  • 분산되고 이질적인 환경에서의 정보 소스들을 통합하려는 노력은 끊임 없이 계속되어 왔다. 이질적인 다중 정보소스로부터 추출된 정보를 통합하는 도구를 개발하는 것은 인터넷 기반에서 다양한 정보들을 실시간으로 사용할 수 있다는 측면에서 아주 흥미로운 일이다. 이러한 도구를 개발하는데 있어서의 주된 문제점은 서로 다른 정보소스에 존재하지만 실제적으로는 같은 실세계의 개념을 가지고 있는 정보를 어떻게 효과적으로 표현할 것인가 하는 것이다. 이러한 의미적 이질성을 해결하기 위해서 WordNet이나 Common Thesaurus 등을 이용한 개념 기반의 접근방법이 많이 제안되었다. 하지만 이들은 스키마 이질성을 해결하는 방법을 제시 할 뿐, 데이터의 이질성을 해결 하는 방법은 보여주지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 GSN(Global Semantic Network)을 이용해서 스키마 이질성을 해결해야 데이터베이스 시스템에서 발생하는 데이터 이질성의 예를 제시하고 이러한 데이터 이질성을 해결할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다.

Prevalence and Characterization of Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC) Isolated from Ground Beefs Distributed in Gyeong-In Region (경인지역에 유통되는 분쇄육 중 장출혈성대장균의 분포 조사 및 특성 연구)

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate three verocytotoxin-producing Escherichia coli (VTEC) detection kits to detect the presence of VT genes: Doupath Verocytotoxin (GLISA) developed by MERCK, ProsPect Shiga Toxin E. coil (STEC) Microplate Assay (ELISA) developed by Remel, and a polymerase chain reaction method. Our laboratory verified artificially inoculated samples. All three methods could detect very low numbers of VTEC, but VT-PCR had the best sensitivity for VTEC detection. From April through September 2005, 257 ground-beefs from supermakets and traditional markets were examined for the presence of VTEC by polymerase chain reaction immediately after purchase and total viable counts (TVC) were determined. VTEC was isolated from 30 of 257 ground-beefs. A variety of serogroups was found, including 10 stains belonging to the virulence type EHEC, but major serogroups such as O157, O26 and O111 were nor found.

  • To support business service interoperability, it is necessary to extend WSDL and develop Business Service Document(BSD) to contain various business service informations. W3C delegates extension of WSDL to the user groups for their usages and objectives. Therefore this article defines BSD, which is extended version of WSDL. This article also presents Business Web Service Framework(BWSF), which supports business service interoperability and uses BSD. BSD Creator is developed to create correct, valid and well-formed BSD which is core component of BWSF. This article is expected to be used as base concepts for industrial adoption of business service interoperability architecture, and it is also expected to contribute for revitalize business service interoperability.

  • Major concern in modern industry is how to reduce the time and cost for product efficient production. Among many mechanical parts of a satellite, bracket plays an important role to support the load when the satellite is launched to space. so enough strength and stiffness. A designer could add unnecessary material and strength it so as not to fail when it used. But if mechanical part of satellite is over-designed, cost will rise and it also goes against to the aim of lightness. To achieve lightness and enough strength and stiffness, optimization algorithm should be introduced in design process. In this study, conceptual design of bracket is carried out to increase the performance of satellite. Some parameter which could change the weight of this part are selected as design variables. Total weight of bracket is to be minimized while displacement and stress should not exceed limit. Size optimization is done with 3D solid element and PLBA, the RQP algorithm. The weight of 0.262kg of initial model is reduced to 0.241kg after optimization process, so 9.8% of weight reduction is obtained.

  • This paper is purposed in design and implement of a device which can convert XHTML documents in web-Server into WML documents when users access the web by using portable devices. Users access XHTML(so-called HTML) web page and ask for informations, this document convertor recognizes of XHTML documents structures, reconstructs into simple WML documents by using
