본 연구는 산업보건관련기록의 표준화를 위하여 산업장 건강관리실 기록지를 수집하여 기록의 종류, 내용과 양식을 비교 분석하므로써 간결하고 유용하고 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 기록을 개발코자 조사연구한 것이다. 조사대상은 총 32개 산업체로써 조사기간은 1991년 2월 4일부터 4월 6일까지이며 자료 수집 방법은 우편을 이용하였다. 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 근로자의 건강관련 정보기록으로 일일업무기록은 모두 쓰고 있었으며, 의약품 보호구 수불현황은 65.6%에서 사용하였고, 개인건강기록부, 매월업무보고서, 진료의뢰서는 각각 40.6%, 21.9%, 28.1%에서 사용하였다. 2. 간호사의 건강관리 업무관련정보기록은 일일간호 및 처치기록은 84.4%가 사용하였고, 현장순회일지, 환경위생점검일지 사용이 가장 낮았으며, 건강상담일지, 보건교육일지, 건강관리대상자 관리현황, 공상자 치료 및 관리현황은 제조업인 경우에는 21~26%가 사용하였고 기타 사업장인 경우에는 업거나 사용율이 매우 저조하였다. 산업안전보건법에 의한 사업장의 순회점검 지도 및 조치의 건의사항이나 작업환경개선 및 유지, 관리에 관한 사항을 수행하기 위해서는 현장순회일지나 환경위생점검일지에 대한 기록이 정확히, 철저히 이루어져야 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 상담 및 보건교육일지 작성도 보건교육이 전반적인 산업보건 사업계획과 통합되고 지속적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 표준화된 기록양식을 개발해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 기록양식의 내용을 업종별 중요성에 따라 표준화된 기록지 개발을 제언한다.

In this study, pre-service teachers who would be mathematics teachers of secondary school wrote the journal about learning mathematics. Journal writing helped pre-service teachers' math learning. Pre-service teachers could think mathematics reflectively, inquire it, represent their affectivity, plan the self-directed learning, and have the records of learning. They considered the educational issues as instructional methods, organization and management of instruction, assessment, and attitude of teacher. As well, they thought that journal writing was important in learning mathematics and how they would apply their students. Journal writing was meaningful to pre-service teacher education in cognitive and situative aspects.

The farming diary has significant value for farmers as it serves as crucial documentation, supporting evidence for eco-friendly and GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) certifications, as well as when applying for diverse subsidies. A detailed farming diary holds immense value, yet many farmers face challenges in document preparation, so even though training is provided on how to write a farming diary, making these remains impracticable for some. Therefore, this paper suggests using ChatGPT as a solution, enabling the effortless addition of comprehensive information to existing farming diary. With this method, it is expected that enhancing the thoroughness of the farming diary will significantly amplify its worth as robust certification evidence, thereby providing substantial support for future farming endeavors.

This study aimed at considering the original shape of Iljiam Tea Garden at Mt. Daedun. In order to accomplish our goal, we tried to strengthen the authenticity of construction of Iljiam by comparing its space structure depicted in the poetry of Choeui(艸衣) the monk with its current restored state. According to the clues and situation in the poetry along with symbolic words like 'Choeui' and 'Ilji(一枝)', Iljiam seemed to be a tea garden with elegant and celestial beauties, and with a nice view where Choeui the famous monk searched for the highest state of enlightenment by enjoying and living in nature. When we compared the plural aspects of Iljiam like Dacheon(茶泉), Dajo, Mulhwak, Darim(茶林), Chaewon(菜園), and Yeonji(蓮池) with those of Dasan Tea Garden[茶山草堂], we could see that the basic components of tea-culture space of both gardens are the same, showing the organizational principle of the top and bottom area to stress reading and studying. When it is restored, the authenticity of Iljiam should be pursued by linking spatial, historical, and landscaping characteristics as the space of which Choeui the monk carried out Zen meditation and mastered tea. However, the recent grand scale Buddhist business like the expansion of access road and construction of Buddhist sanctuary and Seolimdang became the biggest threat to the authenticity. Especially, it was emphasized many times in various poetry that the view from Iljiam and its surroundings is extraordinary, so it is critical to get rid of obstacles to the view from Iljiam and its surroundings in order to restore Iljiam as its genuine form. The current Iljiam should be re-made because it is like a leaf-roofed garden, not like a hermitage. However, the opinion that Jawoohongryeon-sa(紫芋紅蓮社) is somewhat a Taoistic and Taoist hermit space with a special shape adopted the pattern of building of the Joseon period rather than a Buddhist building can be accepted as long as other convincing historical evidences are found out, considering the ideology of uniting Confucianism and Buddhism and the spirit of Taoist hermit found out from poetry of Choeui and his friends. In conclusion, the restoration of Iljiam in 1979 was carried out to restore the place of Iljiam rather than to restore the originality of Iljiam by combining and referring domestic cases of tea gardens. However, there is not much material for restoration even though the main frame of Iljiam was distorted. Nevertheless, the top and bottom ponds should be constructed as a rectangle shape. In addition, it can be improved much in terms of plants and trees. It is necessary to restore bamboo forest, which was razed in order to make a tea plantation around Seolimdang, to set vines of arbors above the upper limbs, to plant pine trees and willow trees inside of the garden, and to put Dajeolgu under the corner of the eaves. Especially, the bamboo forest emphasized in poetry and took care of by Choeui himself should be restored inside of the garden.

