인천국제공항 배전계통의 신뢰도 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reliability Evaluation for Inchon International Airport Distribution System)

  • This study is focused on the reliability evaluation for distribution system based on deterministic evaluation technique. Average failure rates, average outage time, and average annual outage time of electrical parts and load points are calculated through network reduction method and failure mode & effective analysis method. And reliability indices of distribution system are calculated. Finally, by employing analytic hierarchy process method, unique index which evaluates and improves the distribution system is calculated. As a result, finding weak points and expansion schedule of the system is possible. The usefulness of this method is verified by applying it to the Inchon International Airport.

인천국제공항철도 직통형 차량의 주행안전성 평가 (Estimation of Running Safety of Electric Multiple Unit for Express Train in Incheon International Airport Railway)

  • For the safety of railway, it should be evaluated for the running safety by measuring the derailment coefficient. Although railway has run the fixed and maintained rail, some of railway is derailed. This report shows the results that performed the static load test, wheelset manufacturing for test, main line running test on the basis of the derailment theory and experience. It is executed main line test to 120 km/h for estimating the running safety of express train in Incheon International Airport. As the test results, could confirm the curving performance and running safety of Incheon International Airport EMU from the results of the wheel unloading, lateral force, derailment coefficient etc. Derailment coefficient was less than 0.8, and lateral force allowance limit and wheel load reduction ratio were enough safe.

  • 2005년도 한국물류대상 시상식이 지난 11월 15일 추병직 건설교통부 장관과 서병륜 (사)한국물류협회장, 물류산업계 및 학계 인사 등 500여명이 참석한 가운데 코엑스 그랜드 컨퍼런스 룸에서 거행됐다. 한국물류대상은 한국물류협회, 건설교통부, 매일경제신문이 공동으로 주최하는 행사로 1993년부터 매년 시행하는 물류부문 정부 포상이다. 효율적이고 체계적인 물류혁신에 노력한 기업과 개인을 발굴하여 포상하고 있으며 매년 그 위상이 격상되어 올해부터는 금탑산업훈장을 최고상으로 수여하게 됐다. 올해는 종합유통 전문회사로 아웃소싱 물류를 활성화하여 물류 산업발전에 지대한 공헌을 한 (주)GS리테일(대표 허승조)이 금탑산업훈장을, 인천국제공항공사(대표 이재희)와 하이비지니스로지스틱스(주)(대표 정준행)이 산업포장을 수상하는 등 25개 단체 및 개인이 수상의 영예를 안았다. 본 고에서는 제13회 한국물류대상 수상자들의 활약상들을 살펴본다.

  • After it first opened in 2001, Incheon International Airport (IIA) has grown into a world-class airport, leaving remarkable traces, such as being the first airport to win the ASQ Airport Serivce Price for 10 consecutive years. However, ever since its birth IIA has tried to position itself as the leading hub airport of Northeast Asia. Until this day, it has not been meeting this goal, with transfer passenger numbers and transfer rates decreasing recently. This study looks at the outer environment to discover which factors affect IIA's transfer market. Through extensive research on external analysis, the study will eventually provide a counter strategy guideline for fighting back against decreasing transfer usage.

  • Airport express line between InCheon international airport and KimPo has been started in April 2007. It has two kinds of train that are divided into commuter train and express. In this paper, we analysis the experimental results of the interior noise for both trains, as inside structure and materials of these trains are designed differently. It shows that the interior noise level of commuter train is higher about 10 dB(A) than express in open territory, and it in tunnel and viaduct increase by 7$\sim$12dB(A) compared with open territory. Also, we know that the door in the gangway is effective in protecting the rolling noise transmitted between carbodys from the outside.

  • The need for special or high-rise building has made it necessary to fully understand the effects of wind forces on that. The objective of this study is to provide the information on the evalution of Wind-Induced Loads for the Inchon International Airport Traffic Control Tower Based on the results of this study, it can be found that the maximum base overturning moment getting by the dynamic model is higher than the static test one. And also, the assessment of serviceability comparing by the ISO-6897 is not appropriate. It is recommended that the reducing system of the wind-induced viberating is needed in this structure.

CPTu와 DMT를 이용한 인천국제공항 해성점토의 공학적 특성연구 (Estimation of Geotechnical Characteristics at of the Marine Clay at Inchon International Airport Marine Clay Using Piezocone and Dilatometer Tests)

  • 본 연구에서는 2단계 확정예정부지의 일부 원지반에서 수행된 CPTu(piezocone penetration test)와 DMT(dilatometer) 및 실내시험 결과를 바탕으로 흙의 분류, 비배수전단강도 그리고 압밀계수 등의 공학적 특성을 살펴보았다. CPTu와 DMT를 이용한 흙의 분류 결과, 점토층 사이에 얇게 산재한 샌드심(sand seam)층을 보다 정확하게 판정할 수 있었다. 삼축압축시험의 비배수 강도($S_{u}$ )를 기준으로 산정한 콘계수는 CPTu의 경우 $N_{k}$ =18.2를, DMT의 경우 Roque(1988)의 제안식을 이용한 $N_{c}$=6.35로 추정한 비배수전단강도가 비교적 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 CPTu와 DMT를 이용한 수평압밀계수는 비교적 근사한 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 해성점토사이에 실트, 샌드심이 존재하는 실트질 지반에서의 수평압밀계수가 연직압밀계수보다 상당히 크며, 압밀계수비($C_{h(Oedo, CPTu, DMT)}$ /$C_{v Oedo}$ )는 4.3~10.2로 큰 차이를 보이고 있다.

  • The Incheon International Amort Railroad (IIAR) is the railroad that connects Incheon International Airport, Gimpo Airport and Seoul Station. IIAR is now under construction, and it will be finished to Gimpo Amort by 2006, to Seoul Station by 2008. But IIAR is not only so late to start but also has no discussion about effective connecting methods to existing railroads and fine operation plan. Therefore, after IIAR opens, it is possible for IIAR to lose to limousine bus using highway. So, this paper proposes 4 effective connecting methods for IIAR - (1) Shuttle transport, (2) Short-distance connecting transport (Inside IIAR, Seoul Subway Line 9, 'Han-River line') (3) Mid-distance connecting transport (Jung-ang, Tae-baek, Young-dong line) (4) Long-distance connecting transport (Korean Train express (korean high speed railroad)) These methods can increase the connectivity of IIAR with existing railroads and the competition power of IIAR against highway.

  • 서해 연안의 개발은 갯벌의 감소로 해양생태계를 위협하고 있으며 산업화에 따른 대형 매립공사는 주변의 기상변화와 해상변화를 일으켜 해저지형 및 해안선에 많은 변화를 발생시키고 있다. 또한 선박의 안전한 입, 출항을 위한 항로에 영향을 주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해도에 나타난 기준선인 최저저조면의 해양 기준면에 근거한 해안선(0 m선), 수심 2 m선. 그리고 지형도에 근거한 해안선(육지부분)으로 나누어 수치화하였으며 수치화 된 도면을 4개의 구역으로 구분하여 분석함으로써 인천국제공항 건설, 신도시 개발, 방조제 공사 등의 서해 연안 개발에 따른 해안과 해저의 변화 정도를 알아보았다.
