The government adopts mainly three venture-supporting systems such as Venture Certification, InnoBiz Certification, and MainBiz Certification. This study compares the policy effects of productive aspects and technical inefficiency aspects of Venture Certification and InnoBiz Certification using the data on 'The 2010 Actual Conditions of Venture Enterprise.' With the estimation of production functions, it is found that only 'financing and ease of investment' produces a statistically significant effects on productivity. On the other hands, the other effects of 'the venture certification' do not produce positive effects. However, it is revealed that 'the venture certification policy' primarily reduces technical inefficiencies. The InnoBiz certification policy shows primarily insignificant effects in both sides of the production aspects and technical inefficiency aspects. However, the 'marketing ability effect' produces a positive effect on production and reduces the technical inefficiencies as well.

The employment effect of innovation-certified SMEs (venture certification, inno-biz certification and main-biz certification) and general SMEs was compared and analyzed. Through propensity score matching, general SMEs with similar tendencies to SMEs for each innovation certification were selected. The employment effect was approached from two perspectives: the absolute employment effect, the employment growth rate, and the relative employment effect, the sales-employment coefficient. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that venture certified SMEs and inno-biz certified SMEs, which are technology innovation-type certifications, have an advantage in absolute employment effect. In addition, it was concluded that innovation-certified SMEs have more room for employment than general SMEs by achieving sales growth that exceeds employment growth. Therefore, there is a possibility to enhance the employment effect of innovation-certified SMEs by strengthening employment-related incentives for innovation-certified SMEs.

본 연구는 국방품질경영시스템인증을 취득한 군수업체의 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 인증동기와 인증 후 효과를 파악하자 한다. 연구결과 인증 동기는 경영자의 의지와 회사 업무발전의 동기가 높게 나타났고 기간이 지남에 따라 동기가 강하게 변화하고 있다. 인증 취득 후에는 대외 신뢰도와 의식변화에 대한 효과가 높고 인증의 유지로 인한 업무능률 향상과 매출이익이 증가하는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 국방품질인증 심사에 대한 평가는 합리적이고 객관적인이란 항목에 높은 반응을 보이고 있으나 수검의 용이성에 대한 만족도가 낮고 합리성과 전문성은 인증기간이 지남에 따라 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 인증유지를 하는데 애로사항은 정보 및 자료부족, 부서간 협조부족, 규격이해 및 전문 인력부족 등 기업 내부적인 문제점을 발견하여 개선을 위한 필요성이 제기 되었다.

This study is aimed to measure the cause and effect relationship on observation on KS evaluation by surveys related to KS certification, opinions and satisfaction on KS certification, expected effect through KS certification, profitability performance, financial performance, and productivity performance based on department heads and acting chiefs working on KS certification, to SMEs which have acquired KS certification mark in Korea. This study also aims to examine how KS certification is impacting on companies' expected effects, management performance and development by examining the realistic effects of KS certification in various aspects and expected effects on companies.

The purpose of this study was to classify the internal members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals that received the certification system of medical institutions, and to examine the effect of certification on member satisfaction, job stress, hospital operation effect, and improvement of medical services. In nursing hospitals, the certification system was higher in member satisfaction, hospital operation effect, and medical service effect than in Western hospitals, and members of Western hospitals were higher in job stress. In both nursing hospitals and Western hospitals, the satisfaction of members, hospital operation effect, and medical service effect according to certification showed positive (+) results. It is believed that the effect of the certification system has been empirically high in nursing hospitals as mandatory certification from 2013. Therefore, this study aims to contribute to the efficiency of hospital management and improvement of patient satisfaction through continuous quality management of medical care by analyzing the effect of certification system on medical service improvement.

This paper focuses on the role of international standards related to industrial technology and to analyze determinants to affect ISMS and its performance. Particularly its financial and operational performance were measured by survey aiming at an influence of certification and its performances. The variables explaining the performance were drawn out from factor analysis and then critical variables to affect performance were discovered by ANOVA and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis considering heteroscedastic and factor analysis, type of business and firm size were not significantly related to the performance but the existence of information security unit, investment in information security and the status of security consciousness in executives and employees were positively related. As a result, this study shows that security certification should be implemented with suitable capabilities and the investments to protect from leaking industrial technology and proved the importance of the security certification as an infrastructures and system.

The purpose of this study was to grasp which effect the healthcare accreditation has on hospital employees' satisfaction level and hospital management performance by comparatively analyzing between accreditation hospital and non-accreditation hospital. As for difference in hospital employees' satisfaction level according to accreditation system, the incentive payment and pride of own task at the accreditation hospital and the hospital management effect were indicated to have positive(+) influence with statistically significant difference upon the item such as accuracy of task performance owing to the business standardization. It was indicated that hospital employees' satisfaction is high at the accreditation hospital and that the higher satisfaction level leads to having influence upon the effect of hospital management. What a country differentiates medical bill or supports medical equipment for medical institution that acquired accreditation is considered to be a plan for activation that can allow non-accreditation hospitals to be able to participate positively in the voluntary accreditation system.

최근들어 사이버 아파트 붐이 일면서 시들해진 건축 경기에 새로운 바람이 불고 있다. 정보통신부는 이러한 흐름에 맞춰 초고속 정보통신 건물 인증제를 도입 법적.제도적 기초를 마련하였다. 이는 어느정도 요건을 갖춘 건축물에 대해서만 그 자격을 부여한다는 것이 이 제도의 핵심. 아직은 시행초기 단계이지만 향후 많은 건축물이 사이버 건축물로 지어질 것이며 이에 대비하고 불량 건축물의 난립을 방지하는 등 다목적성을 띠고 있다. 이에 정보통신부는 초고속 정보통신 건물에 대한 인증제를 도입해 사업자들의 참여를 유도하고 인증을 받은 회사에게는 인증에 대한 홍보효과로 분양촉진의 효과를, 입주자에게는 정보가 인증하는 건물에 대해 신뢰를 가질수 있게 하는등 다중의 효과를 노리고 있다. 정보통신부의 초고속 정보통신 건물인증제의 구체적인 내용과 인증제에 대한 현대 건설의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 초고속 정보통신 건물인증제에 접근해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the differences before and after certification for internal members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals that received the certification system of medical institutions after conducting a survey on 297 members of nursing hospitals and Western hospitals, SPSS 26.0 was used, and to understand the effect of improvement of member satisfaction, job stress, and medical service on the hospital operation effect. As for the hospital operation effect of a nursing hospital, it was revealed that the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the higher the effect of the hospital operation. In the case of Western hospitals, the higher the satisfaction of the members and the improvement of the medical service, the lower the job stress, the more the hospital operation effect can be seen to increase. As the basic value system of the medical institution certification system is the improvement of patient safety and quality of care, it is believed that the effect of the certification system was higher than that of Western hospitals due to mandatory certification in nursing hospitals.

As the functions and technology of IT security solution has been diversified and complicated, it is necessary to make the functions standardized. The common criteria (CC) evaluation and certification scheme was introduced with this background in 2000. For over 10 years after the introduction of CC evaluation and certification scheme, many security solution vendors have developed functions following the security functional requirement in CC. Most of CC evaluators and developers think that CC has helped to enhance the security of the solution. So, it is a right time to prove the affirmative effects of CC in quantity. In this research, we compare two cases, the security status of the solution before and after the experience of CC evaluation, and analyze the results. We made the questionnaire for the domestic solutions vendors. We show that CC has made positive effects on the security of the solution quantitatively using statistical analysis. This research is meaningful security enhancement of domestic security solutions.
