많은 IT 관련 회사들은 IT 인력이 대학에서 많이 배출되지만 쓸만한 IT 인력은 찾기 어렵다고들 말한다. 사실 많은 대학이 IT관련 학과 특히 컴퓨터 관련 학과를 보유하고 있으며, 매년 엄청난 졸업생들을 배출하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 IT관련 학과 졸업생들의 취업률은 다른 전공자에 비해 나은 편이다[1]. 그럼에도 불구하고 많은 기업인들은 유능한 IT 인력을 찾기 어렵다는 호소를 하고 있다.

이제 우리나라도 과학기술현장에서 여성인력을 적극 활용해야 한다. 여성인력의 과학기술분야 진출을 위해서는 먼저 여성교육의 하부구조가 개편되어야 하며 수준높은 여성공학인력을 양성할 수 있는 방안도 모색되어야 한다. 또한 수요측면에서도 기존의 여성에 대한 차별관행이 불식돼야 하며 사회적 지원조치들이 뒷받침돼야 할 것이다.

Because intelligent and organized cyber attack, It is difficult to respond to cyber threats with only a small number of information security experts. Accordingly, information security department compared to 2013 it increased by 17%. But there was a problem that cannot train appropriate students for companies. This research examined the Workforce Framework and Knowledge Units for improving this situation. Based on this, educational department in cyber security major was selected to be learning at the university. And it proposed a plan for a managing course to operate. And the result will be utilized as fundamental research of human resources medium- and long-term demand and supply planning in cyber security department.

The data economy' is growing rapidly with the corona era. The quantity and quality of digital data is increasing rapidly. The domestic data industry needs a variety of data manpower, but there is still a shortage of high-quality data manpower. The data manpower in high demand is the development manpower, but the data business manpower is needed to increase the added value of the data industry. The role of a data trade manager that creates high core value among data business personnel is attracting attention. This study derives the job definition of the data trade manager, the necessary knowledge and skills, and the educational content necessary for the training course through Delphi research. In order to validate the results of the research, the study try to verifies the role of data trade managers. This study can be used as a theoretical basis for an educational model that is the basis for training data manpower, and can be used to establish a manpower training policy in the future.

This study was conducted with the aim of exploring methods of fostering professional human resources of the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education and connection between local relevant institutions. To this end, research methods were constructed that combine literature exploration and expert meetings. First, the system for fostering professionals in the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education programs was presented interlinked with the system for fostering professional human resources in the organizational and academic categories. Next, the link operation plans between relevant local institutions under the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education programs were presented interlinked with core management measures for curriculum education and cooperative support. In order to conclude the preconditions for the realization of the above research results, we presented leadership of special education convergence on the support system for lifelong education for adults with developmental disabilities.

NGIS project was carried out to accelerate Korea to an information-oriented land. NGIS Project also is to support training projects for GIS specialists as a sub-project. This program has two categories which are long-term courses and short-courses. The long-term courses are for people who want to get a job in SIS(Spatial Information System) field and also for public services personnel who want to acquire the latest SIS technology. Short-term courses are about the latest GIS component technology and utilization spatial data. In this paper, we analyze education programs and training courses relate to SIS. Also we suggest some directions to train specialists for the effective achievement of SIS project. To efficient education for SIS specialist, education programs have courses without repetition and courses are separated by technology type.

It is necessary to make efforts to resolve complaints such as the mismatch of the labor market and the re-education costs for the new employees by acting as the higher vocational education center of the university. This course introduces the case of developing a practical curriculum based on the competency units presented in the curriculum of the application system that meets the demands of the human resources development and the industrial field demands of the machinery area corresponding to the demand of the industrial society. By analyzing the job duties of industry, it is necessary to develop the new curriculum after grasping the level of demand according to the area, and the importance of the ability to equip as a professional technical manpower and to create high performance is increased. It will help to improve the employment rate of students through the development of field-oriented curriculum.

본 논문에서는 충남대학교에서 설계하고 있는 인력비행기인 Volante의 주익 에어포일을 선정하기 위하여 교육 및 연구를 위한 CFD 해석 프로그램인 EDISON_CFD를 이용하여 후보군으로 있는 에어포일들의 경향성을 확인하고 성능이 좋은 에어포일을 선정하였다. 또한 CFD 프로그램으로 상용화된 Fluent와 비교하여 EDISON_CFD의 신뢰성을 확인하였다.

The objective of this study is to supply the good quality of experts the radiation industries in Korea and develop the major subject matter needed in the radiation industries and the curriculum in order to execute it for the variation of fields of employment at the department of radiation in the junior college and the development of the percentage of employment. In addition, this study is to improve the level of radiation experts engaged in the industries in quality, and it is to improve the social recognition of radiation rather negative now because of the development of radiation industry. As for the core results of this research, it was to suggest the detailed choice method curriculum proper to the service fields of radiation industries, but it may be subject to change due to each college's property and the educational objectives. From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. First, as for the detailed curriculum by the service field, this study was to organize two subject matters: 1. the subject matter proper to the field of using the radiation, and 2. the subject matters proper to the safety control field of radiation. Second, as for the detailed curriculum by the pattern of industries, this study was to organize the four subject matters: 1. the subject matter needed in the manufactures, 2. the subject matter needed in the nondestructive testing industries, 3. the subject matter needed in the sales agencies, and 4. the subject matter needed in the laboratories. This study was to suggest the operational model about the curriculum in order to execute these subject matters. It could be executed as two methods below. First, one method is to execute the major systems by the medical field and industrial field in the third course at the department of radiation in the junior college now. Second, the other method is to make them specialize the industrial radiation in the Advanced Course(one year course) after the graduation of junior college. To operate these curricula successively it needs to assume the deeper research and the development of materials about the subject matters related to the nuclear radiation industries hereafter. In addition, it needs to solve the security of finance like the manpower of professor, space for practice, and the educational appliances, etc. needed in the operation of subject matters. Finally, the effect and result from the development or revision of college curriculum did not come out in a short time. It will require considerable time until the undergraduates at the department in the junior college finish a set of curriculum newly developed, and graduate the university, and can get the results while they engage in their works in the industrial sites. Accordingly, all the interested parties have to anticipate the results of this research with the patience in long-standing point of view. Also, this researcher considers it as it is willing to give them the continuous interest and support.

This Study was to conducted in order to suggest future direction for reorganization of Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Women's High School as a vocational high school. The purpose of this Study was to provide suggestions for the Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ women's high school through workforce demand of electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province and SWOT Analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the high school need to work out a educational strategy geared to workforce demand of region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. Second, the following two approaches are recommended for curriculum development to meet region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. (1) School curriculum development that is geared to a enterprise for students' employment. Demand of the enterprise is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and enterprise. Specific knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students according to demand of the enterprise. (2) school curriculum development that is geared to industry for students' employment. Demand of the electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and the electric-electronic-communication industry. Broader knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students for the industry.
