IAEA 사찰표본할당계산법에 대한 초기하분포 적용 연구

  • IAEA(International Atomic Energy Agency, 국제원자력기구)에서는 사찰활동 수행시, 비복원추출(sampling without replacement)을 기술하는 초기하분포 대신 복원추출(sampling with replacement)을 기술하는 이항분포를 사용하여 표본크기를 계산하여 사찰방법들에 할당한다. 본 연구에서는 이항근사법이 사용되는 IAEA의 표본크기 할당계산결과와 이항근사법 대신 초기하분포를 적용한 IAEA표본크기 할당계산결과를 비교 검토하였다.

  • 유전프로그래밍(GP)은 GA, ES, 그리고 EA등에 비해 구조의 복잡함으로 인해 상대적으로 진화방식 및 진화연산자에 대한 연구가 미진한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 유전프로그래밍에 대한 점진형 진화 방식과 트리 깊이 및 부모간의 거리를 기반으로 한 새로운 진화연산자를 제안한다. 이항식 벤치마크 문제에 대하여 실험을 수행하였고, 세대형 진화 방식 및 기존 연산자와의 성능을 비교하였다.

A New Recursive Formula to Derive the Fourier Transforms of Cosine-Pulses Using Modified Class-I PRS Model (수정된 제1종 부분 응답 전송 시스템 모델을 이용한 여현 펄스 푸리에 변환의 새로운 순환 공식)

  • This paper presents a new and easy method to obtain the Fourier transforms of the n-th order cosine-pulses whose maximum amplitudes are uniform. The new method is focused on deriving a formula which is recursively related following their orders and can be well applied to some numerical solutions. On the other hand, this method also offers more compact procedures in view of analytical solutions than the conventional methods because the results are consist of the sum of two functions which are easily calculated. Especially, the formula can be represented as a complete recursion by the separation of coefficients originated by the authors and the resulting difference equation is given by the sum of the original 'sinc' functions shifted by some symmetrical factors and multiplied by some constants. The constants are easily decided from the binomial coefficients and the shifting factors from the corresponding exponential differences in the expansion of $(a+b)^n$.

  • The Robust Controller for scan-loop is designed using LQG/LTR Methodology. The design and analysis of spiral, rosette and conical scan patterns are discussed. The perfermance and robustness of the LQG/LTR controller are analyzed through experiments and cpmpared with those of the P-controller. Especially to improve the scan performance at large look angle, the cage coil output is linearized using a binomial equation. It is demonstrated that the scan-loop system by the LQG/LTR control is very robust to phase uncertainties.

  • In this paper, we present the longitudinal Markov binary regression model with t-link function when its transition order is known or unknown. It is assumed that logit or probit models are considered in binary regression models. Here, t-link function can be used for more flexibility instead of the probit model since the t distribution approaches to normal distribution as the degree of freedom goes to infinity. A Markov regression model is considered because of the longitudinal data of each individual data set. We propose Bayesian method to determine the transition order of Markov regression model. In particular, we use the deviance information criterion (DIC) (Spiegelhalter et al., 2002) of possible models in order to determine the transition order of the Markov binary regression model if the transition order is known; however, we compute and compare their posterior probabilities if unknown. In order to overcome the complicated Bayesian computation, our proposed model is reconstructed by the ideas of Albert and Chib (1993), Kuo and Mallick (1998), and Erkanli et al. (2001). Our proposed method is applied to the simulated data and real data examined by Sommer et al. (1984). Markov chain Monte Carlo methods to determine the optimal model are used assuming that the transition order of the Markov regression model are known or unknown. Gelman and Rubin's method (1992) is also employed to check the convergence of the Metropolis Hastings algorithm.

  • Many of legislations related to tourism has been made up to now since the year 1961 when modern tourism studies started. In restropect of the year 1988, the year 2002 is expected to be another chance for tourism. In order to take this chance again, new laws and regulations are necessary. Therefore, the object of this study are decided as follows: 1) to put 'the right to go sightseeing' in statutory form at constitution. 2) to realise the private law of tourism 3) to make the environment law of tourism 4) to make the facility law of tourism 5) to make the transportation law of tourism 6) to make the cultural property law of tourism 7) to make the food law of tourism 8) to make the related law of tourism 9) to make the advertising law of tourism, the tax law of tourism, and the economy law of tourism As tourism laws like above exist, tourism industry would be developed more than now.

  • Tourism is a word meaning enjoyable based on tourism order. No matter how free is the journey guaranteed, there is a limit to the orders travellers follow. In other words, constitutionalism suitable for a region or country can be found in any tourist resort at home and abroad. Foreign or local tourism travelling in Korea have tourism-related rules to keep, and people working for tourism and organization of it have also rules. Therefore, a study for the rule of law is needed in aspect of how to improve tourism. Unfortunately, none of those rules of law to be followed by tourist and people working for tourism have not been researched. For instance, any principle of law has not been studied to help improve people-to-people diplomacy and national economy those of which are emphasized by tourism basic law. Finally, a research is needed for law reforms that guide tourism in future.

  • 1. The tourist industry of Korea should be operated whithin the limit of keeping order and respecting the Law, especially the constitution which is the fundamental Law of a Nation. 2. The idealogy of tourism, when support the regulations of tourism and a tour, is prescribed in the constitution. 3. No part of Article which does not have related to tourism can be found in the constitution from Article 1 through Article 130. 4. These part, However, have not yet been the subject of the tourism of study in Korea. 5. Therefor what is called the idealogy of tourism, which relate to tourist industry in every text of the constitution, is going to be studied in this research paper.

미래 선도형 에코 성형 시스템 관련 기술의 동향 - 서보모터 구동형 프레스의 개발 현황

  • 지구 온난화와 더불어 화석에너지 고갈에 대한 우려로 에코바람이 불고 있다. 일본이나 독일 등 공작기계 선도국에서는 푸른 지구를 위해 에너지 절감형 기계 개발에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 프레스기계에 대한 에너지 절감 노력은 서보프레스를 통해 이루어지고 있다. 수년 전부터 프레스 관련 공작기계 전시회에서의 신기술은 거의 대부분 서보프레스에 관한 것들이다. 일본에서는 2009년부터 성형기계 저문 전시회인 MF-Tokyo가 격년으로 열리고 있으며, 유럽에서는 EuroBLECH를 통해 서보프레스에 대한 신기술 경쟁이 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 이들 전시회를 통해 보여지는 기계식 서보프레스의 기술개발 동향을 분석하고자 한다.
