우리 나라의 배경농도 측정소에서 1996년과 1997에 측정한 대기오염물질 농도 경향을 살피고, 결과의 타당성에 대한 검토를 수행하였다. 그 결과 배경농도 측정소의 대기오염물질의 농도는 오존을 제외하고는 도심지역의 농도에 비해 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 이황산가스와 일산화탄소의 경우에는 일반용 측정기기를 사용하였기 때문에, 실제 농도보다 매우 높게 관측결과를 낼 수도 있음을 확인 하였다. 또한 예년 경향과 다르거나, 비정상적인 경향을 보여 측정결과의 신뢰성이 낮은 측정 결과도 일부 파악되었다. 우리 나라 배경농도도 측정소의 설치, 운영목적이 배경농도를 정확히 파악하고, 대기오염물질의 장거리이동 관련 연구의 기초자료를 생산하는데 있는 만큼, 배경농도 측정요인 저농도 측정기기의 이용과 함께, 좀더 적극적인 기기의 유지, 관리가 필요하다.

We have analyzed the frequency sharing in the range of 71-275 GHz, which was adopted as a main topic of the WARC-2000 at the previous conference WARC-97. Though the technology of the active services has not been fully developed in this frequncy range, the heavy usage of this technology is expected in foreseeable future. To protect the passive services from spurious and out-of-band emissions of active services, realignment of the spectrum between 71 GHz and 275 GHz is strongly required. In addition, some effort should be made to allocate special bands for the radio astronomy service.

The optimal operation condition of gasifier is one of the most important parameters to increase efficiency and reliability in IGCC plant. Also the prediction of the syngas composition and quantity must be predicted to carry out process design of the gasification plant. However, the gasifier process licensor are protective with information on process design and optimal gasifier design conditions. So, the most of process studies in the engineering company for gasification plant have carried out to look for key parameters and optimal design conditions using several prediction methods. In this paper, we present the estimated preliminary optimal operation condition of the 300MW Demonstration Entrain Flow Gasifier using Aspen Plus. The gasifier operation temperature considering slag flow was predicted by FactSage software and Annen Model.

As the animation prevails through the public recently, animation fields editing and creating greatly have attention and get into the spotlight. Nevertheless, such solutions in LINUX environment tend to be worse than those in Windows. In this paper, we propose Motion Space Prime in LINUX, which is capable of creating stop motion animation easily such as clay animation. Users can interactively edit motions captured by a digital camcorder.

The tribological behavior for MoS$_2$ bonded films is evaluated according to the international standard testing methods, such as ASTM D 2625(Falex tester) and ASTM D 2714(LFW-1 tester). It has been well known that the tribological behavior for MoS$_2$ bonded films is affected by several factors. However, in this work, the wear life for MoS$_2$ bonded films is mainly experimentally measured with different contact geometry, and evaluated in terms of the frictional heating according to the contact geometry of tribotester. The test results show that the wear life of MoS$_2$ bonded films is significantly affected not only by the frictional heating, but also by the contact pressure, test running-in conditions, and the contact conformity.

입자상 물질에 대한 건성침적속도를 구하는 두 가지 모형 중 Slinn의 모수화로 구축된 건성침적모형이 ADOM 건성침적모형에 비해 좀 더 신뢰성있는 결과를 산출하였고 부산광역시에서의 입자상 물질에 대한 건성침적속도 수치모의 결과도 전반적으로 거칠기 길이가 큰 산림지역에서 높은 값이 나타남을 보여주었다. 입자상 물질의 건성침적속도 계산에 있어 가장 중요한 것은 대상 입자의 크기이므로 무엇보다도 그 물질에 대한 정확한 크기분포에 대한 규명이 있어야 하고 또한 본 연구에서는 다루지 못한 수면의 높은 풍속에서의 물결 파괴, 물보라 형성 그리고 물과 공기경계면 근처의 습한 지역에서 입자 성장의 영향 등을 고려하는 좀더 자세한 연구가 추후에 이루어져야 할 것이다.

In an electricity market with an imperfect competition, participants make plans of biddings and transaction strategies to maximize their own profits. The market price and the quantity are concerned with the operation reserve as well as the bidding system and demand curves in an electricity market. This paper presents a model of the combined market , energy market and operating teserve market. The Nash equilibrium is analyzed by using a hi-level optimization , maximization of Social welfare (SW) and maximization of the producers' profits.

정보통신 문화가 발달함에 따라 디지털 이동통신이나, 멀티미디어, 음성우편 시스템 등 음성을 이용한 여러 가지 새로운 산업들이 급속히 성장하고 있다. 이 중에서도 특히 디지털 이동통신분야에 대한 연구가 활발한데, 이는 디지털 시스템에서는 부호화기를 사용하여 음성신호를 압축하기 때문에 아날로그 시스템에 비해 패널 증대를 가져올 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 음성 부호화기는 실질적인 상업화와 매우 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있기 때문에 그에 대한 연구가 화발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 일반적인 음성부호화 방법들에 대해 살펴본 다음에, 현재 디지털 셀룰라 시스템에서 사용하고 있는 full-rate 음성 부호화기 및 half-rate 음성 부호화기의 표준화 동향과 최근에 여러 응용분야에서 널리 사용되고 있는 음성 부호화기에 대해서 설명하기로 한다. 또한 ITU-T 의 표준화 동향 및 4kbps 이하의 전송률을 갖는 음성 부호화기의 연구추세에 대해서 살펴보기로 한다.

This paper has been studied a calibration techniques for monopole antenna in the frequency range 150 KHz to 30 MHz. The long wavelength associated with the low frequency, methods used to calibrate or characterize antennas at higher frequencies are not applicable. The equivalent capacitance substitution method uses a dummy antenna in place of the actual rod element See figure 1. for guidance in making a dummy antenna. Set up the matching network to be characterized and the measuring equipment as shown in Figure 2. Subtract the measured output of the matching network from the measured output of the signal generator and subtract -6 dB(for the 1 m rod). Measurements made at a sufficient number of frequencies number of frequencies to obtain a smooth curve of antenna factor.(fig 5.)
