A Study on the Emergence of Environmental Regulation in Complex System Paradigm (복잡계 패러다임에서 환경규제의 출현에 대한 연구)

  • The primary purpose of this paper is to find out the environmental regulation in our global society with complex system concept. After the industrial revolution, there were working toward solving various problems while there has been an industry advancement. But, there are various issues that a simple international trade or economic technologic levels were not solved. The evolution of technologies through complex systemic thought are not accidental issues. These issues build and provide a predictable technology innovation that system was emergent a new order. With complex systemic thought, the earth that was facing environmental problems was in the phrase edge of chose. These conditions played the trigger role for the solving various problems in environmental regulations but they don't get along well together. There were no causal relationship between structural elements. This paper describes an emergence of new order through these interactions in environmental regulation. These environmental regulations make desperate efforts not only public sectors but also private or/and firms that make an emergence of new order with the critical point reached. Also, we provide the understanding base an environmental regulation with new order for uncertainty.

A Study on Theological Students' Perception of Artificial Intelligence and the Christian Educational Implications (인공지능에 대한 신학생들의 인식 연구와 기독교교육학적 의의)

  • Rapidly developing modern science &technology have a profound impact on Christians and pastoral work. Recently, the 4th Industrial Revolution has induced lots of discussions in the field of church and theology, and artificial intelligence (AI) has become an important issue in many ways. Nevertheless, there is a lack of empirical research on how the AI would affect church and pastoral work. This study examined and analyzed the theological students' perception of AI. A survey was conducted on the perception of seven sub-areas of 220 male and female theological students at major seminaries in Korea. The seven subareas were including the degree of interest in AI, social influence, AI's alternative influence, and AI's church influence. The results showed that theological students generally agree with the academic relevance of AI or the need for education on AI. However, it presented alow perception of the impact of AI on the church. Such recognition may reflect the following belief. Students are aware that the AI is a necessary and important part of social and general education, but at the same time, they think the AI may not significantly threaten the church. Therefore, wes uggest that considering a response of Christian education to raise the perception of theological students of AI, courses related to science and technology should be organized in the curriculum of seminaries at various levels from the perspective of the Christian worldview.

The Relationship of Lew-Level Blood Lead to Plasma Renin Activity and Blood Pressure (저농도 혈중연과 혈장레닌활성도 및 혈압과의 관련성)

  • A case-control study was conducted to investigate the effect of low-level blood lead on the blood pressure. The plasma renin activity(PRA) was measured also to investigate one of the possible mechanisms by which lead nay play a role to influence on the blood pressure. Seventy-two hypertensive and sixty -nine control study subjects were selected from the workers who had no history of b-related lead exposure, in Ulsan city and it's vicinity, Korea. In addition to measuring blood lead levels and PRA, body mass index(BMI), hematocrit, serum sodium, potassium, creatinine, ionized calcium, and cholesterol were measured. Also, the habits of smoking, alcohol drinking and family history of hypertension were checked. The blood lead level of the hypertensive group was $19.8{\pm}5.5{\mu}g/dl$, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, $12.5{\pm}4.7{\mu}g/dl$(p<0.01). On multiple logistic regression analysis, the odds ratio of blood lead level on the occurence of high blood pressure was 1.38, also statistically significant (p<0.01). There was no significant differences between the hypertensive and the control group in the PRA or In (PRA), but there was a marginally significant linear relationship between blood lead and PRA in the hypertensive group(p<0.1). In conclusion, blood lead level which has been known to be within normal limits may be one of the possible risk factors of hypertension and PRA alteration by lead may act as one of the mechanisms.

