Recently data has been transformed into a data economy and society that acts as a catalyst for the development of all industries and the creation of new value, and COVID-19 is accelerating digital transformation. In the upcoming intelligent Internet of Things era, the availability of decentralized systems such as blockchain and mixnet is emerging to solve the security problems of centralized systems that makes it difficult to utilize data safely and efficiently. Blockchain manages data in a transparent and decentralized manner and guarantees the reliability and integrity of the data through agreements between participants, but the transparency of the data threatens the privacy of users. On the other hand, mixed net technology for protecting privacy protects privacy in distributed networks, but due to inefficient power consumption efficiency and processing speed issues, low cost, light weight, low power consumption Internet Hard to use. In this paper, we analyze the limitations of conventional mixed-net technology and propose a mixed-net technology method for low power consumption, high speed, and the Internet of things.

WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network) operating around the human body aims at medical and non-medical service at the same time. and it is the short-range communication technology requiring low-power, various data rate and high reliability. Various studies is performing for IEEE 802.15.4, because IEEE 802.15.4 can provide high compatibility for operate WBAN among communication standard satisfiable these requirements. Meanwhile, in the case of coexisting many IEEE 802.15.4-based WBAN, signal interference and collision are the main cause that is decreasing data reliability. but IEEE 802.15.4 Standard does not consider about coexistence of many networks. so it needs improvement. In this paper, To solve about this problem, identify coexistence problem of IEEE 802.15.4-based WBAN by preliminary experiments. and propose a scheme to mitigate the reliability decrease at multiple coexistence WBAN. The proposed scheme can be classified in two steps. The first step is avoidance to collision on the CFP through improving data transmission. The second step is mitigation collision through converting channel access method. Proposed scheme is verified the performance by performing comparison experiment with Standard-based WBAN.

This study is an attempt to provide some answers to question about how characteristics and general recognition regarding internet use in Korea and Japan influence fostering and maintaining on-line social network in each of countries. Survey is used to compare Korean internet users and Japanese internet users in terms of characteristics of on-line social network, individual's propensity for internet use, including their recognition on internet. The study's main findings go as follows. First, Korean internet users tend to be more active in using internet than Japanese internet users do, thus having larger on-line social network and more intensive internet use than Japanese internet users do. However, there is a commonality that majority of internet users in both countries use internet to connect them to person with whom they have private relationship but they cannot meet frequently. Second, for Korean internet users, individual's propensity, characteristics, and recognition regarding internet use is not related to how to contact others. To the contrary, for Japanese internet users, how to contact others in on-line setting seems to vary according to whether or not they have relation-oriented internet use and how they recognize the availability of internet. Third, a commonality regarding the size of on-line social network is found between Korea and Japan that the total numbers of people enrolled as network increases if people use internet in order to get information. This confirms previous finding that relationship based on weak tie is instrumental in fostering on-line social relations and likely produces advantage in getting information. Finally, for Japanese internet users, the degree of risk recognized in on-line setting, that is the degree of interpersonal trust, appears to greatly influence overall relationship -building in on-line.

본 연구는 금융거래를 위한 매체 특성과 금융 업무처리를 위한 개인의 매체 선택에 미치는 영향 요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 매체간 특성을 고려하여 차이점에 대하여 실증적 검증을 시도하였다. 아울러 금융 채널의 사용에 영향을 미치는 매체의 특성들이 반영된 상황 발생시 상황에 얼마나 부합되는 금융 채널을 선택하는지에 대해서도 실증 분석하였다. 정보 기술의 발전으로 금융거래를 위한 채널이 다양화 되었으며, 최근 인터넷 뱅킹에 이어 모바일 뱅킹이 도입되면서 금융 채널의 다양화와 급속화가 진행되고 있다. 이는 차별적 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하며, 고객의 특성 및 거래액, 고객이 느끼는 각 채널별 특성을 고려하여 고객 만족 전략을 전개할 수 있음을 시사한다. 연구결과, 오프라인 거래채널인 은행 창구와 ATM은 입지에 민감한 금융 매체임에 따라 편리성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 온라인 매체라 할 수 있는 폰뱅킹 , 인터넷 뱅킹 , 모바일 뱅킹은 입지나 위치와는 상관없는 기술적 안전성이 보장되어야 하는 신뢰성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 금융 매체별 사용량에 영향을 미치는 특성을 파악함으로써 금융 기관의 차별적 고객 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

