This study explains a turning to being cultured and geography management to get closer to popularization and specialization of geography, for which based on the assumption that they are for development of knowledge. It adopts the idea of human's geographical nature to solve the dualism which geography is referred as science and art. An object geographer studies is homogeneous, temporal as well as identifical and individual. To adopt human's geographical nature causes to human's geographical investigation, and uniting positivism to humanism. It deduces from the Bible and Evolutionism that it is characteristic of mobility, adaptabilty, connectivity, ideality, and hybridity. Geographical concepts is based on the fact that it can be applied to geographical research theme. Popularization of geography has to relate to being cultural, and specialization of geography has to relate to geography management.

According to the development of the ships navigational equipment, a bridge system has been improved but a marine accidents by human error haven't been reduced Recently It's concerned about a suitable ergonomic arrangement and design of the ships bridge equipment to reduce an error for human factors. The bridge alarm system should be designed to recognize the alarm informations as soon as possible, to deliver it clearly. Internationally, there have been a lively discussion on the BAMS(Bridge Alarm Management System) for a ergonomic bridge design, but the practical design method have not been published. In this article I would like to review a ergonomic conceptual design for the ships bridge alarm system and propose a conceptual design of the Ergonomic Integrated Bridge Alarm Management System(EIBAMS)

건축, 토목기술의 발달과 토지의 효율적 이용 요구 증가로 인해 인간의 생활공간은 지표에서 지상, 지하로 확대되었다. 기존의 2차원 지적 시스템으로는 관리의 한계성이 있기에 이런 현실을 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 3차원 지적 시스템의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이 연구에서는 3차원 지적 시스템의 구성요소와 개념적 데이터 모델들을 소개하고 현 상황을 반영한 효율적인 개념적 데이터 모델을 제시한다.

기동동사는 새로운 상태나 과정의 시작을 나타내는 동사이다. '-어지다'류의 기동동사는 형용사나 동사의 어근에 '-어지다'라는 기동 보조 구성요소를 붙여 파생된다. 그런데 척도의 개념이 있는 형용사에서 파생된 기동동사의 척도의 개념이 없는 형용사나 동사에서 파생된 기동동사는 상적으로 다르게 행동한다. 이 논문은 '-어지다'류의 기동동사의 이러한 척도의 개념을 근거로 구별하여 기술하고자 한다. 이러한 연구는 인간의 언어에 반영된 척도라는 인지적 요소를 설명할 수 있다.

The major purpose of this article is to analyze Lee Jema's idea of 'cultivating the self,' and therefore reveal a difference between his idea and 'cultivating and nurturing (the mind)' shown in traditional medicine and Neo-Confucianism. For this purpose, I first analyzed 'cultivating and nurturing (the mind)' of traditional medicine and Neo-Confucianism and showed Lee Jema's originality by studying philosophical foundations of Sasang constitutional Medicine. The idea of 'cultivating and nurturing (the mind)' is transcendental in that it pursues the unity between humans and the principle of natural changes or the Heaven. However, Lee Jema developed his own medical theory by analyzing an ontological structure of human beings and nature and life, and reinterpreting four beginnings on the basis of experience. He reinterpreted humans as a being in the structure of time and space, and relationships with others. In addition, he reinterpreted nature and life and four beginnings as the capability of wisdom and action and the function of mind and body. Therefore, he tried to overcome a transcendental thinking to aim for the unity of humans with the Heaven. Also, he discovered that the most important reason for disease is biased emotions (moral/private) because biased emotions influenced the function of mind and body. The causal relationship is the basis of his medical theory. Therefore, his idea of cultivating the self is focused on being careful not to make emotions biased. This reveals that even though Sasang constitutional theory came from the traditional medical theory and Confucian morality, it developed on a different philosophical foundation. In this regard, I tried to differentiate Lee Jema's idea of cultivating the self from 'cultivating and nurturing (the mind)' which aims for the unity between humans and the principle of changes or the Heaven.

인간의 뇌와 같이 다양한 정보들을 구분하고 처리하며 기억할 수 있는 능력을 지닌 시스템은 현재 지능 기법이 적용되고 있는 제어, 통신, 인터넷 응용 기술, 경영 분야, 분석 및 예측 등의 분야에 응용될 수 있으며 그 성능을 효과적으로 향상시킬 것이다. 이러한 다양한 분야에 활용될 수 있는 통합 모델을 제시하고 점차 발전시켜나감으로써 미래에 기대되는 다양한 인간형 시스템, 친환경적 시스템, 인간보조 시스템 등의 공학적 시스템 측면과 인간을 대신할 수 있으면서 인간과 유사한 능력을 지닌 학습 시스템, 추론 시스템, 판단 시스템 등의 지능형 시스템 측면에서 활용 가능한 모델로 성장시켜 나갈 수 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 생물학적인 두뇌의 정보처리 메커니즘을 해석하고 공학적인 개념의 정립과 정보처리 흐름을 규명하고 정의함으로써 출력에 반영할 수 있는 모듈을 설계하고 최종적으로, 뇌 정보처리 메커니즘에 기반한 레이어를 설계하여 범용으로 사용될 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 설명되는 레이어 구조는 공학적인 분야는 물론 생물학적 뇌 연구에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

고래로부터 인간이 고안한 기술은 수렵, 가축, 농업 등에서 출발해서 기기나 동력을 더 많이 사용하는 형태로 발전해왔다. 그리고 급기야는 자동제어 등에 이르러 인간을 필요로 하지 않는 방향으로 유도되고 있다. 이러한 비인간적인 지향성을 가진 기술의 진보가 초래한것 중에는 인간과 그 사회에 구 많은 마이너스도 있었다. 이러한 기술의 발달을 보다 인간의 이익으로 유도하기 위해 기술평가의 개념이 진보하게 되었다. 이러한 발전으로 식품공업도 많이 변모하였고 식생활의 변화를 필연적으로 가지고 왔다. 식생활과 보건관리는 직접 사람에 직결되는 사항이다. 따라서 다른 여러 기술에 비해 일반국빈의 관심이 높고 정부가 직접 개입하게도 된다. 이러한 기본적인 생각은 식품이나 의약에만 필요한것이 아님은 오늘날의 생활환경을 생각해 보면 자명해 진다. 어떠한 기술도 기본적인 인권이라고 할 수 있는 건강이라든가 생할환경 등의 기본적인 요구를 저해해서는 안 되는 것이다. .
