Analysis for Changes of Mode Choice Behavior from Providing Real-time Schedule for Public Transportation by Smartphone Application (스마트폰 애플리케이션을 이용한 대중교통 운행정보 제공에 따른 통행자 수단선택 행태변화 분석)

  • Public Transport Information Service which use smartphone Apps has received attention as the way of solution that reduced transport problem. Smartphone can offer real-time information because of a LBS(Location Based Service) system. This study try to find out which factor affect mode choice ratio of public transport, especially smartphone Apps. The result shows that rising oil price, traffic congestion, public information service with smartphone apps, BIS(Bus Information System) factors get 0.39, 0.27, 0.18, 0.16 scores with paired comparison. Younger and student respondents prefer smart phone public information service. Decision Tree shows that the most important decision factor is smartphone information service factor.

  • The competition to capture a larger slice of the market in Mobile Communication business is increasing among companies. In order to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage in the Asian market, it is critical to continue to develop new technology. Understanding the underlying distinctive characteristics and needs of each market and the cultural backgrounds that drive those needs is a necessary focus. Companies with marketing strategies based on a correct understanding of market needs will capture dominant positions in the market. The purpose of this study is to identify those differences in user behavior and cultural tendencies among different people in different countries in the mobile telecommunication market. This research is based on an on-line survey in three countries (Korea, China, and Japan). Below are the contents of the survey on the mobile phone based on: 1) User behavior 2) Design preference 3) Purchasing behavior 4) User awareness on manufacturer brand. Through the analysis of this questionnaire it is possible to identify the differences and similarities among countries dearly. 1) Cultural trends and perceptions related to mobile phone usage were largely caused by differences in the state of technology, policies and business strategies of mobile sonics carriers and manufacturers, and national tendencies, of each country. 2) Korean and Japanese users produced similar responses to the questions related to advanced technology, whereas Korean and Chinese users responded similarly to national tendency-related questions. 3) To the questions related to business strategies of mobile service carriers and manufacturers, users in all three countries displayed markedly different responses. Once again, accurate analysis of the differences and similarities related to mobile phone usage in each country will help the companies in this industry to gain a competitive edge in the market. This study should not stop at simple comparison but be a framework for giving companies a dear future direction for technological development.

