태양계의 물: 기원과 진화

  • 지구는 현재 태양계에서 액체 상태의 물이 표면에 존재하는 유일한 천체이다. 하지만, 고체 또는 기체 상태의 물은 태양계의 다른 행성이나, 위성, 소행성, 혜성 등에도 풍부하게 존재하고 있다. 풍부한 액체 상태의 물은 지구 표면에서 일어나고 있는 기후의 변화, 해류의 이동, 퇴적 및 침식 작용, 화산활동과 같은 여러 지구과학적 현상에 밀접하게 관여하고 있을 뿐 아니라 생명의 탄생과 진화에도 매우 중요한 역할을 하였다. 현재 지구 표면에 액체 상태의 물이 존재할 수 있는 이유는 태양으로부터의 거리, 지구의 조성 및 크기 등과 관련된 지구 표면의 물리-화학적 조건이 액체 상태의 물이 존재할 수 있는 조건과 일치하고 있기 때문이다. 이와는 달리 지구보다 태양에 더 가깝게 위치하고 있고, 두터운 이산화탄소 대기를 갖고 있어 표면의 온도가 매우 높은 금성의 경우 H2O는 기체 상태로 존재하며, 지구보다 더 멀리 떨어져 있고 희박한 대기를 갖고 있는 화성의 경우에는 현재 H2O가 고체 즉 얼음의 형태로 존재한다. 태양계를 탄생시킨 태양계 성운에서는 압력이 너무 낮아 액체 상태의 물이 존재할 수 없으며, 고온에서는 기체 상태로 매우 낮은 저온에서는 얼음의 형태, 또는 함수 광물 내에 포함되어 존재할 수 있다. 지구와 같은 규모의 행성은 비교적 중력이 작아 태양계 성운의 기체를 거의 끌어들이지 못했다. 따라서 현재 지구에 존재하는 물은 대부분은 고체 상태로 지구에 집적되었을 것이다. 하지만 지구가 탄생한 위치에서 초기 태양계의 온도는 얼음이 형성되기에는 너무 높았기 때문에 좀 더 먼 곳에서(현재의 목성 위치보다 바깥쪽)에서 생성된 얼음 즉, 혜성이 태양계 안쪽으로 들어와 지구에 물을 공급했거나 함수광물을 포함하고 있는 소행성(예를 들어 CI chondrites와 같은 조성의)이 물을 가져왔을 것으로 생각되고 있다.서의 활성화는 어미 변환과 관련된 영역이라기보다는 산출시 관련되는 articulation, motor coordinate관련 영역으로 추정되고, 측두엽의 활성화는 형태소, 의미 관련 지식의 data base로 추정된다. 또한 우반구 전두엽 부분에서 관찰된 활성화는 억제관련 영역으로 짐작된다.러한 동물실험이 그 기초를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 행동성향 및 기억의 종류에 따른 약물효과의 차이는 기억과 관련된 질병인 알츠하이머 환자에 있어 개개인에게 맞는 적절한 특징적인 치료약물이 존재할 것이라는 가능성을 제공해줄 뿐만 아니라 학습과 기억력 증진 효과를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 및 지역산업발전의 기획${\sim}$조정기구로서, 선진국의 지역발전기구(Regional Development Agency : RDA)인 지역전략산업기획단이 2002년도부터 산업자원부와 9개 시도에 의해 설립되어 지역네트워크의 활성화와 클러스터의 형성 촉진을 하게 되었고 2004년도에는 13개시도로 확대${\sim}$운영되고 있고, 지역특화사업(H/W)과 지역산업기술개발과제(S/W)와 함께 패케지 형태로 지원되며, 주요역할은 크게 지역산업의 정책기획 분야와 평가관리, 지역혁신역량 조사 및 DB구축 등으로 구분된다. 그중에서도 권역별, 지역별, 지역산업진흥사업 육성과 중장기 산업발전계획을 수립하기 위하여 지역혁신역량을 바탕으로 한 지역 Technology Road Map(TRM)작성사업은 전국공통의 1단계 사업으로 실시 ?榮쨉?, 2005년 3월 기준으로 9개 지역(강원, 대전, 충남, 충북, 경북, 울산, 전남, 전북, 제주) 26개 산업분야를 대상으로 23개가 완료된 상황이다. 이를 근거로 한 지역정책과 R&D 과제 및 필요 인프라의 도출이 체계적으로 구축되어 지역산업 발전을 위한

