  • Rapid development of high-micro device design and wireless mobile communication technique enables each information instrument and devices to form intelligent network. The discussion of ubiquitous computing that provide information when and where desired is advanced actively. Information collected through ubiquitous sensor network assists it will be able to provide a convenient and accurate service. In this paper, we design and implement system which shows in realtime through TFT/LCD display device sensing data transmitted in embedded system instead of host pc.

  • 광섬유형 센서는 전자기 간섭에 강하고 높은 감도와 원거리측정 등의 장점이 있어 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 온도센서의 경우 다양한 구조의 센서 구현이 용이하고 넓은 온도범위에서의 측정이 가능하다. 하지만 이러한 광섬유형센서는 대부분 온도변화를 물리량의 변화로 감지하기 때문에 작은 온도의 감지에는 구조적인 한계를 가지는 경우가 많으며 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 많은 연구가 시도되고 있다$^{[1]}$ . 본 논문은 이러한 점을 인지한 측면연마된 광섬유와 평면도파로 결합기형 고감도 온도센서에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 온도의 감지를 열광학 평면도파로의 열광학계수에 의존하기 때문에 물질의 변화에 따라 다양한 온도감도 조절과 높은 분해능을 가지는 센서의 구현이 가능하다.   • 실시간으로 건물의 소방시스템에 대한 관리를 위해서는 어느 부분에서 이상상태가 나타났다고 한다면, 그 부분에서 이상이 발생되었기 때문에 부분적, 그리고 전체적으로 화재안 전성능수준이 얼마나 하락되었는지를 나타 낼 수 있는 성능지수의 계산 체계가 필요하다. 이러한 성능지수의 체계는 정보를 받아보는 사람들이 시스템에서 발생된 이상이 전체적인 안전수준 하락에 얼마나 영향을 주는 것인지를 쉽게 인지할 수 있도록 하는 데에 기여할 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 건물의 화재안전수준을 나타내는 효율지표로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 광대역규모의 소방 관리에서도 활용도 높은 지수로 사용될 것이라 생각된다. 본 지수 산정체계는 U-건물 소방방화시설관리 운용시스템의 성능 효율지수 산정을 위한 시스템으로 개발되었다.

RAFT 를 이용한 딥러닝 기반 Optical flow 예측 방법 구현 및 고찰

  • 최근 영상신호처리에 대한 딥러닝 기술이 비약적으로 발전함에 따라 다양한 방면으로 시도되고 있다. 그 중 machine level vision 에서 인지 기능을 하는 optical flow 를 end-to-end 학습 방식으로 제시하여 고성능 결과물을 도출하는 RAFT(Recurrent All-pairs Field Transform for Optical flow, 2020)에 대해 분석하고자 한다. RAFT 는 입력된 두 이미지에 대한 4D correlation volume 을 구축하여 모든 픽셀에 대한 정보를 사용한다. 또한, recurrent neural network 에서 차용한 반복적인 연산 학습 구조를 통하여 결과물인 flow field 의 정확도를 높인다. 해당 모델은 stereo dataset 을 사용하는 다른 모델에 비해 학습 시간이 짧고 용량이 작으면서 error rate 은 낮은 모습을 보인다. 현재 많은 연구에서 optical flow 를 접목하려는 움직임을 보이고 있고 다양하게 활용될 가능성이 다분하다는 점에서 주목할 가치가 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 블록 프로그래밍 언어를 선행조직자로 하여 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어를 학습하는 도구 활용 전략을 연구하였다. 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어는 파이썬이며, 블록 프로그래밍 언어는 엔트리, 활용하는 도구는 주피터 노트북으로 선정하였다. 주피터 노트북을 활용한 블록 프로그래밍 언어 선행조직자 학습 전략은 code cell에 IPython.display.IFrame 클래스를 활용하여 결과 창에 엔트리 작업환경을 불러와 선행조직자로 제시하여 엔트리를 학습 후 code cell에서 파이썬으로 학습한다. 주피터 노트북을 통해 블록 프로그래밍 언어를 선행조직자로 제시 후 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어를 제시함으로써 텍스트 프로그래밍 언어를 학습할 때 인지적 부담을 줄어들고 긍정적 전이가 일어나 효과적인 학습이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Element Dispersion by the Wallrock Alteration of Janggun Lead-Zinc-Silver Deposit (장군 연-아연-은 광상의 모암변질에 따른 원소분산)

  • The Janggun lead-zinc-silver deposit is hydrothermal-metasomatic deposit. We have sampled wallrock, hydrother-maly-altered rock and lead-zinc-silver ore vein to study the element dispersion during wallrock alteration. The hydrothermal alteration that is remarkably recognized at this deposit consists of rhodochrositization and dolomitization. Wallrock is dolomite and limestone that consisit of calcite, dolomite, quartz, phlogopite and biotite. Rhodochrosite zone occurs near lead-zinc-silver ore vein and include mainly rhodochrosite with amounts of calcite, dolomite, kutnahorite, arsenopyrite, pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galena and stannite. Dolomite zone occurs far from lead-zinc-silver ore vein and is composed of mainly dolomite and minor calcite, rhodochrosite, pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, galena and stannite. The correlation coefficients among major, trace and rare earth elements during wallrock alteration show high positive correlations(dolomite and limestone = $Fe_2O_3(T)$/MnO, Ga/MnO and Rb/MnO), high negative correlations(dolomite = MgO/MnO, CaO/MnO, $CO_2$/MnO, Sr/MnO; limestone = CaO/MnO, Sr/MnO). Remarkable gain elements during wallrock alteration are $Fe_2O_3(T)$, MnO, As, Au, Cd, Cu, Ga, Pb, Rb, Sb, Sc, Sn and Zn. Remarkable loss elements are CaO, $CO_2$, MgO and Sr. Therefore, elements(CaO, $CO_2$, $Fe_2O_3(T)$, MgO, MnO, Ga, Pb, Rb, Sb, Sn, Sr and Zn) represent a potential tools for exploration in hydrothermal-metasomatic lead-zinc-silver deposits.

