인천공항은 2001년 개항이후, 비약적으로 발전하고 있으며, 2018년 약 6500만 명의 여객을 수용하는 등 초대형 메가허브공항으로 도약 중이다. 2018년 인천공항은 제2여객터미널을 개장하며, 인천공항에 대한 언론과 대중의 관심을 증폭시켰고, 평창동계올림픽 개최와 남북정상회담을 통해 대한민국 중추공항으로서의 이미지를 각인시켰다. 인천국제공항공사는 인천공항의 건설 및 관리, 운영, 주변지역개발, 부대사업 및 기타 국가위탁사업을 하는 국토교통부 산하 공공기관으로 2018년 입국장 면세점 도입, 정규직 전환 등의 이슈를 생성하였다. 본 논문에서는 뉴스, SNS 수집, 저장, 처리, 분석플랫폼인 ITAP를 이용하여 인천공항, 인천국제공항공사 관련된 뉴스, SNS 내용을 플랫폼별로 분석하였고, 월별 버즈량과 주요키워드를 플랫폼별로 추출하여 2018년 인천공항, 인천국제공항공사의 주요 이슈를 제시한다.

Nowadays, the domestic construction markets are more competitive and the construction companies are very difficult to obtain profits. To overcome this situation, some construction companies are looking for value added business areas. To create and enter into the value added business areas, knowledge management to create, share and apply knowledge is important. However, the existing knowledge management has problems because it does not consider organizational culture. Therefore, strategic changes of person and organization are needed to improve the existing knowledge management. In this study, learning organization plan is suggested as a foundation of knowledge management in the construction companies and examined by IIAC(Incheon International Airport Corporation) case.

On July $18^{th}$, 2003, Incheon International Airport Corporation(lIAC) signed the Construction Management Service Contract with KIDS consortium (composed of Kun-Won Eng., ITM Corp, Do-Hwa Eng, Space Croup) for the $2^{nd}$ phase construction protect consists of landfill, $\#3$ runway, remote Concourse, IAT, BHS, cargo terminal, etc scheduled to be finished by the end of 2008. KIDS dispatched qualified engineers to the Construction Management Division of IIAC for providing technical assistance to IIAC members to pursue project goals in tulle. within budget with appropriate quality level to build one of leading hul] airports for the Northeast Asia legion in the $21^{st}$ century. The work scope covers upgrading various project procedures and related computer programs, cost and schedule control, design supervision for building design including support systerns such as HVAC, fire protection, elevators and escalators, boarding bridges, electrical and communication systems, and technical support for IAT/BHS, QA/QC, field test and inspection, start-up and commissioning, etc. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the major activities of the Construction Management Services performing at the IIA project for your reference.

Although This study is to produce various considerations for the proper time and feasibility of new runway with Incheon international airport $4^{th}$ runway development case. In order to validate the feasibility of runway development, it is main considerations to be increased airport capacity for accommodating increase air traffic demand, secure stable airport operation without degrading service level, cope with emergency situation and maintain competitive among competitive airports which are developing new runway. Conclusionally, to develop new runwlay at the proper time for sustainable and stable airport operation without stop is the best way of maintaining competitiveness among foreign competitive airports.

An Airport is important space and even stands for the country because diverse people from other countries use a variety of facilities in the gateway to the country. Therefore, It is urgent for those people to increase efficiency and convenience of its usage. But we have a problem with process of passenger and this paper with the object of finding the solution in case study.
