개인정보의 유출을 막기 위해서는 안전한 인증 수준을 이용해야 한다. 그러나, 인증 수단의 인증 등급은 응용 서비스의 중요성과 민감도에 비례해 선택되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 다양한 분야의 전자인증 환경을 분석하고, 국제 표준 (ITU-T X.1254 | ISO/IEC 29115) 에 근거한 4 가지 전자인증 등급과 기준을 분석한다. 또한, 국제표준방식의 인증 등급과 국내 분야의 인증 등급을 상호 비교한다.

최근 금융권에서는 고객의 편리성을 높이기 위해서 여러 인증 수단으로 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 인증 수단을 네 가지의 보증 등급으로 통제 수단에 따라 나누어 제시한다. 보증 등급을 토대로 등급별 신뢰 승급이 가능한 보안 정책을 제안하고 주로 사용될 금융서비스의 인증 수단을 강도로 나눈다. 또한, 신뢰 승급의 활용사례를 기술하면서 안정적으로 금융서비스에서 신뢰 승급 기반으로 인증을 사용할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of eco-friendly building certification grade on the price and cost of office in Seoul office building. For this purpose, multiple regression analysis is used to examine the prices of buildings. In order to identify the effect of environmental cost reduction of buildings with high eco-friendly certification, we also performed LCC (Life Cycle Cost) + LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) analysis. Results of our analysis show that office buildings with a higher level of eco-friendly certification are priced significantly higher. Through LCC analysis, it was also found that buildings with high levels of eco-friendly certification cost less than those with lower-level certification. Furthermore, it was confirmed that office buildings with higher-level environmental certification have total lower environmental load costs (TCA = LCC+LCA) than buildings without certification. According to the TCA analysis, buildings with a high level eco-certification generated lower social costs than buildings with lower-level or no certification.

소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트가 복잡, 대형화되어 프로젝트 품질이 매우 중요해짐에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 업체의 개발 능력 수준을 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 CMM모형이 참조되고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발 업체들은 과다한 비용을 투자하며 CMM등급을 인증받기 위하여 노력하고 있으나 CMM 인증의 신뢰성에 대하여 문제가 제기되고 있는 상황에서 CMM등급 인증이 프로젝트 품질 성과에 차이를 나타내는지의 연구와 CMM등급 인증과 기업 문화의 적합이 프로젝트 성과에 차이를 나타내는지에 대하여 적합 구조 이론을 참조하여 연구하였다. 연구 결과, CMM인증 등급별로 해당 조직에서 수행한 프로젝트의 품질 성과에 유의한 차이가 존재하고, 특히 CMM인증과 기업 문화 수준이 적합되어질 때 프로젝트의 품질 성과에 유의한 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다.

Quality of software development project is very important In complex and large domestic soft ware markets. CMM level certification evaluates duality of software development project at present. Therefore, software development company endeavor for acquisition of CMM certification, level up CMM and organization's competitive power But, today confidentiality of CMM certification come into question, an exploratory study undertake about difference of software project quality and organization performance between CMM certificated organization and no-CMM certificated organization. Two organizations different partially. First of all, incremental improvement of software project process takes precedence of CMM certification. It is better to fit between culture of organization and CMM certification for project quality.

보안운영체제에서는 등급기반 사용자, 프로세스, 파일에 대한 영역분리 및 등급별 보안관리를 하는 다중등급보안(Multi Level Security)을 구현하고 있다. 안전한 운영체제에서는 사용자가 등급 즉, 자신의 보안등급과 보호범주를 설정하기 위해 권한 인증절차를 수행한다. 권한은 보안운영체제에서 강제적 접근 제어(Mandatory Access Control)의 기본이 되므로 그 보안에 중요성이 크다. 따라서, 권한 인증 절차의 보안이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PKI 기반 전자서명 인증절차를 이용하여 신원 확인과 권한 인증을 한번에 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

This study investigates the effect of organic certification of apples on consumer preference in China as a way to support the expanded export of Korean apples to China. A choice experiment was designed to analyze the apple consumption in China. A total of 298 Chinese consumers answered the survey, and multinomial logit models were used to analyze the results. Organic certification was identified as an important determinant of consumer preference for apples in China, affecting both the evaluation and choice of country of origin. The results also indicated that Korean organic certification significantly increased the probability of Chinese consumers choosing Korean apples. Thus, organic certification by the Korean government should be strengthened to promote apple exports to China, plus the results of this study may provide useful information to promote agricultural product exports and improve the organic certification system.

Qualify of software development project is very important in complex and large domestic software market. Software development companies are eager to Bet some quality certification such as CMM certification. However, reliability and effectiveness of CMM certification tomes into question. This study explores the relationships between software project Quality (and some organizational performance) and organization's CMM certification. The result shows no strong relationships between project quality and CMM certification. This may imply that an incremental improvement of project process plays a more important role than certification process itself.

한국식품연구원은 양계분야 최초로 닭고기 등급과 유해물질 잔류 등에 대한 검토를 통해 'KS 인증제'라는 등급제를 시작했다. 그 후로 시장은 각종 인증제도를 도입하였고, 올해는 농장에서도 HACCP 인증제를 시작하게 됐다. HACCP 인증제 원년인 올해, 육계농가 5(종계 포함), 산란계농가 4, 모두 9개 농가가 HACCP 인증을 받았다. 싱글벙글농장(대표 김유권)은 육계농장 중 HACCP 인증을 첫 번째로 받은 솔잎농장과 동시에 심사 신청을 했으나, 이틀에 한 번 행해지는 심사로 인해 조금 늦어져 2호 타이틀을 달게 됐다. 하지만 조금의 아쉬움도 없다고 한다. 1호니, 2호니 하는 것으로 경쟁을 할 생각이 없기 때문이다. 창간호를 맞아 이름처럼 유쾌한 '싱글벙글농장'을 다녀왔다.

본 논문에서는 그리드 환경에서의 엔티티 상호 인증구조와 추가적으로 제안한 인증구조를 고찰하여, 향후 액티브 네트워크 상에서의 액티브 노드간의 상호인증구조를 구축하기 위한 초석을 다지고자 한다. 추가적으로 현재의 그리드 인가 구조에서 초 기반이 아닌 인증서 기반의 사용자 인가 시스템을 제안하였으며, 기존의 ID 매핑 방식의 인가 시스템 대신에 인증서내의 확장 필드에 사용자의 권한 등급을 추가하고, 이를 기반으로 자원에 대한 접근 제한 등급을 결정하도록 하였다.