Mobile electronic commerce is rapidly growing up on the strength of popularization of smart devices such as smart phone followed by internet user increase. Concurrently with this, the anxiety on information security and personal information leakage of the user of mobile electronic commerce significantly built up in recent. In this respect, the information security and personal information protection should be become aware of their importance for the sustainable expansion and development of mobile commerce. Based on the demands as mentioned, this study analyzed the effects of the awareness of personal information security on recognized risk, recognized confidence and intent to use. The result of this study indicates that information security and personal information protection contribute to improvement in confidence by decreasing anxiety and uncertainty related to mobile commerce. Reduction of anxiety and uncertainty implies a crucial point that affects psychological mechanism making intent to use higher.

In this paper, we propose the channel sounding scheme which is made for ideal communication between some application as well as the short distance of high speed data transmission in MIMO-OFDM system for Wireless PAN. This method is able to perceive the duration of the impulse response through the delaying of power delay profile, modeled a power delay profile which has an attenuate characteristic, and obtained the coefficient of channel response by ML (maximum likelihood). Through the amplitudes, phases and delays associated with each multipath component which were acquired from this channel sounding scheme, we can describe the wave propagation characteristics of channels between the transmitter and receiver so that the receiver could enhance not only the reliability but also the ability of communication link.

Due to the inferior condition of local library reference service, an air of indifference about users, and the increase in Internet resources, cooperative reference service in domestic libraries tend to be stagnant. The increase in Internet resources was reconsidered, aside from traditional library reference service, based on question and answer service. It shed new light on the importance of indirect service, which is focused on reliable knowledge base construction. This study analyzed cooperative reference service, which is managed by the Japanese Diet library that pursued indirect service contrary to ours. Based on that, it suggested a new takeoff possibility for Korean cooperative reference service.

최근들어 초고속 통신망(xDSL, FTTH, Cable)을 이용하여 Head-End Server에서 가입자 댁내의 셋탑박스를 TV를 이용하여 멀티미디어(다채널 SD/HD 방송, VOD) 및 양방향 인터넷 연동 서비스(T-Portal, T-Communication) 등을 제공하는 것이 가능해 졌다. 더불어 고객들에게 인터넷을 통한 이 서비스의 품질을 보장하는 망 관리 관점에서의 기능도 필요하게 되었다. 고객들은 예전보다 더 나은 통신품질을 제공받기를 기대하고 있다. 따라서, 기존의 PE-to-PE 통신 품질 뿐만 아니라 CE-to-CE 통신 품질도 제공함으로써 고객체감품질 보증의 만족도를 향상시켜야 한다 본 논문에서는 IP 서비스(IPTV, VoIP 등)의 SLA에서 사용될 품질 지표에 관한 연구 및 PE-to-PE구간에서 부터CE-to-CE 구간 까지의 시스템 망 구성도, SLA 관리시스템에 관해 설명한다. 본 논문의 SLA 시스템에서는 가입자 댁내의 셋탑박스에 내장된 품질측정 Agent를 이용하여 통신품질 데이터를 측정한 후, 가공하여 SLA를 적용함으로써, 보다 정확한 고객체감품질 보증 및 고객에게 SLA의 신뢰성을 줄 수 있다. 또한, 서비스 제공자로 하여금 사전에 통신품질을 감시할 수 있는 기능을 제공함으로써 양질의 통신품질을 보장할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다.

This paper deals with an EJB-based database agent(component) used to define workflow processes, which is a core function of the e-Chautauqua workflow management system that is an on-going research product. We describe about how to design and implement the EJB-based DB agent that is deployed on EJB server as a component. The agent is located between the build-time clients and the database system, and manages database accesses, such as retrieves and stores, from the workflow definition components. Through the EJB technology, we are able to accomplish a stable database agent that can be characterized by the distributed object management, reliable recovery mechanism from system failovers, reliable large-scale transaction management, and the security functions.
