  • 대표적인 에너지원인 석유는 매장량 및 매장지역이 한정되어 있으며, 환경오염, 연료공급 등의 문제를 안고 있다. 에너지의 대부분을 수입하고 있는 우리나라는 경제성장 및 소득수준 향상으로 에너지 소비량이 증가하면서, 국제유가 상승은 국가 경제에도 큰 악영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 화석연료인 석유를 대체하기 위하여 최근 차세대 대체에너지에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 청정연료인 디메틸에테르(Dimethyl Ether : DME)의 사용방안에 대한 기술개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 정부(지식경제부)에서는 DME 보급을 위한 기본계획에서 3단계의 보급계획에 따라 2013년까지 DME를 상용화하겠다는 목표를 발표한바 있다. 그래서 2007년부터 2009년까지 2년간 정부 주관 하에 한국가스공사 등이 1단계 DME 보급을 위한 실증연구를 수행하였다. 1단계 실증연구를 통해 DME-LPG 혼합연료에 대한 품질 및 안전기준을 마련하였으며, DME를 일반 가정 및 상업용으로 시범보급 할 수 있는 특례고시가 2009년 11월에 제정되었다. 현재 제정된 DME-LPG 시범보급 특례고시에 따라 2009년 12월부터 2011년 11월까지 2년간 2단계 시범보급 연구가 진행되고 있다. 2단계 시범보급연구에서는 한국가스공사외 3개 기관이 함께 참여하여 연구를 수행하고 있다. 시범보급에서는 DME-LPG 혼합연료를 일반 가정 및 상업용으로 직접 소비자에게 시범적으로 보급하는 만큼, DME-LPG 혼합연료가 LPG 연료에 비해서 연소효율이 어느 정도 수준인지를 비교하는 것이 매우 중요한 사항이므로 본 실험에서는 가정 및 상업용으로 사용되는 연소기기를 대상으로 LPG 및 DME-LPG 혼합연료에 대해 연소효율을 측정하는 실험을 수행하였다.

A study on the Analysis of Locational Characteristics of REITs Assets (운영부동산 유형별 리츠자산의 입지특성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • REITs are very closely related to real estate management, but there have been no prior studies analyzing the location of REITs assets. Therefore, this study analyzed the location characteristics of REITs assets in two aspects to clarify the location characteristics by using spatial information of REITs assets. First, the characteristics of the type of city where REITs assets are distributed were analyzed, and second, the characteristics of the zoning where REITs assets are distributed were analyzed. As a result of analyzing the characteristics of the city where REITs assets are distributed by type, it was analyzed that in the case of the capital area, both the ratio of cities with REITs assets location and the intensity of REITs assets location (number of REITs assets per city) have location characteristics by city hierarchy in the order of metropolitan city > big city > small and medium-sized city. In the case of non-capital area's metropolitan and large cities, the ratio of REITs assets location cities is similar to that of the capital area, but the location intensity of REITs assets was analyzed to be significantly lower than that of the capital area. As a result of the analysis of REITs assets by type, housing REITs assets tend to be located in the old downtown commercial zoning and the new downtown residential zoning, office REITs assets are characterized by concentration of location in specific commercial zoning of Seoul, and retail REITs assets are located mainly in the old downtown station area. In addition, it was found that logistics REITs assets tend to be located in management zoning, centering on key logistics hub cities in the region.

  • The ministry of land, Infrastructure and transport has revised the "National Land Planning and Utilization Act" in 2012. As a result, the regulation of floor area ratio for land covering two or more zoning area has been changed. This study conducted an analysis of the policy effects of changes in the criteria for the application of the floor area ratio by revising the "National Land Planning and Utilization Act". Land covering two or more zoning area means a street side commercial area and street side residential area that is generally understood. This study analyzed the policy effects in Gangnam-gu which has relatively large areas of street side commercial area and street side residential area. The 468 office building transaction cases were analyzed in Gangnam-gu from 2007 to 2017. The result shows that the office building, which has received incentive for policy changes, reported a 19.08% rise in price compared to the one that did not. It means that the economic effects of change of application standard were significant. The existing policy also served as a restriction on land use by landowners, which in turn contributed to the devaluation of the asset's intrinsic value. Therefore, this study may have contributed to the rational use of land and to provide an empirical basis for the change in policy to be assessed for its intrinsic value.

