The water resources sustainability is becoming an important issue in consideration of hydrologic uncertainty by global warming and climate change. This study is to assess the water supply performance for the major multipurpose dams using sustainability index. Parameters, mostly utilized in water resources system assessment, are selected in respect of applicability and flexibility, and those parameters are used as a variable of the composite index. In practice, the composite index including reliability, resiliency, vulnerability and maximum deficit are applied to 15 multipurpose dams and 4 major basins. And to conclude, Daechungdam in the Geum river basin and Imhadam, Hapchondam and Namgangdam in the Nakdong river basin show low sustainability comparing with other dams. The Nakdong river basin needs to develop alternatives to improve water supply stability because it indicates the most poor sustainability level.

This study presents a result of performance with the design of network topology for voice and data integration under computer network. This network is consisted of FastEthernet, other LANs and ATM WAN(wide area network), and performance evaluation of delay in a PBX+IP network, delay in a VoIP network and delay in a IP+ATM network will be shown. We use parameters including network bandwidth, number of packet, routing protocol(IGRP, OSPF). We simulate integrated of voice and data used PBX. we will study further about the case of integrated of voice and data environments using PBX. and, evaluate IP+ATM WAN average measured network delay and average delay of VoIP network.

최근 전 세계적으로 유가상승 및 환경에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 자동차 업계에서는 차량 경량화를 통한 연비향상에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 대표적인 차량 경량화 방법으로 초경량 철강 차체의 개발을 들 수 있는데 이는 고강도강을 차체에 적용함으로써 강성을 증대시킴과 동시에 두께 감소에 의한 경량화를 이루는 방법이다. 하지만 고강도강은 자체의 높은 강성을 지니는 반면 첨가된 합금원소에 의하여 용접성이 떨어지는 제약을 가지고 있다. 펄스 GMA 용접은 One Drop Per Pulse (ODPP) 의 안정된 용적 이행으로 스패터 발생이 거의 없으며 일반 GMA 용접에 비하여 용접성이 우수하여 자동차 차체 조립공정에 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 440MPa 급 도금, 비도금 강판 및 이종 강판의 겹치기 용접 실험을 통해 강종별, 두께별 펄스 아크 용접에 대한 용접성 평가 및 데이터 베이스를 구축하고자 하였다. 용접부 단면마크로, 인장시험, 경도시험을 통해 적정 용접영역을 확보하였으머, 고속카메라 촬영을 통해 보호가스에 따른 용적 이행 현상을 확인하였다.

"환경과 개발"을 함께 고려하는 지속 가능한 유역관리제도 정착을 위해 도입된 수질오염총량관리제도(TMDL)가 총 8년(1차: 2004~2010년, 2차: 2011~2015년)이라는 세월이 흘렀다. 또한 이 제도의 효율적인 추진을 위해 낙동강수계 총 41개 단위유역별 모니터링 사업(유량 및 수질조사)이 지속적으로 수행되고 있다. 이와 더불어 단위유역 내 지자체간 오염배출부하 기여도 분석을 위해 각 소하천들 중 주요 시 군 경계 소하천 유역 46개 지점을 선정하여 신규 소하천 모니터링 사업을 2010년 9월부터 수행하고 있다. 소하천 모니터링 사업의 목적은 오염총량관리 단위유역 내 시 군 경계 지점에 대하여 모니터링(유량 및 수질)을 효율적으로 실시하여 소유역내 유량/수질의 변화추세를 파악하고 오염총량관리제 기본 시행계획 수립 및 이행평가 등을 위한 기초 자료 제공 및 활용에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 2010년에 낙동강수계 소하천 모니터링 사업에서 수행된 소유역 분석결과 및 유량/수질 측정성과에 대한 평가 및 소하천별 수질오염현황에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

Disaster management standard has not been invigorated because it usually has documented qualities. Since its enactment and notification, there has been a lack of continual education and publicity that lead to poor awareness on disaster management. The purpose of this study investigates on activating the use of disaster management standards by disaster related agencies and organization during their work. It proposes details on how to distribute and promote disaster management standards, develop textbook, evaluation and feedback. Furthermore, it also developed an organizational structure and legal framework as measure for disaster management.

현행 우리나라의 검사제도는 사업장의 자율관리 능력을 고려하지 않고, 설비의 노후화 및 위험도와 무관하게 획일화된 방식으로 적용하여 설비의 안전성을 확보하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 정기 및 자체 검사를 병행하여 많은 불편이 있다. 따라서 사업장의 불편을 해소하고, 설비의 안전성과 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 위험기반검사(risk based inspection, RBI)를 국내 실정에 적합하게 도입하기 위하여 사업장, 정부 및 관련 기관에서 향후 추진해야할 방향에 대하여 분석하였다. 국내에서 위험기반검사 제도가 정착될 수 있기 위해서는 먼저 법적 근거가 마련되어야 하며, 법적 제도가 마련되면 사업장에서 RBI를 적용 시 이를 검증하고, 관리할 수 있는 인증기구의 설치가 필요하다. 또한 위험기반검사를 수행하는 사업장에 대해서는 공정안전이행수준과 같은 위험기반검사 이행수준평가를 도입하고, 차등 적용하여 사업장을 관리하는 것이 바람직하다.