Remote Sensing을 이용한 태화강 하구 수심정보 획득 - Landsat 7 ETM 다중분광영상을 사용

  • 원격탐사 기법을 이용한 수심측정은 하나 혹은 그 이상의 파장대에서 수심과 반사되는 에너지 사이의 관계를 찾아내는데 달려 있다. 수심 정보를 획득하기 위한 스펙트럼의 최적 파장길이는 다중분광영상(Landsat 7 ETM)의 blue band에 해당하는 약 $0.48{\mu}m$이며, 이 band를 이용하여 연안의 수심을 측량하기도 한다. 하지만 단일밴드에 의해서 측정된 값을 이용한 수심측정은 해저표면에 의한 반사에 심각한 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 신뢰할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해수와 관련한 여러 가지 변수들을 결정하기 위하여 다량의 실측 데이터를 필요로 하지 않는 선형다중밴드방식을 이용하여 2개의 Landsat 영상으로 태화강 하구의 수심정보를 추출하고 태화강 본류에 대한 수심정보획득과 하상변동에 대한 분석 가능성을 파악하였다. 그 결과 임의로 선정한 표본 50개 지점에 대한 영상분석에 의한 수심값과 해도의 수심값의 잔차 평균이 각각 2.29m, 2.43m로 비교적 큰 잔차를 보였다. 하지만 20m 미만의 수심대의 표본만을 확인한 결과 각각 1.73m, 1.88m로 잔차 평균이 크게 감소하였다. 2000년, 2003년 영상을 비교한 결과, 1번 2번 3번 지역에서 평균적으로 약 1.838m정도 2003년 수심이 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 20m 미만의 수심 측량은 낮은 해상도의 위성영상이라도 실제 수심과 근접하고 있는 것으로 판단 할 수 있었다. 이것으로 넓은 지역을 경제적으로 수심자료를 획득할 수 있는 위성영상분석을 이용한 수심측정은 활용성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 해저표면의 형태와 해수면의 상태 등 수심측정에 미치는 영향에 관한 실측데이터에 대한 자료수집과 분석이 선행된다면 더욱 좋은 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.A}$는 최대암모니아 섭취률을 이용하여 구한 결과 $0.65d^{-1}$로 나타났다.EX>$60%{\sim}87%$가 수심 10m 이내에 분포하였고, 녹조강과 남조강이 우점하는 하절기에는 5m 이내에 주로 분포하였다. 취수탑 지점의 수심이 연중 $25{\sim}35m$를 유지하는 H호의 경우 간헐식 폭기장치를 가동하는 기간은 물론 그 외 기간에도 취수구의 심도를 표층 10m 이하로 유지 할 경우 전체 조류 유입량을 60% 이상 저감할 수 있을 것으로 조사되었다.심볼 및 색채 디자인 등의 작업이 수반되어야 하며, 이들을 고려한 인터넷용 GIS기본도를 신규 제작한다. 상습침수지구와 관련된 각종 GIS데이타와 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 공공정보 가운데 공간정보와 연계되어야 하는 자료를 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 단계별 구축전략이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 상습침수구역관련 정보를 검색, 처리 및 분석할 수 있는 상습침수 구역 종합정보화 시스템을 구축토록 하였다.N, 항목에서 보 상류가 높게 나타났으나, 철거되지 않은 검전보나 안양대교보에 비해 그 차이가 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는 거래전략은 존재하므로 이러한 전략을 개발 및 활용할 수

A Study on the Content Utilization of KISTI Science and Technology Information Service (KISTI 과학기술정보서비스의 콘텐츠 활용 분석)

  • The Science and Technology Information Service provided by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) is a service designed to allow users to easily and conveniently search and view content that is built similar to the general information service. NDSL is KISTI's core science, technology and information service, providing about 138 million content and having about 93 million page views in a year of 2019. In this paper, various insights were derived through the analysis of how science and technology information such as academic papers, reports and patents provided by NDSL is searched and utilized through web services (https://www.ndsl.kr) and search query words. In addition to general statistics such as the status of content construction, utilization status and utilization methods by type of content, monthly/weekly/time-of-day content usage, content view rate per one-time search by content type, the comparison of the use status of academic papers by year, the relationship between the utilization of domestic academic papers and the KCI index we analyzed the usability of each content type, such as academic papers and patents. We analyzed query words such as the language form of query words, the number of words of query words, and the relationship between query words and timeliness by content type. Based on the results of these analyses, we would like to propose ways to improve the service. We suggest that NDSL improvements include ways to dynamically reflect the results of content utilization behavior in the search results rankings, to extend query and to establish profile information through non-login user identification for targeted services.

  • The study is to analyze voting behaviors revealed through the June 2 local elections, and to learn their implications by exploring and comparing the main factors that influence how to recognize and select a candidate. To achieve this, in-depth interviews have been conducted focusing on those who voted in the last election. The analysis shows that most respondents regard their political tendencies as moderate and make decisions on whom to vote for 2 to 3 days prior to election. It also indicates that what party candidates belong to is the highest motivation in deciding for whom to vote and they generally vote as they believe. According to the study, not only do the poll's results hardly affect their choice of candidates, but also the polls turn out significantly different from the actual results. The great gap between the polls and the actual outcome signifies that how to conduct a poll is wrong and people intend to conceal their opinions. While the media has had a decisive effect on the image of candidates, it is through promotional materials for political campaigns that the candidates' policy is recognized. The study also says that the Four-River is the most influential political issue in election. The study identifies voters' behavior specifically and in depth, and suggests some lessons to make use of for the future elections.

