Related Quality Evaluation a Study on the Analysis of Hospital Selection Motive (일개 병원 의료서비스 품질평가와 전원동기 분석연구)

  • 본 연구는 환자의 의료기관 선택기준에 관한 조사를 실시하는데 있다. 외래, 중 병원에서 검사한 사항을 CD로 담아 타 병원 진료 후 현 병원에 내원한 대상자와 본 병원에서 진료 후 CD를 가지고 타 병원으로 전원 하는 환자 및 보호자를 대상으로 2009년 10월 5일부터 10월 26일까지 본 연구에 동의하는 대상자 302명을 대상으로 하였다. 내원 전원 환자의 물리적 특성에서 주차시설, 주위시설, 의료진 서비스 품질에서는 간호사 친절도, 전문성, 설명, 의료 서비스 품질 특성에서는 의료기기 최신설비, 병원 평판에서는 의료인력 의술, 주위 환경, 병원 외적 요인에서는 진료의 권유 항목이 유의하였다(p<0.05). 내원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정 결과 중 성별에서는 만족도, 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료구분에서는 만족도에서 유의하였다(p<0.05). 전원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정결과 중 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스 품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료 구분에서는 만족도가 유의하였다(p<0.05). 본 연구에서는 내원 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료서비스 품질, 병원 평판 등 을 병원 선택에 중요한 요인들로 지각 하고 있으며 간호사와 주위 사람들의 권유에 의하여 병원을 선택한다고 나타났다. 내원 환자는 의료진 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료진 서비스품질, 의료 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0 Window Program을 이용하였다.

Analysis of Factors affecting the Patient's Service Satisfaction in Kimhae Dental Hospital (김해 치과 의료기관의 치과진료 만족도 요인분석)

  • In order to meet the medical demand according to the changing medical environment and to provide patients with quality dental treatment and improve treating environment by establishing reasonable management plan, with 149 patients for whom continuous dental health program has been applied, the degree of satisfaction with the dental treatment, and the influence factors on the satisfaction were investigated. Using the SPSS Ver. 13.0, mean value analysis were performed on the satisfactions with dental care service and the quality of dental care service according to general characteristics, and regression analysis were performed on the influence of general characteristics and the degree of satisfaction with dental care service on the satisfaction of dental treatment. The result of the multiple regression analysis revealed the human (staff), environment, and the procedure of treatment as the influence factors of the satisfaction with dental treatment. Systematic management and training should be implemented to improve the quality of dental care service and enhance the satisfaction.

Convergence Influence of Clinical Physical Therapist's Attitude toward Work Environment and Professionalization on Job Satisfaction (임상 물리치료사의 업무환경 및 전문성 제도화에 대한 태도가 직업만족도에 미치는 융복합적 영향)

  • This study investigated the influence of clinical physical therapist's perception of their work environment and their attitude toward professionalization on individual job satisfaction. This study is a cross-sectional survey of clinical physical therapists 356 working in hospital, and utilized a structured questionnaire. As a result of this study, in their twenties, women, physical therapist with low clinical experience, and physical therapists working at hospital level showed low job satisfaction. Most of the physical therapists said that they needed a system for professionalism, and the lower the job satisfaction was, the higher the attitude toward the necessity of introducing a professional system. The variables affecting job satisfaction were academic background and annual salary. Therefore, in order to improve the job satisfaction of physical therapists, improvement of salary and learning for professionalism played an important role in improving job satisfaction. Self-development and job specialization through the introduction of a system for equipping expertise appear to be important to improve the job satisfaction.

  • The purpose of current study is to identify moderator effects of a number of use in terms of the influences of selection properties as perceived by college foodservice. This study was collected 297 survey from college students in Busan and Gyeongnam using the statistics program SPSS (18.0). Result shown that the selection properties of the institutional food service were analyzed with four elements: physical environments, service of worker, diversity of menu, and quality of food. All of the selection properties were found to have significant effects on satisfaction. Although there was no significant effect on the second stage, partial moderating effects were found in the third stage only when the interaction term of physical environments ${\times}$ the number of use is applied. Considering these results, it can be considered that a number of use of foodservice facilities are moderated by physical environments. Therefore, it implies that institutional foodservice operators should improve physical environments including interior, tableware, and cleanliness. In addition, satisfaction and preference were found to be closely related each other, which indicates that preference is improved as satisfaction increases.

