An Investigation on SI CEO Profiles (SI 기업 CEO의 인적특성 고찰)

  • SI 산업의 역사가 20년 이상 되었으나, SI CEO에 대한 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 SI CEO의 인적특성에 대한 기초적인 연구를 수행한다. 일반적인 CEO특성 연구를 참조하여 SI 기업 CEO의 나이, 학력, 경력, 기능분야, 근속 등의 인적 특성과 이사회와의 관계 등 구조적 특성을 분석한다. 이 분석은 추후 연구에서 기업성과와의 관계를 규명하기 위한 기초자료로 활용한다.

  • 논문에서는, 일반적인 스트립 구조의 결합기가 갖는 문제 즉, 높은 온도에서 나쁜 특성을 보이는 문제점을 극복하고자 Air Line Type의 결합기를 구현하였다. 또한 이 결합기는 24dB이상의 지향성을 가지고 있다. 해석을 위해 짝수 모드와 홀수 모드 해석법을 사용하였고, EM-Simulation으로 확인한 특성과 실제 제작된 20dB, 30dB Cellular 대역(800-900MHz) Air Line 결합기의 결과 특성은 좋은 일치를 보여주고 있다. 또한 최대 장점인 온도 특성은 온도 데이터를 통하여 온도에 강한 특성을 보임을 알 수 있다.

Design of An Amplifier using DGS Block (DGS 방식 DC Block을 이용한 증폭기의 설계)

  • In this paper, after applying Defected Ground Structure(DGS) to DC block, changes of gap and length of λ/4 coupled line are investigated by EM simulation and fabrication. As a result, on condition of the same output with the case using typical DC block, the gap between λ/4 coupled line is widen from 0.1 mm to 0.46 mm by 0.36 mm and the length of λ/4 coupled line gets shorter from 17.7 mm to 13.2 mm by 4.5 mm. Also three type power amplifiers using blocking capacitor, typical DC block and DGS DC block are fabricated and investigated. At first, when S parameter characteristics of each amplifier are considered at frequency band of 3.2 +-0.O5 GHz, every amplifier has similar characteristics of gain and S parameter. Second when the output power of amplifiers is 25 dBm after putting CW signal of 3.2 GHz into three type amplifiers, the difference of dominant signal and 2nd harmonic signal using blocking capacitor, typical DC block and DGS DC block is each -44.83 dBc, -66.84 dBc and -64.33 dBc. Therefore harmonic characteristics of amplifiers using typical DC block and DGS DC block is almost same.

  • 본 논문에서는 화학공정 제어분야에서 수행된 인공신경망을 이용한 연구에 대하여 정리하였다. 본 논문의 구성은 먼저 인공신경망의 일반적인 특성에 대하여 개괄적으로 알아보았고, 인공신경망을 모델링과 제어에 사용한 연구들을 체계적으로 정리하였다. 또한 마지마긍로 화학공정에 적용된 사례를 소개하고, 화학공정에 인공신경망을 사용하는 경우에 댜하여 문제점과 특성을 논의하였다.

The Development of Two-sidedness in Mature Two-sided Markets: Focused on Korean Credit Card Industry (성숙한 양면시장에서의 양면구조 발전에 대한 고찰 : 국내 신용카드 시장을 중심으로)

  • This study discusses some features observed in Korean credit card industry, which is classified as a two-sided market. First, I summarize six characteristics or conditions that two-sided markets possess by reviewing related literatures, and consider if we can find out those peculiarities in Korean card industry. Second, this study casts light upon the unique issues which have not been handled in previous studies, that is another two-sidedness in mature two-sided markets. In the context of credit card industry, this additional two-sidedness is created by specific consumers group existing in entire consumer group in a card firm as a form of subset and specific partnering merchants group offering special benefits to their subset consumer group, or alliance card holders. This concept gives new idea that there could be multiple two-sidedness especially in mature two-sided markets, which will be significant to platforms' pricing strategies and expand the scope of related studies.

  • There are lots of sampling design which is determined for sample survey in various fields. Especially, it is important problem for clinical data because basic characteristic variables by group which consist of experiment group and control group in population should be reflect to sample. Therefore, frequencies, center scales and dispersion scales of variables by group in population should be similar in sample. But usual sampling design is very complicate so it is difficult to use in practice for researcher. In this paper, we consider the sampling method using simulation. We applied the proposed method to colon cancer data from a hospital. We compare basic characteristic variables between population and sample with mean, frequency and statistic hypothesis test.

Study on Frequency Characteristics for Single-Layer Symmetric Spiral Inductor (단층 나선형 인덕터에 대한 주파수 특성 연구)

  • In the case of a general spiral inductor, the orientation of the port is affected as it has an asymmetric structure. In this paper, a single-layered spiral inductor that can have a symmetrical structure is proposed, and the simulation and frequency characteristics are analyzed. The general spiral inductor shows a large difference in frequency-inductance characteristics, frequency-quality factor characteristics, and self-resonant frequency according to the standard of the port, while the proposed symmetric spiral inductor has an inductance of 2.7nH, a quality factor of about 7.86, and a self-resonant frequency of about 14.1GHz without changing the port. Compared to the general spiral inductor having a large difference depending on the port, it was confirmed that the influence on the port direction was small. However, it was confirmed that the mutual inductance decreased compared to the occupied area of the coil, resulting in a low inductance, and the resistance of the coil increased more than the increase in the inductance, and the quality factor was also lowered. In the future, it is expected that inductance and quality factor can be improved through a 2-layer symmetrical spiral structure.

The Characteristics of Biopellet Produced Upon Reactor Configuration in UASB System (UASB 공법에 있어서 반응조의 형상변화에 따른 입상슬러지의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Physicochemical and morphological characteristics of biopellets produced in "control" and modified UASB reactor were investigated to compare the reactor performance with regard to the hydrogen partial pressure. The characteristics of biopellet produced in modified UASB reactor operated with high hydrogen partial pressure were better than those of "control" reactor operated with relatively lower hydrogen partial pressure, therefore the hydrogen partial pressure effected greatly on the formation and stability of the biopellet. Furthermore, pellets from the UASB system with modified settler showed a better settleability and biomass holding capacity. The chemical composition of biopellet was distinctively different from that of common bacterial formula, $C_5H_7O_2N$. Biopellets was composed the large fraction of nitrogen in comparison with common anaerobic microbes. These results implicated the existence possibility of polypeptide-type extracellular polymer. The morphological characterization with SEM showed that microorganisms observed at surface of biopellet produced in modified UASB reactor operated with high $P_{H_2}$ condition were very similar in shape and size to the Methanobrevibactor arboriphilus-$H_2$ utilizing methanogen. The microorganisms was distinguished from those of "control" reactor operated with low $P_{H_2}$ condition. From these results, it could be explained the hydrogen partial pressure effects on pelletization mechanism.

  • 액체의 미립화는 액체연료의 연소를 위한 분무, 분무 도장, 농약 살포, 의료기기, 용융 금속의 금속 분말의 제조 등의 여러분야에 널리 이용되고 있다. 특히 연소 기관은 액체 연료의 미립화와 증발 특성에 따라 기관의 연소와 성능은 크게 변화하므로 연소실 내의 연료 미립화 특성의 개선은 매우 중요하다. 미립화에 영향을 미치는 인자에는 연료의 물성과 분사 기구 및 분사 밸브 등의 구조와 분사압력 등은 연료 미립화에 주된 영향을 미치는 요인의 하나가 되고 있다. 여기서는 주로 액체연료의 미립화에 일반적인 기초 사항과 분무 특성의 표시 방법, 측정법에 대하여 기술하기로 한다.
