하는 것이라고 생각할 수 있다. 물론 노벨상만을 목표로 하는 것은 과학영재교육이 왜곡될 수 있으나, 과학영재교육을 통해서 과학 분야에 뛰어난 인재를 양성하고 이들로부터 과학의 수준이 높아지면서 자연스럽게 노벨상을 수상할 수 있을 것이다. 2002년 노벨 과학상에서 일본은 물리학과 화학 두 분야에서 수상자를 배출하였다. 특히 노벨 화학상을 받은 다나카 고이치는 박사학위도 없는 40대의 평범한 회사원이었다. 그는 일본 과학계를 장악하고 있는 유명 국립대학의 교수도 아니고, 수상 발표 뒤 대부분의 일본 화학자들이 누군지 몰라 당황했을 정도로 잘 알려지지 않은 인물이었다. 이러한 사건은 일본인들에게 희망을 안겨주었으며 과학 및 과학자에 대한 관심과 투자에 대한 인식에 있어 많은 변화를 초래하였다. 노벨상 자체가 국가정책의 목표가 될 수는 없지만, 과학자나 국민 개개인들에게 희망이 되는 것은 사실이다. 해마다 노벨상 수상자가 발표되는 시점에서 우리들은 아주 오랫동안 방관자가 되어 왔다. 이제 여러 과학영재교육기관 등을 통해서 과학영재 교육을 효율적으로 실시한다면 조만간 상황이 바뀔 것으로 기대할 수 있다.택한 이유는 첫 번째가 사회 봉사와 국가 발전에 기여하기 위한 것이었으며, 다음으로는 생활의 안정을 꼽고 있었다. 이외에도 과학적 업적 달성을 위해, 자신의 꿈(이상) 실현을 위해 등의 이유를 들고 있었다. 이러한 경향은 남자 영재와 여자 영재들간에 다소 차이는 있었으나 거의 유사한 것으로 조사되었다(Pearson $X^2$=2.186, p>0.05). 우수한 능력을 소유한 영재들이 과학관련 분야를 선호하지 않는다면 우리나라의 과학 발전은 그리 낙관할 수 없을 것이다. 그러므로, 영재들을 과학 관련 분야로 이끌어 그들이 소유한 영재성을 발휘하도록 하는 것은 매우 중요한 일일 것이다. 이룰 위해서는 과학 영재들이 자신의 능력에 대한 자신감을 더욱 높여야 하며 그 능력을 과학관련 분야에 발휘하도록 하기 위한 국가적, 사회적, 교육적 노력이 필요하다. 노력이 필요하다.~42.1mg$CO_2$/kg.hr였으며 12$^{\circ}C$에서 2.5~8.2mg$CO_2$/kg.hr로 일반적으로 보고되고 있는 토마토 호흡속도와 일치하는 결과를 나타내었다.다.환원당인 sucrose 함량은 계속 증가하였고 fructose, glucose, sorbitol의 함량(추황의 sorbitol을 제외)은 생장이 촉진됨에 따라 증가하다가 다시 점차적으로 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 총당과 환원당의 측정결과와 일치한 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 배의 성장에 따라 산 함량은 감소하였고 당 함량은 증가하였다.luco-pyranoside, quercetin 7-O- -glucopyranoside, acacetin 7-O-$\beta$-D-glucuronide and apigenin-6-C-$\beta$

Objective : This study aimed to identify the experiences and practices of occupational therapists in mental health and provide interventions for improving body function in individuals with mental illness. Methods : Data were collected from mental health therapists between November 7 and November 14, 2022. A survey was distributed via email and 46 responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlations. Results : The majority were female (58.7%), aged 20-30 years (84.8%), working in mental health centers (41.3%), and undergoing mental health occupational therapy training (91.3%). They had 1-3 years of mental health experience (65.2%) and were commonly involved in programs (71.1%), case management (62.2%), and administration (57.8%). Interventions for physical functioning were common (73.9%), including group interventions (41.2%), such as stretching, aerobic exercise, and walk training, and individual interventions (38.1%), such as walking, stretching, and aerobic exercise. Conclusion : Occupational therapists play a crucial role in enabling individuals with mental illness to engage in daily life activities. However, relevant studies in this field are lacking. This study emphasizes the importance of mental health occupational therapy and the need for evidence-based services for physical function improvement interventions to provide more effective treatments for mental illnesses.

