우리는 일상생활을 통해 많은 물건을 사게 된다. 지불하는 돈은 그 상품의 무엇에 대한 대가인가를 의식하면서 물건을 사지는 않는다. 그러나 구매의사를 결정한다는 것은 그 상품이 지니고 있는 가치를 자신의 소유로 이전시킬 수 있다는 판단을 전제로 이루어지는 것이며 이 판단이 돈을 지불하도록 하는 것이다.

TV나 컴퓨터, 장난감, 그릇 등 일상생활에서 흔히 접하는 물건에 화학물질이 발생한다. 그러나 우리는 화학물질로 만든 제품을 사용하는데 너무나 익숙해져 있다. 우리는 유해 환경과 화학물질에서 완전히 자유로울 수는 없지만 건강한 생활을 위해 유해물질을 최소화하도록 노력해야 한다.

The study was to find out whether the more difficult each activities of daily living(ADLs) is, the more high subjective health status, or health insecurity, is among those in their 65 or older in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The subjects were asked up to 1 to 5 points for subjective health status and ADLs. And according to the performance level of each activities of daily living, the order trend was analyzed in four groups (very difficult, difficult, easy, and very easy) by Jonckheere-Terpstra. Order trends were also compared using a linear regression line. Depending on the degree of difficulty in "using toilet," "bathing" and "shopping," the insecurities in subjective health status showed a corresponding order differences. It has been shown that the slope of "using toilet" on a linear regression line is the largest. The more difficult it was to "use toilet," "bathing" and "shopping," the higher the score of health insecurity was.

MP3기능과 카메라 기능을 동시에 갖고 있는 핸드폰은 기본이고 즐거운 추억을 담아올 디지털 카메라와 캠코더, 이동 중의 지루함을 달래고 휴가지에서의 휴식에 감초역할을 할 MP3플레이어, 휴대용멀티미디어플레이어(PMP), 노트북, 친절하게 길 안내 서비스를 해주는 내비게이션까지. 그러나 휴가지에서 디지털기기가 가장 많이 손상된다. 자칫 한 순간의 실수로 즐거운 휴가 기분을 망칠 수도 있다. 본 고에서는 휴가철 디지털기기를 안전하게 지킬 수 있는 방법에 대해 소개한다.

공기와 같은 유체를 식품의 표면에 직접 고압으로 분사하는 것은 그 식품을 가열하거나, 건조, 냉각, 냉동시키는데 큰 도움을 주고 있다. Impingement-분사(공기, 스팀), 조사(방사선, 레이저), 침투(당액, 냉매) 등의 식품가공기술 기술은 우리가 생활하고 있는 주변에서 일상적으로 나타는 현상이다. 지표면에 태양빛이 전달되는 것이나 상점에서 물건구입시 포장지에 붙은 바코드(barcode)에 레이저빔을 쏘는 것도 모두 Impingement현상이다. 레이더도 전자파를 발사하는것(Impinging)이며, 배나 잠수함도 음파를 발사하여 장애물을 탐지하면서 운항한다. 세차장에서 차를 세차하는 것도 고압의 물을 분사(Impinging)하는 기술이 동원 되는 것이다. Impingement 방식에 의해 식품을 가열하거나 냉각하는 것은 기존의 방법들보다 속도는 느리지만 그만한 값어치가 있는 유용한 식품가공 기법이다.

최근 일상생활이나 산업현장에서 생산공정의 기계화 또는 자동화로 인하여 수 작업이 많이 감소하였으나 아직도 정형화 되지 못한 물건의 운반, 부품조립 등 위 험요소를 내포한 여러가지 형태로 상지 동작(arm exertion)이 요구되는 인력운반 (manual material handling) 작업이 실제 작업현장에서 행새지고 있는 실정이며, 이러한 작업으로 인해 작업자들의 근골격계 부상으로신체장애의 사례가 늘어나고 있다.

The ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has highlighted the importance of hospital hygiene and infection control in hospital settings. To raise hygiene awareness among ultrasound technicians, we evaluated the hygiene status of an ultrasound room, in comparison with that of objects used in daily life. Using the swab method, the following surfaces were examined: eight surfaces in the ultrasound room including the ultrasound probes (convex, linear, sector, 3D), ultrasound track ball, ultrasound keyboard, ultrasound gel (sealed and in use) and pillow as well as four surfaces of everyday objects including subway handles, common computer keyboards, common computer mouse, and cell phones. The streak plate technique was used for inoculation into media, which was observed for the formation of bacterial colonies following incubation for 24 h. Six bacterial strains were detected from objects used in the ultrasound room, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Four strains of bacteria were detected on surfaces of everyday objects. The equipment and accessories used in an ultrasound room can act as vehicles for infecting patients. Establishment of standardized hygiene protocols and periodic training of the staff are recommended to avoid cross-infection.

The destination of this study is a convenience sample of 301 people age 65 and older to use each one elderly welfare center D, M received a structured questionnaire for one-on-one interviews with the subjects to read all the questions and questionnaire was written. The depressed group and the normal group, identify the general characteristics, the ADL, and sleep, and the difference between the two groups, and relative risk were analyzed. The results of the study are as follows: Showed depressed group compared to normal group was the low level of ability to perform daily living, sleep well, not more than the ability to perform daily living, dressing, bowel and bladder management, and complained of the difficulty to perform instrumental activities of daily living ability of grooming, more difficult to appeal to public transportation, shopping. In conclusion, elderly health promotion strategy when you want to take into account whether or not the depression of the elderly will require the development of a variety of education and physical activity programs, and suggest the need for expanded research to determine the effectiveness.
