  • 본 연구는 기업간 전자상거래 수용에 영향을 주는 요인을 밝혀내고 실증적으로 분석하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 기술수용모형(TAM) 기반 연구는 수용의사결정 수준이 개인 단위에 국한되었으며, 영향요인도 인지된 혁신특성인 경우에 비해 본 연구에서는 i) 인지된 이익 ii) 조직의 준비 iii)외부 압력 등 세 관점에서 살펴보았다. 37 개 업체를 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과 인지된 이익, 조직의 준비 및 외부압력은 모두 B2B EC 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Up-regulation of an ERP component toward racial-outgroup faces in Koreans but not in non-Korean visitors (한국인과 한국에 거주하는 외국인간의 타인종 얼굴에 대한 ERP 요소의 흥분성 조절 비교)

  • Facial processing of different racial origin has been investigated at various levels including perceptual, emotional, and socio-cultural processing. Particularly, a good deal of studies have been conducted to show "other race effect (ORE)" to indicate that subtle facial information such as identity or emotional expressions are often under-processed in racial out-group members. However, few studies have investigated whether attentional modulation toward racial out-group faces could explain ORE. We investigated whether novelty-driven attentional mechanism is involved in face perception using event-related potential (ERP). Twenty-two Korean (KR) and nine Caucasian-American (AM) participants were presented with emotional faces from the two racial origins while they performed a gender categorization task. KRs showed significantly greater P3 amplitudes to AM than to KR faces indicating that the early attentional processing underlies differential perception of racial out-group faces. Interestingly, P3 was not up-regulated in the AM subjects when they were presented with KR faces, perhaps due to massive habituation to KR faces during everyday social interaction. These results indicate that racial out-group faces are highly salient stimuli which automatically occupy attentional resources, but easily habituated with repeated exposure to the racial-out group.

Influence of Sources and Levels of Dietary Fiber on Lipid Composition in Rats (식이중에 첨가된 섬유소의 종류와 수준이 흰쥐의 체내 지질함량에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effects of sources and levels of dietary fiber on lipid metabolism in rats. Male weanling rats of Sprague-Dawley were fed ad libitum a diet containing perctin or cellulose at 5%, 10% and 20% for 4 weeks. Rats fed pectin gained significantly less weight than rats fed cellulose. Feed efficiency ratio was decreased at 10% and 20% group rats of pectin compared to control rats. Pectin was effective in lowering liver cholesterol, total lipid and triglyceride content at all levels. Whereas the cellulose supplementation had no effect to reduce serum and liver lipids. Cellulose led to an accumulation of serum and liver cholesterol. The least accumulation of lipid was in fed a cholesterol free diet. It is likely that lipid metabolism is quite different between pectin and cellulose feeding.

  • The purpose of the research was to verify the mediating effect of social support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy when office worker's emotional expressive ambivalence influences on interpersonal stress. A survey was conducted with 422 office workers from August to September of 2018. SPSS, AMOS and Mplus were used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, verification of structural equation modeling and mediated effect. There was a partial mediating effect in emotional expressive ambivalence of self-defense model, a complete mediating effect in relational emotional expressive ambivalence model. In both self-defense and relational emotional expressive ambivalence model, double mediation effect of passing through support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy in the relationship between emotional expressive ambivalence and interpersonal stress was significant. This study sought ways to reduce interpersonal stress by increasing the level of perception of social support and using adaptive cognitive emotional control strategies for office workers.

A Study on the Structure Model of Social Welfare Students' Career Preparation Behavior based on Social-cognitive Career Theory (사회인지진로이론에 기초한 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 진로준비행동 구조모형 검증)

  • In this study investigated the factors for the career preparation behaviors of social welfare major students based on Lent et al. (1994)'s Social-cognitive Career Theory so as to provide essential baseline data for establishing proper career support strategies that suit the distinctive nature of social welfare studies. The participants of this study are 132 social welfare major students from three colleges who have completed social welfare field education. This study analyzed the relationship between cognitive factor (outcome expectation), vocational interest factor (major selection satisfaction), goal factor (career decision level), and work performance factor (career preparation behavior). For analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used. The analysis results are as follows. First, the model's goodness of fit was found to be at a statistically ideal level with CFI=.904, TLI=.887, and RMSEA=.068. Second, the result of analyzing the correlation between the primary variables is as follows: as outcome expectation increased, major selection satisfaction grew, which then increased the career decision level and led to the improvement in career preparation behavior. These results indicate the importance of developing a customized route support program considering the perceived and interesting factors of individual students to improve their career preparation behavior for social welfare majors.