Effect of the Community-Based Chronic Disease Management Service Using Information and Communication Technology (정보통신기술을 이용한 지역사회 기반 만성질환관리 서비스 효과 평가)

  • Objective: This study aimed to empirically evaluate the effectiveness of chronic disease management services utilizing ICT for patients with chronic illnesses. Methods: From May to December, 2023, 452 people who were diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes at 9 participating public health centers were provided with customized health care services for 24 weeks, and 15 performance indicators were analyzed to evaluate their effectiveness. Results: Health behavior indicators and health risk factors decreased before and after participation in the project, blood pressure control rate, hypertension and diabetes management rate, medication compliance, weight, BMI, BP, WC, FBG, and HDL-cholesterol improved(p<0.001). Service factors that influence the improvement of health behaviors included the number of activity monitor transmissions(p=0.049), confirmed concentrated consultations on physical activity(p=0.003) and nutrition(p=0.005), and the adherence to medication missions for hypertension(p=0.020). As for service factors influencing chronic disease management, the improvement in blood pressure regulation rate was due to the number of times the blood pressure monitor was linked(p=0.004), and the number of confirmed intensive consultations on physical activity(p=0.026), and nutrition(p=0.049); the improvement in hypertension control rate was due to the number of times the activity monitor and blood pressure monitor were linked(p<0.001), and the number of hypertension medication missions carried out (p=0.004); and the improvement in diabetes control rate was due to the number of times the blood pressure monitor(p=0.022) and blood sugar system were linked(p=0.017). Conclusion: Although this study has limitations as a comparative study before and after the service, it has proved that chronic disease management using ICT has a positive effect on improvement of health behavior indicator, reduction of health risk factors, hypertension, diabetes management index, weight, BMI, TG, BP, FBG improvement.

Basic Study for Multi-purpose Park Model Development -Focusing on Analysis of Actual Condition of Children's Park- (다목적공원 모형개발을 위한 기초연구 -어린이공원 이용실태분석을 중심으로-)

  • This study suggests that the diversity of parks is necessary because the number of children, who are the main users in children's parks, is decreasing and the use of parks by older people is increasing. In particular, the present aging society is trying to propose a multi-purpose park to solve the problem of the elderly leisure. To do this, this study surveyed domestic and foreign children's parks and selected study sites to understand the usage patterns of children's parks. As a result of surveying the location of the park to select the study sites, most children's parks were found mostly in single family housing areas and multi-family housing areas. As a result of the survey, it was found that the children's parks consisted of streets and areas by the 'City Parks and Greenery Act' and they were uniform. This paper presents basic data for the development of a model for producing a multipurpose park that can be used for children's parks by the elderly. The subjects of this study were selected from 7 districts of Daegu city, which were classified into single family housing areas and multi-family housing areas. As a result, the arrangement of various facilities in the children's park is insufficient, and it was uniform without a design motive and contents. Therefore, the utilization rate of various age groups could be increased by developing a multi-purpose park model for a children's park.

  • The travel behavior can be analysed microscopically using GPS because the travel characteristics can be found out by travelling two test cars loaded with GPS equipments. The speed difference and spacing variation between the lead vehicle and the following's in uninterrupted flow are the important variables related to capacity and safety. This study analysed these with data obtained by travelling the 4th Line and 28th Line of the national road. The variation width in speed difference in the run time is below 3.0%. But, related to the speed difference in the situation of acceleration and deceleration the difference after 4second is bigger than that just after the start. The spacing variation is similar to this. The spacing just before deceleration concerning safety was analysed. When the theoretical values by the modeling method and observed values were compared, the observed values were analysed 12.52% shorter than the other in average.

