Research about the development of education courses for nurturing digital forensic experts (디지털 포렌식 전문인력 양성 교육과정 개선에 관한 연구)

  • This research is to improve the education courses for nurturing digital forensic exports. To do so, the education courses for nurturing digital forensic exports were proposed and surveys targeting forensic professionals are conducted. Using AHP method, the most rational and important education courses among aspects (forensic introduction, system forensic, theories and analyses by categories, tool using, and research work) were drawn from results from the above. From this research, it is to improve the education courses for nurturing digital forensic experts applying rational courses with high status.

국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업 혁신사례: 한국보건복지인력개발원을 중심으로

  • 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업은 고용보험법과 근로자직업능력 개발법에 근거하여 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하여 운영되는 사업으로서 고용보험기금을 재원으로 하기 때문에 고용보험료를 납부하는 기업이나 교육생은 전액무료로 수강이 가능하나 경영진의 무관심과 근로자의 필요성 인식 저조, 시간 지리적 제약 등의 이유로 일부 분야에서는 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 본 연구에서 소개하는 사례는 보건산업 분야 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄사업을 운영하고 있는 한국보건복지인력개발원 사례이다. 한국보건복지인력개발원 역시 초기에는 기업의 참여도 저조 등으로 교육에 어려움을 겪었으나 조직혁신과 수요자 니즈 충족을 통해 급속한 성장과 성과를 내고 있다. 한국보건복지인력개발원은 컨소시엄사업을 수행하기 위해 기관 위상 제고 및 조직 안정화 노력을 하였고, 교육 참여기업 및 교육생 수요에 기반한 교육과정 개편, 사업 운영 조직 및 인프라 개편 등 사업 운영 혁신을 통해 교육확대 등 교육사업 성과향상의 결과를 보여주고 있다. 이에 본 혁신사례는 국가인적자원개발 컨소시업사업은 물론 정부지원 교육훈련사업 전반에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • As the side effects of information society, for example hacking, virus, etc., diffuse, the information security becomes one of the most important issues over the world. Information security manpower who produce the information security products, and who conduct the information security services are critical factor to complete secure information society In spite of many Plans formulated and implemented by government and civil sector, there is no systematic analysis on the current status of information security educational institutions. This article aims to analyze the current status of information security educational institutions - colleges, universities and graduate schools-with Statistical Yearbook of Education, and to predict the supply of information supply manpower.

  • 이공계 기피현상과 맞물려 일부 대학에서는 정원을 채우지 못하는 사태가 속출하고 있고, 대학 졸업생들은 극심한 취업난을 겪고 있는 반면, 기업에서는 구인난을 호소하고 있는 것이 국내 현실이다. 이는 국내의 교육체계에 큰 문제가 있다는 것을 의미하기도 한다. 그러나 최근 각종 교육프로그램을 통해 인력을 양성하고 광기술 개발로 연결시키려는 움직임이 활발히 일어나고 있다. 각 대학은 자구노력을 계속하고 있고 단기교육과정이 활성화되고 있으며 광학업체들의 다양한 지구노력 등을 통해 국내 인력양성체계가 개선되어 가고 있기 때문이다.

  • The technological convergence of IT, BT and NT is expected to drive technological revolution in the twenty first century, so a large amount of R&D expenditure is being concentrated on the development of fusion technology worldwide. Researches on how to direct and manage fusion technology development, however, are rare up to the present. This study investigates technology development and S&T human resources practices in the fusion technology are a focusing on the career path movement of researchers. On the basis of case study and a field survey of 209 scientists and engineers from academia, research institutes and industry, four strategic directions are recommended for improving human resources development in convergence technologies. The limitations and contributions of the study are also discussed.

  • 요즈음 여성인력의 활용을 위한 일종의 충격요법으로서 한시적 여성고용할당제 등 '적극적 조치'의 도입이 논의되고 있으며, 정부 정책으로서 추진될 예정이다. 그러나 한두 가지 죄가 마련된다고 해서 여성인력 활용 문제가 일시에 해결될 수는 없다. 전문직.행정직에서의 여성 자신의 경험의 일천함, 수준높고 역량을 갖춘 여성인력의 단기간 대규모 양성의 어려움, 전통적인 성차별의 관행.사회의식.제도 등의 구조화 때문이다. 따라서 여성정책은 단순한 구호가 아니라 실제로 현장에서 그것이 어떻게 수용되는지 지속적으로 평가하고 미비점을 보완하는 치밀함이 뒤따를 때 성과를 거둘 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this article is to discuss about the progress and problems in Korean school library policies. The emphasis is on identifying both distinctive features and indigenous limitations in policy-making process, and special concerns are with both side effects and backgrounds of its rough-and-ready human resource policy. This article intends to approach the human resource policy issues from the viewpoints of school librarians as well as those of policy makers. The final suggestion includes both strategies and methods to make up and intensify the weakness of Korean school library policies, with focusing on enhancing the work competency of school librarians as well as the policy capacity of school library association.

  • This thesis investigated way of employment, education course of a training school of Programmable Logic Controller a Field. I inquired into a demand of an engineer and a necessary level of professional education. Performance Indicators Analysis and Development Plans of K University's Professional Graduate School for the Training Professionals in the Human Resources (인적자원 분야 전문인력 양성을 위한 K대 전문대학원의 성과지표 분석 및 발전방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is propose performance indicators analysis and development plans for K University professional graduate school for the training of human resource professionals. Specifically, the main research includes the derivation of performance indicators for K University's professional graduate school, PR plan, academic establishment plan, name change, vision proposal, and curriculum improvement plan for each major. To this end, a survey was conducted on a total of 132 current and former students of K University's professional graduate school. FGI was also conducted with 29 participants. The results of the research are as follows. In the case of key performance indicators, 15 indicators were proposed, taking into account previous research, the characteristics of professional graduate school, surveys, and FGI surveys. Promotion should be continuous, not one-time, and the advantages and benefits of the graduate school should be actively informed to target customers. The proposed name of the professional association is the Korean Association for Employment and Vocational Competency Development. It was found that operating as a convergence society and focusing on convergence research were appropriate. The names of K University's professional graduate school were HR (Human Resources), HRD, and employment and vocational competency development graduate school. As for the vision, it was suggested that a balance between identity and differentiation is needed to flexibly respond to new changes while maintaining existing strengths. As for the proposed improvement of the curriculum by major, it is proposed to reform in a stepwise and gradual manner while maintaining the existing framework to some extent rather than being radical.

A Case Study on the Development of Curriculum for Dept. of Game Programming in University Customized to Online Game Industry (대학(게임 프로그래밍 계약학과)의 게임산업계 맞춤형 교육과정 개발을 위한 사례 연구1))

  • Still there is a quality mismatch between required manpower of game companies and supplied one from universities in Korean game industry. The demand-oriented workforce training project is being implemented by KOCCA(Korea Creative Content Agency) for reducing the gap. This paper is focused on the development of training course for students of the game programming department in K University. This paper derived a education training course customized to online game industry by surveying 35 companies to find their needs for recruiting. Additionally some advice is suggested for successful education training. This paper not only will contribute to verify the required competence of people force in game industry but also offer a guideline for designing curriculum for game programmer.