A Study on The Effects of Cyber-Bullying in Adolescents on SNS Addiction: Focusing on the Moderating Effects of Friendship (청소년의 SNS 중독이 사이버불링에 미치는 영향: 또래애착관계의 조절효과검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of SNS addiction on cyber-bullying among adolescents, considering the adjustment effect of friendship on this relationship. This study involved 811 middle/high school students with a gender distribution of 391 males and 420 females. According to the analysis, the higher the level of SNS addiction, the higher the level of cyber-bullying. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to verify the moderating effect of friendship. The result shows that better peer communication and reliance lowers the impact of cyber-bullying from SNS addiction. Based on research results suggesting the popularization of proactive pre-diagnosis programs to solve SNS addiction, practical intervention plans and the limitations of research on SNS addiction and cyber-bullying in youth are suggested.

  • 사용자 만족(User satisfaction)은 Bailey와 Pearson(1983) 이후, 정보시스템 분야의 연구에서 시스템의 성능(Performance)을 대변하는 성과변수로서 가장 널리 사용되어져 왔다.[Delone & McLean, 1992]. 그러나 사용자 만족은 실제 시스템의 객관적인 성능이나 품질이 아닌 사용자에 의해 지각된(Perceived) 만족이므로, 인간이 인지과정에서 받는 다른 영향들로 인하여 지각된 성과는 실제의 시스템 성능과 다를 수 있다.[Gatian 1994; Szajna & Scamell, 1993. 따라서 만일 사용자가 지각한 성능이 객관적인 실제의 시스템 성능과 반드시 일치하지 않는다면, 그 원인은 무엇이며, 사용자가 시스템을 평가하는 과정에서 어떤 요인들이 작용하여 이러한 왜곡된 결과를 가져오는지, 사용자 만족이 결정되는 인지적 과정을 규명할 필요가 있다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 마케팅 분야에서 일반상품에 대한 소비자의 만족 결정에 영향을 주는 변수와 그 결정과정을 연구한 소비자 만족/불만족(Consumer Satisfaction / Dissatisfaction)의 연구이론을 도입하여, 정보시스템이란 상품을 대상으로 사용자가 만족을 느끼게 되는 과정을 인지적(Cognitive) 관점에서 규명하고, 만족결정에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 찾아낸 후 소비자 만족을 결정하는 모형을 연구하고자 하였다. 8개 기업의 정보시스템 사용자부터 데이터를 수집하여 LISREL을 이용하여 사용자 만족 연구 모형을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 결정모형은 유의하였으며 정보시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 시스템의 성능 뿐 아니라 기대불일치가 함께 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 시스템 성능의 향상과 함께 사용자들의 기대수준 관리에 관심을 기울일 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effect of Ethical Values on the Patient's Personal Information Protection of College Students Majoring in Healthcare Administration (보건행정 전공 대학생들의 윤리적 가치관이 환자 개인정보 보호인지에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to investigate 820 university students in C and G areas to analyze the effects of ethical values of health administration major college students on the perception of patient personal information protection and to present important basic data for the development of education programs. The data were analyzed through SPSS/WIN 18.0 Program. As a result of analysis, the average of personal information protection of college students majoring in health administration was low at 2.04 ± 0.24, and ethical values were idealistic tendency 2.51 ± 0.32 points, and relativistic tendency was 2.34 ± 0.34 points, which showed a high idealistic tendency. Ethical values were also significantly related to idealistic ethics and relativistic ethics in terms of the level of awareness of patient personal information protection and the perception of patient personal information protection exposure. Therefore, in order to increase the protection of patients' personal information of university students majoring in health administration, the correct ethical values should be established, and systematic and continuous education is needed for this purpose.

The analysis of characteristics and effects of contextual variables in terms of student achievement levels and gender based on the results of PISA 2015 science domain (PISA 2015 과학 영역에 나타난 학생 성취수준 집단 및 성별에 따른 교육맥락 변인의 특성 및 영향력 분석)

  • This study compares and analyzes the characteristics and effects of various educational contextual variables according to students' achievement level and gender groups based on the results of PISA 2015 science domain. PISA 2015 included additional variables about teaching-learning and affective characteristics in the field of science, because science was the main domain of PISA 2015. The results of the mediation analysis using a multiple group structural equation model showed that the environment and strategy for the teaching and learning had a positive effect on the affective characteristics, and also positively affected science achievement through the mediator of the affective characteristics. Particularly, the environment and strategy for the teaching and learning was the most effective in improving the affective characteristics for the low achievement group. It was found that the difference of the mediated effect between achievement level groups was statistically significant, but that between male and female students was not. Therefore, the appropriate the environment and strategy for the teaching and learning will need to be emphasized consistently to improve students' cognitive and affective achievement. The implications and suggestions of these results were discussed.