Effect of Defatted Sesame and Perilla Methanol Extracts on Cognitive Function and Antioxidant Activity in SAMP8 Mice (노화촉진마우스에 있어서 참깨박 및 들깨박의 메탄올 추출물이 인지기능 및 항산화능에 미치는 영향)

  • Effects of defatted sesame and perilla methanol extracts on cognitive function and antioxidant activity of learning- and memory-impaired animal model SAMP8 mice. Animals were divided into 4 groups and fed with diets containing 0.3%(w/w) defatted sesame (S) or defatted perilla methanol extracts (P) for 12 weeks. Step through latency of SAMP8 control group was significantly higher than that of SAM R1 normal group, whereas significantly increased in S and P groups compared with SAMP8 control on passive avoidance test (p<0.001). Acetylcholinesterase activity of brain in SAMP8 increased compared with SAMR1 but no difference between SAMP8 control group and sample-treated group. Brain TBARS contents of SAMP8 control significantly increased compared with SAMR1 and were lowered significantly by supplementation of defatted sesame and perilla methanol extracts. Defatted sesame and perilla methanol extracts attenuated increased brain superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in SAMP8. These results suggest defatted sesame and perilla methanol extracts could attenuate cognitive deficits induced by aging possibly through activation of antioxidant activity of defatted sesame and perilla methanol extracts.

Physical Characterizations and In Vitro Skin Permeation of Elastic Liposomes for Transdermal Delivery of Polygonum aviculare L. Extract (마디풀 추출물의 경피 전달을 위한 탄성 리포좀의 물리적 특성 및 In Vitro 피부 투과 연구)

  • In this study, Polygomun aviculare L. (P. aviculare L.) extract loaded elastic liposomes (ELPs) were investigated to enhance the transdermal delivery of P. aviculare L. extract composed of various flavonoids. ELPs were composed of egg phospholipids (PC) and edge activator ($Tego^{(R)}$ care 450) and the physical properties and in vitro permeation studies of ELPs were performed. Particle size ranged from 148.1 to 262.2 nm and deformability index was recorded as 11.5~25.4. Loading efficiency was from 53.1 to 66.3%. In vitro skin permeation studies using Franz diffusion cell demonstrated that ELP-4 having ratio of 85:15 for PC to $Tego^{(R)}$ care 450 exhibited the higher skin permeability than ELP-1, the general liposome without $Tego^{(R)}$ care 450. It was visually seen by fluorescence image restoration microscopy. The findings suggest that ELP-4 selected as the optimal formulation could be used as useful formulation for transdermal delivery of the extract.

Awareness of Urban Environment and LID for Expanding LID Application (LID 적용확대를 위한 시민의 도시환경 및 LID 인식)

  • The future water management needs decentralization of facilities, diversity of technology and integration of management to overcome the waste of financial resources and increase in scale of facilities that occurred from centralized water management. In addition, citizen's environmental awareness and participation is important because all infrastructure installed in the watershed where citizens live should have the function of water management. Therefore, the research was performed by investigating the citizen's recognition about urban environment와 LID application to analyze citizen's perceptions and analyze the feasibility and possibility of LID application. The LID awareness of citizens was about 59%, but only about 46% of citizens agreed on the extension of application. However, after contacting LID photographs and information, 90% of respondents agreed on the application of LID, and 94% of respondents were able to distinguish between grey infrastructure and LID infrastructure. Citizens appeared to have a tendency to recognize green spaces as multi-functional LID infrastructure or green infrastructure. If citizens recognize multi-functional LIDs only as landscapjng area, it will be very difficult to extend the LID on the city areas. Therefore, for the extended application of the LID facilities, it is necessary to use public relations strategy to utilize the results and visual data on the actual effect verification. In addition, as every social infrastructure is formed in watershed where citizens live, it is necessary to plan and manage the infrastructure through governance with citizen participation.

A Case of Bronchial Foreign Body Misdiagnosed as Bronchial Asthma (기관지천식으로 오인된 기관지내 이물 1예)

  • In adults, aspiration of foreign bodies into tracheobronchus is sometimes presented atypically, mimicking chronic pulmonary diseases such as bronchial asthma, pneumonia, or empyema, especially without notice of aspiration or choking. In such cases, diagnosis and adequate treatments are often delayed. Suspicion of foreign body aspiration and computed tomography and bronchoscopic examination make correct diagnosis more early. We report a case of bronchial foreign body, which had been misdiagnosed as bronchial asthma with wheezing in the whole lung filed, and reversible airway obstruction in the spirometry.