The Patterns of the PM Air Quality Guidance Level in Seoul during 1990~2000 (서울시 대기관측망을 중심으로 부유분진 기준농도 초과자료를 이용한 시공간적 경향성 비교 연구)

  • The PM (particulate matter) concentration data sets exceeding the Daily Air Quality Guidance Levels (i.e., established by the Korean Ministry of Environment) were selected from 31 air qality monitoring stations in Seoul from 1990 to 2000. (For reference, the 24hr environmental standard values of PM$_{10}$ and TSP are 150 and 300${\mu}$g/m$^{3}$, respectively.) When the data sets were compared between land use types, both PM fractions were exceeded most frequently in residential areas. However, the highest TSP concentration was measured at industrial areas (351.0${\pm}$35.9${\mu}$g m$^{3}$), while the highest PM$_{10}$ concentration was measured in residential areas (182.9${\pm}$42.4${\mu}$g m$^{3}$). When the temporal distribution patterns of the exceedance data sets were compared to those measured routinely (without any discrimination based on exceedance criteria), large differences were present. It was demonstrated that the occurrences of exceedance data sets increased rather significantly in recent years.

Impact Analysis of Weather Condition and Locational Characteristics on the Usage of Public Bike Sharing System (기상조건과 입지특성이 공공자전거 이용에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • This study aims to study the impact of weather conditions and locational characteristics of bike stations on the usage of public bike sharing system for efficient deployment and operation of public bike systems. Linear regression analysis is used to estimate the usage of public bikes of Goyang city. The statistical analysis shows that the usage rate increases with average temperature and decreases under high wind (over 7m/s) or high temperature (over $29^{\circ}$) condition. The usage rate of public bike sharing system can be differentiated by locational characteristics of bike station such as residential area, commercial area, park, school, and metro station. The usage rate increases in park and commercial areas from 10 AM to 3 PM, while it increases in school areas from 3 PM to 5 PM. Public bikes are highly used near the metro station from 5 PM to 8 PM. The stations in parks are highly used in late night, and the usage rate in CBD area increases after the midnight.

  • 봄철 새순을 식용하는 두릅나무는 기능성 건강식품으로 각광을 받고 있어, 생리활성이 뛰어난 고품질의 두릅나무 신품종을 개발하여 고부가가치 창출 및 상업적 용도로 활용하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 두릅나무 선발개체, 상업적으로 판매되고 있는 지역종 및 일본품종 등 총 46개체의 새순 특성을 조사하고, 이들 중 새순 특성이 우수한 25개체의 항산화, 항노화, 미백저해 활성 및 항염증 활성 등 생리활성 분석을 실시하였다. 새순 특성을 조사한 결과, 「임산물표준규격」에 따른 등급 구분에서 46개 수집 개체 중 13개 개체가 '특'품에, 22개체는 '상'품에 해당하였다. 특히, 원주에서 선발한 개체들은 새순 굵기가 2.2±0.2cm, 새순 1개의 무게가 49.5±7.6g으로 지역종 및 일본 품종과 비교했을 때 새순 특성이 2~3배 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 생리활성 분석결과 항노화 활성, 미백 저해 활성 및 항염증 활성은 선발개체가 일본품종과 지역종에 비해 우수한 반면 항산화 활성은 낮게 나타났다. 생리 활성이 우수한 선발개체의 일반성분 함량은 일본품종과 지역종에 비해 낮았으나, Ca 등의 무기성분 함량은 더 높았다.

  • The economic growth of China, an average of 9% as an external performance, has caused lots of side effects in the country. The social issues such as income gap, especially the wide gap between the rich and poor, and regional divide are the main cause of concerns that China's economic growth is not sustainable. It prompted the Chinese government to realize that institutional regulations on CSR are not optional but required to promote the sustainable development of corporations. In 2006, CSR was addressed for the first time in China, as the government established the November 5 Plan and revised "Company Law". The government garnered social attention by introducing CSR for the first time in November 5 Plan. Also, the government established December 5 Plan in 2011 to set a key goal as 'sustainable development' and reflect concrete measures for CSR in its corporate policy. In particular, Commercial Bank has a social responsibility to establish more concrete, forceful regulations than those of general corporations, as a financial intermediary. Thus, this study is aimed at exploring how the social responsibility of Commercial Bank is reflected in the Banking Act, the issues, and legislative directions on the social responsibility of Commercial Bank in China.