Records of 255 patients was analyzed statistically according to the contents of the record form. T patients' records were collected through the visit of emergency department in one hospital by the 119 Emergency Medical Services system from January 1 to February 8, 2009. In conclusion, the total entry was the investigation of 119 ambulance run report in 62.1% of subjects. The highest record of receiving hospital item was 100.0% and the lowest record of medical control item was 0.4% of subjects. Increasing the entry of 119 ambulance run report in efficient emergency medical information delivery media needed to suggest that increasing the number of specialists on the staff, medical staffs have an active interest and feedback, rule to item arrangement of prehospital ambulance run report, continuous education in the importance of record.

컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업에 참여하는 학습자들에게 성찰일지를 활용하여 수업에서 배운 내용을 즉시 복습하고 교수자와의 1:1 질의 응답 활동을 진행한 결과, 성찰일지를 통해 가장 도움이 받은 학습 영역과 얻은 학습 성과가 무엇인지 학습자 설문을 통해 조사하고 분석해보았다. 이 연구를 통해 프로그래밍 학습자들을 위해 효과적인 학습 활동을 지원함으로써 난이도가 높은 프로그래밍 수업에서 발생하는 학습자들의 학습 능력 차이를 줄이고 학습 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 2012년에 시작된 국가예방접종사업의 지원 확대로 지역사회 예방접종 대상 감염병 퇴치 기반이 강화됨에 따라, 일지역 보건소의 2012년 예방접종 등록 출생아를 대상으로 정기예방접종에 대한 각 차수별 예방접종등록관리 보건정보시스템에 전산등록 된 영유아 예방접종의 기록을 근거로 만3세의 기본 예방접종력에 대한 각출생월별, 각백신별, 미접종률과 미접종에 대한 각각의 사유를 분석하고 미접종자에 대한 접종안내 및 접종실시를 하여 만3세의 기본접종에 대해 완전접종과 높은 예방접종률로 감염병을 예방하고 일지역 보건소의 예방접종사업에 기초 자료로 활용하기 위한 것이다.

상수의 엽면적은 상엽의 수획량 즉 수량과 높은 상관관계가 있고 그의 간이측정법은 매우 의의 깊은 일이므로 상전에서 생체대로 엽면적을 측정할 수 있도록 간이측정법을 고안하였다. 우리나리 상수의 주요품종인 개량서반, 일지뢰, 노상 그리고 수원 제4호의 4개품종을 재료로 절위별로, 지조별로 엽면적과 엽장, 최대엽폭과의 관계를 조사 실험하였으며 공시 엽수는 개량서반 741문, 일지뢰 853문, 노상 507문, 수원제4호 441문, 도합 2,542문이었다. 5개열엽으로 엽형이 비슷한 개량서반과 일지뢰의 2개품종의 엽면적은 (엽장$\times$최대엽폭)$\times$0,643, 단엽인 노상과 수원제4호의 2개품종의 엽면적은 (엽장$\times$최대엽폭)$\times$0,735에 의해서 구할 수 있음을 알았다. 즉 개량서반과 일지뢰는 엽장에 최대엽폭을 곱한 적에 계수 0.634를 곱함으로써 전처리엽에서 planimeter에 의한 엽면적과 높은 상관관계를 보였고 이때의 상관계수의 평균을 개량서반에 있어서는 r=0.931, 일지뢰에 있어서는 r=0.960이었다. 노상과 수원상4호는 엽장에 최대엽폭을 곱한 적에 계수 0.735를 곱함으로써 전처리엽에서 planimeter에 의한 엽면적과 또한 높은 상관관계를 보였고 이때의 상관계수의 평균을 개량서반에 있어서는 r=0.931, 일지뢰에 있어서는 r=0.960이었다. 노상과 수원상 4호는 엽장에 최대엽폭을 곱한 적에 계수 0.735를 곱함으로써 전처리엽에서 planimeter에 의한 엽면적과 또한 높은 상관관계를 보였고 이 때의 상관계수 r의 평균을 노상에 있어서는 r=0.999, 수원상 4호에 있어서는 r=0.996이었다. 이 방법에 의하면 시간과 노력을 크게 절감시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 생체대로 쉽게 엽면적을 구할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

As public data opened its doors in line with the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, agricultural public data also increased. Currently, the majority of farmers are writing farming diaries due to eco-friendly certification and basic public interest direct payment projects. However, it is a difficult task for busy farmhouses in the aging agricultural community to write farming diaries. Therefore, there have been cases where farming diaries have been filled out on behalf of the farmhouses. However, one may get disadvantaged in terms of receiving eco-friendly certification and public interest direct payment projects. In succession, this paper proposes a system to conveniently write farming diaries by checking the farming diary data stored in the server via categories of crops and dates and finding farming diary public data suitable for the user to automatically fill out the diary.

The standard work report for trucks was developed that records data on truck haulage operations in open-pit and underground mines, and to evaluate the performance of haulage operations. Work reports used in 5 mines in Korea was secured and analyzed, and items to be included in the standard work report were determined. By analyzing the formulas for key performance indicators (KPIs) proposed by the Global Mining Guidelines Group (GMG), it was possible to determine how to record time-related data. After selecting a limestone underground mine as a research area, the performance of haulage operations was evaluated using a standard work report. As a result, in terms of truck availability, uptime was 46.7%, and both physical and mechanical availability were 100%. In the case of utilization, use of availability was 88.2%, the asset utilization was 41.1%, and operating and effective utilization were 88.2% and 79.2%, respectively. Also, in terms of efficiency, operating efficiency was found to be 89.9%.