According to the Public Records Act, the actual conditions of Government Agencies will be assessed by the concept of 'Assessment' not by 'Instruction and Checking'. In this Study, before adopting a new National Assessment of complying with Records Management, on the basis of the analysis of current 'Instruction and Checking' and other Countries' system which will be able to the model of our new system, we suggest that a Assessment system which will play a role to fulfill and spread the Public Records Act and Records management Standard in this nation's public sector.

The purpose of CBA(cost-benefit analysis) in risk assessment is to show whether the benefits of implementing additional risk reduction methods(RRMs) derived through risk assessment outweigh its costs and it is proper to implement the methods. In this paper CBA has been conducted in order to select the most effective and reasonable RRM as implementing the RRM derived after QRA for the high pressure urban gas pipelines. As conducting QRA again by applying the derived RRMs, No. 10 measure which includes pipeline corrosion monitoring, MOV(motor operated valve) installation and the method to protect pipeline damage caused by third-party mechanical interference has showed the highest risk reduction effect. Also it has been considered to be reasonably practicable by conducting CBA and then is selected as the most effective and reasonable RRM on the objects of this paper.

The vestibular function test reveals the objective findings of the impairment of the vestibular labyrinth. It's purpose is based on the analysis of the findings and detect the location and etiology of the labyrinthine impairment. In the vestibular function test, the vestibulo-spinal reflex has the clinical significance upon the tonus of the striated muscles by the labyrithine stimulation and contribute to regulating the posture and the position, at rest as well as in motion. The vestibulo-spinal reflex must performe as one of the routine vestivular function test because it can be evoked in man by such weak stimuli to the labyrinth as cannot induce vestibulo-ocular reflex. Authors performed the vestibular function test such as one leg test, gait test, stepping test and vertical writing test to one hundred of healthy and young male adult and received the following results. Results 1. One leg test: In 30 seconds, the frequency of dropping the leg on the ground was between 0 to 3 times in Rt., and 0 to 5 times in Lt. The mean frequency was 0.48 times in Rt., and 0.68 times in Lt. 2. Gait test: In forward gait; the range of the deviation was distributed 0 to 100 cm and mean range was 22.5cm to the Rt., 26.1cm to the Lt. In backward gait; the range deviation was distributed 0 to 140cm and mean range was 35.4cm to the Rt., 33.0cm to the Lt. 3. Stepping test: In normal head position; forward movement war 93% and backward 5%. The angle of displacement deviated to the Rt. side in 36%, and Lt. in 50%. The angle of rotation deviated to the Rt. side in 53 %, and Lt. in 36%. The mean values: angle of displacement was 22.05 degrees, angle of rotation was 24.40 degrees, distance of displacement was 48.95cm. In backward head position; Forward movement was 94% and backward was 3%. The angle of displacement deviated in 34%, and Rt. in 55%, to the Rt. side The angle of rotation deviated to the Rt. side in 50%, and Lt. in 42%. The mean values; angle of displacement was 29.72 degrees, angle of rotation was 39.53 degrees, distance of displacement was 44.17cm. 44.17cm. 4. Vertical writing test: The angle of deviation was between 0 to 16 degrees in all cases, and was between 0 to 12 degrees in the cases of normal head position. The mean angle of deviation was between 4.15 to 5.76 degrees on each side. The direction of deviation to the Rt. side was 54~69%, Lt. was 25~40% and 3~7% was vertical without deviation.

This study analyzed the impact of the implementation of 14 FTAs on the domestic agricultural sector through aneconomic post-impact assessment using the dynamic analysis method. As a result of the implementation of the FTAs, agricultural production decreased significantly, mainly in the livestock and fruit sectors. Most of the previous studieswere limited to the post-impact assessment of individual FTAs, which does not reflect the fact that the implementation of a number of FTAs results ina combinationof trade creation, trade transitions, and FTA accumulation effects. Therefore, this study provides amore objective and comprehensive evaluation of the effects of FTAs in the agricultural sector, and contributes to some extent to the evaluation of the policy directions necessary for revising and supplementing the domestic measures needed to supplement the FTAs. Of course, a more sophisticated analysis is needed to separate the impact of these complementary domestic measures and the performance of the general agricultural project.