International Legal Regulation on Commercial Space Activity (상업적 우주활동의 국제법적 규제)

  • While in the early stages of space activities only a few states engaged in the use of outer space, as is well known, commercial space activities have grown dramatically in recent years. Both states, state institutions, and international governmental organizations as well as many private enterprises are engaged in such commercial use of outer space by now. This development is not reflected in the present state of space law. The existing international instruments of space law were developed and finalized before this development and thus only provide very few and sometimes unfitting provisions for the commercial use of outer space and particularly the use by private enterprises. Law formulated in an era when the word "privatization" had not even been coined cannot contain potential problems caused by the increasing commercialization of outer space. For the promotion and further development of such commercial use of outer space it is necessary to clarify and establish the legal framework for such use, because participants will need this information for their future investments in this field. The purpose of this paper is to research and make an analysis of the contents and international regulation of international space commerce, which is rapidly proliferating and to review the process of improvement on national legislations relating to the commercialization of outer space in a few main space advanced countries to make the sustainable progress of commercial space activities project in international society. The legal implications of matters such as international commercial launch services, the liability aspects of such services, intellectual property rights, insurance, product liability insurance and materials processing could one day will be subject to regulated by international space law as well as domestic law. In fact, the question of commercialization is linked to the question of sharing benefits of space activities, and this currently is an agenda item in the Legal Subcommittee of UN COPUOS. Most of developed countries have enacted the national legislation for commercial space activities relating to the development of our space as follows : The National Aeronautic and Space Act of 1958 and the Commercial Space Act of 1998 in the United States, Outer Space Act of 1986 in England, Establishment Act of National Space Center of 1961 in France, Canadian Space Agency Act of 1990 in Canada, Space Basic Act of 2008 in Japan, and Law on Space Activity of 1993 in Russia. Becides there are currently three national legislations relating to space development and commercial space activities in Korea as follows : Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Act of 1987, Outer Space Development Promotion Act of 2005, Outer Space Damage Compensation Act of 2008. Commercial space great promise for the utilization and expansion of human outer space activities but aspring commercial actors must recognize that foreign policy, as well as obligations to the international community as a whole, ensure that commercial space activities will not operate in a legal and regulatory vacuum. As commercial space matures the law and accompanying regulation will most certainly evolve and choose to become participants in the inevitable evolution of law and regulation.

  • 도시 속 상업 공간에서는 공간적 위치에 따른 지리적 이점이나 판매하는 상품뿐만 아니라, 해당 공간 속에서 소비자가 느낄 수 있는 문화와 감성이 소비자가 소비를 유하게 하는 중요한 요소가 되기도 한다. ICT 서비스 환경이 자리를 잡아 감과 동시에 제4차 산업 혁명이 도래하고 있는 현대 정보화 환경 속에서 소비자들은 자신의 심리나 감성, 정서에 들어맞는 공간에 방문하며 소비하고 SNS를 통해 공유한다. SNS는 Social Network Service의 줄임말로 너무나 일반적으로 우리 일상에 들어와 있는 개념이다. SNS의 시작은 마케팅의 한 분야로 시작된 것으로 판단된다. SNS를 이용한 홍보마케팅은 21세기에 접어들면서 고객들의 주관적인 개개인의 욕구 충족과 감성을 중시하게 됨으로써 예전보다 더 복합적이며 정교해졌다. 본 연구는 SNS 데이터를 블로그, 카페, 페이스북, 인스타그램에서 지역 명칭을 키워드로 1년간 콘텐츠를 크롤링하며, 형태소 분석기를 통해 학습할 수 있도록 데이터 전처리 작업을 한다. 마지막으로 딥러닝 알고리즘인 RNN 중 LSTM을 사용하여 감성 분석 학습 모델을 만들어서 지역별 콘텐츠의 주요분야, 긍/부정을 판별한다. 이렇게 분석한 데이터를 이용해 각 지역만의 특색과 인기 분야, 비인기 분야, 더 나아가 유망한 분야를 알아본다.

Survey on the soundscape of urban districts in Cheong-ju using soundwalking (사운드워킹을 통한 청주시 도심지역 음풍경 조사)

  • The present study investigated the sounds at 13 points in the four districts in Cheongju including commercial district, historic district, urban walking district and university campus in order to realize the soundscape of the city. In order to this, questionnaire survey was conducted to 65 citizens and 5 acoustic experts on sites to find both sound loudness and annoyance of each district. At the same time, information about loud, unpleasant, preferred and representative sound of each district were acquired by selecting three from 35 sounds which consist of natural, artificial and machinery sounds. As a result, it was found that there is a very close correlation between sound loudness and annoyance. Through the analysis of sounds at each district, it was revealed that machinery sounds dominate in commercial area as figure sound, It was also shown that artificial and natural sounds dominate in historic area, artificial sounds in both urban area and university campus respectively. Laboratory listening tests were undertaken to 20 people using recorded sounds and video captured on site. The results denote that machinery and artificial sounds are regarded as most loud, machinery sounds as most unpleasant, natural and artificial sounds as most pleasant which shows similar tendency of on-site evaluation.
