The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of ABEEK accredited engineering program in D University. Based on engineering students' perceptions, this study explores how well the students are aware of the accredited engineering program, what change has been made to the courses, to what extent they have been participating in class and interacting with teachers and other students, to what extent they have been actively participating in extra-curricular activities, and to what extent they have achieved program outcomes. The survey was conducted in Fall 2014. The results are as follows: First, the students are well aware of the accredited engineering program; however, they are rarely aware of program outcomes. Second, the students were more satisfied with the major and design courses compared to the MSC and general education courses. Third, the students were more actively participated in the major and design courses compared to the MSC and general education courses. Fourth, the students were passively engaged in extra-curricular activities. Finally, the program outcomes related to soft skills showed low-achievement.

Helicopter noise prediction is an essential process for developing low noise helicopter technology. In this paper, the noise prediction method is developed using the helicopter integrated performance analysis program CAMRAD-II and in-house noise analysis code. In addition, the analytical technique was verified by analyzing blade-vortex interaction noise, which is the biggest cause of helicopter noise. In order to predict the actual helicopter noise, the noise analysis was performed for the flyover and approach condition, which is the standard measurement condition of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Finally, we confirmed the suitability of the analytical method through comparison and analysis with the flight test results.

문제: 전자의무기록(EMR) 시행 후 의무기록 정리율의 저하와 질적인 측면에서의 충실성과 정확성에 대한 문제점이 제기되었다. 목적: 전자의무기록의 정리율과 충실성 검토를 통하여 문제점을 파악하고 개선점 찾아 의무기록 정리율을 향상시키고 충실성을 높이고자 하였다. 의료기관: 서울시에 소재한 대학병원 의무기록과 질 향상 활동: 전자의무기록의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 사용자 편의를 위한 EMR 프로그램 수정 및 보완, 진단 수술 관련 작업, 업무개선, 교육, 홍보 등의 활동을 실시하였다. 개선효과: 의무기록 정리율, 전자인증미비, 경과기록 기재일수, 퇴원요약 주진단 적합률, 기록지별 필수항목 기재율, 충실성에서 향상이 이루어졌다.

This paper is researched the methods of design instruction which can improve students' creativeness through the subject of creative engineering design as a required subject for the accredited engineering program. After studying the preference and problems of design tasks for the students of engineering college, a new education development plan for design process was suggested, which uses the existing design tasks in which creativeness improvement class was focused through the completion of structures. This was through the completion of structures that 'operating the most simple operation with the most complex mechanical mechanism', which uses Rube-Goldberg, the crystal of mechanical mechanism in the union of multi-disciplinary convergence curriculum.

As arising concerns on environment, the social and institutional efforts have been made to establish green building in Korea. Even though the progress until now could not be underestimated, the education and information system of green architecture needs to be reconsidered. The system and the program of USGBC to cultivate green design and construction in the USA could be a good case to be explored. The results of exploration of USGBC programs are followed. First, USGBC is industry-led and consensus driven coalition and has diverse membership including building owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, government agencies and nonprofits. Second, various education programs are developed and provided not only for building industry practitioners but also for general people. Third, LEED Accredited Professionals who have detailed knowledge of LEED project certification requirements and processes are produced to make rating system go on smoothly and spread out. Forth, there are international conference and expo called "Greenbuild" and chapter events to interchange of information on green building industry. Lastly, there are incentives which are earning continuing education credits for other organizations such as AIA for attending a LEED workshop and earning a project one point towards LEED Certification. In view of above results, USGBC and its education program can be a good reference for developing ours on green building in Korea.

Sookmyung Women's University Library developed a Cyber Learning Program for Information Literacy Education in the Fall semester of 2004. The program was enforced as a pass/fail prerequisite of the "Reading & Writing", a compulsory course for the first-year students. The paper describes why and how the university reached to the decision to initiate such a program. It identifies the factors which contributed to the early success of the program by analyzing the contents development process and the actual course management process. Suggestions for further developments is made by analyzing the technical and procedural difficulties faced using the Learning Management System(LMS).

This study was designed to gain insights into investigating pre-service secondary mathematics teacher education for technology integrated curriculum. The progressive expansion of supporting system for those education in US, TPACK, teacher belief, and analysis frameworks for teacher education program were explored. A survey on the technology courses in 42 mathematics education departments was analysed. Technology courses were not opened in 1/3 of the departments because of the lack of lecturers or objection of the faculty members. Common visions as well as curriculum realignment, financial supports are required for implementing technology integrated mathematics education

This research aimed to analyze the quality of center-based infant/toddler programs in Korea. Scale for infant and toddler programs divide accreditation standards into 4 areas(physical environment, curriculum, health care, management system) with 60 standards. Standards can be divided into basic criteria and general criteria. The subjects are 149 day care centers(44 infant day care centers and 105 day care centers), and raters(teachers or principal) assessed the quality of each item on a 5-point Likert scale. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Self-evaluation result have marked 3.67 as average(range : 2.32~4.90), which barely meets basic criteria level. 2) Physical environment area has received worst score(3.41) and Health care area has received best score(3.92). 3) Each standard's score indicate the quality of infant/toddler care program: Feed care(4.29), Affectionate teacher-infant interaction(4.14) were highly rated while Nature environment/anmal/plant(2.75) and Teacher's facilities(2.74) were rated low. 4) Some variation factors showed differences in the qualitative level; number of child, education level of principal.

In this paper, development of voice activated Universal Remote Control using the Neural Networks. A speaker dependent system is developed to operate for a single speaker. These systems are usually easier to develop, cheaper to buy and more accurate, but not as flexible as speaker adaptive or speaker independent systems. A speaker independent system is developed to operate for any speaker of a particular type (e.g. American English). These systems are the most difficult to develop, most expensive and accuracy is lower than speaker dependent systems. However, they are more flexible. A speaker adaptive system is developed to adapt its operation to the characteristics of new speakers. It's difficulty lies somewhere between speaker independent and speaker dependent systems. This paper is developed Speaker Adaptation using the Neural Networks.

In a V2X convergence service environment, the principal service among infotainment services and driver management services must be supported centering on critical information of the driver, maintenance manager, customer, and anonymous user. Many software applications have considered solutions to be satisfied the specific requirements of driving care programs, and plans. This paper describes data flow diagram of a secure clinic system for driving car diagnosis, which is included in clinic configuration, clinic, clinic page, membership, clinic request processing, driver profile data, clinic membership data, and clinic authentication in the V2X convergence service environment. It is reviewed focusing on security threat issue of ITS diagnostic system such as spoofing, tampering, repudiation, disclosure, denial of service, and privilege out of STRIDE model.