Relationship between Music Cognitive Skills and Academic Skills (음악의 인지기술과 학습 기술과의 관계)

  • Melody is defined as adding spatial dimension to the rhythm which is temporal concept. Being able to understand melodic pattern and to reproduce the pattern also requires cognitive skills. Since 1980, there has been much research on the relationship between academic skills and music cognitive skills, and how to transfer the skills learned in music work to the academic learning. The study purported to examine various research outcomes dealing with the correlational and causal relationships between musical and academic skills. The two dominating theories explaining the connection between two skills ares are "neural theory" and "near transfer theory." The theories focus mainly on the transference of spatial and temporal reasoning which are reinforced in the musical learning. The study reviewed the existing meta-analysis studies, which provided evidence for positive correlation between academic and musical skills, and significance of musical learning in academic skills. The study further examined specific skills area that musical learning is correlated, such as mathematics and reading. The research stated that among many mathematical concepts, proportional topics have the strongest correlation with musical skills. Also with reading, temporal processing also has strong relationship with auditory skills and motor skills, and further affect language and literacy ability. The study suggest that skills learned in the musical work can be transferred to other areas of learning and structured music activities may be every efficient for children for facilitating academic concepts.

The Converge Effects of Long-term Weight-bearing Exercise on Lumbar, Femur Neck BMD and Body Compositions in Person with Intellectual Disabilities and Normal Men (지적장애와 일반인 남성의 장기간 체중부하운동 참여가 요추와 대퇴골경부 골밀도 및 신체구성에 미치는 융합적 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to determined the converge effects of weight-bearing exercise on lumbar, femur neck BMD and body compositions in intellectual disabilities and normal men. Nineteen men were participated for this study, they are divided into two groups(intellectual disabilities, n=9, and normal men, n=10). All subjects are accomplished on weight-bearing exercise (music rope-jumping) program for 60 minutes a day, 3 days a week throughout 12 weeks. Two-way ANOVA with repeated measures was used to determine differences between and within the intellectual and normal groups for dependent variables. The statistically significant level was set at 0.05. In this study, there were a significant differences on the bone mineral density of lumbar and femur neck level after exercise training in both groups (respectively p<.01, p<.001). Also, I found that there were effectively decreased on body weight, percent of body fat, and BMI levels after exercise training for 12 weeks in both groups (respectively p<.001). Therefore, music rope-jump exercise program may suggested to be one of the ideal training methods for enhancing and the convergence positive effect of bone mineral density and body compositions in intellectual and normal person.

A Study on the Children's Adaptation in the Foster Care : An Approach based on Grounded Theory (일반위탁가정 아동의 적응에 대한 연구: 근거이론적 접근)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the adaptation experience of foster children. This qualitative research was conducted through in-depth interview of 8 foster children in and over 4th grade. In data analysis of this qualitative study, the grounded theory suggested by Strauss and Corbin(1998) was used. The raw data collected from in-depth interview with the participants were analyzed in open coding, through theoretically sensitive and constant comparisons method. As a result, total 11 categories, 30 subcategories and 96 concepts were generated. In summary, the casual condition that caused the core phenomenon was 'family stability collapse'. The core phenomenon that foster children experience during the process of adaptation was 'marginalization'. The contextual condition that affected the outcome was 'cultural shock' and 'loyalty conflict.' The intervening condition that promote or restrain the action/interaction on core phenomenon were, 'support system', 'resilience menifestation', 'negative predestination'. The action/interaction strategy on core phenomenon were 'will to power' and 'pursuing moral superiority'. As a result, two concepts, 'mechanical adaptation to foster care environment' and 'active formation' of foster care environment' were assumed.

