With the advance of information communication technology, specifically the Internet technology, most schools have developed their own Web sites for the communication of diverse parties such as students, their parents, teachers, and others. In spite of the wide spread of school Web sites, their bulletin board systems are usually developed under the Web-boards for developing ordinary sites without reflecting educational environments. The purpose of this research is to develop the Web-board system for schools, which can be applied to construct adaptive school Web sites. This Web-board system is designed to reflect the educational environments as well as the user characteristics under the idea of customization and optimization. The main advantage of this Web-board system is that it can allow easy access to the system through user-friendly interface, and also promote interactions among users through their personalized Web pages.

인터넷 접속지역정보를 일부 포털 사이트에 적용시키는 것으로부터 나아가, 웹2.0을 접목하여 개인과 사업자의 홈페이지에 적용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 Open API 의 필요성과 개발 방안에 대하여 논의한다. 접속지역정보 Open API의 정보 제공 방안과 정보 보안 방법, 트래픽 제어 방법 등에 관해서도 논의한다. 지금까지 인터넷 서비스에 접속지역정보 적용 현황과 Open API를 적용할 경우에 개선 방안에 대하여 논의한다.

KT가 민영 KT의 역점사업으로 인터넷 서비스 사업자들을 위한 'Let's KT' 사업을 본격적으로 추진하면서 업계의 관심을 끌고 있다. KT의 이번 Let's KT 사업은 포탈사업자, 콘텐츠사업자, 솔루션사업자 등을 대상으로 가입자 관리와 인증, 결제 과정을 KT의 Let's KT 홈페이지를 통해 별도의 가입절차 없이 한번의 로그인으로 손쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 골자다. 업계에서는 KT가 '새로운 KT만들기'의 일환으로 Let's KT 사업을 통해 국내 인터넷 비즈니스의 구심점으로 나서고자 하고 있으며 이를 통해 새롭게 KT의 위상을 확립하려 하는 것으로 평가하고 있다.

최근 인터넷을 기업의 정보시스템 구현을 위한 인트라스트럭처로 채택한 인트라넷/엑스트라넷의 구축열기가 업계가 강타하고 있다. 이는 인터넷의 뛰어난 개방성과 사용의 편의성 외에 전세계 고객들과 쉽게 접할 수 있고, 곳 처에 흩어져 있는 수많은 정보에 대한 접근이 용이하다는 장점 때문일 것이다. 기업의 인트라넷 구축은 초기 웹서버 구축과 홈페이지 작성으로 시작되어 개인의 사무지원이나 그룹단위의 업무지원을 도와 주는 그룹웨어시스템의 개발로 발전되었고, 최근에는 인트라넷/엑스트라넷을 기반으로 하는 통합정보시스템구축으로까지 확산되고 있다. 지난 10월초에 시스템공학연구소(SERI)주관으로 실시된 '차세대 인트라넷 응용개발기술 및 도구 워크숍'에서의 열기는 이러한 업계의 요구와 현황을 잘 반영해 주는 한 사례라고 할 수 있겠다.

Patent Map이란 특허기술정보를 분류ㆍ분석ㆍ가공ㆍ정리하여 필요한 기술정보를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 한 특허기술정보 해석서로써 특허청과 한국발명진흥회에서는 2000년부터 매년 24개 테마를 발굴, 최근 2003년까지 산업분야별 96개의 테마를 개발하여 CD-ROM과 Web Service를 통해 지속적으로 보급하여 왔습니다. 여기에서는 2003년에 기 수행된 PM보고서 중 전기/전자분야 '인터넷 정보검색'과제에 대하여 기술의 주요 구성도, 기술 및 산업시장동향, 주요 특허동향분석 결과, 향후전망 등에 대하여 간략하게 소개하고자 합니다. 이 과제에 대하여 자세한 내용을 알고자 할 경우에는 Patent Map 홈페이지[http://www.patentmap.or.kr/]에서 무료 서비스를 시행하고 있으므로 많은 열람 바랍니다.

This study is the result of the analysis on the user interface of the Korean internet newspapers. To investigate the user interfaces, the home pages of the 6 internet newspaper were selected as the samples. Then, the information procedures, designs. information presentations, and searching routines of that samples were analyzed. For the home-page design of the internet newspaper and the education of the article search by the journalist-librarian with the press or the librarian in common. the results of the paper will be helpful.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 신뢰도는 정확한 사업자신원정보로부터 출발한다. 우리나라의 경우, 인터넷쇼핑몰은 홈페이지에 사업자신원정보를 표시하도록 법으로 규정하고 있으며, 대부분의 인터넷쇼핑몰들이 규정을 잘 준수하고있다. 그러나 일부 인터넷쇼핑몰들이 고의로 사업자신원정보를 누락하거나 틀린 정보를 표시하기도 하며, 때로는 수시로 변하는 사업자신원정보를 일관성 있게 표시하지 않아 소비자들이 피해를 보거나 불편을 겪고있다. 또한 사업자의 신원을 정확히 밝히지 않는 악성 스팸 메일로 금융회사를 사칭하여 개인정보를 채가는 피싱(Phishing) 사기사건이 증가하고 있다. 이는 전자상거래에 대한 신뢰도를 저하시키는 큰 원안이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하는 첫번째 노력이 온라인 사업자의 신원정보를 정확히 표시하고 소비자들이 진위여부를 파악 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 사업자의 신뢰도 제고를 위한 방안으로 사업자신원정보 표시에 대한 제 3자 인증서비스의 기본원칙을 제시하고 이에 따른 인증서비스 체계를 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 최근 들어 급속히 성장하고 있는 인터넷 사용자들과 홈페이지를 이용한 각종 정보의 활용 및 정보 통신망을 이용한 멀티미디어 기반의 서비스 산업화의 활성화 실현으로 인해 변화되고 있는 교육분야에 대응하여 한자를 배우고자 하는 학습자들에게 Edutainment식 한자학습을 구현하여 한자를 즐겁게 재미있게 학습할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

개인 홈페이지서부터 기업의 웹사이트까지, 인터넷에 집이 늘어나고 있다. 주인의 취향과 목적에 따라 같은 모습이라곤 찾아볼 수 없는 다양한 집을 만드는 호스팅 업체 또한 셀 수 없이 많다. 다만 그들이 만드는 집의 모습과 제공되는 서비스가 비슷하다는 게 소비자들의 고민, 하지만 여기, 다른 곳과 뚜렷이 구분되는 역사와 기술을 가진 두 업체가 있다.

With the rapid development of information and communication technologies(ICTs) and internet technology and the explosive increasing of internet users, we can find almost every municipal information of local governments by visiting the home page without visiting the city hall personally. And in the case of urban planning information they provide many kinds of information to inform the policy and results of urban planning to citizens The differences of urban planning information from other municipal information, at first many information of urban planning should be presented as spatial data, so we have to provide the geographic information with internet GIS, and second to realize bottom-up decision making process the exchanging of information between citizen and government should be adopted as bulletin board system(BBS) and an questionnaire in internet In this paper I evaluated the sites of urban planning information in the homepage of local governments by many index. the index are composed with 4 categories 20 items on information providing, 3 categories 12 items on communication, and 2 categories 8 items on internet GIS. And as a result I introduce some high scored sites at each category, and propose that we have to recognize the internet as the technological media to broaden the opportunities for the community people to participate in the policy-making in reference to their political demands.
