  • 1.8 기능성 색소 1.8.1 pH 지시약 수용액 중의 수소 이온 농도 [H$\^$+/]([]는 농도를 의미한다)를 간단하게 조사하기 위해 pH지시약을 이용하고 있다. 지시약은 일반적으로 유기약산이라든지 약염기로 용액의 pH에 의존하여 수소 이온(프로톤)이나 수산화물 이온이 부가된다든지 탈리 한다든지하여 색이 변화한다. [H$\^$+/]의 값은 작기 때문에 pH = -log[H$\^$+/]의 값으로 표시하며, pH 지시약에 담근 시험지나 pH meter로 측정한다. 예를 들면 페놀프탈레인은 무색의 약산으로 [HIn]으로 표시된다. 그 수용액은 조금만 전리하며, 그 공역 염기 [In$\^$-/]은 적색을 띈다.

  • 국내 항만 공공시장이 침체된 상황에서 이라크 바스라주 남부지역내 컨테이너 전용부두와 일반화물부두를 조성하는 대형사업이 계획되었다. 그리스 주도의 다국적 기업인 아키로돈이 공사중인 동측방파제와 병행하여 대우건설은 15.85km 사석경사식의 서측방파제 공사를 2014년 2월부터 2018년 5월 현재까지 수행 중에 있으며 그 주된 설계, 시공현황을 요약하였다. 아울러, 시공 중 재료수급, 해양조건, 사업지 지반여건을 고려한 설계 최적화 과정도 소개하였다.

  • 탄산가스는 탄소나 그 화합물이 완전연소할 때, 생물이 호흡할 때, 발효 등에 의하여 생성되는 무색, 무취의 기체로 분자식은 $CO_2$(이산화탄소)이며, 분자량은 44, 비중은 공기 1에 대하여 1.529이다. 식물은 탄산가스와 물을 원료로 태양에너지를 이용하여 탄수화물을 합성하므로 탄산가스는 광합성에 절대적으로 필요하며, 탄산가스가 충분하게 공급되지 않으면 광합성이 원활하게 이루어질 수가 없다. 일반적으로 식물은 대기중의 농도(0.03%)보다 높은 농도에서 포화점을 갖고 있으므로 대기중에서의 탄산가스의 농도는 식물의 광합성작용에 충분하지 못하며, 생육촉진을 위해서는 인위적인 방법으로 탄산가스 농도를 증가시키는 방법이 실용화되고 있다.(중략)

  • 최근 매실나무를 기주로 한 겨우살이의 인공재배에 성공함에 따라, 식품 소재로 이용하기 위해 일반성분을 분석하였다. 경기도 남양주시에서 매실나무를 기주로 한 인공재배 겨우살이를 채취하여 동결건조한 후 수분, 조단백질, 조지방, 회분, 탄수화물, 베타카로틴, 비타민 B1, 비타민 B2, 비타민 B3, 비타민C, Ca, Fe, K, Na 그리고 P의 함량을 분석하였다. 조단백질, 조지방, 회분, 베타카로틴, Ca, Fe, K, Na 그리고 P은 AOAC 방법을 이용하여 분석하였고, 탄수화물은 탄수화물(%) = 100 - (조단백질% + 조지방% + 회분% + 수분%) 계산식을 활용하여 산출하였다. 수분, 비타민 B1, 비타민 B2, 비타민 B3, 비타민 C는 식품공전에 제시된 방법에 따라 분석하였다. 동결건조한 매실나무겨우살이의 일반성분은 탄수화물 58.90%, 단백질 22.36%, 회분 11.11%, 지방 5.37%, 수분 2.26% 순으로 함유하였다. 비타민의 함량은 비타민 C 4.78mg/100g, 나이아신 1.87mg/100g, 비타민 A 1.42mg/100g, 비타민 B2 0.73mg/100g 그리고 비타민 B1 0.30 mg/100g의 순서로 많이 함유하였다. 무기질은 K 3141.54mg/100g, Ca 977.77mg/100g, P 309.91 mg/100g, Na 20.13mg/100g 그리고 Fe 8,24mg/100g의 순서로 많이 함유하였다.

  • Recently, the demand for rail freight has gradually decreased. In particular, the demand in Korea for open freight cars, which classification includes gondola cars, hopper cars and gravel cars has been significantly reduced. The role of gondola cars in the rail transportation market shrank to 14.5% in 2010 from 23.3% in 2001. The transportation demand of gondola cars in the long term is expected to be reduced further. Because some gondola cars have been converted to container cars and various containers are being developed to transport bulk cargo by container cars. However, gondola cars still play an important role in rail freight transport. Therefore, the management planning of gondola cars is needed in order to prepare for the long-term declining demand. In this study, we propose a future direction for the management planning of gondola cars through the effectiveness analysis of gondola cars operation.

