A gas-assisted hydraulic breaker uses both hydraulic and pneumatic energies and the appropriate balance between them mostly effects its performance. Mathematical modeling of the breaker is established and verified by experiment. Through sensitivity analysis using AMESim, the key design parameters are selected, which mostly affect the performance of the breaker. Taguchi method is used to optimize the key design parameters to maximize the output power for long and short strokes through simulation. As the result, the output power as well as the impact energy are increased significantly compared with the existing design. The pressure pulsation in the supply line is reduced to a tolerable level and the dynamic characteristics of the piston displacement is also improved by the optimization.

본 논문은 초정밀 가공기에 적용 가능한 6자유도의 운동이 가능한 초정밀 스테이지의 설계를 기술한다. 본 초정밀 스테이지는 특히, 광학을 이용한 가공기와 절삭력이 작은 가공기에 적합하다. 스테이지는 장행정 · 단행정 스테이지로 구성된 이중 서보를 채택한다 장행정 스테이지는 초정밀 운동에 방해가 되는 운동을 줄이며 높은 효율을 갖는 다극 자석 배열을 이용한 선형모터를 사용한다. 그리고 단행정 스테이지는 장행정 스테이지와의 기계적 결합에 의한 구조적 영향성을 없애는 개념을 적용할 수 있는 보이스 코일 모터을 이용한다. 그리고 각 구동부는 최상의 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 최적설계를 수행한다.

In south korea, the elderly population has been continuously increasing, so blind spots in administrative welfare services for the elderly are expected to increase. therefore, this study aimed to analyze the types of blind spots in administrative welfare services for the elderly in gijang-gun, Busan, where the elderly population is increasing. using a network analysis, the demand and service supply ranges were derived. after that, in comparison to their sizes, the blind spots were divided into three types: i) blind spots in service supply, ii) blind spots in mobility constraint, and iii) dual blind spots. As a result, in gijang-gun, the blind spots in mobility constraint were 21.5%, the dual blind spots were 9.5%, and the blind spots in service supply were 3.2%. Based on these results, this study suggested policy directions for resolving the blind spots in administrative welfare services for the elderly by type.

반도체의 고집적화와 LCD의 대형화로 인해 웨이퍼 및 LCD 검사용 스테이지의 성능 향상이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 고속의 검사속도, 서브마이크론의 검사 정밀도, 그리고 대행정 구동을 위한 이중 서보 시스템을 제안하였다. 이중 서보 시스템은 선형모터로 구동되고 공기베어링으로 가이드 되는 조동 구동부와 보이스 코일 모터(VCM)로 구동되고 공기베어링으로 가이드 되는 미세 구동부로 구성된다. 검사 효율을 향상시키기 위한 고속 세틀링을 위한 제어기로서 시간 최적 제어 기법과 시간 지연 제어기를 결합한 모드 변경 제어기를 제안하고 이중 서보 시스템에 구현하여 성능을 평가하였다.

현재 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교(이하 ‘학교기관’ )에서 쓰이고 있는 기존의 수작업 방식의 회계관리와 DOS 방식의 행정전산관리 프로그램의 한계점을 벗어나 새로운 GUI 윈도우 체계의 프로그램의 개발 필요성이 대두되어 본 시스템을 개발하게 되었다. 또한 학교기관에 납입해야 할 모든 납부금, 급식비, 장부관리에서부터 수입, 지출 등 학교에서 쓰이는 회계부분의 수작업을 모듈화 및 집약화하고 누구나 쉽게 운영할 수 있는 행정관리 시스템, 일괄처리로 구성하도록 하였으며, DB를 이중모드(사용자 모드와 관리자모드)로 분리, 보안문제를 보충하고, 문서의 표준화로 정보교류의 용이하다. 전국 학교기관의 회계운영방식을 표준화하여 구축 설계하고, 초보자 입장을 지향한 순차적 처리방식과 회계관리의 중복처리를 집약화 하여 구축하였다.