  • 최근 들어 무선인터넷 및 모바일 컴퓨팅 기술의 급속한 발전과 함께 향후 그 수요가 증대될 것으로 예상되는 분야가 위치기반 서비스(LBS: Location Based Service) 기술이다. 위치기반 서비스는 이동 통신을 통하여 사람 및 사물의 위치를 파악하고 이를 활용한 부가 응용 서비스로 국가 정보기술 인프라의 주요 영역을 점유하고 있는 GIS의 차세대 핵심 기술로 발전이 예상되는 분야이다[3][4]. 현재 3GPP나 3GPP2, OGC, LIF와 같은 여러 표준화 기구 및 산업체에서 위치기반 서비스와 이를 위한 시스템에 대한 연구가 진행중이며 위치기반 서비스를 위한 데이터 모델 표준화 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 상황이다. 위치기반 서비스를 위한 데이터 표준화 모델은 이미 구축된 공간 데이터베이스의 재사용과 위치기반 서비스들간의 상호 운용성을 지원할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 위치기반 서비스들 간의 상호 호환 및 통합을 가능하게 하고, 기존 공간데이터베이스와 연계하여 이 데이터를 위치기반 서비스에 활용하기 위한 공간 데이터 표준화 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 위치기반 서비스 표준화 사례를 조사하고, 위치기반 서비스를 위한 공간 데이터 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 OpenLS의 위치기반 서비스를 기본서비스로 하고, OpenGIS의 공간 데이터 모델을 기반으로 네 가지 기본 위치 데이터 타입과 모델의 요구 사항을 포함하는 공간 데이터 표준모델을 개발하였다. 위치기반 공간 데이터 표준 모델은 위치기반 서비스와 데이터들과의 연계를 쉽게 하고, 위치기반 서비스들 간의 상호 운용성을 높이며, 기존 사용자 시스템의 수정 없이 인터페이스만을 추가함으로써 표준을 수용할 수 있다.\pm}153.2,\;116.1{\pm}94,\;29.4{\pm}30.3,\;45.1{\pm}44$로 Mel 10군과 Mel 30군이 유의적인 감소를 보였으나(p<0.05) 이들 두 군 간의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과로, 랫트에서 복강수술 후 melatonin 10mg/kg투여가 복강 내 유착 방지에 효과적이라고 생각된다.-1}{\cdot}yr^{-1}$로서 두 생태계에 축적되었다.여한 3,5,7군에서 PUFA 함량이 증가한 반면, SFA 함량은 감소하여 P/S 비율, n-3P/n-6P 비율은 증가하는 경향이었으며 이는 간장의 인지질, 콜레스테롤 에스테르, 총 지질의 지방산조성에서도 같은 경향을 볼 수 있었다.X>$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 대부분을 차지하였다. 야생 돌복숭아 과육 중의 지방산 조성은 포화지방산이 16.74%, 단불포화지방산 17.51% 및 다불포화지방산이 65.73%의 함유 비율을 보였는데, 이 중 다불포화지방산인 n-6계 linoleic acid$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 지질 구성 총 지방산의 대부분을 차지하는 함유 비율을 나타내었다.했다. 하강하는 약 4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월

A Study on Community Member Perception due to Impacts on Development of the Dulegil in Bukhansan National Park (북한산국립공원 둘레길 조성에 대한 지역주민의 인식에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze community members' perception due to impacts on use and development of Dulegil in Bukhansan National Park. The study was conducted by questionnaire survey sent to community members of the vicinity of Dulegil. Average score of positive impact on the local community was 3.2. Positive impacts mentioned by community members were 'heightened pride in their community with increased community image' and 'improvement of landscape and natural environment.' Improved residents' awareness of landscape and natural environment indicated that Dulegil almost accomplished intended goal of preservation of ecosystem. However, actual effects on ecosystem preservation and local economy were not perceptible yet. Score of negative impact was 2.8 on average. 'Traffic congestion' and 'increase in noise level' were considered the most serious among the negative impacts. Environmental pollution and destruction of vegetation in the lowland were deemed relatively bad. Regarding resident awareness of community, those in their 50s and older were quite satisfied with the community. However, young people showed lower level of satisfaction. In order to satisfy all ages, infrastructure and programs for the youth should be in place. To minimize negative awareness of impacts of Dulegil, visitor's attitude should be changed, and education and training on the value and mind set of horizontal hiking are required.

