YouTube, a video platform used by millions of people worldwide, provides a rapidly growing video service. This study aims to understand the characteristics and cultural differences of each country using the Kaggle dataset, one of the public datasets, and to show the usefulness of the public dataset. For this purpose, we analyze data from 11 countries, 15 categories, and about 1.1 million trending videos. This study adopts Python to obtain the number of videos by category for data analysis, the selection period of videos rapidly increasing in popularity, and the ratio of unique videos. In the future, based on machine learning, we plan to research to help diagnose individual videos and establish channel operation plans and strategies by predicting the selection possibility and selection period based on machine learning.

This study aimed to derive a YouTube content strategy that can be exposed to Trending for a long time by comparing the features of 20 channels in the short/long term using 'YouTube Trending' data in 2021. First, through Pearson's correlation analysis, we found that various factors such as 'the number of title or tag letters' related to long-term exposure, and set this as an index to compare features. As a result, 1)'video title' of about 40-45 letters without excessive special characters, 2)'video length' within 10 minutes, 3)'Video description' is effective when writing 2-3 sentences and adding SNS information or including 3 key tags. Also, it would be more effective if you set key tag pairs such as (먹방, mukbang), (역대급, 레전드) derived through text mining. Through this, the channel will spread globally, bringing various advantages, and will be used as an indicator to evaluate the globality of the channel.

The game industry of the Republic of Korea is being firmly located with great benefit and value. In this paper, we aim to build a gentrification analysis model and examine its characteristics, focusing on the point at which rents rose sharply alongside the recovery of commercial districts after the gradual resumption of daily life. Recently, in Korea, the influence of social distancing measures after the pandemic has led to the formation of small-scale commercial districts, known as 'hot places', rather than large-scale ones. These hot places have gained popularity by leveraging various media and social networking services to attract customers effectively. As a result, with an increase in the floating population, commercial districts have become active, leading to a rapid surge in rents. However, for small business owners, coping with the sudden rise in rent even with increased sales can lead to gentrification, where they might be forced to leave the area. Therefore, in this study, we seek to analyze the periods before and after by identifying points where rents rise sharply as commercial districts experience revitalization. Firstly, we collect text data to explore topics related to gentrification, utilizing LDA topic modeling. Based on this, we gather data at the commercial district level and build a gentrification analysis model to examine its characteristics. We hope that the analysis of gentrification through this model during a time when commercial districts are being revitalized after facing challenges due to the pandemic can contribute to policies supporting small businesses.

$5{\sim}6$에 향기 짙은 순백색 꽃이 소박하고 탐스럽게 피었다가 10월에 붉은색으로 단장하는 열매는 마치 나무의 정수를 탄생시킨 양 매우 열정적이고, 고귀한 아름다움을 간직하고 있다. 또한 겨울에 하얀 설경을 배경으로 달려있는 열매는 관상적 가치는 물론 생명의 강인함을 넘어 우리 인간들에게 무엇이라 꾸짖는 듯한 외침이 서려있는 도전적 자태에 우리의 마음을 빼앗기는 아름다움으로 세파에 찌들인 도시인들에게 조경수 및 관상수 인기가 급상승하고 있는 수종이다. 특히 마가목은 한자명으로 馬牙木(마아목)이라고 불리는데 이것은 봄에 생겨나는 새순이 말의 이빨처럼 힘차게 돋아난다고 해서 동적인 감정과 함께 용기와 생동감을 주는 나무이다. 특히 공해에 강한 수종으로 도시에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 병해충에 강하다고 알려져 있으나 몇몇 해충은 관리를 소홀히 하면 피해를 볼 수 있고 심하면 고사하므로 각별한 주의가 요망된다.

본 눈문은 스토리지 클라우드 서비스와 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 결합된 시스템을 설계하려고 한다. 최근에 다양한 스토리지 클라우드의 등장과 SNS 인기가 급상승 하고 있지만, 서로 자료를 공유하며 의견을 주고 받는 시스템은 거의 없는 수준이다. 본 논문에서는 학교 및 기업과 같은 인적 네트워크가 필요한 곳에서 원활한 자료 공유와 SNS와 같은 자유로운 의견공유가 효율적으로 되도록 하는 시스템을 설계하려고 한다. 본 시스템을 통해 개인적인 스토리지 클라우드와 SNS를 접목해 사용자 저장 공간을 통해 언제 어디서든 SNS을 통해서 관계된 사용자간의 자유로운 자료 공유를 사용하여 추후 다양한 도메인에서 실용화가 이루어지리라 기대한다.

Dramatic increase in the number of Internet users want highly qualified service of continuous media contents on the web. To solve these problems, we present two network caching schemes(PPC, PPCwP) which consider the characteristics of continuous media objects and user access pattern in this paper. While there are plenty of reasons to create rich media contents, delivering this high bandwidth contents over the internet presents problems such as server overload, network congestion and client-perceived latency. PPC scheme periodically calculates the popularity of objects based on the playback quantity and determines the optimal size of the initial fraction of a continuous media object to be cached in proportion to the calculated popularity. PPCwP scheme calculates the expected popularity using the series information and prefetches the expected initial fraction of newly created continuous media objects. Under the PPCwP scheme, the initial client-perceived latency and the data transferred from a remote server can be reduced and limited cache storage space can be utilized efficiently. Trace-driven simulation have been performed to evaluate the presented caching schemes using the log-files of iMBC. Through these simulations, PPC and PPCwP outperforms LRU and LFU in terms of BHR and DSR.

가방지 중에서 고급 브랜드의 핸드백은 근래의 세계적인 경기불황에서도 꾸준한 소비층을 형성하면서 매출 상승을 유도하고 있는데, 기존 40~50대 시니어들을 위한 전통적인 레자 또는 자카드 문양직물의 고유한 디자인 뿐만 아니라 20~30대의 젊은 층을 위한 다양한 칼라의 프린팅 문양 직물도 많이 개발되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 잠재권축사와 고강력PET를 이용하여 이소재 복합 ATY를 제조하고 제직 및 날염을 통해 다양한 프린팅 문양을 발현할 수 있는 가방지용 직물 개발에 관한 것이다. 최근의 캐주얼 및 힙합룩은 물론, 베이직 정장 차림까지 트렌디한 우븐 백이 코디 아이템 1호로 떠오르고 있는데, 가방용 브랜드 중"레스포색"과 "키플링" 등이 급상승 기류를 타며 국내에 빠르게 정착하고 있으며 수입 브랜드인 경전상사의 "롱샴"도 폴딩백으로 인기를 누리고 있다. 핫 이슈인 스포티즘을 떠올리지 않더라도 최근의 변화는 소비자의 니즈를 적극 수용하려는 패션잡화 업체들의 움직임을 대변하고 있으며, 직물형태의 백이 합리적인 가격에서나 가볍고 편리한 실용적인 부분 모두 소비자의 니즈를 채워주기에 충분하고, 트렌드가 부각된 가방일수록 시즌에 따라 스피디하게 구매가 이뤄지고 있다는 장점이 있어서, 최신 트렌드의 디자인과 재료 효과를 극대화한 제품이 다수 선보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 다양한 트렌드 디자인의 문양 발현을 위한 직물을 위해 PET Base의 잠재권축사와 PET 고강력사를 사용하였는데, 이때 사용되는 잠재권사는 Effect사로써 온도, Air압 등의 공정요소 제어를 통해 Soft한 touch을 위한 잔루프를 발현하도록 하였으며, PET 고강력사는 Core사로 사용함으로써 잠재권축사의 강도를 보강하여 가방지로써 요구되는 강력을 가질 수 있도록 하였다.