최근 들어 국가질병관리체계 현대화가 세계 각국 정부의 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 캐나다 연방정부는 감염병과 만성질환을 관리하고 생물테러 등 응급상황에 효과적으로 대처하기 위하여 새로운 질병관리조직인 Public Health Agency를 창설하기로 결정하였다. 연방정부는 앞으로 2년간 1,412억원을 투입하여 Agency를 설립하고 사업기반을 확충해 나갈 예정이다(Health Canada, 2004). 또 EU 집행위원회도 지난 3월 European Center for Disease Prevention and Control 설립계획을 최종 승인하고 ECDC가 발족하는 내년 한 해에만 71억원을 투입할 예정이다(Bosch, 2004). 이렇듯 새로운 질병관리조직들이 만들어지고 있는 직접적인 계기는, 중증급성호흡기증후군(이하 SARS) 사태로 대변되는 신종 및 재출현 전염병의 폭발적 발생(outbreak)이다. 전염병의 만연 사태가 일어나면서 각국 정부는 국민건강 보호의 중요성을 재확인하는 한편, 질병으로 인한 경제적 손실을 현실적 문제로 인식하게 되었다. 비전염성질환과 손상으로 인한 질병부담도 세계 각국의 골칫거리다. 서구 여러 나라에서는 비전염성질환과 손상의 질병부담이 이미 매우 큰 상태이며, 저개발 국가들은 전염병과 비전염성질환으로 인한 "이중의 질병부담(double burden of disease)"을 안고 있다고 한다. 본 연구에서는 감리인들의 행태적 능력과 전문성 등의 특성이 SI 프로젝트에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 43 개 중앙행정기관의 정보화담당 공무원 58 명을 대상으로 연구한 결과, 감리인들의 행태적 능력과 전문성이 개발프로세스지원, 프로젝트관리 그리고 프로젝트 지원영역에 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 이중 행태적 능력이 개발프로세스지원, 프로젝트관리 그리고 프로젝트지원 영역에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 감리인들의 특성을 2 개 집단으로 구분하여 수행한 차이검증 결과 모든 영역에 대해 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 프로젝트 지원 부분에 대해서는 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

행정자치부가 지난 9월 20일 지방계약법 시행령 개정안을 공포하고 이날부터 시행에 들어갔다. 개정된 시행령은 당초 행자부가 분리발주를 억제하기 위하여 지방계약법 제77조를 개정하여 '공사의 분할 및 분리발주 시에는 행정자치부 장관 등 상급기관에 보고'토록 입법예고 되었으나, 우리협회는 분리발주 활성화를 위하여 '기계설비공사 분리발주 근거 조항인 단서3호는 제외'토록 추진함에 따라 우리 협회의 의견이 반영된 시행령이 개정되었다. 또한 하도급관리계획을 불이행한 원도급업체는 앞으로 부정당업자로 제재받아 입찰참가자격이 최소 1개월에서 최고 6개월 미만까지 제한된다. 이밖에 물가변동과 관련하여 단품슬라이딩제를 도입해 특정자재의 가격이 15% 이상 등락할 경우 계약금액을 조정할 수 있게 했다. 이중 지방계약법 시행령 제 77조 개정 내용의 의의 및 우리 설비건설업과 신.구조문 대비표는 다음과 같다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of parent-rearing attitudes on intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent and the mediating effect of biculture acceptance between two variables. For the purpose, 1,323 subjects selected from the sixth year of the Multicultural Youth Panel (MCAPS) were analyzed. The data was verified by using technical statistics, correlation, and path analysis. The results showed that first, the positive parenting attitude and biculture acceptance decreased the intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent, while negative parenting attitude increased it. Second, biculture acceptance had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between positive parenting attitude and intention of school dropout. Third, attitude the effect of negative parenting attitudes on intention of school dropout was partly mediated by biculture acceptance. On the basis of above findings, the practical engagements to enhance biculture acceptance and prevent the intention of school dropout of multicultural adolescent were suggested.