Development of Severity-Adjustment Model for Length of Stay in Hospital for Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (관상동맥중재술 환자의 재원일수 중증도 보정 모형 개발)

  • Our study was carried out to develop the severity-adjustment model for length of stay in hospital for percutaneous coronary interventions so that we would analysis the factors on the variation in length of stay(LOS). The subjects were 1,011 percutaneous coronary interventions inpatients of the Korean National Hospital Discharge In-depth Injury Survey 2004-2006 data. The data were analyzed using t-test and ANOVA and the severity-adjustment model was developed using data mining technique. After yielding the standardized value of the difference between crude and expected length of stay, we analysed the variation of length of stay for percutaneous coronary interventions. There was variation of LOS in regional differences, size of sickbed and insurance type. The variation of length of stay controlling the case mix or severity of illness can be explained the factors of provider. This supply factors in LOS variations should be more studied for individual practice style or patient management practices and healthcare resources or environment. We expect that the severity-adjustment model using administrative databases should be more adapted in other diseases in practical.

A Study of Traffic Flow Characteristics for Estimating Queue-Length in Highway (고속도로 대기행렬 길이 산정모형 개발을 위한 연속류 특성 분석)

  • 고속도로의 교통혼잡을 관리하기 위해서는 근본적으로 혼잡지점 상류부의 진입교통량을 제어해야 한다. 이를 위한 효과적인 램프미터링 운영전략이나 고속도로 교통정보제공방안을 수립하기 위해서는 혼잡영향권(대기행렬길이)에 관한 신뢰성 있는 데이터가 반드시 필요하다. 고속도로의 대기행렬길이를 산정하기 위해 일반적으로 충격파이론과 Queueing이론을 제시하고 있다. 그러나, 기존의 충격파 이론을 포물선형의 교통량-밀도관계식을 근거로 하고 있어 충격파간에 발생하는 부수적인 충격파를 해석하는 과정이 수학적으로 불가능하여 실질적인 목적으로 사용할 수 없음은 이미 잘 알고 있는 사실이다. 최근에 이러한 한계를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 방법으로 교통량 밀도간의 관계식을 삼각형으로 가정하고 교통량 대신에 누적교통량을 사용하는 Simplified Theory of Kinematic Waves In Highway Traffic이 개발(Newell, 1993)되었지만, 이 방법을 적용하기 위해서는 기본적으로 대상 고속도로 구간의 교통량-밀도관계식을 규명해야 하는 어려움이 있다.(사실 실시간으로 밀도데이터를 수집하기란 불가능하다.) Queueing이론에서 제시하는 대기행렬은 모두 대기차량이 병목지점에 수직으로 정렬하여 도로를 점유하지 않는 Point Queue(혹은 Vertical stack Queue)로서 실제로 도로상에 정렬된 대기행렬(Real Physical Queue)과는 전혀 다르다. 이미 입증된 바 있어, Queueing이론을 이용함은 타당성이 없다. 이러한 사실에 근거하여 본 연구는 고속도로 대기행렬길이를 산정할 수 있는 모형개발을 위한 기초연구로서 혼잡상태의 연속류 특성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 서울시 도시고속도로에서 수집한 실제 데이터를 이용하여 진입램프지점의 혼잡상태에서 대기행렬의 증가 또는 감소하는 과정을 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 혼잡초기의 대기행렬은 다른 혼잡시기에 비해 상대적으로 급속한 속도로 증가함. 2. 혼잡초기의 대기행렬의 밀도는 다른 혼잡시기에 비해 비교적 낮음. 3. 위의 두 결과는 서로 관계가 있으며, 혼잡시 운전자의 행태(차두간격)과 혼잡기간중에도 변화함을 의미함. 4. 교통변수 중에서 대기행렬길이를 산정하는데 적합한 교통변수를 교통량과 밀도로 판단됨. 5. Queueing이론에서 제시하는 대리행렬길이 산정방법인 대기차량대수$\times$평균차두간격은 대기행렬내 밀도가 일정하지 않아 부적합함을 재확인함. 6. 혼잡초기를 제외한 혼잡기간 중 대기행렬길이는 밀도데이터 없이도 혼잡 상류부의 도착교통량과 병목지점 본선통과교통량만을 이용하여 추정이 가능함. 7. 이상에 연구한 결과를 토대로, 고속도로 대기행렬길이를 산정할 수 있는 기초적인 도형을 제시함.
