이방향 중공슬래브 시스템의 구조특성 및 성능평가 연구의 일부로 실제 건축물에 적용된 이방향 중공슬래브의 연직진동을 측정 및 분석하였다. 캡슐형 경량체를 사용한 이방향 중공슬래브가 적용된 두 건축물에서 바닥 용도상 일상적인 진동발생원이라고 가정할 수 있는 75 kg 성인의 보행, 달리기, 제자리 점프에 대해 슬래브의 연직진동을 측정하였다. 두 대상 건축물은 각각 연구소와 교육시설 용도로 설계 및 건축되었다. 측정된 수직 가속도 데이터로 일본건축학회 환경기준에 (AIJES-2004) 근거하여 진동수 범위 3~30 Hz에 대해 1/3 옥타브 밴드 분석을 실시하였다. 이 분석을 바탕으로 AIJEES-2004에 제시한 기준에 따라 바닥의 연직진동에 대한 거주 성능을 평가한 결과, 측정한 세 건축물에 적용된 이방향 중공슬래브 모두 보행과 달리기에 대해서는 피진동자의 10% 미만이 인지, 제자리 점프에 대해서는 50~70% 미만이 인지할 수 있는 것으로 나타나, 이방향 중공슬래브가 바닥의 연직 진동에 대해 거주 성능이 양호함을 보여주었다.

A house is basic unit of human being living space and it reflects an occupation, family relation, a life style and sense of value of resident. To analyze of modernization process the rural house in Japan diversely and systematically, this study examined the elements and characteristics of changing floor plan in house through field studies and residential interviewing about the rural house of Miyashiro, Saitama pref. in Japan. The results of this study are as follow. First, the traditional TANOJI type changed into NAKAROUKA and TSUZUKIMA type on modernizing process. Second, Toma is an important space of farmhouse. It is succeeded with the element, which is the possibility of knowing the remnant of traditional element from modern rural house. Third, the cause of changing floor plan is a narrow and small space by growth of children. That is the most factor of changing house deterioration of equipments and necessity of children's space.

현재의 도시는 관계성 희박화, 익명성 등의 문제로 커뮤니티 활성화가 과제로 존재한다. 일본 오사카는 물의 도시를 표방하며, 수변공간의 가치를 재검토하고 재생을 도모하고 있으며, 카모가와를 비롯한 수변공간은 도시 가운데 개방적 공공장소로 존재하면서 매력적인 공간 창출을 도모하려는 움직임이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일본의 수변공간 활성화에 착안하여 지금까지 이용되어온 방식과 사람들의 행동을 규명하는 것으로 시사점을 얻는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.

최근 건축물에서 공동주택의 비율이 증가하고 있으며 동시에 공동주택의 화재비율도 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 또한 화재 시 인명 피해의 주원인인 가연물은 소재가 다양화되고 있으나 안정성 보다는 디자인, 기능성에 치중되어 그에 따른 화재 위험성도 커져가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전보의 실내장식물에 이어 공동주택에서 많이 사용되어지는 적재가연물을 가연물 조사를 바탕으로 선정하여 Furniture Calorimeter를 이용해 그 연소특성을 알아보았다. 그 결과, 소파가 타 시료에 비해 화재 시 높은 위험성을 나타냈으며, 일본건축학회에 발표된 데이터와 비교한 결과 소파의 데이터가 유사한 것으로 나타났다.

최근 초고층구조물 및 대공간구조물등에 대한 소방법의 성능설계등이 법제화되어 시행될 예정으로 있으나 화재성상예측등에 대한 기초적인 연구등이 매우 부족한 실정이며 이에따라 성능설계를 실시하기 위한 기반여건이 매우 취약한 조건이다. 특히 강구조건축물의 경우 초고층구조물의 전형적인 구조형식으로서 성능설계에 대한 연구기반이 조속히 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본고는 전보에 이어 화재하중등과 밀접한 관련이 있는 가연물조사등과 더불어 이에 대한 이웃 일본건축학회의 강구조건축에 대한 성능적 내화설계방법론중 하중편을 조사하여 향후 국내의 화재하중선정을 위한 기초자료로 사용될수 있도록 하였다.

국내의 가연물 조사 연구 사례를 통한 가연물 정보의 수집 방식에 관한 문제점을 인식하고, 최근 일본건축학회에서 실시된 가연물 연구 사례를 보면서 건축물 내 공간정보와 가연물정보의 효율적인 조사 기법과 기존 가연물 조사 데이터와의 정보 분석을 통하여 국내에 적합한 용도별 가연물 산출을 위한 방법론을 도출하고자 한다.

We intend to illustrate how contemporary architects have conceptualized spaces with words. Language practice is so much important work for the contemporary architects as designing realistic building (material practice) As this point of view we need to interest in theses of architects which contains their unique ideas an characters. The purpose of this study is for understanding how contemporary japanese architects embody through special conception when day design the mixed wooden construction and for looking for the possibility of the development of it. As a result the mixed wooden construction candy understood as an expression form how an architects things about relationship between parts and parts, parts and the whole and the character of materials that consist it and such relationship is determined by the requirement of space.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the design characteristics of welfare facilities for the aged in Japan in order to establish the basic data for such facilities in Korea. In conclusion of analysis, the design characteristics of welfare facilities for the aged can be summarized as follows; the dignity of the individual, the privacy, the small group units, the sociopsychological support, the succession of regional and cultural factors, the nature, the safety, the interior materials for the old men, the improvement of staves' environment, the energy reduction and earth environment. The aged welfare equipments in Japan are her products which reflect the society and culture of Japan, therefore our efforts to convert them to equipments which are suitable to our culture and emotion are desired urgently.