  • This paper deals with Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) of 2.28 Memorial Park in Daegu. The park is located in center of the city. The results and discussions could be used as basic data for urban park planning and design, in CBD. A questionnaire was conducted for 15 days from May 11, to May 26, 2016, and a sample group consisting of 230 on site users. The behavior, satisfaction, and preference of space image, were surveyed. The behavior analysis, satisfaction, and image evaluation questionnaire were derived using previous studies, and reliability, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS. As a result, the items were very reliable, causal factors were extracted, and the variables that affect satisfaction and image preference were able to be identified. In the 2.28 Memorial Park, user satisfaction and image evaluation value were very high in most items. As a result of the assessment, the green-water landscape factors and cleanness factors, which have the greatest influence on satisfaction and preference, should be continuously maintained. Due to the characteristics of the city center parks, the users of the parks also felt environmental problems in the urban areas, so the users assessed noise levels, plant species, and air quality at a low level. Therefore, to solve this, plans such as noise abatement and extension of green space should be ongoing.

  • Paticipation motivation and satisfaction were analyzed to show the relatonships with various variables, From the factor analysis, 4 dimensions of motivation were identified: activity paticipation, religious / scientific inquiry, landscape enjoymentm, and social contact. The motivation dimension, crowdness measure, and other related variables were analyzed to construct satifactrion model using multiple regression. Behavior of each variable in the model was disscussed with implications for the future research.

Effect of Educational Environment on Trainee Satisfaction : Focused on Beauty Vocational Training Institutions (교육 환경이 훈련생 만족도에 미치는 영향 :미용 직업 훈련기관을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of educational environment on satisfaction among trainees of beauty vocational training institutions. By examining the literature of previous studies, the research model and research hypothesis were established, and empirical analysis was conducted through questionnaires to establish theoretical concepts and identify variables of the educational environment to verify the effects on trainee satisfaction. A questionnaire was collected from 180 beauty trainees in Gyeong-gi, Seoul, and the collected data was analyzed using AMOS 22.0. As a result of this study, first, it was found that the educational environment had a significant positive effect on the NCS education method and instructor competency. Second, the NCS education method had a negative effect on the trainee satisfaction. Third, it was found that the instructor's competency had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of trainees. Based on the study results, implications and limitations were presented.

  • 정부 및 공공기관에서는 전자정부서비스의 만족도를 평가하기 위하여 홈페이지 설문조사를 이용하고 있으나 설문조사 기관별 예산의 투입, 설문조사 대상, 최근의 추세치 등 여러 변수로 인하여 객관적으로 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 노력을 측정하기가 매우 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 홈페이지를 통하여 제공되는 전자정부서비스의 예산, 설문대상, 추세치 등을 객관적으로 반영한 합리적인 목표수준을 설정하여 평가 할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 합리적인 목표수준 설정의 방법으로 공정능력지수(Process Capability Index, CP)를 활용한 초기 목표치 도출, 예산 및 환경여건 반영, 개선노력, 최종 목표치 설정의 단계를 제안하였다. 이러한 방법을 통하여 환경여건이 다른 정부 및 공공기관의 전자정부서비스 만족도를 평가하여 개선의 노력을 비교할 수 있는 객관적인 방안으로 활용할 수 있다.

Analysis on the Tourist's Behaviors and Satisfaction of the Gwangneung Area (문화.생태지역에 대한 관광행태와 만족도 분석: 광릉지역을 사례로)

  • The prime objective of this study is to analyze tourist's behaviors and satisfaction of the Gwangneung area and get a reading on the tourist's socio-economic traits and the propensity of activities. In addition, it highlights surveys of the tourist's consciousness of cultural, ecological and environmental tourism resources available in the Gwangneung area and the possibility for sustainable development and ways to make the most of these resources. This study found that even though Gwangneung is mostly a place for one day family outings. the tourist's demand for actually unreachable ecological resources is high while existing cultural tourism resources have less than the expected drawing power. It was also found that tourists recognize the need for preservation of the tourism resources of Gwangneung and its potential for further sustainable development. In particular, most tourists to Gwangneung are relatively satisfied with the status of preservation of its cultural and ecological resources and environment On the other hand, accessibility, tourism facilities, and management are estimated at less than desired. Gwangneung would benefit by making efforts for the positive use of its tourism resources and improvement of convenience facilities, management and operation.

ECO-Friendly Reservoir Tank Management using Prediction for Improved Water Quality (수질향상을 위해 예측을 이용한 환경 친화적인 저수조 관리)

  • According to the construction of infrastructure for the water resource management services, the importance of the eco-friendly reservoir tank management is being spotlighted. In this paper, we proposed the eco-friendly reservoir tank management using prediction for improving the water quality and on-line managing efforts of reservoir tanks. The proposed method defined the context and environment of the reservoir tank and predicted the profited service according to the pump motion, the solar battery, the chemicals, the water level, the telephone line, and the modem using collaborative filtering. To evaluate the performance of the eco-friendly reservoir tank management system using prediction, we conducted sample T-tests so as to verify usefulness. This evaluation found that the difference of satisfaction by service was statistically meaningful, and showed high satisfaction. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the quality of services will be improved the efficient prediction by supporting the context information as well as the environment information.
