중소기업은 변화하는 경쟁 환경에 능동적으로 대처하고 경쟁력확보와 생산성 향상을 위하여 IT를 기반으로 하는 다양한 생산정보시스템을 도입, 운영하고 있다. 이에 따라 효율적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 정형화하는 생산정보시스템의 표준화가 요구된다. 특히 중소기업, IT업체, 감리업체 등 참여 기업 간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등의 체계적이고 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 생산정보시스템의 개발 방법론 (PDSM)이 필요하다. 이에 따라 중소기업기술정보화진흥원에서 생산정보화시스템개발방법론(PSDM)을 개발하여 보급하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부가 지원하는 중소기업 생산정보화지원사업에 참여한 기업을 대상으로 생산정보화시스템개발방법론(PDSM)을 적용한 IT 업체의 적용사례를 통해 방법론의 활용에 따른 생산성 향상 및 작용 시 고려사항에 대해 살펴본다. PSDM은 효과적인 중소기업 생산정보를 위하여 시스템 과정을 표준화 하고 단계별 주요 활동에 대한 연구와 함께 프로젝트 범위, 일정, 비용, 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS(Work Blockdown Structure)작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질, 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.

Power plant engineering industry obtains EPC plan project and delivers results about electricity, measurement, machinery, and piping and so on. Its works are taken by projects. Although power plant engineering composes 2~5% of whole EPC project cost, it's one of the fundamentals because it affects process after planning step a lot. However, domestic power plant engineering companies' project performance ability is insufficient and there's a need for systematic performance. Thus, this study defined related factors of successful performance and analyzed the priority among them through analytical hierarchy process. All respondents recognized experience, knowledge, and communication as important factors. Administrators considered knowledge, experience, and communication. But hands-on workers considered experience, knowledge, human resources. Those who have experience in oversea project considered process, experience, human resources. However those who don't have experience in oversea project considered knowledge, experience, and communication. Recognition of important factors varies by the position and work experience of members.

The competition between ship management companies is fierce as a result of global trend towards increased specialization. In order for ship management companies to remain competitive, it is necessary to understand the local and global factors and the changing circumstances that impact shipping markets and trade patterns. To better understand these factors, a study and analysis of drawing priority of the competitiveness-evaluation factors of ship management companies was conducted using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a method dealing with dicision-making problem. As a consequence of this analysis, it was determined that human resources, both shipboard and land management, were a primary factor in ship management company's competitiveness. Thus, the acquisition and retention of capable staff was a key aspect of assuring a ship management company's competitiveness.

The purpose of this paper is to propose the design and implementation of a korean style internet-based test system on the basis of efficiency and stability for middle server. The current assessment system has some unstable elements with regard to transmission procedure, cost, system load and stability. This paper proposes a series of activities for the performance improvement of korean style internet-based test system which finally produced various excellent results in the administration of expense control, human resources, and special operational affairs. The proposed system's technological factors using middle server have been tested through a basic simulation pilot system. Actual development procedure starts from the analysis required by improving the shortcomings of existing internet-based test systems. A efficiency comparison with existing system and newly developed system was made in the area of number of operators, abnormal processing, system maintenances. Korean style internet-based test system using middle server has shown great efficiency increased to the maximum of 2 times about the effectiveness of processing for various parts. The korean style internet-based test system using middle server have been given good evaluations with regard to the convenience of their use and the management system for operators and supervisors.

The labor contract Law has been prepared as an important solution for social stability. After long disputes around the orientations of the law, On June 29, 2007, the new Chinese labor contract law is passed. This law reflects the changing labor relations because of economic reforms like restructuring of the state-owned enterprises and so on. This law contains more market-oriented clauses that are supplemented by corporatist scheme supported by trade unions than the first draft. This law emphasize labor's rights and interests to remove prior labor contract problem. So Chines government see this law as standard law to restructure social relationship and also require firms to corporate social responsibility. Therefore, implementation of the new Chinese labor contract law bring about increasing labor cost, infringement of autonomy for human resource management, rigidity of industrial relations. Under these situation, Korean shipping and port logistics companies need to introduce management system of minimized employment, prepare human resource management in response to long-term employment, maintain favor relationship with trade union, and set up counteiplan about risk of a labor dispute.

As software developing paradigm has been changing to complicate Web environment, study of complexity becomes vigorous. Yet still it seems that general agreement has not to be reached to architecture or complexity measure of Web application. And so traditional complexity metrics - program size(LOC) and Cyclomatic Complexity can be derived from the source code after implementation. it is not helpful to the early phase of software development life cycle - analysis and design phase. In this study 6 Web projects has been used for deriving applications with possible errors suited by Complexity Indicator. Using 61 programs derived, linear correlation between complexity, number of classes and number of methods has been proposed. As Web application complexity could be estimated before implementation, effort and cost management will be processed more effectively.

File share system in client/server method requires server of High performance and capacity and this server is very expensive and management is complex and is been influenced much to flatform. Also, extension of correct memory or hard drive etc. causes a lot of expenses to server. While, may minimise human who happen by buying high-capacity server by dispersing file public ownership way unuse expensive server in client/serve. way who put up files in PC(client) to a sewer and manage files and make use of only client computers because public ownership of data and government official in P2P(peer to peer) environment, waste of material resources. We would like to study and develop the optimized WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) considering project's range, schedule, cost and human resources management with defining phased work in main task and preceding and escorting relationships for effective small and medium enterprises' informatization through standardized PSDM(Production System Development Methodology). For more systemic and effective system built-up, it introduces production information with WBS study which is appropriate for the small and medium enterprises with setting up management items for enhancing system's reliability, quality, productivity, smooth communication among the participated enterprises such as the small and medium enterprises, IT enterprises, and supervision enterprises, and operational support including maintenance of the built system. This study is purpose of helping a lot of the small and medium enterprises and IT enterprises to build up the systems more effective and reliable within planned schedule using the standardized methodology.

The previous studies based on a resource-based view of firm highlighted the role of resources within a firm in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. Recent research, however, the relational view points to the importance of inter-firm sources(or relational capital) in creating firm competitiveness. In international business field, the studies on born-global firms also states that when firms are lack of ownership-specific advantages in their internationalization process, they resort to the external partners and social networks to complement their resource scarcity. By adopting the relational view and born-global firms concept, a network-based approach needs to be applied to explain the international strategy of Korean service firms. This is because most of Korean service firms own less ownership-specific advantages than global competitors. This study proposes Korean firms' global network building and exploiting strategy to enhance their international stages of development. The network, for example, Global Korean Tourism Network, enables network members access to the valuable resources and capabilities they are lack of when undergoing internationalization process. This study's contribution is along two dimension. First, even global Korean network is emerging as a major issue in recent years, we could not figure out how to build global Korean network for service firms. This studies gives an answer. Second, we derived what benefits can be gained from the network if Global Korean Tourism Network is developed for hotel, tourism, convention firms' internationalization.