  • 새로운 지능기반사회(ubiquitous society) 패러다임이란 전제 아래 미국을 비롯해 일본, 유럽 등 세계 각국에서는 모바일, 브로드밴드, 극소형 컴퓨터, IPv6의 기술이 창출해 내는 컴퓨팅 혁명의 실체를 유비궈터스 IT로 파악하고 각 국의 걸부, 기업, 연구소들이 주도권을 잡기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 현재 유비쿼터스 IT를 활용한 u-비즈니스를 활성화하고 관련 시장을 선점하기 위한 전 세계적인 경쟁은 매우 치열한 양상을 보이고 있다. 주요 국가들은 서로 지향하는 영역은 다르지만 궁극적으로 지능기반사회 구현이라는 대명제 아래 독자적인 산업 구축을 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 이유는 기본적으로 지능기반사회로의 이행과정에서 발생하는 경제적 파급효과, 예컨대 디지털 가전, 이동통신기기, 전자의료기기, 디스플레이, 2차 전지, 보안 등 관련 산업에 미치는 영향 및 새로운 시장 창출의 기회가 있기 때문이다. 기존의 많은 연구 및 문헌에서는 아직도 유비쿼터스 IT에 대한 개념적인 논의에 치중되어 있고 시장 중심적 또는 수요자 중심적 사고의 논의가 부족하다. 성공적으로 유비쿼터스 산업을 육성하기 위해서는 유비쿼터스 IT자체기술 개발사업(tangible service) 뿐만 아니라 비가시적(intangible) 서비스, 그리고 컨버전스(convergence) 서비스에 대한 상용화 모델과 성공적 사업 전개 방법론에 대한 깊은 연구가 수행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 유비쿼터스 IT의 기술동향과 시장 동향 및 산업 규모에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 u-비즈니스의 가능성을 고찰해보고, u-비즈니스 추진 전략을 탐색적으로 제시하고자 한다.되었다. SPME-GC/MS에 의한 휘발성분 분석 결과, 기능성 유지에서 홍국쌀 에탄올 추출물로부터 기인되는 특유의 휘발성분은 관찰되지 않았으나, RT=12.1 min인 hexanal의 함량이 control에 비하여 유의적인 감소 경향을 나타내는 것이 확인되었다(p<0.05).히지 못하여, 이의 기전을 밝히기 위한 추후 연구가 필요하다./TEX>로서 p<0.01 수준에서 현저히 증가하였다. 혈청의 인지질과 콜레스테롤 에스테르의 지방산 조성에서 vitamin C를 혼합 투여한 3,5,7군에서 PUFA 함량이 증가한 반면, SFA 함량은 감소하여 P/S 비율, n-3P/n-6P 비율은 증가하는 경향이었으며 이는 간장의 인지질, 콜레스테롤 에스테르, 총 지질의 지방산조성에서도 같은 경향을 볼 수 있었다.X>$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 대부분을 차지하였다. 야생 돌복숭아 과육 중의 지방산 조성은 포화지방산이 16.74%, 단불포화지방산 17.51% 및 다불포화지방산이 65.73%의 함유 비율을 보였는데, 이 중 다불포화지방산인 n-6계 linoleic acid$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 지질 구성 총 지방산의 대부분을 차지하는 함유 비율을 나타내었다.했다. 하강하는 약 4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것

Two aspects of transforming ShimChungJeon for modern times (근대 시기 <심청전> 극적 변용의 두 양상 -잡극 <심청왕후전>과 시나리오 <효녀 심청전>을 중심으로-)

  • This thesis explores how JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon and the Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon scenario have transformed ShimChungJeon, a notable work of Pansori literature, dramatically for modern times. By analyzing the adapter's consciousness and changing direction in these two works, it was found that ShimChungJeon was tailored to audiences in the 1900s. JobGeuk and the scenario are attempts to transform ShimChungJeon to meet cultural needs in the 21st century and to make the works appealing to the public. The aspects of the transformation of JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon are 1) reinforcement of logical causality, 2) weakening the humor and simultaneously emphasizing the work's surreal nature, and 3) dramatic expression by song. The aspects of the change in direction of the Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon scenario are 1)the insertion of a new narrative, 2)trying to evoke both humor and tragic sadness, 3)seeking newness with the reassignment of time and events. JobGeuk ShimChungWangWhoJeon is the first example of the transformation of ShimChungJeon's dramatic style and Devoted daughter ShimChungJeon is the first transformation of its scenario. These two works show how ShimChungJeon can be adapted to modern times and new cultures, and how ShimChungJeon can be made relevant and be enjoyed by the public regardless of the era.

