DC산업이 차세대 국가성장동력인것은 분명하지만 업종별로 구분했을때 명암이 엇갈리는 것은 어쩔수 없는 세상이치인가보다. 올해도 이러한 현상은 여전했다. 상승세가 다소 꺾였다고는 하지만 여전히 온라인 게임분야가 전체시장을 주도한 가운데 패키지 게임·e러닝·DC솔루션분야는 새로운 수요를 찾기위한 관련업계의 움직임이 분주했다. 또한 올해 DC업계에서는 이통사들의 음악서비스 시장진출과 소리바다의 P2P 서비스중단등의 이슈로 온라인 음악시장이 출렁거렸고‘ 한류’의 바람을 타고 디지털 영상분야에서도 가능성을 확인했다.

학교사회복지 현장 실무자들에게 힘이 되는 격려의 메시지가 던져지기도 하고, 때로는 본의아니게 마음에 상처를 입게 되는 경우도 있다. 이러한 다양한 상황들을 접하면서 드는 생각은 학교사회복지의 발전이 ‘과연 누구를 위한 일인가‘라는 점이다. 또한 학생복지와 교육복지의 실현이라는 미명하에 사회복지사의 일자리 마련, 학교라는 공간에 대한 막연한 동경심, 새로운 분야에 대한 맹목적인 몰입 등과 같은 발상은 없었는지 자문과 반성을 해본다.

언제부터인가 광을 통한 전산화에 대한 관심이 최대의 화두로 나타나고 있다. 물론 광통신으로의 전환이 언젠가는 이루어지리라는 전망에 이견을 제시할 사람은 없을 것으로 보인다. 하지만 광통신이 가지는 최대 약점인 고비용의 문제가 해결되기 전까지는 광통신에 대한 꿈은 아직은 멀게 느껴지는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 상황에서 최근 많은 관심이 집중되는 분야가 바로 PON(Passive Optical Network 수동 광 가입자망)기술이다.

인터넷이 발달하고 VoIP 의 활성화로 인하여 사용자들은 인터넷 전화서비스의 통화품질에 대한 관심이 크게 증가하고 있다. 본 고에서는 인터넷 전화서비스의 단말에 사용하고 있는 음성 코덱의 품질 측정을 위해 IP 패킷 전송품질 파라미터(ITU-T Y.1540)들을 인가하면서 이들 파라미터들의 변화에 따른 E-Model(ITU-T G.107) 종합 음성품질(R 값)을 측정하여 인터넷전화 단말의 프로세싱 품질을 파악하고 종단간서비스에서 단말이 차지하는 부분을 분석하여 인터넷 전화서비스의 통화품질 개선 및 향후 단말의 인증기준 등에 활용하고자 한다.

This study aimed to analyze characteristics of employment and factors affecting of employment of elderly with disabilities. Data were analyzed using chi-square tests, regression analyses according to the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled in Korea. Participants were 452 elderly with disabilities. First, The employment group showed significantly mild disorder, higher health status, absent of chronic disorder, licenses, absent of public employment service, married, absent of basic living security recipient, higher level of household income compared to the unemployed group. Second, Factors affecting employment of elderly with disabilities included public employment service, level of household income. And multi-person factors were acceptance of disabilities and one-person factors were basic living security recipient. Base on these results, suggested for obtaining job of elderly with disabilities.

IoT is being used in a lot of industry domain such as smart home, smart ocean, smart energy, and smart farm, as well as legacy information services. For a server, an IoT device using the same protocol is a trusted object. Therefore, a malicious attacker can use an unauthorized IoT device to access IoT-based information services and access unauthorized important information, and then modify or extract it to the outside. In this study, to improve these problems, we propose an IoT device authentication system used in IoT-based information service. The IoT device authentication system proposed in this study applies identifier-based authentication such as MAC address. If the IoT device authentication function proposed in this study is used, only the authenticated IoT device can access the server. Since this study applies a method of terminating the session of an unauthorized IoT device, additional research on the access deny method, which is a more secure authentication method, is needed.

