This study aims to examine the relation between opinion perception and opinion expression by issue types by analyzing online poll results and respective bulletin boards. To find out how opinion poll results affect the public opinion perception cues and opinion expression through the internet, the study applied a method of content analysis to the online contents provided by Naver.com, one of the most popular portal sites in Korea. A total of four issue types, along with 2,250 messages were chosen for analysis. The study results revealed that internet users perceived opinion atmosphere through the poll results and expressed their opinions depending on the issue types. In case of an issue where majority views are manifested as online poll results, users tended to follow that majority views by retaining their initial opinion. Majority opinion by the poll results held a dominant position in bulletin board. The results partially support Noelle-Neuman(1994)'s spiral of silence theory in the context of computer-mediated communication contrary to the belief that anonymity in the cyberspace tends to encourage participation of minority opinion group. According to the findings, people when they perceive their opinion as that of minority are discouraged to express their views even when they are online.

국내에서 온라인 커뮤니티는 1990년대 말 인터넷과 개인 PC의 급속한 보급으로 인해 대중화되기 시작했다. 커뮤니티는 이용자 간 활발한 커뮤니케이션을 기반으로 구축되고 있으며 이러한 커뮤니케이션은 일상적인 언어적 맥락을 바탕으로 구성된다. 이러한 커뮤니티의 내용 분석은 연구자의 직관에 의해 수행되기 마련이나 연구대상의 양이 많아질 경우 연구자의 직관만으로는 이를 분석하는데 제약이 있을 수 있다. 네트워크 분석은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결 할 수 있는 방법 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 온라인 임신 Q&A 게시판의 내용적 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 먼저 수집한 데이터의 전체적인 내용적 특성을 살펴본 후, 게시글 작성자인 임산부의 임신 시기에 따른 게시글의 내용적 특성을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 임신시기별로 핵심적인 단어의 빈도의 차이가 있었으며 네트워크의 구성 또한 다른 것을 확인하였다. 또한 성별에 따라서도 그 내용적 특성이 다른 것을 살펴 볼 수 있었다.

This study tried to describe how to give learners a quick response and to relieve instructors from burdens of answering questions. It adds more dynamic functions to Question and Answer Bulletin Board System, which plays an important role in the interaction of web-based instruction. It also causes increasing enhancements of interaction on web-based instruction. The Implemented Dynamic Question and Answer Bulletin Board System supplemented the defects of the established Q&A, in which learners should wait for answers until instructors checked questions and gave their replies. This new system enabled students to receive prompt answers by using the answer database which instructors had already installed with the result examined by internet searching engines.

The argument related to the use of real and anonymous names on the Internet bulletin board has recently become a main issue. When using real names, it is possible to violate free discussion and privacy. Also, when using anonymous names, it is possible to have the reverse function of the Internet in regard to the use of malicious replies or the distribution of false ideas. Therefore, this paper has made it possible to prevent the spread of the user's personal information and execute the single log-in process by using the XML-token method which is one of the SSO technologies. Also, by issuing virtual IDs and forming the path when establishing tokens, the anonymous bulletin board which provides anonymity with a conditional tracing process has been suggested. After analyzing the performance of visitor numbers at authentication time, the anonymous bulletin board based on the group signature method showed the average response rate of 0.72 seconds, 0.18 seconds, which was suggested scheme. In the authentication time 4-5 times faster response speed, respectively. Also, since the suggested system does not have to provide a single authentication process or make the user provide his or her signature, the level of user's convenience seems to be much higher. Such a result shows that the system suggested on the anonymous bulletin board has a more appropriate level of user's convenience.

이 논문에서는 인터넷상의 실시간 날씨 정보, 실시간 뉴스, 생활 정보 같은 컨텐츠나 특정 홈페이지 또는 자체에서 제작한 각종 홍보 및 광고용 플래시 및 동영상 컨텐츠를 자동 실연하는 DID(Digital Information Display)서비스를 제작한다. 제안된 DID서비스는 기존의 DID 서비스와 달리 일관된 포스터나 홍보물의 실연에서 벗어나 실생활에 유용한 날씨나 뉴스 정보를 인터넷과 마찬가지로 실시간으로 서비스 해줌으로써 DID서비스의 광고효과를 증대할 것이라 기대된다.

인터넷의 발달과 함께 많은 학교들이 홈페이지를 운영하게 되었다. 학교 홈페이지는 온라인 상에서 이루어지는 학생과 학생, 학생과 교사 등 상호작용의 장으로서 그 역할을 담당하고 있고, 그 수단으로서 보드를 통해 생성된 게시판을 많이 이용하고 있다. 기존에 학교에서 사용되고 있는 게시판들은 일반 홈페이지에서 사용되는 보드를 이용한 것이 대부분이어서 학교상황에 최적화된 것이라고 보기는 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 사용도를 중심으로 적응형 웹사이트를 구축할 수 있도록 지원해주는 학교용 웹보드를 설계하고 구현하였다. 특히 사용도를 평가하기 위한 알고리즘을 제시하고, 일반 학교에서 사용되고 있는 게시판을 분석하여 학교현장에 필요한 웹보드를 설계 및 구현함으로 사용자들은 쉽고 친숙하게 사용하고, 이를 이용한 학교홈페이지는 활용면에 있어 성과가 있을 것이라 기대된다.

본 연구는 블록 형태의 프로그래밍 툴인 앱 인벤터를 이용해 학생들의 학업에 대한 정보와 궁금증을 해결해 줄 수 있는 인터넷 강의평가 앱 개발을 연구하였다. 앱을 개발하는 과정에서 웹 데이터베이스와 구글 퓨전 테이블을 이용하여 로그인 기능과 사용자들에게 공유하여 볼 수 있는 게시판 기능을 추가하였다. 이 기능을 통하여 사용자간에 정보를 공유하여 인터넷강의 선정에 정보제공 방법을 연구하였다.

This study analyzed the questions posted on the chemistry Q&A board by students and teachers in a chemistry education homepage, in order to understand the difficulties in learning and teaching chemistry. The different tendencies were found in the contents and the motivations of questions by students and teachers. In Chemistry I, students raised many questions in the 'Water' unit, while teachers raised many ones in the 'Chemical compound in our life' unit. In Chemistry II, students asked many questions in the 'Gas, liquid, solid' unit, while teachers did in 'Chemical reaction and energy' unit. Students' motivations of questioning were 'Explanation of unclear concept', and 'Problem solving', while teachers' motivations were 'Searching information', and 'Question in experiment'. The Q&A board provided a field in exchanging informations needed in learning and teaching chemistry. Educational implications were discussed on the use of Q&A board in chemistry education.

오늘날 누구든지 정보의 바다 인터넷의 정보와 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 것은 바로 월드와이드 웹(WWW:웹으로 약칭. 거미집처럼 세계 정보망을 타고 전자문서를 자유자재로 검색할 수 있게 만든 인터넷의 게시판 서비스)이라는 매커니즘의 덕이라고 할 수 있다. 현대의 웹이 마치 그 옛날의 인쇄기처럼 중요한 가치를 지녔다고 해서 웹 발명자 버너즈-리를 '현대의 구텐베르크'라고 부르는 사람들이 많다. 그는 엘리트들만이 사용할 수 있던 강력한 통신시스템을 일반대중이 접근할 수 있는 매스미디어(대중매체)로 바꿔 버렸다. 만약에 이 발명이 전통적인 과학의 범주에 속한다면 그의 업적은 충분히 노벨상감이라고 평가하는 사람들도 있다.