Numerical Study on Spatial Prediction of Algae Concentration (조류의 공간적 농도 분포 예측을 위한 수치적 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 수치모델을 이용하여 대하천서 발생되는 조류의 공간적 농도 분포를 예측하였고, 현장실험을 통해 모델을 검증하였다. 국내하천은 다수의 지류가 본류로 유입됨에 따라 오염물질의 생산과 공급이 지속적으로 발생하고, 하천의 유로연장과 하폭에 비해 수심이 낮은 지형학적 특성을 지닌다. 따라서 지류 유입 이후 발생되는 조류의 거동 특성을 분석하기 위해 수심 적분된 2차원 이송-확산 모델을 사용하였다. 광합성 성장을 이루는 조류의 성장속도 계산을 위해 영양염류, 수온, 일사량과 수심 등을 변수로 하는 성장속도 함수들을 위의 모델과 결합하였다. 본 연구의 대상구간은 낙동강과 금호강 합류부를 포함한 강정고령보 하류 약 9.2 km 구간으로 모델 검증을 위한 현장실험을 수행하였다. 2차원 이송-확산 모델의 입력 값인 유속 및 수심을 계산하는 수리동역학 모델 검증을 위해 미국 Sontek사의 M9을 이용하여 낙동강과 금호강 각각 32개, 12개 측선에 대하여 수리량을 측정하였다. 수리량 측정결과, 금호강과 낙동강의 평균 유량은 각각 $240m^3/s$, $60m^3/s$로 측정되었고 측정된 유량을 모델의 상류단 경계조건으로 사용하여 측정 유속 및 수심과 유사한 결과를 모델로부터 취득할 수 있었다. 조류 농도 측정을 위해 독일 bbe사의 AlgaeTorch 10을 사용하였으며, 수리량 측정과 동일한 측선서 총 조류 세포수(cells/ml)를 측정하였다. 농도 측정결과, 하류로 내려감에 따라 조류의 농도가 증가하는 경향이 나타났고 금호강 합류 후 최대농도는 측정구간 최하류 우안서 4,460 cells/ml로 나타났다. 주 흐름이 발생하는 하천 중앙부에 비해 유속이 느린 하안서 상대적으로 높은 농도가 측정되었으며, 이와 같은 경향은 하류로 내려감에 따라 강하게 나타났다. 측정된 조류 농도를 이용한 2차원 이송-확산 모델 검증결과, 합류부 최상류 측선서 MAPE = 10.5 %의 최대오차가 발생하였고 최하류 측선서 MAPE = 6.7 %의 최소오차가 발생하였다. 인과 질소와 같은 영양염류의 농도가 높고 횡 방향 수온 분포가 균일한 대상구간의 특성상 영양염류 함수와 수온 함수로부터 계산된 성장속도 가중치 범위는 각각 0.8~1.0, 0.91~1.09로 공간적 변동성이 크게 나타나지 않은 반면, 수심을 변수로 하는 일사량 함수의 성장속도 가중치 범위는 0.05~1.00으로 상대적으로 매우 높은 공간적 변동성이 나타났다. 수심이 4 m 이하인 하천 양안서 0.8 이상의 가중치가 나타났으며, 수심이 7 m 이상인 하천 중앙서 0.4 이하의 가중치가 나타났다. 본 연구의 수치모의 결과, 수리동역학 모델로부터 계산된 수심이 모델 결과 값에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다.

The Effect of Personal trait on Perceived Value and Recommendation Intention : Focus on one-person media contents (개인성향에 따른 1인 미디어 콘텐츠의 가치 지각 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향)

  • As the popularity of single-person media content increases, We investigated the causal relationship between perceived value and intention to recommend to others. Individuality was studied on the tendency to sensation seeking and novelty seeking, which is a tendency to take boredom sensitive to monotonous and repetitive daily routines, and novelty seeking refers to new information and stimuli. The hypothesis was that high sensation seeking and high novelty seeking would perceived emotional value, epistemic value, and economic value for a single person 's media content. Hypothesis testing was performed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS21. As a result of the hypothesis test, The novelty seeking has a positive effect on emotional value, epistemic value, and economic value. Users who want to explore and enjoy new things could perceived the emotional value of having fun, fun, and sadness through single-person content, perceived a epistemic value and enjoy new information and situations as a tool to recognize new stimuli and know what they didn't know. And it could be seen that users perceive the economic value that they can enjoy at low cost or free service. The sensation seeking has a significant effect on epistemic value, but it did not affect emotional value and economic value significantly. Those who have a high tendency to sensation seeking can perceive curiosity about one-person media contents, so that they can perceive epistemic value. However, those who feel that they have not significant influence on economic value and emotional value can easily understand that expecting one's content does not feel bored by paying for a low cost or free service.