Within twenty years, Permanent Affordable Housing provided for people's security of housing in late 1980's yields the principles of equity with tenant's in new one supplied, thus being confronted by the requirements that existing welfare service for tenants should be improved. Reflecting on these, this study means to prepare the basic data for the welfare policy as applying welfare service types on basis of housing locational characteristics, tenants tier compared with welfare service needs of permanent affordable housing tenants. For achieving this aim, the range and mixed use mechanism of welfare service are investigated as reviewing the related research and findings. Based on this investigation, 7 types of welfare service(Independence, Half-support, Child care, Juvenile, Self-support, Social-mix, and Single household) are established. On the analysis of survey, the welfare service needs are investigated as grouping with locational characteristics and survey target. In addition, the welfare service types are reorganized by analysis of tenant's demographic and locational characteristic on each housing and are compared with tenants needs. Although, the demographic of permanent affordable housing generally shows that the tenants are constituted with aged people, the housing with high ratio of children and juvenile can be applied with Child Care type and Juvenile type. As a result of comparison, the ratio of independence type, juvenile type, and single household type are more on the large housing and housing on metropolitan area, and the ratio of half-support type and child care type are more on the small housing and housing on small city area.

제한수신시스템(Conditional Access System, CAS)은 사용자의 조건에 따라 방송에 대한 접근을 제어하는 시스템으로 유료 방송 시스템에서 인가된 사용자만이 해당 프로그램에 접근할 수 있도록 하는 콘텐츠 보안 기술이다. 최근에는 기존의 하드 웨어 기반 CAS가 가지는 이기종 기기간 호환성과 다른 서비스와의 연동 등의 문제를 해결하고자 CAS 모듈을 소프트웨어로 구현하여 네트워크를 통해 설치하는 교환 가능형 제한수신시스템(eXchangeable CAS, 이하 XCAS) 방식을 도입하여 활발하게 서비스를 제공하고 있다. XCAS는 기존 CableCard방식이 가지는 CAS의 보안성과 분리교환 원칙을 유지하면서도 다양한 단말에 쉽게 설치하여 서비스가 가능하다는 점에서 큰 장점을 가지고 있지만, 방송수신만을 목적으로 하는 DTV(Digtal Television)에 대해 적용하기가 어렵다는 문제점이 존재하였다. 본 논문에서는 케이블방송환경에서 DTV를 통한 유료방송서 비스 제공을 위한 DTV 인증 및 XCAS 서비스에 필요한 SM(Secure Module) 모듈을 다운로드하기 위한 기법을 제안한다.

유비쿼터스 코리아(u-Korea) 기본전략에 따르면 우리나라는 정치. 사회. 문화. 의료. 복지. 교육. 노동. 외교 등 사회 전반에 걸친 생활문화 혁명이 실현될 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 시점에서 정보보호는 u-Korea 실현의 중요한 핵심 엔진 기술로써u-Korea 전략 추진의 주요한 장애 요인으로 예상되는 사생활 문제와 지역 간. 계층간 정보격차 문제 등의 정보화 역기능을 해소하는 역할을 수행해야 한다. 본 고에서는 정통부가 추진하고자 하는 u-Korea 기본 전략에 대해서 살펴보고, 안전한 u-Korea 실현을 위해서 구체적인 정보화 역기능 방지 대책을 제안한다. 특히, BcN 인프라 보호 기술, RFID/USN 개인 프라이버시 보호 기술, WiBro 및 DMB 등에서 사용되는 복합단말기용 통합 인증. 인가 기술, 안전한 사용자 서비스 제공을 위한 서비스 사용의 익명성과 서비스 관리의 실명성이 제공되는 보안위임서비스 기술 등으로 형성되는 “Security Belt” 정보화 역기능 방지 대책에 대해서 소개한다.

웹서비스의 보안정책은 전송계층과 어플리케이션 계층 두 부분에 적용되고 있으며, 분산 어플리케이션간 통신을 할 경우 데이터에 대한 암호화와 인증처리가 가장 중요한 부분이 될 것이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 웹서비스 작업에서 클라이언트의 요청을 XML 서명 후 전송하여 요청을 받은 서버측에서 응답을 하기 전 정당한 클라이언트인가를 검증하는 단계를 거친다. 이렇게 함으로써 웹서비스 환경에서의 SOAP을 이용한 메시지계층 보안을 한층 강화시키려는 목적이다.