This study is aimed at figuring out the stress of workers in the field of railroad electricity and vehicles and its convergence factors. The workers were divided into the workers in the headquarters and in the field. A self-administered survey was conducted from February 9 to March 6 in 2015. 628 respondents' reply was analyzed by PASW Statistics Ver. 18.0. As the result, 94.7% of them belonged to the over weight group and frequently drank alcohol. The stress score was higher in the workers in the headquarters(3.00/5.00) than those in the field(2.85). For the workers in the headquarters, those who smoke everyday showed higher stress level than that of those who have never smoked while stress level decreased in those who are satisfied with their company life. For the workers in the field, stress increased in the higher age group than those in their the twenties and those who skip their breakfast. The more positive their subjective awareness toward their body shape and the more satisfied they were with their company life, the more their stress level decreased. Therefore, the study suggests that we have to focus on those who are vulnerable to stress using the factors.

This study is designed to identify the goals of home economics education. starting from the needs for basic research to establish a theoretical framework in home economics and for the development of basic logics to strengthen the position of home economics education as a prerequisite course in a national curriculum. To this end. this article thoroughly studied curriculum documents prepared at the national level and curriculum papers reflecting research trends of home economics education. using the results as data to identify the theoretical goals of home economics education. The research results are as follows : First, home economics education should help students become independent members of society. on the basis of daily lives. Second, with respect to personal capability development. home economics education should help to identify and solve various life-related problems in a practical problem solving. Practical members of society should be able to maintain balance in family, job, and personal career, solving the aforementioned problems in a practical way. Third, home economics education should make contributions to promoting a creative family culture in which life styles tailored for personal needs are created (education for creative members of society). The theoretical results of the study should be verified in a critical manner, followed by quantitative research that will lead to agreement among experts as to the theoretical goals.

The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the aspect on the Leisure-Activity of the Scholar-Si in the autumn season. The Aspect on the Leisure-Activity of the Scholar-Sijo in the autumn season can be divided into three type. Three type are the recreation, the health-care, and the self-discovery. The type of the recreation is represented of the autumn scenery and the complacency in the second chapter, the type of the health-care is represented of the wholesome food and the simplification of life in the third chapter, the type of the self-discovery is represented of the autumn harvesting and the sense of well-being in the fourth chapter. In order to study the Aspect on the Leisure-Activity of Sijo in the autumn season which have succeeded up to present without interruption, it is to gather more materials, widen an appreciative eye our leisure-activity and deepen the till now study continuously.

The purpose of this study was to seek practical intelligences for certain persons who wish to be a guard by studying for what practical public guards' recognition of organization and vocation is. The results of this study were as follows. First, Six study participants presented 'Respect within members', 'Atmosphere like family', 'Premium members', and 'Economic compensation & wealth of budget' as essential requirements for the best guard organization. Second, they also presented 'Systematic daily task & training', 'Exact selection system', and 'Strong cohesion & teamwork' as strong points of their organization. Third, they mentioned 'Internal evaluation system', 'Lack of education contents', and 'Limited position circulation' as weak points of their organization. Fourth, they mentioned that they feel encouraged itself as they work in the best guard organization, while they were skeptical when the citizens did not cooperate with them and they were not fully rewarded for their injury. Fifth, they expressed 'Difficulty of business cooperation', 'Unstable living patterns', 'Inconsistent assessment', and 'Continuing tension' as difficulties for performing the duties and stress causes. Lastly, they recognized of job security and self-esteem as they work in the best guard organization as advantages of a job, while they recognized of controlled life, low salaries and welfare level compared to duty importance and risks as disadvantages of a job. Consequently, students who wish to be a guard should consider job and organization attributes and set their career goals refer to these results.
