A study on the realities of color in apartment exteriors (아파트 외부 색채 환경의 실태연구-일산 신도시 아파트 중심으로-)

  • I intend to grope for the desirable outdoor color environment creation plan through researching situation of our apartment houses color environment and grasping the point at issue. The rearch was made that Ilsan(16 items) new city apartment were selected and the color seperately measured such as the dominant, the aid, the accent colors through applied color component ratio was researched by calculating square measure of matched colors and through that the evaluation of apartment complex color environment was formed. The planned construction problems were issued from comparing the planned scheme and the present carrying color status guide by investigating the color plan applied Ilsan new city. The current out apartment outdoor color environment is poor, and the color plan of the early stage has many insufficient parts and many operation errors. For the creation of desirable color environment, the color plan establishment by regional characteristics, the color environment management, though exhaustive color consultation, and the external construction technique improvement, the standard color sheet diffusion, the color understanding of architects, the public relations (P.R), the education on the importance of color are required.

Changes in Demographic and Housing Characteristics of New Towns in Korea: Focused on Five New Towns in Seoul Metropolitan Area (우리나라 신도시의 인구 및 주거특성 변화: 분당, 일산 등 1기 신도시를 중심으로)

  • In the late 1980s, 5 new towns such as Bundang, Ilsan, Pyeongchon, Sanborn, Jungdong were constructed to solve housing problems and to disperse functions concentrated within Seoul. As the city got matured, it began to appear the initial signs of urban problems such as aging of high rise-density apartment sites, traffic congestion, lack of parking spaces and aging of infrastructure. Therefore, in order to cope with urban problems, it is very important to apprehend the process of urban growth, its change and the feature of physical/human elements. So, the purpose of this thesis is to analyze the changes in housing and population characteristics for past 20 years by use of Census data from 1995 to 2010. First, the new town's goal of population and housing plan at the time of construction was analyzed how it was achieved, and it is close to the performance of the goal. And the trend of changes in the population and household characteristics was analyzed by every five year's data. As the result of analysis, it shows socio-demographic changes such as aged and elderly population growth, rapid increase in one generation's household and single person household, highly educated city, monthly rent household's increase and charter household's reduction. Results of this analysis can be utilized to aforethought management of new towns. But it is required more sustained and systematic urban monitoring and data analysis because the one-off analysis of the city's characteristics alone is difficult enough to grasp them.

  • ㆍ수도권 철도는 우리나라의 경제성장과 함께 증가하는 교통처리 대책으로 1974년 8월 15일 서울지하철 1호선과 함께 경인선 서울∼인천간, 경부선 서울∼수원간, 경원선 용산∼청량리∼성북간을 복선 전철화 하여 도시철도로 전환, 이에 따라 수도권 위성도시의 발전과 인구 폭증으로 안산, 산본, 평촌, 분당, 일산 등 신도시를 개발하고 교통난 해소를 위해 서울지하철은 1호선에서 9호선가지 건설중이며, 수도권 철도는 경부선 영등포∼천안간 2복선전철과 안산선, 분당선, 일산선, 경의선, 경원선, 중앙선, 경춘선, 용산선, 신공항선 등 복선전철화와 경부고속철도 등 수송능력 증강을 위해 건설하고 있다.   • 1990년대에 들어와 전원주택시장은 급격하게 성장했다. 대도시 주민의 전원지향 이주와 전원주택시장의 급성장을 초래한 사회경제적 배경은 소비주체의 생활양식 변화, 건설자본의 사업환경 변화에 대한 대응, 국가의 법적·제도적 지원과 밀접한 관련성을 가진다. 실제로, 수도권지역에서 전원주택은 경관이 수려하고 자연환경이 잘 보존된 한강축, 접근성이 양호한 고속도로축, 일산 신도시에서 파주로 나아가는 북방축 등 세축을 따라 뚜렷한 성장세를 보인다. 그러므로 대도시 주민이 선호하는 전원주택의 주요 입지적 속성은 자연환경과 접근성이라 할 수 있다.

Effect of the Urban Land Cover Types on the Surface Temperature: Case Study of Ilsan New City (도시지역의 토지피복유형이 지표면온도에 미치는 영향: 경기도 일산 신도시를 중심으로)

  • The physical environment of urban areas covered mostly by concrete and asphalt is the main cause of the urban heat island effect, primarily becoming apparent through increased land surface temperature. This study examined the effect of different urban land cover types on the land surface temperature using MODIS, Landsat ETM+ and RapidEye satellite data. As a result, the remote sensing based land surface temperature showed a marked difference according to the land use pattern in the case study of Ilsan new city. The high-rise apartment residential districts with less building-to-land ratio and higher green area ratio revealed lower land surface temperature than the low-story single-family housing districts characterized by relatively high building-to-land ratio and low green area ratio. From the view of climate zone and land cover types, there is a strong linear correlation between the impervious land cover ratio and the land surface temperature; the land surface temperature increases as the impervious built-up areas expand. In contrast, vegetation;water and shadow areas affect the decrease of land surface temperature. There is also a negative (-) correlation between NDVI and land surface temperature but the seasonal variation of NDVI can be hardly corrected.

