산업이 발달하기 이전의 농업은 주로 자연환경에 의존한 농업이었으나 급격히 증가하는 인구에 대한 식량의 부족 현상 및 식량의 무기화 정책으로 인간들은 농업생산성에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 인자들에 대해서 많은 연구를 하게 되었고 또한 과학기술의 급진적인 발달로 인해서 농업에도 많은 변화가 일어나게 되었다.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the developmental ability of mouse embryo in the presence of human amniotic fluid (hAF), The highest development rate was found in the culture media supplemented with 20% mid-term hAF but this rate was concomitantly reduced with more than 20% hAF. Furthermore, mouse two-cell embryos cultured in 20% mid-term hAF were developed more consistently to the expanded and hatched blastocyst stages compared to those cultured in simple medium. However, no significant differences in the embryo development rates were observed among the supplemented effects of 20% mid-term hAF, 0.3% bovine serum albumin (BSA), and 10% fetal calf serum (FCS), Development rates of two-ceiI mouse embryos cultured in 20% full-term hAF were declined compared to 20% mid-term hAF. Outgrowth of hatched blastocysts were observed when the embryos were cultured in medium containing 20% mid-term hAF or 10% FCS. But two-cell mouse embryos cultured in the presence of 20% full-term hAF or O.3% BSA was not observed their outgrowth. The kinetics of outgrowth processes in the presence of hAF were similar to those with 10% FCS. However, embryos with FCS showed a considerably greater extents of trophetodermal cell proliferation and outgrowth. Taken together, these data suggest that mid-term hAF may have a suitability for the mammalian embryos and induce embryonic outgrowth.

산업 발달은 인간에게 편리함과 풍요로움을 가져다준 반면, 환경문제를 일으킨 지 오래, 이제는 생명을 위협하는 심각한 위험 요인을 곳곳에 뿌려놓고 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 인간이 환경과 조화를 이루며 건강한 삶을 유지할 수 있도록 환경 유해 요인을 분석하고, 전문적 지식을 갖춘 인재 양성을 위한 분야가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 한국방송통신대학교 환경보건학과는 이런 사회적 상황에 부응하는 학과로 최근 발생하는 환경보건 문제를 주시하며 꾸준한 연구와 교육을 진행하고 있다.

본 논문은 인터넷의 발달로 가능해진 가상현실의 구현과 가상현실세계에서의 자아를 대신한 아바타(AVATAR)를 이용하여 가상 여행 System 설계에 대해서 연구하였다 가상현실(Virtual Reality) 기술은 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용하여 가상세계(Virtual World)를 구현하고 아바타를 이용하여 인간이 실제로 여행하는것과 같은 몰입감을 부여하는 것이 목적이다. 더 나아가서 인간의 시각을 통해 전해지는 영상을 이용하여 가상현실을 조정함으로서 현실에서 인간이 느끼는 상태를 가상세계에 적용하여 더욱 완벽한 현실 대체를 연구하였다.

인간의 가장 익숙한 정보교환 수단인 음성을 기계가 인식하게 함으로써 모든 기계를 말로써 작동시키고자 하는 것은 인간의 오랜 꿈이었다. 최근 컴퓨터 기술과 음성처리 기술의 급속한 발달에 힘입어 그 꿈은 현실로 다가오고 있다. 현재 고립어 인식은 충분히 실용화될 수 있는 단계에 들어 섰으며 이제 연속어 인식 내지 연속어 이해에 연구가 집중되고 있다. 인간과 기계를 인터페이스하는 언어의 전위레벨로서 날로 그 중요성이 부각되고 있는 음성인식 기술의 현황을 살펴보고 그것의 미래를 전망해 본다.

음악은 인간의 사상과 감정을 표현하는 예술로 인간의 문명이 시작되는 순간부터 인간의 삶과 밀접한 관계를 유지하며 발전하고 있다. 이러한 음악은 IT 기술의 발달과 함께 새로운 서비스 형태로 진화하고 있다. 음악 시장은 DRM-free와 음악 저작권 보호 강화에 따라 유료화가 정착하고 있으며, 음악 식별 기술과 분류 기술을 적용한 검색 및 추천 서비스를 바탕으로 빠르게 변모하고 있다. 본 동향에서는 국내외 음악 서비스 동향과 함께 음악 서비스 관련 기술 동향을 살펴본다.

After a careful review on the concept of transference from the perspective of analytical psychology with Jung's view in the center, the author had proposed that an interpretation for the whole series of 'Rosarium Philosophorum' including its posterior part to which Jung didn't refer in 'The Psychology of The Transference' be carried out for the genuine understanding of transference. The symbolic meaning of the twenty woodcuts' pictures in 'Rosarium Philosophorum' could be interpreted as the alchemical stages of blackening, whitening, yellowing, reddening and etc. The transformation through each stage could be associated with the process of psychotherapy as well as individuation process and the meaning of transference could be elucidated as a kind of initiating process for the individuation process. The eastern traditional thoughts on psychic transformation and human development were also compared. The individuation process would be coexistent with the development of human relationship including the therapeutic relationship and the concept of human (人 and 人間) in the eastern traditional thoughts would have many meaningful implications for further studies.

Music keeps significant influences on human mind. According to the analytical psychology, music affects the consciousness, and unconsciousness (both personal and collective). Structurally speaking, music affects the ego, shadow and self. Based on these findings, the author reviewed the life and work of Beethoven and Jung and investigated the following issues : 1) What were the developmental processes of them? 2) How did the educational processes affect their works? 3) What were the basic attitudes regarding interpersonal relationship and others? 4) What were the final psychological, social and spiritual achievements of them? Beethoven and Jung had psychologically and socially hard times during their developmental processes. However, they could achieve mature development in overcoming their difficulties. Both of them were effortful and serious book readers which could help them get wide range of perspectives on human existence and let them introspect deeply into their mind. They both could achieve the 'Concept of Gegensatzvereinigung'- that is the 'integration of two contrasting concepts into one wholeness'-. And this concept can be applied in the practical clinical settings for individuation. If psychiatrists could cease the discrimination between them and patients, they will be able to overcome subjective discrimination and prejudice against patients and accomplish objective truth. Finally they could integrate life and death into complexio oppositorum. In doing this, they have achieved eternal life.

The purpose of this study was to carry out cognitive movement therapy program for children with affective and behavioral disorder based on neuro science, psychology, motor learning, muscle physiology, biomechanics, human motion analysis, movement control and to quantify characteristic of expression and gestures according to change of facial expression by emotional change. We could observe problematic expression of children with affective disorder, and could estimate the efficiency of application of movement therapy program by the face expression change of children with affective disorder. And it could be expected to accumulate data for early detection and therapy process of development disorder applying converged measurement and analytic method for human development by quantification of emotion and behavior therapy analysis, kinematic analysis. Therefore, the result of this study could be extendedly applied to the disabled, the elderly and the sick as well as children.
