단결정 실리콘내에 $As^+$이온 주입에 의해 형성된 이온주입층의 특성을 ellipsometric 변수$(\psi,\Delta)$로 연구하였다. Ellimsometric 변수($(\psi,\Delta)$를 이온주입층의 두께 함수로 이론적인 ellipsometric 방정식을 이용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의해 spiral 곡선을 얻었으며, 이 곡선과 실제 측정된 시료의 ellipsometric 데이터는서로 잘 일치하였다. 이온주입층의 열처리 특성을 조사하기 위해 여러조건으로 급속 열처리한후, 비정질층의 재결정화 과정을 연구하였다.

오늘날 SW는 끊임없이 새롭게 개발, 업그레이드되고 있다. 이러한 상황 하에서 단순히 많이 사용되는 소프트웨어를 선별하여 그 기능을 가르치는 방안은 근본적으로 한계를 가지고 있을 수밖에 없다. 배우고 가르쳐야할 SW와 학습량은 계속 늘어날 수밖에 없기 때문이다. 따라서 기존의 보고 따라하는 식의 전통적인 학습 방법에 의존하기보다는 응용SW의 특성에 기초한 새로운 학습 방법을 강구할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 최근 생산되고 있는 대부분의 SW들은 거의 모두 GUI환경으로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 학생들이 범하는 여러 가지 오류 중에서 GUI환경과 연관되는 것을 찾아 이를 처리해 준다면 대부분의 소프트웨어 학습에서 많은 오류들을 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 GUI 에서 일어나는 여러 가지 오류들에 대해 알아보려고 한다.

In this study, the sheet metal forming process of the brake chamber head, which had a complex shape compared to the conventional head part, was investigated using finite element (FE) analysis. In order to prevent the forming failures such as necking and fracture, the multi-stage forming process was introduced. The forming process consisted of three steps: (1) first drawing, (2) second drawing, (3) final forming. Experimental and FE simulated results of the brake chamber head were compared, and the results showed that the required characteristics of the straightness and the wall thickness at each location were satisfied.

The physical properties of NR-SBR and NR-BR blends were studied. 1. In blending, tensile strength decreased with increase in synthetic rubber contents. It was most effective when the ratio of NR/Syn. R is 75/25. 2. Tensile strength decreased with order of NR, SBR and BR and modulus after aging is proportional of synthetic rubber contents. 3. Elongation is less influenced by synthetic rubber ratio that on the other hand, the decrease of elongation is proportional to synthetic rubber contents after aging. 4. Hardness decreased with increase in the synthetic rubber contents and on the other hand, the hardness increased after aging.

일반적으로, Thyristor와 같은 반도체 소자는 수명이 반영구적이라고 알려져 왔으나, 실제로는 사용 시간이 지남에 따라 열화 과정을 가지는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이는 소자 제조 공정상의 결함이나 가공 불량, 소자 접합면에 존재하는 물리적 불균질성 등이 원인이 되는데 이들 원인으로 인해 반도체 소자내에 취약부위가 존재하게 된다. Thyristor 소자 응용 시스템에 있어서, 운용 중 발생되는 전기적 물리적 스트레스는 Thyristor 소자내의 취약부위에 집중되는데, 시간이 지남에 따라 취약부위가 확산되고 열화가 가속되어 갑작스런 소자 파손으로 이어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 Thyristor 소자의 열화 과정을 이론적인 측면에서 해석하고, 실제 산업현장에서의 Thyristor 열화 발생 사례를 중심으로 대용량 Thyristor의 열화 평가방법에 대하여 고찰한다.

미세입자는 오염된 도심지역 분진수의 90~99%에 이르는 높은 비율을 보이고 있고, 폐 깊숙이 침투하여 폐암을 비롯한 폐질환을 일으킬 수 있다. 더욱이 동일 질량의 분진인 경우 입자의 크기가 감소함에 따라 미세 입자의 표면적은 급증하기 때문에 As, Cr(Ⅵ), Cd등과 같은 발암 중금속을 쉽게 흡착하여 미세 입자가 인체에 미치는 영향은 거대입자에 비하여 매우 크다. 따라서 미국은 1990년대부터 미세 분진의 입경별 위해성을 집중적으로 연구하여 공기 역학적 직경이 10$\mu\textrm{m}$이하인 PM 10 기준과 더불어 PM 2.5 기준을 신설하였다. This study is to set a new standard for using of the colorimetric method through grasping the character of the colorimetric method, and measuring the chloride concentration at the place of the change of color. Also, to predict chloride concentration around rebar and time reaching limit chloride concentration through measuring the chloride concentration of concrete surface by the colorimetric method and this study presents the new program of concrete degradation and diagnosis of the durability by salt damage. First the use of the colorimetric method was examinated, second the chloride concentration through slicing concrete submerged in artificial seawater for 6 months was measured. And the chloride concentration at the place of the change of color was calculated by using colorimetric method. Finally, the cloride concentration of the concrete surface was calculated.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report seven cases of autism spectrum disorder treated by oriental medicine. Methods Seven patients who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder were treated with herbal medicine (Kwakhyangjungkisanhapyukmijihwangtang-gamibang), and the effect was measured. Results After the treatment, cognitive skill, speech, motor function, communication skill, and the patients' general conditions have gotten better. Conclusions This study has shown that the oriental medical treatment for autism spectrum disorder was effective, but further studies are needed.

Large aluminium electrolytic capacitors are widely used in inverter systems for smoothing dc-link voltage. If capacitors in dc-link are deteriorated by ageing, dc-link voltage is fluctuated by lessened capacitance and their bodies are heated by raised ESR(equivalent serial resistance) and finally system faults can be occurred. In this paper, on-load ageing test method of electrolytic capacitor in inverter system is proposed and test results are shown.

본 연구에서는 기존의 특정 음성 변수에 대한 모수적 통계 접근 방법을 탈피하고 새로운 음성을 이용한 사상체질 분류 알고리즘을 개발하고자 먼저 5개의 모음과 2개의 문장으로 이루어진 총 120명의 여성 음성 데이터 수집하였다. 이후 다양한 음성 신호 분석 방법과 툴을 이용하여 총 134개의 음성 변수를 추출하였다. 각 변수에서는 체질별 최대값들의 최소값, 최소값들의 최대값을 이용해 4개의 조건 변수를 새로 생성하고 이를 관리하기 위한 메모리와 체질 점수 개념을 도입하여 비모수적인 통계 방법을 기반으로 한 분류 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 알고리즘 성능 테스트를 위해 10-fold cross 검정테스트를 실시하였으며 본 알고리즘은 최종적으로 이진 분류에서 진단률 41.5%와 정확률 79.5%를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다.