  • 사회적 경제적 환경적 영향에 대한 장기적인 고려 없이 진행된 개발도상국가의 도시화와 인구증가는 도시의 슬럼화 등 다양한 문제를 초래하고 있다. 본 연구는 베트남 하이퐁시를 대상으로 생태적 도시계획모델을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구에서 적용한 생태적 계획과정은 크게 네 단계로 구분할 수 있다. 첫째, 기존에 연구된 생태적 도시계획 과정 및 절차를 검토, 정리하였다. 둘째, 한국을 포함한 성공적 사례를 검토함으로써 베트남에 적용 가능한 전략과 친환경적 개발 요소 등을 도출하였다. 베트남과 비슷한 경제발전 과정을 거친 한국의 일산, 분당 등 생태도시 사례로 부터 네 가지 전략을 도출하였다. 셋째, 대상지 분석 및 토지적합성평가를 실시하였으며 절대보전, 상대보전, 개발가능 지역 등을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 앞의 세 단계를 토대로 생태적 신도시건설을 위한 토지이용계획을 수립하였고, 블루네트워크(수체계), 그린네트워크(녹지체계), 화이트네트워크(바람길체계), 휴먼네트워크(자전거 및 보행도로체계), 문화네트워크(역사자원체계)의 다섯 가지 네트워크개념을 적용하였다. 각 네트워크별, 각 네트워크간의 연결 및 순환을 강조함으로써 현존하는 자연적 문화적 자원을 보전, 신도시의 가치로 창출되게 하고자 하였다.

EConnectivity and Accessibility Measurement of Facilities in a Residential Complex (주거단지시설의 연결성 및 접근성 연구)

  • In this study, two residential complexes, both built in the New City area after 2006 and both composed of over 500 households, were selected to estimate an efficient accessibility and connectivity index using accessibility and connectivity theories and methods from previous studies. With architectural blueprints, the nodes and edges of both residential complexes were drawn out and the accessibility matrixes were derived using these nodes and edges. As a result, the connectivity indices of both residential complexes were lower than 1, the accessibility index of Dong-tan was 86.922 being smaller than the accessibility index of Ilsan, 96.199, and the efficiency index of both residential complexes were similar being 0.26. With these indices it is expected to geometrically estimate the residential complexes and predict the pedestrian passing conveniences.

  • 복합열병합 발전 플랜트의 장점은 도시 근교에 발전 플랜트를 간단히 건설할 수 있으며, 공해를 크게 줄이면서 독립적인 발전이 가능하다는 측면에서 신도시, 신공업단지, 도서지방 등에서 아주 유리한 것으로 알려져 있다. 또한 가스 터빈 배기열을 이용하여 대규모 주거 지역이나 공업 단 지내에서 필요한 난\ulcorner냉방열이나 공업열원으로의 활용이 손쉬우며, 주변 시설이 복잡하지 않고, 개선된 연소기술에 의하여 공해를 크게 줄일 수 있다. 최근 들어 분당\ulcorner일산\ulcorner부천 지역 등에 열병합 플랜트가 건설되고 있으나 거의 모든 설계기술은 외국 기술에 의존되고 있으며, 국산화 율도 극히 저조하여 '93년도에 완공된 부천 화력(473MW)의 경우 약 30% 정도이다. 복합열병합 발전 시스템은 가스 터빈, 스팀 터빈 등의 터보기계 기술을 근간으로 하며, 열회수장치 및 열교 환장치의 설계기술, 각종 제어기술 등의 종합 설계기술로서 이미 선진국에서는 실용화된지 오 래되었으며 우리 나라에도 여러 종류의 플랜트가 도입되어 사용되고 있다.

  • Recently, housing consumers are demanding new types of residential housing and environmentally friendly housing. I think that the related issues and problems can be solved by introducing various types of independent housing. Garden is an important space for single family housing, providing calmness and restfulness etc. Furthermore, it provides a green space for our city. According to the result of this paper, I would like to suggest some important conclusions. 1) Residents in single family housing want sufficiently large garden space and they need good design of planting. 2) They are interested in gardening. They also want to have various ideas and information for gardening and need useful skills to prevent their garden from insects and diseases from the garden maintenance companies. 3) Generally, they want to design their garden for the usage of their relaxation and ornamental enjoyment.

A Study on the Analysis of Park User Experiences in Phase 1 and 2 Korea's New Towns with Blog Text Data (블로그 텍스트 데이터를 활용한 1, 2기 신도시 공원의 이용자 경험 분석 연구)

  • This study aims to examine the characteristics of the user experience of New Town neighborhood parks and explore issues that diversify the experience of the parks. In order to quantitatively analyze a large amount of park visitors' experiences, text-based Naver blog reviews were collected and analyzed. Among the Phase 1 and 2 New Towns, the parks with the highest user experience postings were selected for each city as the target of analysis. Blog text data was collected from May 20, 2003, to May 31, 2022, and analysis was conducted targeting Ilsan Lake Park, Bundang Yuldong Park, Gwanggyo Lake Park, and Dongtan Lake Park. The findings revealed that all four parks were used for everyday relaxation and recreation. Second, the analysis underscores park's diverse user groups. Third, the programs for parks nearby were also related to park usage. Fourth, the words within the top 20 rankings represented distinctive park elements or content/programs specific to each park. Lastly, the results of the network analysis delineated four overarching types of park users and the networks of four park user types appeared differently depending on the park. This study provides two implications. First, in addition to the naturalistic characteristics, the differentiation of each park's unique facilities and programs greatly improves public awareness and enriches the individual park experience. Second, if analysis of the context surrounding the park based on spatial information is performed in addition to text analysis, the accuracy of interpretation of text data analysis results could be improved. The results of this study can be used in the planning and designing of parks and greenspaces in the Phase 3 New Towns currently in progress.
