This study intends to define the concept of human scale and visual preference which is frequently being used by environmental designers, and to explore the dimension of buildings and courtyards which is perceived as "human scale" and "visually preferable" by users (college students). As the subjects of this experiment were college students, "human scale" and "visual preferenoe" that were professional terms must be changed to understandable and compatible concept. The compatible concept for human scale was defined as the degree of friendliness and comfort, and that for visual preference was declined as the degree of like or dislike. The subjects thought that buildings with the height of 2.73 ∼5. 83 storides, the length of 27.44∼44.00m and the height ratio of 1.81 ∼5.41 were in human scale, and that buildings with height 2.60 ∼ 6.00 stories, the length of 25.7∼55.00 and the height ratio of 1.32∼6.41 were visually preferred. The block game used in this study was Proved to he a reliable and valid experimental method.

이 연구는 해양휴양복지 해양치유에 대한 국민인식조사를 통해 실제적이고 효과적인 정책 수립을 뒷받침할 기초자료와 근거를 확보하고자 했다. 2018년 8월 2일부터 9일까지 1주일간 웹과 모바일을 통해 조사한 557명의 응답자 중 82.9%는 해양수산부의 해양휴양복지 서비스 제공이 필요하다고 생각하며, 85.6%가 이용할 의향이 있다고 답했다. 응답자의 91.6%는 해양치유를 체험할 의향이 있으며 특히 바다 경관이 주는 스트레스 완화와 신체건강 증진 효과에 기대가 높았다. 응답자들은 해양휴양복지 서비스 대상은 사회경제적 취약계층과 자살 중독방지, 지역주민을 우선적으로 고려해야 한다고 보았다. 또한 해양치유 공간과 시설, 이용 요금, 안전과 환경 등 해양치유 참여 시 실제적이고 직접적으로 관련된 요소를 중요하게 고려하며, 접근성보다는 주변환경, 질병치료보다는 건강증진에 관심이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Treatment of olecranon fractures by prolonged immobilization often results in limited elbow motion. With the use of tension band wiring, anatomical reduction was obtainable, and only a short period of immobilization was needed. We reviewed the cases of 17 patients who underwent surgical treatment of the olecranon fracture. All patients were treated by tension band wiring. In the over-all series, we were able to obtain 53 per cent excellent, 30 per cent good, and 17 per cent fair results.

We treated three cases of bone tumors-giant cell tumor, chondroblastoma and malignant fibrous histiocy toma-with a custom-made prosthetic replacement. The patients were followed from 10 months to 18 months, postoperatively. The results of these study are as follows : 1. satisfactory anatomic restoration 2. early ambulation 3. good function 4. biomechanically sound reconstruction.

In this study, an experimental and numerical analysis on the flow characteristics of heating and cooling unit installed within ceiling with functional modules was carried out. And the flow characteristics of the heating and cooling unit was investigated with the main parameters such as each filter and inside structure. The experimental results show the possibility of medium filter application. And the numerical results show that the effect of improved inside structure of heating-cooling and air-conditioning unit on flow distribution.

It is well known that the Kano model measures customer satisfaction and classifies quality attributes into must-be, attractive as well as one-dimensional. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the dynamics of e-learning quality attributes by applying the proposed method using Kano's satisfaction index in the rapidly changing online learning environment. For this, the current study examined 27 e-learning quality attributes and conducted a comparative study using Kano's results obtained in 2013 and 2020. The result shows that the dynamics of quality attributes suggested by Kano(2001) is confirmed in the case of e-learning. The proposed approach shows better results in terms of Kano's direct classification method, and has potential application areas such as IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) in the area of risk assemement. Some suggestions for better understanding of the proposed SI-DI diagram are also included in this study.

Posterolateral rotatory instability is the most common pattern of elbow instability especially which is recurrent, and is usually post-traumatic because of inadequate soft tissue healing. The lateral ulnar collateral ligament was reconstructed by using ipsilateral palmaris longus tendon. Functionally good result was obtained. This is a case report illustrating the posterolateral rotatory instability of the elbow and its reconstruction with palmaris longus.

Purpose: This study was conducted to confirm the usability of virtual reality-based anatomy education programs for nursing college students and to identify factors that affect their usability. Methods: Data were collected from 143 nursing college students in Gyeonggi-do using a structured questionnaire from May to June 2022. The data analysis was analyzed using real numbers, percentages, means and standard deviation, ANOVA, Scheff's test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results: The subject's usability was 4.26 points (out of 5). The variable that has the greatest influence on the usability of virtual reality-based anatomy education programs is perceived innovation (β=.370, p<.001), followed by perceived pleasure (β=.295, p=.001), perceived ease (β=.253, p<.001), smartphone usage time per day (β=.102, p=.031). These variables explained 70.6% of the usability of virtual reality-based anatomy education programs. Conclusion: The results of this study can be utilized as basic data for a virtual reality-based anatomy education program that will be developed and applied to nursing students in the future.

The simulation investigation on the availability with failure density function of major equipment for a sewage treatment plant has been carried out. This study focuses on the availability of the plant and criticality with equipment module induced by component layout and its failure function. The equipment classification of sewage treatment plant and its failure function are established. Also solution methodologies are introduced as Monte-Carlo simulation method and event algorithm for uncertainty problem. The availability in the case of serial connection of equipment with all exponential function is calculated as around 50.4%. In other case of parallel combination with back up equipment, the availability showed over 80.1%. The criticality that a ffects availability showed high value over 77% in the dehydration and concentration process of sludge.

Objective：This study was conducted to examine the Draw-A-Person test as a non-verbal indicator of concrete and abstract thinking. Method：Thirty child-psychiatric children and 27 normal children were individually assessed with Draw-A-person Test and KEDI-WISC, and the scores were compared between similarity test and DAP. Results：The results showed significant differences between the groups. In clinical group, there were significant correlations with DAP scores and similarity test scores, especially abstract scores on DAP were highly correlated with similarity test scores. Results indicate characteristics of abstract thinking may be more discernable on the DAP than concrete thinking in clinical group.