  • So far, the port cargo handling capacity of general cargo was computed using simple formulae based on mathematical models. However, this simple calculation could not be able to reflect the reality. Thus, the simulation method was applied in this paper to overcome the limitation that the calculation method used in the past studies has. The process occurring from arrival to departure of a ship, which is reflecting the process rules of berth, was modeled to estimate the optimum level of handling capacity by using an example of the loading and unloading of an appropriated wharf at the harbor, and simulation was performed by developing the prototype. The actual processing capability of Mukho port was compared to the estimated capability calculated using the simulation method and the optimum level of capability could be computed by repeatedly simulating the input variable condition of the simulation prototype.

  • Generally, although securing the condition and location of container freights or normal freights, which load a fresh goods, has been a very important issue in the cold-chain system implementations, it has not gotten out of the traditional methods in the related business world yet. To solve this problem, we propose the designing method and architecture which can be used to implement a smart cold-chain monitoring automation systems. The proposed system architecture is based on the oneM2M standards, and it has 3 layers and entities, which can be implemented to S/W and H/W, network services layer and entity, common services layer and entity, application layer and entity. Based on this architecture, we will not only expect an innovative retrenchment of distribution cost, but also automatically secure the freight condition and location.

Synthesis and Spectroscopic Investigations of Some New rganotelluronium alts Based on Dicyclohexyl Telluride (디시클로헥실 텔루르염에 기반한 유기텔루로늄염의 성과 분광학적 분석)

  • Dicyclohexyl telluride was obtained in a high yield by the reaction of cyclohexyl bromide with NaTeH(prepared in situ) in an aqueous ethanolic solution. A series of new organotelluronium salts of the general formula ${(cyclo-C_6H_11)}_2Te(R)X$ (where R = $CH_3$, X = I (1); R = $C_2H_5$, X = Br(2); R = $C_2H_5$, X = I (3); R = C_3H_5$, X = Br (4)) were prepared by the reaction of ${(cyclo-C_6H_11)}_2Te$ with the corresponding alkyl halide. Reaction of 1 with NaBPh4 gave compound 5 ( i.e. R = CH3, X = BPh4 ‒) in 78% yield. Reaction of ${(cyclo-C_6H_11)}_2Te$ with benzyl bromide and 4-bromophenacyl bromide gave unexpectedly dibenzylcyclohexyltelluronium bromide (6) and bis(4-bromophenacyl)cyclohexyltelluronium bromide (7), respectively. Reaction of 6 with NaBPh4 gave the corresponding tetraphenylborate derivative (8) in high yield. $^1H$ NMR studies revealed that in $CDCl_3$solution compound 1 eliminated alkyl halide. Conductivity, IR, $^1H\;and\;^{13}C$ NMR and thermal data for the new compounds are presented and discussed.

  • Occupational asthma is commonly known to be induced by isocyanate exposure. Spray painters generally use isocyanates for 2-pack spray painting to coat wooden panel surfaces in the furniture industry in South Australia. Due to a lack of actual exposure data, this study conducted environmental and dermal/ocular monitoring from a company in the furniture industry. According to this study, there was no significant airborne contamination, due to the use of high volume low pressure (HVLP) spray guns, low concentration of hardener in paint solutions and appropriate respirator like full face-air line respirator. There was no significant HDI detection in the general work area around the spray booths. Owing to the use of disposable nitrile gloves during the spray painting, no significant dermal exposure was found. According to color monitoring, there was a possible dermal exposure from surfaces in the workplace, unless either protective gloves were worn or appropriate working practices like clean-up process and storage in a secure places. No eye contamination was detected from the spray painters. No significant exposure levels from inhalational, dermal, ocular were found. The area of most concern was work practices.

  • Domestic area of most be happened chloride deicer damage. Because daily mean temperature is below 0$^{\circ}C$ from the area of domestic most. Use of deicing chemicals has been and will continue to be a major part of highway snow and ice control methods. Chloride-containing chemicals such as calcium chloride or rock salt are main deicers for the road. Extensive use of chloride deicers is, however, not only the source of substantial cost penalties due to their corrosive action and ability to deterioration roadway surface materials but also the source of environmental damages. Particularly, it has been recognized that chlorides present in deicing agents can significantly increase concrete surface scaling. In severe cases, scaling can result in dislodgement of coarse aggregate. This research estimates that pH and test of specific pollutants, dynamic modulus of elasticity for freeze-thaw test of concrete were higher than those NaCl, $CaCl_2$, and NaCl+$CaCl_2$(7:3, w/w), also weight losses for scaling test of concrete were much lower than those of NaCl, $CaCl_2$, and NaCl+$CaCl_2$(7:3, w/w).
