The mobile vector map services for mobile devices, specially for PDA, are being popularized with the advent of KVM (Kilobytes Virtual Machine). However, the services for cellular phone have some problems for implementation, which are the restrictions of bandwidth, resource of the phone, etc. Thus, these restrictions force to develop new map database exclusively for cellular phone services. But, this approach needs high costs and could not support multi user view for a same area. Therefore, we suggest new client/server system for mobile vector map services, using existing general map database, and design and implement the system. The suggested system, which has minimized functions at client and processes map simplification works at sever, makes it possible to serve mobile vector map without developing new map database only for cellular phone.

The purpose of this study is verify the effects of management consultant on management performance for technical consulting through 235 small and medium sized enterprises in korea. Management effects has been applied to the industry for the strengthening the competitiveness regardless of the management consultant. however, it has been argued that the applied to the small and medium sized enterprises. The reliance analysis for the measurement material on the questionnaire was verified by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. ability of the management consultant, performance of the management consultant, conditions of the Enterprise were verified through the structural analysis by using SPSS statistic package. The influence evaluation among the groups was evaluated by the structure.

This study aims to develope the production method of digital image map of high capable utiliy and terrain interpretability using aerial photo and Geospatial Information System. Theory and efficient practical method was studied to generate tile digital image map with low-cost personal computer system using the merging procedure of raster scanned aerial photo and vector topographic map. Determination theory of ground coordinates, digital image processing, production of digital elevation model was reviewed. And some chariteristics of digital image map, image collection method and significant concepts of digital image processing was studied. Also input and output way of image data to generate the digital image nap, production method of orthophoto map using aerial photo through digital differential rectification was studied. As the result, digital image map was produced and analyzed through the above mentioned procedures.

A knowledge map is a diagramed network among knowledge which is related with each other in terms of the referential navigation. To formally as well as structurely represent various contextual use of knowledge, the ontology technology has been recommended to be applied. This research proposes a methodology to build the ontology-based knowledge map promoting referential navigation between knowledge. To prove the validity of the proposed concepts, an ontology-based knowledge map is designed as an example, which demonstrates whether the designed knowledge network in the knowledge map is underpinned by the referential navigation between knowledge.

The digital map needs efficiently updating. Because it is a base map at each local government and several geographic information systems and that is the key to enhancing to use spatial data. We suggest the linking method of building registers to the building layers of digital map, to update attribute data of the building layers. To conduct that, it is very important that each building in two data is linked by one-to-one matching. In this paper, we generate the strategy for renewing attribute data of the building layers based on identifier by using identifier of the new address system.

일반적으로 자기구성 지도에서는 구조가 초기에 결정되어 학습이 끝날때까지 변하기 않기 때문에 각 문제에 대한 구조를 반복된 실험을 통해서 최적화시켜야 한다. 그러나, 지도의 구조가 학습중에 적절하게 변경된다면, 해당 문제에 가장 알맞은 구조의 지도를 생성할 수 있을 것이다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 적응형 자기 구성 지도의 비교사 학습방법에 LVQ 알고리즘을 이용한 교사 학습방법을 결합한 구조 적응형 자기 구성 지도 모델을 제안한다. 이 방법은 일반적인 자기구성 지도 알고리즘보다 작은 수의 노드를 가지고 높은 성능을 보일 뿐만 아니라, 자기 구성 지도의 특성인 위상 보존도 잘 이루어진다. 오프라인 필기 숫자 데이터로 실험한 결과, 제안한 방법이 유용함을 알 수 있었다.

현재 우리나라의 수치지도는 5년 주기로 갱신되고 있어 국토변화에 신속하게 대응하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 수치지도를 건설공사 준공도면을 활용한 수시갱신이 이루어 질 수 있도록 건설공사 현황, 관련규정, 해외사례 검토, 준공도면을 이용한 수치지도의 시범제작을 통해 현재의 관련규정 및 제도상의 문제점을 도출하고, 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이를 종합한 결과 수치지도 수시갱신을 위해 준공도면을 활용하기 위해서는 첫째, 준공도면의 명확한 정의와 세부지침의 마련이 필요하다. 둘째, 준공측량의 제도적 근거 마련과 성과심사가 필요하다. 셋째, 준공도면 작성비용의 부담주체 설정해야 한다. 넷째, 정보공유협력체계가 마련되어야 한다. 준공도면을 활용하여 수치지도를 수정하는 방법은 매우 효율적인 것으로 판단되며, 준공도면 제출제도를 활성화시키기 위한 노력을 통해 신속하고 정확한 수치지도를 제공할 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

컴퓨터와 통신 기술의 발달은 휴대용 단말기의 기능을 일반 PC의 수준으로 끌어올리며 휴대 단말기의 보급을 가속화하고 있다. 이에 따라 휴대용 무선 단말기에서의 지도서비스에 대한 다양한 요구가 나날이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 지도 서비스에 필수적인 기존의 공간색인은 서버나 PC와 같은 저장용량이 크고 연산처리속도가 높으며 유선망을 통해 다른 서버와 통신하는 컴퓨팅 시스템을 대상으로 하므로 PDA로 대표되는 휴대용 무선 단말기에 적용하기에는 부적할하다. 또한 휴대용 기기의 이동성을 고려할 때, 질의 수행 시 저장되지 않은 지도 데이터는 무선 통신을 이용하여 서버로부터 전송되어져야 한다. 그리고 새롭게 전송된 지도 데이터를 기존에 저장된 지도 데이터에 삽입하기 위해서 색인 재구축 비용이 발생한다. 즉, 서버와 무선통신을 하는 휴대용 단말기에서 지도서비스를 하기 위해서는 휴대 기기에 적합한 데이터 저장 및 색인구조가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 무선단말기 특히 PDA 환경에서의 벡터지도시스템을 위해 공간 데이터의 최적화된 저장구조와, 비연속적인 다양한 지역에 대한 데이터를 효율적으로 통합.관리하는 동적색인구조를 제시한다.

The orthophto map is seen as the form of picture with the uniform reduced scale as the current terrain map. Thus it provides a reasonable feeling of scene and is easy to be interpreted. Furthermore, digital orthophoto is currently used as the basic terrain information data of the Geo-Spatial Information System(GSIS). Therefore, the orhtophoto map has high potential use as a future terrain map. This paper studies the method of producing orthophoto map by using the digital satellite imagery data taken from SPOT satellite of France. The production of orthophoto map requires the process of generating orthophoto imagery with digital elevation model, which process is called digital differential rectification. As the final accuracy of orthophoto map depends on that of digital elevation model, the precise and efficient production method of digital elevation model should be preceded. This study investigated the method of producing digital elevation model directly from SPOT satellite imagery and generated ortho-image by resampling the original SPOT imagery through digital differential rectification. Finally, Simple orthophoto map was made by overlaying the ortho-image and the contour map from digital elevation model.

Recently the navigation service and LBS (Location based Services) using map supports much information services on mobile terminal. Also Internet Web sites support user much information. But, the user has the difficulty for acquiring the service and the various information based on map because of searching the many Internet sites. Accordingly, this paper supports a convergence information service model of various culture, education, tourism, sport and traffic for accessing synthesizing information based on map. And we design and implement this model using 공개 API. We present a convergence information service model of culture, tourism, sport and bus line information form tour destination and cultural place of Jeju province using the model. Additionally, we develop this service model using apache web server on Linux environment, PHP and JavaScript, MySQL database and Map 공개 API. As this service model supports a convenience action of culture and tourism for Jeju islanders and tourists.