  • Recently, the increase of the size of GNP and the expansion of the foreign tour opportunities by the common 5 days work system in a week, reaction of the burden for visiting foreign countries, and expansion of airlines caused the rapid increase of overseas tour but slow increase in the number of foreign tourists, due to the price rise which might impact on the competitive power, and lack of tour infrastructure and attractiveness. As the wide area along the east coast of GyeongBuk Province has great amount of cultural, ocean and natural resources, it helps to get focused the tour industries and maximize the synergy effect through the mutual development coupling the resources and regions. On the basis of the potentials for the growth of east coast area to the international level and the development of local resources, a ocean tour and resort complex for four seasons, which has s strong connection to the local areas resulting the wide tour bond, could help to improve the local economy and balance the development of local province, and furthermore, jump to the level of the center in the East Coast area in the international society. Through the investigation and analysis of the ocean space development status and usage at the advanced foreign countries, the new meaning of the ocean space at the tour and resort complex would be proposed to the relevant local government in fit.

Development of Numerical Model for Mixed Soil Problems Using Dry Bulk Density and Investigation of Its Numerical Stability (건조체적밀도를 적용한 혼합토사 수치모델의 개발과 수치적 안정성 평가)

  • The importance of tidal flats lost due to industrialization has recently received attention, and attention is being paid to the creation of artificial tidal flats and maintenance of natural tidal flats. However, there is still a lack of understanding about the behavioral characteristics of mud, mud, and sand that form tidal flats. Although research on the movement characteristics of mixed soils such as tidal flats has been conducted through field investigations and hydraulic experiments, interest in developing a numerical model based on these results has not yet reached. In this paper, the purpose of this paper is to establish a mixed soil model that can efficiently manage the low quality of the tidal flats. In constructing a model for reproducing the surface movement of mixed soil, the numerical stability of the reproduction and movement of sand and mud constituting the mixed soil in the numerical model should be considered first, so first, the volume of sand and mud constituting the mixed soil A mixed soil model representing the relationship was proposed based on a topographical diagram representing the geometric structure of the mixed soil. In order to consider the dry bulk density of the mixed soil, it was possible to consider the dry bulk density of the mud by introducing the water content of the mud containing water. In addition, it was confirmed that the mud and sand movement calculation according to the slope collapse of the mixed soil was stably performed through the calculation of the slope collapse of the mixed soil through the numerical analysis model to which the proposed mixed soil model was applied.

Investigation on Design Aspects of the Constructed Wetlands for Agricultural Reservoirs Treatment in Korea (농업용 저수지 수질개선을 위한 국내 인공습지 설계 및 시공실태 조사)

  • To improve the water quality of agricultural reservoirs, constructed wetlands are applied in many places. These are technologies that establish ecosystems and important design factors include water depth distribution, inflow and outflow, water flow distribution, hydraulic residence time, water quality treatment efficiency, aspect ratio, and the distribution of open water and covered water surfaces. For high efficiency during the operation of a constructed wetland, the design needs to be optimized and this requires consideration of the different types and length of the intake dam as well as the type and connection of wetland cells. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate and suggest factors that needs to be considered during the design and for efficient operation measures through field surveys of 23 constructed wetlands that have been established and operated in agricultural reservoirs. Results of the field investigation shows that several sites were being operated improperly due to the malfunctioning or failure of the water level sensors, sedimentation in the intake dam, and clogging of the mechanical sluice frames. In addition, it was found that as the length of the inlet channel increases, the ecological disconnection between the intake dam upstream and the wetland outlet downstream also increases and was identified as a problem. Most of the wetlands are composed of 2 to 5 cells which can result to poor hydraulic efficiency and difficulty in management if they are too large. Moreover, it was found that the flow through a small wetland can be inadequate when there are too many cells due to excessive amounts of headloss.

An Analysis on the Smart City Assessment of Korean Major Cities : Using STIM Framework (국내 주요 도시의 스마트시티 수준 분석: STIM 프레임워크를 이용하여)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the smart city for major cities in Korea. The assessment indicators are based on the STIM structure (Service, Technology, Infrastructure, and Management Layer Architecture) of the Multi-Layered Smart City Model. Assessment indicators are established through smart city concepts, case analysis, big data analysis, as well as weighted through expert AHP survey. For the assessment, seven major metropolitan cities are selected, including Seoul, and their data such as KOSIS, KISDISTAT from 2017 to 2019 is utilized for the smart city level assessment. The smart city level results show that the service, technology, infrastructure, and management levels were relatively high in Seoul and Incheon, which are metropolitan areas. Whereas, Busan, Daegu, and Ulsan, the Gyeongsang provinces are relatively moderate, while Daejeon and Gwangju, the South Chungcheong region and the Jeolla provinces, were relatively low. The overall STIM ranking shows a similar pattern, as the Seoul metropolitan area smart city level outperforms the rest of the analyzed areas with a large difference. Accordingly, balanced development strategies are needed to reduce gaps in the level of smart cities in South Korea, and respective smart city plans are needed considering the characteristics of each region. This paper will follow the literature review, assessment index establishment, weight analysis of assessment index, major cities assessment and result in analysis, and conclusion.

A Study on Mitigation Plan of Urban Heat Island Phenomenon Using Landsat Time Series Imagery - Focusing on Cheongna International City - (시계열 Landsat 위성영상을 활용한 도시 열섬 현상 완화 방안에 관한 연구 - 청라 국제도시를 중심으로 -)

  • Areas developed through land reclamation projects have huge economic advantages in terms of supplying lands that can be used for farmlands, urban areas and etc., however have relatively small areas of grasslands and densely located buildings compared to inland cities. Hence, an urban heat island is occurring in these areas due to this characteristic, and in particular, the urban heat island in Cheongna International City is getting serious. In this study, the urban heat island in Cheongna International City was evaluated and analyzed by classified into the three periods after the reclamation project: farmland(2001-2008), development(2009-2013) and artificial grassland(2014-2020). The land cover map and Landsat time-series imagery were utilized for measuring the differences of the land surface temperatures between the urbanized areas and the grassland/forest areas in Cheongna International City. The statistical results showed that the differences in the land surface temperature between these areas were calculated to be at most 0℃ during the period of farmland, at most 3.60℃ during the period of development, and at most 2.51℃ during the period of grassland. This study proved that the urban heat island phenomenon increased when the urbanized areas increased, and the urban heat island phenomenon decreased when the artificial grassland areas increased in Cheongna International City where the reclamation project was carried out. The statistical results derived through this research can be used as the reference data for identifying the urban heat island problem in urban planning and establishing the reduction plan.

  • The pace of sustainability transition within the maritime industry has been accelerating. This shift primarily necessitates changes in the industry's heavy reliance on fossil fuel-driven ecosystems. Additionally, numerous sustainability laws and regulations, such as the EU's CBAM and IMO's EEXI, have been implemented. This transition is poised to amplify the competitive edge of firms equipped with greater resources, as it introduces substantial operational burdens due to expensive eco-friendly fuel adoption and regulatory compliance. To diverge from the traditional competitive landscape, this paper aims to explore innovative maritime finance models enabling domestic firms to gain competitive advantages on a global scale. Employing analogical reasoning and modeling as a research method, this paper demonstrates that maritime firms can leverage the sustainability transition by aligning sustainable maritime operations with ETS (Emission Trading Schemes). Expanding on this novel approach, the paper delves into potential connections between CCM (Compliance Carbon Market), VCM (Voluntary Carbon Market), and digital asset exchanges. This newly proposed digital/net-zero maritime ecosystem holds the potential to significantly impact the shipping, shipbuilding, and ship finance industries, positioning Busan as a sustainable maritime finance hub. This study holds significance as pioneering research that may stimulate subsequent case-based studies and offer strategic guidance to market participants and policymakers as the maritime industry moves towards a net-zero transition

A Study on the Factors for Danjing Port Development by Employing IPA (당진항의 발전 요인에 대한 IPA 분석)

  • As the role of logistics shifts to a system that supports supply chain management, the roles and functions of ports are becoming more expanded, complex, and sophisticated. Ports have now moved beyond simply supporting maritime transportation to playing a central role in the supply chain and national or regional economy. As a result, national and local governments are investing and making efforts for port development. The purpose of this study is to analyze key factors for the development of Pyeongtaek and Dangjin Ports, identify their importance and satisfaction, and suggest ways to strengthen competitiveness. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting stakeholders at Dangjin Port, and the 13 derived factors were compared and analyzed based on importance and satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, the importance was found to be high in docking capacity, cargo processing speed, inland transportation connectivity, and creation of a port logistics cluster, but satisfaction with these factors was relatively low. In particular, the introduction of smart ports and improving the efficiency of CIQ (immigration and customs clearance) were found to be significantly lacking in satisfaction compared to their importance, requiring intensive improvement. In conclusion, in order to increase the competitiveness of Dangjin Port, strengthening logistics infrastructure such as wharf expansion, creation of a logistics cluster, and rapid cargo handling is essential. In addition, port operation efficiency must be increased through the introduction of smart ports and the establishment of an independent CIQ system. Through this, Dangjin Port will be able to achieve sustainable growth in the future.
